RUF Fitness

I joined RUF a little over a year ago. As a girl who had never “worked out”, or even really went to a gym, I was a little intimidated walking into my first class. The coaches are so helpful. They take the time to show you the movements & answer any questions you might have. 2 weeks in, my vertigo came on strong & really affected my ability to workout. The RUF coaches modified some of the movements for me, which kept me going. A few months later, Roy heard a Dr. speaking about vertigo patients he had helped. Knowing my issues, Roy referred me to him and it worked. No more vertigo. Roy and Tasha have created an amazing community. This is so much more than a place to go work out. RUF fitness is helping me change my life for the better. This is the best thing I have done for myself in many years.

I started coming to RUF as a favor for my sister, Gentry Adair, who is a coach there. I kept coming back because the positive attitude of the coaches and members (The RUF Family) is contagious. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition and are able to present these daunting subjects to clients in a very understandable way. They make you want to work harder and reach your fitness goals of self improvement.
I have met some amazing people since I’ve started going to RUF. I can honestly say my life has been dramatically and forever changed because of my decision to train with the members and staff of RUF fitness.

I have been with Ruff Fitness almost a year now and one of the best choices I have made! The amount of love, support, motivation, and encouragement you receive is so amazing!! I have worked with two coaches (Tasha & Gentry)  that are absolutely amazing and have both helped me with the tools to loose 20+ pounds plus keep it off and continue to life a healthy life.

RUF is a completely different approach to health and fitness. From the moment I stepped into RUF Fitness, I knew It was the place for me! I was looking for something or someone to help me climb out of the whole I had been digging myself into for the last year! Roy (CEO of RUF) took me through the process with humility, kindness, and understanding about my story! Let's be real...We all have our own personal journey in life right?! That's what sets this gym apart from all the other places, is their immediate caring friendship and family atmosphere! I am so Thankful I found this family of like minded friends and can't wait to enjoy the next half of my life with RUF FITNESS 🫶

Just wanted to add that now I have been with the RUF Community for about 6 weeks and the amazing Owners/Coaches and other people at this gym are still as humble, helpful and always available to motivate you or just to answer a simple question. It truly is a family atmosphere in the RUF community which helps people strive towards their long term goals, not perfection but Longevity.

Stretch Zone

Stretch Zone is something that EVERYONE can benefit from. I have worked here for over 2 years and seeing real people have real permanent changes in their body is amazing. I have worked in the health and wellness industry for the majority of my career and with confidence, I can say that Stretch Zone is literally changing people's lives. Aside from the great business model, the practitioners that stay employed at this location all embody remarkable characteristics like integrity, compassion and all are excited to share their vast knowledge about the body. I am so glad that I joined Stretch Zone! It is just what I needed! I can breath again! I can bend over and touch my toes! I can stand up straight! Thanks to Erin, who is amazing, I feel like a new person! Erin really listened to me and customized my stretches to help me improve in all of my tightest and most painful areas.  Jalen was amazing too and customized my program keeping my needs in mind!  I love them! Thankful for them!

Aaron Heeb does really good work. I do appreciate his strength. Some practitioners can’t get me stretched beyond a 5. Aaron can get me to 7. He is prompt and efficient and has good knowledge of body mechanics.

I've been working with Aaron for 4 weeks now and I am seeing definte improvement.  My sciatica pain has definitely improved and rarely do I have issues. We have been also working on some plantar fasciitis with my right foot and it's slowly getting better.  The entire team here is wonderful! I highly recommend it.

Aaron brings a lot of experience and knowledge about stretching. He knows a good stretch for just about every problem I’ve had. He is also careful about not pushing too hard but is plenty strong to give you a good stretch.

Visiting Angels Senior Home Care Longmont

We've had mixed results using this company. Their communication is fairly good, but reliable staffing seems to be a challenge. We were hoping to see the "Angels" bringing ideas for activities to help my MIL get out of the house a bit more or help with making a dinner once a week, but that seems to be a challenge.
On the plus side, we work with Tia Q. right now and love to see how she wants to help my MIL, and is always looking for ways to stay busy. It's a refreshing change from other caregivers who sat and played on their phones. Tia is always bustling around, cleaning, doing laundry or playing cards with my MIL. My MIL truly enjoys her help and company. Tia also understands that we are trying to work and doesn't try to engage with us in long conversations, unless necessary.

My visiting angel, Tia, is sincere, helpful, and very understanding of my needs. She's the best aid I've ever had. She's great at thinking on her feet and doing things for me without even asking. She is a fantastic visiting angel and I'm so grateful for everything she does.

