She also referred me to other resources for services not provided by them. Extremely professional and I will use this service whenever possible.

I recently just had a movement assessment with Katie, and she was able to aptly diagnose my areas of poor mobility that I need to improve on and walk me through the necessary stretches to assist with those ares. I have met and spoken with a few other trainers at Gym Guyz, and they are professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. Adding in the fact that they are willing to come to your home or apartment makes this team of trainers one that cannot be beat! I would highly recommend this group to any athlete or weightlifter, highly experienced or just starting out, as people to learn from when it comes to your fitness goals, whatever they may be!

I started training with Gym Guyz several months ago and have been extremely satisfied. Tony and Katie have done a great job providing workouts that are both challenging and fun with lots of variety. They take the time to educate me about proper techniques and exercises I can do between my weekly sessions. I love the convenience having them come to my home for workouts later in the evenings after my kids have gone to bed. I'm stronger and fitter than I have ever been thanks to Gym Guyz!

I've been training with GymGuyz Mid St. Louis County two to three days a week since August 2019. You can't beat the convenience of in-home personal training, and GymGuyz does it really well. I've worked with three women trainers - Lindsay, Bethany and (as of this morning) Arika, and all have been great. They have been on time, early in the morning, every single session. They always come prepared with equipment, a plan, and a positive, motivating attitude. My favorite things about GymGuyz (other than the convenience and inability to self-sabotage by not showing up) is the variety I get from each trainer. I've done weight training, tabata-style workouts, yoga, kettle bells, Pilates and more; I'm never bored nor do I know what to expect enough to dread the workout. While in-home personal training is pricey, it delivers (unlike an unused gym membership). If you're not super self-motivated and want some accountability and convenient, quality training, I would highly recommend GymGuyz!

GYMGUYZ is exactly what I needed.  I had been stuck in a rut with my exercising and was no longer as enthusiastic about exercising as I usually am.  But then I came across GYMGUYZ!  They are incredibly knowledgeable!  They listened to what I wanted to accomplish, and what I had been doing.  Then they pointed out what was working and what not working for me.  Their customized program, along with their sincere and enthusiastic support has been just what I needed.  I've used trainers in the past, but these guys separate themselves from the pack.  I definitely recommend them!

Sick of traveling to and from a gym that gives you no guidance and contains dozens of staring muscle heads?   Gym Guyz brings the gym to you.   My friend and I had them come to us while we were on vacation and for an hour Coach Tony walked us  through an intense highly motivating workout.   My friend and I have been going to the gym together for a long time and this was a completely different animal.   Definitely challenging in a way that a typical dumbbell workout is not.   I would suggest this for anyone who doesn't want to deal with the monotony of driving by to a gym and being stared at by muscle heads as you go through your workout.   They are professional and I can see how you can really get fit quickly with this type of workout.   This is great for someone who is intimidated by the gym or just is sick of the same old same old.

Can't say enough about the staff and the convenience.

Called this store to find out of they were selling a product I needed. I drove to the store and met the manager who actually recognized me from the phone call (amazing)!!! He actually went out of his way to help me pick out the best product and then helped me in such a huge way that he might not know he did because I had no idea of how I was going to go about this stuff I'm doing. He even told me to call and ask for him (the manager) if I had any questions...i had an amazing experience! Awesome guy! God bless him

Went to just look around and gabe helped us and showed us everything, one of the nicest workers I’ve met.

I had very bad experience at this GNC. The cashier who was working today 2/12/2019 was very disappointing. I was buying prenatal vitamins and the cashier kept pushing me and persuading me to buy the last two prenatal that was left. He said they were on sale because its the last two that are left but the reality is they were about to expire in few weeks. After I told him the vitamins were about to expire soon, he felt embarrassed. Pushing people to buy pregnancy vitamins that are almost expired is soo disappointing. Please stay away from this store, all they want is to get your money and they don’t care about your health. I live nearby this store, it was my first time going there and my last time for sure.

I like this place the manager has an upbeat attitude and is excited about his products.

I had the best return experience here! I needed a state ID (which I didn't have). I thought I was going to be turned away, but the GNC employee made sure I got my money back. Great service!

A Helping Hand Senior Care Services

This is not a good place!! Staff members have stolen my meds. Left us alone, tried to feed us raw meat, $400 came up missing from my room while I was in the hospital and staff sprayed my TV and they refuse to fix it.. Most staff can't even understand English. If you have family members here I advise you to get them out.

Sofiya K. always arrives early so we can visit before she starts working.  I am so blessed to have such a wonderful person helping me.   Sofiya personality and smile brightens up my day every time.

