Visiting Angels Senior Home Care Longmont

We've had mixed results using this company. Their communication is fairly good, but reliable staffing seems to be a challenge. We were hoping to see the "Angels" bringing ideas for activities to help my MIL get out of the house a bit more or help with making a dinner once a week, but that seems to be a challenge. On the plus side, we work with Tia Q. right now and love to see how she wants to help my MIL, and is always looking for ways to stay busy. It's a refreshing change from other caregivers who sat and played on their phones. Tia is always bustling around, cleaning, doing laundry or playing cards with my MIL. My MIL truly enjoys her help and company. Tia also understands that we are trying to work and doesn't try to engage with us in long conversations, unless necessary.

My visiting angel, Tia, is sincere, helpful, and very understanding of my needs. She's the best aid I've ever had. She's great at thinking on her feet and doing things for me without even asking. She is a fantastic visiting angel and I'm so grateful for everything she does.

Visiting Angels Longmont provided excellent care for both of my parents. I would highly recommend them. The providers we worked with were extremely caring and responsive to my parent's needs, especially my Mother, who suffered from Alzheimer's. The management team was not only very supportive and caring but responded quickly and diligently to meet us at every turn, including, being very flexible around scheduling, and thougtful in their way of communicating and interacting with me during a very diffcult time. I am forever grateful that Visiting Angels was there for me and my family when we needed it!

Would highly recommend visiting angels of Longmont. Very professional up front pricing. Our aide is Tia who has gone the extra mile to learn sign language. My dad loves her. She takes a huge burden off of our shoulders.

Very pleased with the support Erica has been providing my mother. She has gone above and beyond to encourage and support her and definitely made her life better!