Visiting Angels Longmont provided excellent care for both of my parents. I would highly recommend them. The providers we worked with were extremely caring and responsive to my parent's needs, especially my Mother, who suffered from Alzheimer's. The management team was not only very supportive and caring but responded quickly and diligently to meet us at every turn, including, being very flexible around scheduling, and thougtful in their way of communicating and interacting with me during a very diffcult time. I am forever grateful that Visiting Angels was there for me and my family when we needed it!

Would highly recommend visiting angels of Longmont.  Very professional up front pricing. Our aide is Tia who has gone the extra mile to learn sign language. My dad loves her.  She takes a huge burden off of our shoulders.

Very pleased with the support Erica has been providing my mother. She has gone above and beyond to encourage and support her and definitely made her life better!

Stretch Zone Littleton has the best staff. Alysia is my personal favorite. She really pays attention to how my body responds to each stretch. She is very good at manipulating the body to get the best stretch possible. I ALWAYS feel so much better after she's done. Highly recommend this place. Such a great service!

I am so grateful that I came to Stretch Zone in Littleton. The experience of re-training my muscles has been healing. The staff is wonderful. I have been fortunate to spend quite a few sessions with Johnny Lucero, and I always leave feeling great. I think anyone would benefit from this program.

Love everything about this place!  Alysia, Johnny, and Kendrick have worked with me the most and they are awesome!

I have experienced great improvement in flexibility which has let to greater mobility and improvement in all areas of my life.  I highly recommend for everyone of all ages!

This is an amazing resource for wellness! Learning which practitioner that’s best for you takes a few trips but once you ‘click’ with one or two your set up for success!!

Kendrick- amazing for light stretching and recovery
Johnny - amazing for deep stretches

Coming to SZ has been wonderful for my overall body flexibility and has done wonders for my golf game and other physical activities.  The staff is very personable and knowledgeable.  I am close to finishing the 12 week program and feel so much better in the mornings and throughout the day. I highly recommend this as a former Physical Education teacher.

TITLE Boxing Club Fort Collins

I started taking classes a few months ago and I definitely found a way to exercise that has become a favorite. I didn't think I would like it so much. All the teachers are excellent. Erick is always very friendly at the reception and answers any questions. I leave all my stress in one class ,  hahaha thanks guys.

Best decision I’ve ever made! Boxing is such a great stress relief to a busy week. Finishing up a class with sweat dripping down your face brings such joy. If you put in the work, you will see results, both in mind and body! I especially love the coaches, staff, and Title family. I’ve learned so much in such a short time and I would recommend this to anyone! Great if your looking for a new skill, while also working out.

Great place - fun, intense workouts with knowledgeable trainers. Staff is super friendly, my partner and I love going here!

These guys are the real deal. Any level of fitness or boxing knowledge and they got you. Fun classes with good instructors. More importantly though, they aren’t like every other gym with pressure filled sales tactics and long term commitments. Give them a shot!

This is a fitness club that uses boxing and MMA movements in instructor-led, group heavy bag workouts. There are opportunities for personal training and seasonal sparring cohorts, but consider a fighting gym if your goal is to train for competition. The Title staff are all friendly and knowledgeable; members are very friendly too. It's a fun workout community that will help you torch calories.

YogaSix Littleton

I recently returned to YogaSix Littleton after a 1 year hiatus due to a car accident. I forgot just how friendly and amazing everyone here truly is!  My first class back was an early morning hot yoga class with Katie and it was exactly what I needed. She is amazing! I bought a package online today and have found my home studio...again :)

Absolutely loved my first Hot yoga class at this Studio!!! The studio is so nice & clean.
Staff helpful & friendly! Instructor was awesome. And, I just loved the cold wash cloth at the end of this Hot yoga class!!:)
I’m doing the week Intro offer and I’m pretty sure I’ll end up with a membership or an 8 or 10 pack!! 😊

I love that even though the instructor prefaced the class with “this isn’t really yoga” since it was a sculpt class she still made it very yoga like. Everything was fine with intention, focused on the breath, and with yoga poses and flows. She was very empowering and guided a short meditation with the coming holiday and the stress that can revolve around holidays. My favorite part was the cold, scented towel that they pass out to cool off while you meditate at the end

This was my first time at Yoga6. I really liked the studio! It was clean and well organized.  I took “Restore” with Kelly W. and it was a wonderful class!  The atmosphere was perfect and I got a good workout in while still getting deep stretches and opening up tight areas like hips and shoulders. Kelly was very welcoming and it was easy to follow her instruction. I highly recommend Yoga6 and Kelly!

Amazing studio. The power class I took was perfect, I loved the intensity with the heat. Definitely my favorite it hot yoga class I’ve taken in the Denver area! Also the instructor was just a delight, had us embrace our silliness & mistakes which honestly made my day 10x better having that mindset. Thanks yoga6!