Tracie is the most wonderful care giver.  She is warm and kind and interested in me.  She always listens attentively to what I have to say, even if I am in a “talkative” mood!  She has a great personality too and she is interesting to talk to.  We have been known to just sit and “gab” like old friends!!  She shows up cheerful and ready to tackle anything I have on my “to do” list.  She is attentive to my needs, always asking if there is anything else I need or want her to do, and that is always the last thing she asks before she leaves for the day.  If I have an appointment I need to get to, she is always ready with the address and her driving doesn’t scare me like several other care givers I have had.  I am always sorry to have her leave for the day, her cheery disposition and interesting conversation always leave me wanting more.  Tracie is a real gem and I am so lucky to have her.

My 94 year-old mom has used Home Instead services for an little over a year. She loves the ladies that come and help her. Recently, she ran into a health issue that required going immediately to Urgent Care. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism of her direct care workers and the way her team kept in communication with me throughout the day as I live 220 miles away.  Shout out to Jim McGrory, Barb, Debra and Nikki. You are phenomenal and mom is doing great! Thank you!

Direct Home Heath Care

Good Service, staff, ability to own up and correct mistakes and work with employees just not there, and they definitely don’t care about the clients they represent that trust them and depend on them for services and being able to accommodate their needs. I believe they should give up
ATP everyone need to be fired, business need to be shut down, given to me, need to try again n start over.
Agency/company sucks, real bad & it’s a bad look.

I just had the worst interview ever!! She asked do u have kids are u married then told me it must be hard being a single mom !! Then the person who suppose to interview me didnt .. Never again .

Unprofessional! Definitely don’t recommend. Find a reputable care service. This is not it! You will not get paid accordingly.

Impact Athlete Fitness

I was unsure if this program was gonna work because I felt like I was doing a good job myself. Not only have I made insane progress in this 6 week program but I feel crazy support for my trainer Alex. The entire gym community is amazing and everyone pushes each other. Everyone can see a change in each other and the confidence in ourselves. If you’re looking to not just get more fit but better yourself as a person this is the place for you. 10/10!

I have been on a plan with Coach Alex for 5.5 weeks and have had amazing success!! I have dropped 15.4 pounds! Changed my eating, understood WHY I was not losing weight before and have a better grasp on my health. He and I just made a plan for the next 6 weeks, new goals, new things to learn! First time I’ve SEEN and FELT these types of results!
The gym is always available and Al and Mel are amazing coaches and instructors!  Best gym experience I’ve  ever had!!

I was skeptical joining the 6 weeks challenge that popped in my Instagram. But, I am so glad I did. Coach Alex guided me through this journey with all the nutrition plan. He was there to answer any questions and was very supportive. Group class was another awesome workout. It was fun and have different workouts everyday. Our awesome Trainer Melanie and Al was there to guide us and gave attention to correct us. I highly recommend this gym and it is 24x7.

I love it here! My accountability coach Alex is awesome! He motivates me and keeps me on track even when I don't want to give up and lay on the couch. AL and Mel are great trainers and keep group class fun and exciting, very non formal and it works for all fitness levels.  I'm down 35 lbs so far!!! I highly recommend working with these guys!

Warson Woods Fit Body Boot Camp

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’m relatively fit and for most of my adult life was self motivated to go to the gym and achieve my fitness goals. The pandemic definitely put a damper on that routine. I didn’t think I’d enjoy a structured workout class, but this has really exceeded my expectations. The staff really care about each and every client. They work with you based on any limitations or variations you need. The workouts are surprisingly well balanced to work on strength, cardio, and coordination. I’m also impressed by how well the workouts scale to accommodate all ages, fitness levels, and body types. After a few weeks of consistent workouts here, I feel stronger than I have in a long time.

I just started going to this gym. So far so good, I really like Coach Brian. He is very friendly, energetic, fun, just an overall great coach! I really enjoyed the class as well as all of the exercises, (except push- ups. Lol)

The atmosphere and coaches here are very welcoming. They offer a lot of great resources and encouragement for meeting your health goals.

FINALLY I’ve found a workout “family”!  I’ve spent so much money on gym memberships that I never used because I didn’t feel a connection to the coaches and fellow members. At FBBC the coaches take time to get to know you not only on a work out level, but a personal level. They help you set and reach goals and truly appreciate you supporting their business!  They strive to make everyone in the session feel a part of the FBBC Family.

Love Fit Body Fit workouts and the community mentality here. The workouts are great, straight to the point that gets your heartbeat pumping, all in a short 30min session, no surprise workouts. You know what the exercises will be at the beginning of the class.

Nick and Brian are really motivated and gets you pumped to do your best. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for a good work out and a great price as well!

Warson Woods Fit Body Forever

This is pretty awesome. I have a few personal training clients who needed just a little bit more support. They found it at Fit Body Forever. Not only did Fit Body Forever have movements they can do, but they also had a community for my clients to connect with. Glad I got connected with them and will continue to send my clients that need a little bit more support to them.
