First time going in definitely will not be the last. The young lady that helped us was terrific, and the Manager who was busy even helped! I am on my feet 18 hrs a day and no matter where I went it was mostly a disappointment. This place cares!!! It’s about customer satisfaction and experience. Pricing was no more than I would have paid on internet and I got to try them on ahead. They even offered to write down the information in case I wanted to think about it or look elsewhere. I bought them and wore them out of the store. They felt that good.

on me left a lot to be desired. I asked for a good loafer she progressed to tell me that they weren't really in style apparently she doesn't look at fashion magazines
She corrected me several times that the shoes were European numbered not American Well goodie I'm not in Europe I know my own shoe size as American she was not very polite about it
The other young ladies I observed that were waiting on others, seemed to be quite friendly and willing to help. I would certainly pick one of them next time .
The young woman  had medium long dark-haired and on the heavier side.

Purchased a pair of hiking boots at Plaza Shoes in December of 2022. They wore out very quickly, and despite thinking I should not take them back to see what they could do, I did just that. Upon taking them back, they were very gracious, and attempted to get the shoe company to give me a new pair. Within a few days they called me back and arranged to get me new boots at no cost to me. Plaza Shoe was tremendous to work with, and I plan on buying more shoes in the future. Thanks!

I love the selections. I got some good workout footwear from their boutique, Love them! I really had a great customer experience, the staff are super helpful when I am undecided of what brand I want. highly recommend.

Mallory did such a good job helping us get my wife some new Hoka shoes!  Measured her feet and got the right size and brought out several to choose from...

AKKA KARATE USA

We are so grateful for the positive impact that AKKA Karate has had on our son's life. They are so patient and caring and really get to know the personality of their participants. My kids both absolutely love karate here. Miss Sophie and Mr. Rory are amazing with kids and made them feel comfortable from day one. Both of my kids have grown in confidence since beginning karate 3 months ago. I recommend this place to anyone!

Ever since my son started karate so much has changed. He is more confident in himself.  He is excited to go to every class because of his amazing instructors. He has made new friends that help and encourage him also.

Akka karate has done wonders for my daughter! She has more self confidence, pride, integrity and a stronger mind. The instructors there really care for their students and just  not in martial arts. They even offered to help with school work if I was unable to. We tried a couple of other schools before attending Akka and I wish we started here first. They have their own studio so you know it's just not a side job and classes aren't overfilled so students get one on one time with their instructors. I am very grateful that my daughter is a student at Akka.

My son Mario Mangino has been in karate with Akka Karate a little over a year. We have seen positive improvement in his confidence and social skills. He loves his instructors Ms Sofie and Mr Rory

ELXR Yoga Lounge - Pinnacle Hills

Hands down the best yoga in Bentonville/Rogers. I moved here 2 years ago and had been searching for a new yoga studio. I didn’t think it was possible to love a yoga studio more my previous one in Dallas.  Very friendly and welcoming.  Instructors  and members remembered my name after my first drop-in class before I became a member, if that helps show what kind of amazing community this is! I’ve been to many gyms/studios/boutique classes, a good community is hard to find!

Great playlist, infrared heated, candlelight power flows, awesome instructors..every class is amazing!  This place is truly unique and special.

I have been a member of ELXR Yoga Lounge for over a year now, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my physical and mental well-being.

The studio is always clean and inviting. The teachers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and they create a supportive environment that allows me to challenge myself without feeling overwhelmed.

The hot yoga classes are challenging and invigorating, with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after every class.

I highly recommend ELXR Yoga Lounge! If you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this is the place to practice. I am grateful to be a part of this community, and I look forward to continuing my practice here.

I have attended yoga  before , I always love it, but I didn’t feel like I am progressing so I stopped going.
Then, recently, a friend asked me to go to yoga class with her, I hesitated for a while, and never went because I thought Yoga’s not for me anyway. But Husband and I decided to give it a try again coz we think that we needed it anyway. We started from Deep Stretch, tried Power Yoga, got hooked and improved so much since then! And keeps on improving along the way. Instructors are great, they will make sure to teach you the proper poses and progress to a full pose! The ambience is nice and friendly. We feel at home and comfortable, no judgement, just there to improve ourselves, let go, and have fun!

My fiancé and I walked into a Wednesday evening power flow class with Nicole and I instantly knew I had found home. The vibe is EVERYTHING! Dim lighting, great music, and the instructors are so sweet and knowledgeable. I love the push and challenge of every class I’ve been to and the sweat is unreal! So happy to have found a place where I can mentally release again.

