Supplements are supposed to improve your health. Everything has soybeans, bioengineered food ingredients, & other unhealthy additives in all of the GNC products. Waste of my time & money. Don't trust the people working there to help you. Just looking to make a sale.

This is my first time going to the Pueblo mall GNC and as a person who wants to better themselves and go get supplements Ive never felt so incecure. My cousin and I went to the front desk to check out and I had two visa gift cards and I wasn't sure how much was on them, I told the lady that and the whole time she was making rude remarks and giving us dirty looks as we were trying to figure out how much was on the cards. When our cards weren't working her nasty looks made us uncomfortable so we left the store and don't plan on coming back. If your going to be in costemer service for fitness and health please be more kind and more understanding.

just went in to get a couple energy drinks, held the bar code towards the representative and simply asked "can i just have you scan the bar code instead of touch them" his immediate response was "how do you think we get them in the case?" as if trying to shame me for not wanting someone to touch a can that i am about to drink from, i told him obviously someone put them in there but that doesnt mean that i have to take an even bigger chance of cross contamination with even more exposer to someone touching it right before i drink from it.  i dont know why your response to someone asking you to please just scan the barcode instead of grabbing the can is "how do you think we get them in the case".  if you want to get an attitude with customers for no reason then maybe you should do yourself and others a favor and not work in an industry that requires you do interact with people, i would fire one of my employees on the spot if i heard them insult the customer for such a simple request.

The lady was very rude when I asked a question about a sale and signed ever few words and ughed a lot. Not great service.

No one here during business hours. Waste of time.

Yoga Box

I am so obsessed with Yoga Box. I take all types offered (Power, Sculpt, and Restore) and have never have anything but an amazing experience. The teachers are so good at what they do, and I use this as my primary workout now and have never been leaner in my life. So glad I'm part of the community and excited to hit 100 classes soon! :)

I have taken 2 classes so far and both have been great. The instructors incorporate a lot of calming tid bits about life as you’re going through the movements and remind you to bring yourself back to the present moment if  your mind starts to wonder. It is definitely a great place to practice self care and learning to give yourself grace. Love the heated studio too!

Sarah's classes were both amazing. I took power flow first. It pushed me physically to my limit. She was encouraging the class through the tough it all. The restore class was a great way to wind down and go inward after the intensity. I'll be back for sure!

Only been to one instructor, Jess, but her 60 minute vinyasa class is really excellent! Highly polished and clearly v experienced instructor. Lovely flow, mix of challenge and restoration, and great postural guidance throughout - with options for different levels. The space is conveniently located and very functional. Everything is dialed in. First 3 classes free - that’s a great deal and the monthly rate is comparable to other studios.

I look forward to every Monday because of Jessica’s recovery restore classes - one of my favorite instructors in Denver! Yoga Box has a great vibe in general. I love the ambiance lighting in the studio and free parking right outside!

Summit Strong

I've been going to Summit Strong for about 3 years now, it's been my favorite gym! They have great equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff members, and a wonderful community. Currently I'm working with the trainer, Nate, to help me get ready for my upcoming rugby season. Nate is communicative and easy to get ahold of, and the plan he made me is detailed and truly tailored to my personal goals, and considerate of my past injuries and experience with athletics. It's great to work with a trainer who is also an intensely competitive athlete, I feel that he pushes me as hard as he would himself.

This gym feels like my home away from home. I absolutely love training here! The Equipment is amazing in the gym, and very tailor to people who want to train in unique ways.  The "gym culture" is like none other ive ever seen. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been lifting weights most of my life, and I get creative ideas from the trainers and other members every week. The gym has an outstanding range of trainers to choose from as well! There is a trainer for you at Summit Strong weather or not you're a gym veteran, or are new to the gym. Recently, I starting Boxing with the one of the trainers Nate Cortez. He is the best boxing coach I have ever had. His eye to detail in how to move your body is so helpful. My favorite part of training with Nate is how quickly and easily he can change a drill to make sure that I am understanding the fundamental movements that I need to learn. I highly recommend trying to this gym out!

Great gym overall. Clean space with great equipment variety for a more athletic style of training. Mostly free weights, squat racks and cables, with boxing area, turf and some cardio equipment. It's been a perfect space for me to train as a hockey player.