Visiting Angels Senior Home Care Broomfield

Visiting Angels have a wonderful group of caregivers that help people that can’t help themselves.  Recently we had Elaine Woods who cared for a dear relative of mine.  Elaine would provide sensitive, caring, and gentle care and devotion to my cousin.  My cousin loved when “Lainey” would be coming to see her.  Elaine is a very special person and I had to write this to give her an outstanding review.   Visiting Angels is a must if you need care for someone.

Gerry is the best!!  She truly is my angel. I have stage four metastatic breast cancer and I have yet to find anybody better than Gerry to talk to about how I feel today or what I think will happen to me tomorrow.She is the one person I can talk to about everything, and she listens, truly listens . That means more to me than anything else. She also does the shopping and cooking and laundry and housekeeping, and anything else that I might need. My husband is disabled, and Gerry is so very kind and thoughtful with him as well. It warms my heart when Gerry can get him to laugh out loud. She is definitely the kind of person ( if I felt better) that I would want to be friends with she’s that great. She is extremely professional and I know she cares very much for me.  Gerry is an Angel      # ONE in my heart

Irene has been a caretaker for my husband for quite some time.  She has always been very caring and kind to Tyler and he enjoys her company. he loves to go for rides and she is always been willing to take him . We just made a big move and she was there to be by his side during that day and every day since. she is fun and a delight to be around. all of us in the family appreciate her very much. she not only thinks of my husband who is her client but she goes out of her way to think of me and my wants and needs as well. she is very thoughtful, kind and patient. i look froward to each visit when she is here. thank you for her.

From our first meeting with Visiting Angels we knew we had found the help we needed.  Tawnya took the time to get to know my family and the needs that my mother had during her recovery from a hospitalization.  She found the PERFECT person for my mom!  Jessica is absolutely the best!  She supports my mom in any way she needs her to, my mom trusts her.  She has also encourages and challenges my mom in very gentle ways that she really needs to get better and improve her overall health.  She is a true partner in this process and feels like an extension of the family.  We couldn’t be happier and we look forward to Jessica being a part of our life for the long term.

We have been using visiting angels for my mom and dad for a year. We were  lucky enough to be paired with Tamara Burk as our caregiver.  I cannot say enough about how special Tamara has become to our family but particularly to my father. He has advanced Parkinson’s and Tamara has found a way to keep as many of his symptoms at bay as possible. She is caring, responsible, loving  and her attention to detail with Dr appts and documentation is second to none. I also want to thank Brittany Arellano for her professionalism and guidance through this process. We also have Rosemary and Erin on the weekends whom also are wonderful. I highly recommend this West Denver agency to anyone looking for home care.

This is hands down the best yoga studio I have ever attended.  They are a welcoming and attentive community that empowers each individual who comes into their studio. From the minute you walk into the door you feel welcomed and valued.  What sets this studio apart is that the power of community comes not only from the leadership, but each member who feels recognized and appreciated here. Yoga Pod is an amazing community! It is by far the best studio I have ever been to. I recently moved away from Fort Collins and Yoga Pod was one of the hardest things to say goodbye to! Love all the people and teachers here :)

I stopped by Friday to inquire about classes and I was given a full tour, explanation of pricing, and told about all the different types of classes. I decided to sign up for the 4 weeks for $40 to begin with and set my start date to Monday because I thought I was going to be out of town over the weekend. On Saturday I had decided to not go out of town for the day, so I called to ask if I could move up my starting date. They weren’t able to move the start date but offered to give me a free class for the day. I went to Flow 1 and was blown away from the quality of the practice and instruction, and the friendliness from the instructor and other participants. I am so excited to practice here again soon

Awesome place to learn yoga and community is VERY inclusive. My wife and I enjoyed getting to know the teachers and were deeply touched by their kindness and encouraging spirit. BUTI by Chelsea was the very best. We will miss Yogapod! Thanks!

Love this studio, teachers and owners. Haven't been to a class in forever and they made me feel like I never left. Love you all. Keep being AMAZING!!!

I went there tonight (Monday night, 730pm) and they were closed. I went last week, midday and lights were on and sign said open, but door locked. Amazon might be easier.

Middle of the day on Friday 12-1 and the lights are on, they should be open according to Google. The door has been locked with nobody inside.

4pm on a Tuesday…lights are on, doors locked and nobody’s home.

Incompetent cashier signed me up for automatic shipments of a pre-workout without me knowing. I never requested a subscription to anything, so now I’m out $60 and have excess pre-workout. Very annoyed

the one who attends Sundays is a fool, he had the door open and he took me out saying that he still did not open up very arrogant and rude,
If I could give you less than 10 stars, it would hurt, because it will not give me anything. I'll pay for it and it does not have to be reluctantly given to customers, do not go to this store and they'll have a hard time and ruin your life. day . if it's closed because it locks your door, so they do not get upset, it only took 5 minutes to open, it's a fool, you ruined me on my birthday March 10, thank you, silly