My new yoga home! I love this place. All of the instructors are well trained in the art of yoga and modifications. They are friendly, professional and stewards of their craft.  I have taken a class with each at instructor at Rogers ELXR, and all are impressive.
The atmosphere - You drop of your shoes and worries at the door. Then, you step into a warm room with dim lights, groovy tunes, and a Beyonce quote to keep you motivated. You set your spot in the room (maybe by the wall, in the back, or right in the heart of the class), then proceed to the lounge to drop off your phone and extra baggage. The best part of the lounge is chillin' for a moment with the instructor and fellow yogis that are here to sweat.
The classes are intense. You will sweat profusely in a power class, moderately in a stretch and flow, and mildly in a deep stretch class. All can provide you just what you need, if you are willing to show up, push, and stretch yourself.
It's just great! I love this place!

LoHi Athletic Club

Great gym! Clean equipment, they make incredible use of a small space and has everything you could need to get a fantastic workout in.

Special shout out to Hannah! Very welcoming atmosphere at the front desk that started my workout off with a good laugh.

I love the LoHi Athletic Club, it's my friendly neighborhood gym! The location can't be beat, it's right in the heart of the LoHi neighborhood, behind Little Man Ice Cream.

The owner Mike knows everyone's name & makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door! Mike is constantly upgrading the facilities and buying new equipment. Recently, he installed a SAUNA!

The trainers are phenomenal! I work with Will, he does a fantastic job of creating challenging programming, cueing correct form, and targeting my specific goals for marathon training. I've referred many other athletes to him, and everyone ha been equally impressed! I know people who drive from all over the Denver metro area to train with him!

The gym is well-appointed, it has a solid combination of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. The locker rooms are clean and well-maintained! I really can't say enough good things about the LoHi Athletic Club!

LoHi gym is ideal for busy folks that want flexible hours at their leisure. Small but precise working equipment for a full workout. And because I am not a resident they charged me by the month etc with no initiation fees. Perfect for me.

I love this gym. Owners are so friendly, crowds are super thin and manageable. It's also clear that your money is being put to good use as upgrades are constant and effective!

I visit Denver every few months and need a place to work out during the week. LoHi Athletic Club is the only place around the Denver area that will do day or week passes for a reasonable price without being a CO resident! Can't beat the 24/7 access, too! Great facility with every piece of equipment for all types of workouts! I will definitely come back for week passes when I stay in Denver.

Iron Warrior Gym

This gym is fantastic: clean, welcoming and with all the equipment one needs. During the day, it's seldomly busy which enables quick, efficient workouts.

A diamond in the rough! Once you gain a code you have access 24/7! This gym may be a bit rough around the edges, but for us gym rats it perfect! Equipment for Power/Olympic Lifting, also Strongman!

This gym is full of bad vibes, bad management, and bad people. There are many people that go to this place that believe they own it and can make/enforce rules that aren't real. For example, when I was rack pulling, I had random guys come up to me and state that rack pulls were not allowed in power racks. I emailed the gym staff about this who clarified that this was totally false and that rack pulls were of course allowed. Other similar incidents like this occurred before I finally cancelled my mebership. Some of the gymgoers would also give off bad, unwelcoming stares/vibes (likely because of insecurity) and it seems that the gym staff allowed this lawless order to thrive because they valued "team" members over regular paying gymgoers. This gym is also overpriced. Do not waste your money. This gym does not have a true powerlifting vibe but instead has a weird anti-social, anti-high intensity vibe that may be good for certain types of people who are new to powerlifting, but not for the seasoned gung-ho veteren/athlete.

Best gym atmosphere I've ever been in. Guys/Gals in this gym are extremely strong and extremely kind to new lifters (like me).

They're always willing to give positive feedback or constructive criticism if you're open to it. (Shout out to Timothy/Alyssa, Mondo, and Dave for being so welcoming and for teaching me so much)

Root: Center for Yoga & Sacred Studies

This Yoga Center provides the most authentic classes I have ever taken. This was the first center I attended a Yoga class at when I moved to Colorado Springs, and from the moment I sat in class with Jessica I was in awe with the great sincerity and accessibility of her teachings. The beauty of the physical space is breathtaking, you can feel the love oozing from the walls. After having tried out multiple other small studios in the area, I can hands down say that this is the best place to practice Yoga in all of the springs.

Come here whenever you need a deep breath, a pause, and great love!!

i have yet to find a place in the springs that honors the sacred practices of yoga like Root does. the variety of classes offered in such a genuine, loving, and devoted way are changing the lens of western commodified yoga and what people “think” these practices stand for and “should” look like. i am forever grateful for these walls, and recommend everyone to attend a class! donation based, zoom, and pay it forward classes offered!

The experience at Root is phenomenal! I have gone through yoga teacher training here and I attend classes regularly; the education and classes provided are and were so amazing and I feel so grateful to be a part of the Root family. It is such an inviting, peaceful and joyful place to practice and be a part of a community. Jessica Patterson, the owner and lead teacher, is such a graceful and warm soul, her classes are sure to be an amazing experience as well as many other classes at Root. I highly recommend practicing at Root! You will not regret it :)

Today's 8 year anniversary Open House @ Root was magical! A beautiful assortment of classes and teaching styles (one with Live Cello!), a community autumn garland to decorate, many creative ways to support 3 different local non-profits, such an array of clothing, art, jewelry and books for sale... I was so grateful to be a part of the magic that is Root Center today! The teachers here are so supportive of modifying postures and making everyone feel included and cared for. Wow! THIS is what Yoga is truly about! Support. Community.  Seeing, and Being Seen.