Like others on here, I prepaid for a year membership and never renewed when my year was up. Summit Strong took it upon themselves to start charging me on a monthly basis after my prepaid month was over. There was not a single communication about signing up for another prepaid year or a change to a month to month plan, so I never authorized continued billing. Extremely shady business practices, especially for a small, local gym. I spoke with an employee named Mason trying to charge me for yet another month to cancel my membership. He told me to email the owner Todd to try and get fix the situation. I have emailed twice with no response.

Great vibe. Super kind peeps who welcomed me in to their space to do my thing in a judgment free atmosphere. The equipment selection was what I want without a lot of the unnecessary frills. Definitely going back any time I am in Denver.

Senior Helpers

We have worked with Senior Helpers since January of 2023. We are very pleased with the service. The most important part of this is our care giver Joselyn Lima. She is a very hard worker. She always arrives on time and performs assigned duties to completion. Plus, Joselyn is very friendly and has developed a strong relationship with my wife (to whom she provides care). We couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided.

This company came under new staff in the office the year 2023 and if I can give 0 stars I would. I can irked for this company for 3 years and the first 2 we’re amazing. This year I have had my schedule played with and checks late. Also all the staff in the office extremely rude. Beware of trusting them with caring for your family as well as they tend to hire anyone these days. The office smells like mold and cigarette smoke. 0/10 would not recommend. Feel free to reach out for better recommendations.

From our first interview years ago throughout all the years of working with Senior Helpers, they were an essential part of my elderly Dad’s care plan.  The home care professionals were all good quality people who genuinely cared for my Dad.

Right from the beginning with the phone conversations and the in person meeting to fill out all the impertinent information. Kelly was so helpful to explain and answered all my questions. I really appreciated her patience in explaining in detail so that I was left with a full understanding of how everything would proceed and move forward. Kelly was on time and very respectful of my home. When she left I was totally comfortable knowing I would be taken care of.

Reliable. We've had a few caregivers that don't do a great job, but they are there and keep her safe. Other caregivers are true gems and go beyond to engage her in talking about her life and helping her remember it. I can have peace of mind when I'm not there.

Disappointed! Went to buy pump fuel insanity pre workout and they did not carry it( it's a gnc brand?) instead they had others with creatine monohydrate which is awful for you??

I went in to return a product that alwas not working for me. I have a rewards profile and because they could not find the purchase they said could only refund for credit $5 even though I paid $15 for it. This is unacceptable. Not only is it a GNC product, but I purchased it under my rewards profile so that their sytem had record of the purchase. The manager even went as far as to low-key accuse me of purchasing longer ago than what I had said stating that "People tend to leave supplements in their cabinets and forget about them." Its not appropriate to generalize your customers as forgetful or lying.

Knowledgeable and well trained staff were able to help me with my purchase, they answered all my questions and even did a little research for me to find out what the best product would be from my situation.  If you are familiar with the sugar bear hair products such as the gummies they are many compare obal items here some did actually rated much higher than the sugar bears  When compared to other top products.  They also have a lot of products for skin overall help exedra is not just a workout supplement store!  I highly recommend becoming a member of their in store program as the points can be used towards future purchases thanks again!

Very unprofessional. The manager thinks he is educated with a certificate in nutrition from NASM. I’m graduating with my masters in dietetics and this guy thinks he knows what’s best for your body. Tried to return a product and he was very rude. Be wary.

Anytime Fitness

Darek and Paige are the new owners of this place and wow does it look good! I am just visiting some old friends here in town and stopped by to use the gym and really enjoy the friendly and open atmosphere they promote. I would definitely recommend this to anyone local, especially if you're looking for an accepting and inviting gym. I'll be returning when I'm back in town for sure! Keep it up you two!

I've been a steadfast member of here for years, always timely with my payments. Yet, when a change in my debit card prompted me to update my billing details, a seemingly straightforward task became an ordeal due to the consistent absence of the gym's owner.
Despite my many attempts, both in-person and over the phone, and reassurances from other staff, the issue remained unresolved. Now, I find myself locked outside the gym. I've reached out using all three contact numbers available to me, but to no avail.
The frustration is not about a lack of funds or willingness on my part, but rather a breakdown in communication from the gym's side. Being penalized with a lockout, despite proactive efforts on my end, is disheartening to say the least.

