Disappointed! Went to buy pump fuel insanity pre workout and they did not carry it( it's a gnc brand?) instead they had others with creatine monohydrate which is awful for you??

I went in to return a product that alwas not working for me. I have a rewards profile and because they could not find the purchase they said could only refund for credit $5 even though I paid $15 for it. This is unacceptable. Not only is it a GNC product, but I purchased it under my rewards profile so that their sytem had record of the purchase. The manager even went as far as to low-key accuse me of purchasing longer ago than what I had said stating that "People tend to leave supplements in their cabinets and forget about them." Its not appropriate to generalize your customers as forgetful or lying.

Knowledgeable and well trained staff were able to help me with my purchase, they answered all my questions and even did a little research for me to find out what the best product would be from my situation. If you are familiar with the sugar bear hair products such as the gummies they are many compare obal items here some did actually rated much higher than the sugar bears When compared to other top products. They also have a lot of products for skin overall help exedra is not just a workout supplement store! I highly recommend becoming a member of their in store program as the points can be used towards future purchases thanks again!

Very unprofessional. The manager thinks he is educated with a certificate in nutrition from NASM. I’m graduating with my masters in dietetics and this guy thinks he knows what’s best for your body. Tried to return a product and he was very rude. Be wary.