Root is definitely my new favorite yoga studio.  The location is nice, since you don’t have to worry about parking downtown or in Old Colorado City.  The studio has a nice layout and an awesome practice space.  To top it all off, my favorite teacher, Jessica Patterson runs it!  She provides a deeper understanding of yoga that goes beyond just the physical benefits of the practice.  Her chakra tuning workshops are an amazing experience and have made me want to further my understanding of yogic philosophy, and maybe even pursue teaching in the future.  I’ve only made it to a few other classes at the studio, and so far they have all been great!  Root has certainly put together something special here.

nooma

Good workout, and I appreciate that the mats are already put out for the clients. I appreciate that you don’t have to bring your own mat or towel. Enjoyed the music, large room and mirrors, and dark lighting. I will return!

However, in my opinion there should be a no phone policy in studio rooms. It was off putting to see everyone immediately start texting after the workout, even during it! Distracting to other clients and impacts the collective energy in the room especially in a place that emphasizes a mind body connection. I think this is something that management should consider for an overall better experience.

A friend introduced me to Nooma last January, and I began my journey in the middle of the month. Since then, my life has undergone the most beautiful transformation! During a time when I was navigating some of my most challenging days, Nooma became my sanctuary, allowing me to stay grounded and providing me with the peace and strength necessary to persevere.
I'm immensely grateful for the amazing community of inspiring women I've connected with through Nooma. Nooma, to me, is so much more than a workout; it's an experience that encourages a connection between mind, body, and spirit. It's a place where a genuine and meaningful community thrives. I am forever thankful for the Nooma leaders and their tremendous impact on our community, well-being, and my life!

PRO:
1. Great classes and a good variety.
2. Been going for a year. And i love how towels and mats are readily available. LOVE how they have hair ties and sanitary pads in the restroom. The lockers are great too. There is something pampering about Nooma despite the fact that it is a work out place!

CON: 1. Expensive and they keep increasing the prices too quickly.
2.But the MAJOR con is that they allow for overbooking and do not care to provide some SPACE between the mats, which kind of makes the whole time you are there worried about who you will hit or how awkwardly you need to get in and out. It seems like they do not want to lose their money so they let it book to the brim. I think they should consider expanding the studio.
3.And oh, the app can definitely be better!
4. There is a bit of a funky smell to the entrance, something that should be easy to fix!

My experience at Nooma has been nothing short of spectacular.  What differentiates Nooma is the type of workout experience that they offer.  The combination of yoga, weights, and cardio combined with a 95+ degree workout room results in a unique and exceptional workout experience with a high calorie burn.

The instructors are well trained and do a great job of motivating participants and encouraging people to continuously strive for improvement.  The workout routines are refreshed every few weeks to keep the workouts new and challenging.

For me it took a few weeks to get used to the heat and the challenge of the workouts, but now I have completed over 160 classes in the past 6 months and have dropped nearly 50 pounds.

In my experience, the owners have been very responsive to questions and requests and take pride in offering a unique workout experience.

I highly recommend Nooma Rogers!!

I love this place! Great workout, amazing instructors, and such friendly people. What a great place to find your people who will encourage you and motivate you. Every class offers a great workout...be sure to stay to the end to get that cold towel!

Terrible customer service, the cashier had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Very disappointing and I do not recommend this spot

Went in today for some pre workout. The cashier asked me for my phone number and email, which I declined. He got very rude and condescending, basically saying “it’s a free $5 if you sign up, but whatever you say boss.” Terrible customer service.

Awesome place! The customer service is great and the employees are very knowledgeable. Never has anyone tried to get me to buy anything nor sell me anything unneeded. I shop there exclusively for all fitness products now.

Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. Jalen was a professional on the phone as well as in person. Great customer service!

Stopped by to get some supplements and such. Brett was very helpful in helping me understand what I need. Customer service was great and will definitely be stopping by again. Clean store as well.

Great Experience!  Very professional.  Abbe, who was my "Stretcholigist", no that's not what they call them, went over step by step and explained everything thoroughly.  Very much worth of $49. A pathway to success in essential body wellness. I will definitely be a member.  Prices for your needs.

New business in our area which I tried as supplemental work on top of a chiropractor sessions. Great staff who helps teach while they work and never push you past point you prefer.

Please with a stretching the workers are very polite well-mannered,💖 no defense who answers the phone needs to answer it manners working for the company stretch lab. Changed my life. I go twice a week to see Hope. She is a spectacular Flexologist. Pains that I've had for years are gone.

I like this place but they are kinda pricey.