If I could give zero stars I would. I worked at anytime fitness for 5 years. I moved to Colorado and started going to this location. The original owner was very nice and kept the gym up. The new owner Carl, has made this gym an unpleasant location. The bathrooms are not up to par, there is limited equipment and classes. My main issue is I received a voicemail from him stating he cancelled my membership because I Had complimentary status due to the owners of anytime fitness allowing me to have a complimentary membership. He cancelled it without notice or contacting the location I worked at. He then told me I don’t pay and does not want me there. Very unprofessional attitude on the phone. My wife then cancelled so we can work out together elsewhere. Her contract is up this month but he still tried to milk every last penny and charged us for next year. Owner is greedy and probably shouldn’t own a gym. I am taking my fitness elsewhere more affordable and moe amenities. Sad because I was very loyal to anytime fitness for years and did a lot for the company. Oh well.

This gym is the best, they have everything you need. It’s so close to our house so the location is perfect. Darek and his wife, Dr. Butler are so nice and enthusiastic, we love them and their puppy Emmy. We were going to another gym but left THERE because of the mask obsessed lunatics. But here, no one bothers you, and everyone for the most part, minds their own business.😊 My husband and I love this gym and can’t see ever going anywhere else. Location and price are perfect! Open 24 hours, What else can you ask for?? I recommend this gym to everyone.

Update: owners are amazing especially during this pandemic. They worked with me and helped me out while we go through these uncertain times. If you need somewhere to work out where you can trust the management and those running the gym, this is the place to go!

New owners are great. They’re friendly and always keep the gym squeaky clean and stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks.

I’ve been going to Denver Gym and Fitness for a few years and I love how clean and the size so much. This year before our wedding we did their hybrid personal training with Stephanie and it was absolutely incredible to challenge ourselves and switch up our gym routine! I’ve really enjoyed being a member of Denver Gym and Fitness and part of Stephanie’s group personal training classes at the gym. I was feeling a bit unmotivated and bored with my routine and joining the group training made me fall back in love with working out. Steph is an amazing trainer and makes the program fun and challenging. My form, strength, and endurance has improved so much since working with her. It’s also great to have a community at the gym that you can work towards your goals and stay motivated with. Thanks Steph and DG&F!

I cannot recommend DG&F highly enough - and Stephanie in particular!  I've been doing 1:1 personal training with her for a month now and she's just made it so enjoyable, accessible and approachable (this is my first ever time doing this).   I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better trainer - she explains things simply and creatively so it feels really easy to "get" and clearly cares so much about her work and her clients - I couldn't feel in better hands. The gym itself is great and makes you feel at home (vs big, chain gyms) - everyone is friendly and there to support you (or you can do your own thing!) A huge thank-you to the team at DG&F - you've made it easy for me to hit the ground running with no previous strength-training experience!

Love this gym. Very clean and not overly crowded to where you’re waiting for a machine. There’s something here for everyone. Would recommend this gym.

Yoga Center of Denver

Great experience, would recommend! Lauren greeted me with kindness at the front desk and provided a lovely tour of the studio ahead of my first class. The studio had a peaceful feel. In the city yet quiet. Great place to practice. Kevin was a friendly and calm instructor. He provided great guidance and demos during the class.

I went for the first time since relocating from Oregon and having been out of practice with Iyengar yoga for a few years. The front desk staff was friendly, the instructor was knowledgeable and attentive, and the students in the class were very friendly and welcoming. I could tell it was a positive culture.

The instructor's energy was amazing, and skill level very high. I used to attend Iyengar classes at the same location many years ago as a professional dance performer to help me with injuries, alignment, and overall balance, and was so impressed that the caliber of teachers is still the highest I've seen in Denver! I will definitely be back and take as many classes as possible!

Convenient location (we drove down from Wyoming, and access from I-25 was a breeze), attentive staff, wonderful facility with necessary supporting items (e.g., meditation mats, meditation cushions, chairs), ample parking and an informative program led by Richard Lang.

Incredible studio with a variety of offerings. The instructors are skilled and give awesome cues, I immediately learned so much from their teaching style(s) and my practice has improved from even just a few classes here.

Love Bee Well Yoga! My husband and I have been attending private yoga sessions for over two years at Bee Well and it’s changed my life. I can’t express how great Allison is! She caters every session on how you are feeling that day with variations of mediations, faster flows, slower flows!
