I love this location! Timothy has truly exceeded my expectations! Since starting in June with the goal of enhancing my leg flexibility and range of motion, I've seen fantastic results. The old adage, "You get what you put in," certainly applies here, and Timothy has been instrumental in guiding me. His insightful recommendations and personalized advice have consistently increased my flexibility. I'm excited about my ongoing journey and the remarkable progress I'm achieving and look forward to increasing my flexibility.

JASON was absolutely incredible! He not only took the time to truly listen to my needs, but he also had an incredible intuition when it came to understanding my body and what it required. His deep understanding of biomechanics allowed him to provide the perfect stretches tailored to my specific needs. I am eagerly looking forward to my next session with JASON, as I know it will be another fantastic opportunity to experience a rejuvenating stretch.

AMAZING!! Run! don’t walk! I never knew how much I needed this relief! Armando is the absolute BEST! Admittedly, I was skeptical about how beneficial this would be for me, and if it was worth squeezing into my already busy schedule, but I’m delighted to say, this is money well spent! I exercise moderately 5 days/week, I’m a mom of 2, and a nurse, and I’ve never felt such a release In all of my knots and tension spots! I feel SO much better! Armando is very kind and incredibly knowledgeable in his field, I don’t even have to tell him where I’m sore/stiff! Go see him!

The people at this place are phenomenal. Monay the manager is superb and will go above and beyond. Blair, Jessica, Armando, Kianna are superb stretch performers. You can’t go wrong with any of the aforementioned. Ten stars to the lovely team!

StretchLab was a great experience. I was a high school athlete who loved to play but hated to stretch and manage my body the right way. I came here and they taught me a lot about my body and how much flexibility I was lacking. The stretch routine was great, very comfortable and helpful for loosening up my muscles. I worked with Nimoy who was a great energy to be around. Really nice staff and great environment. Very comfortable and friendly for new clients. Be sure to check them out, I will definitely be coming back.

Quest Diagnostics

Easily a made appointment over the phone. Wait was about 1 minute.  The staff was very professional. I would use them again if needed.

The first two draws I had were great!  The last one, the phlebotomist drew from my basilic vein unnecessarily as my median cubital was accessible.  It hurt a lot and I didn’t see a reason for that.  Hitting that vein wrong can cause nerve damage or a hematoma.   I won’t be going back.  I saw no reason for that as I was nothing but professional and it felt personal.

Had bloodwork done and now they can’t find the results! Nor did they send them to my Doctor! Extremely upset!!!

The directions are correct to get to this location. Quest does not have a large outside sign to confirm the location inside Springhill medical plaza. Just follow signs to the medical plaza. The main floor is level 2, take the elevator to level 1 and the office is to the left.

Fast,  get the job done, and staff made it painless

Great place to work out. The staff really care and will cater to your goals. There is no "lunk-alert" to throw off your gains.

Sixth House Wellness Studio

I thought no one could replace my favorite yoga instructor, but I was wrong! I have been practicing a few years, and in just one visit, I could tell Claire is an AMAZING yoga instructor! The place is very cute, and the vibe is serene and welcoming! Can't wait to go back for the Sun Solstice Workshop! (You must register in advance thru their Instagram page to save a spot! You can also join via zoom!!)

You can't beat Sixth House! I started going here pregnant, new to yoga and late into my third trimester. I wasn't sure I would be able to take advantage of the classes fully but was guided in every class with safe alternative positions. Claire is an amazing instructor and the environment is so welcoming and relaxing. I may be gone for a bit postpartum but will definitely be back!

I would religiously take restorative yoga classes with Claire a couple of years ago, so when she and her best friend opened up Sixth House, I knew I had to support her. She has been offering zoom classes especially during the pandemic and that inspired me to start taking her classes again. I moved away from Little Rock and even though I can find yoga classes locally, there's something about Claire's style, friendly and bubbly personality that draws me to her. I highly recommend Sixth House and if I ever have the chance to go back to little Rock, I would definitely take classes in studio!

One of my favorite places in Little Rock! The space is intimate and cozy, instructors are extremely welcoming, and classes are high quality. Every instructor I have had has gone out of their way to ensure that I feel comfortable and supported. I could not recommend Sixth House more!

I LOVE the 5:30 am AIR class with Arshia. She is an amazing instructor and so sweet. Her classes bring me so much peace and tranquillity. I leave feeling so refreshed every time. The studio is so peaceful and beautiful inside. Because of my work schedule I’ve only gone to the early bird classes but I look forward to trying new classes when the time permits.

10 Fitness – Downtown Little Rock

I was there for military training and used this facility for about 5 months.  The gym is good and convenient to downtown. HOWEVER — after 18 months I have still been unable to communicate cancellation. They’ve continued to charge me for membership to a the point where I had to cancel the card associated. I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails with no response. I still receive automated spam calls. Now, I receive emails stating that my membership fees will be going to collections.

DO NOT JOIN! I signed up in November of 2021 and was told my membership would be for one year and I would not be charged further. I came in to this location in October and asked a gentleman in the offices if I would be charged the next month and he told me I would not be. I said I want to make sure it is cancelled, as this is the gym I signed up at, and he said I was good to go. I checked my account today and I’ve been charged for the last 3 months. I called the location and they want me to fill out a form and do a bunch of work to try and get a refund. This is not right, and I can’t warn you enough. There are much better gyms in the area.

I love love love this gym!  Brandi Tate is PHENOMENAL!  She's professional at all times, helpful and always willing to listen and help.  I struggle with health issues, and Brandi has been nothing but patient with me.  She's helped me come up with plans that accommodate my  physical needs, along with meal plans.  The gym is always clean, she's easy to talk to, outgoing, friendly and nothing short of amazing!  I initially met Brandi at the beginning of my fitness journey at the 10 Fitness in Cabot, and I intentionally followed her to the Downtown location because of her professionalism and her amazing attitude.  This facility is personal (not too big) and I like that.  Brandi is the perfect fit for this location, I couldn't see anyone else here, doing what she does, the way she does it!  Absolutely love her and this 10 Fitness with her!!

Edit- Brandi left. I’m sure the new person is great. However I realized I was paying more just for the “location”. There is no parking most of the time so you generally have to walk. No tanning beds if you’re into that. It was new and it worked but now I go to RP with everyone else.

I really like the size of this gym. Not too overwhelming. Super clean, well maintained, and I like that there aren’t ever too many people in your business. You scan in and go!

Brandi, the manager, is exactly who you want in your corner if you’re interested in personal training. Even if you’re not, she’s going to make sure you’re set up for success. She’s great!! Treats everyone like they matter.

10 Fitness Downtown is a great place to workout especially since my job is not far from it to get in a quick, and good workout. The manager Brandi is my trainer and I just adore her! She is such a sweet , fun, encouraging person who sees the best in you and will pushes you and challenges you all because she sees your potential. I have really enjoyed working out with her during my sessions.

I was overall impressed by cleanliness of the store, they had an impressive intock and to top it off top of the line customer service the gentleman I spoke to (Kenny) was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend to friend or family member.

Been going for years, the people help you out most of the time. Sometimes they let you look around then ask. But aside that they are good!

My only gripe is that don't have more of my favorite brands!  #BuckedUp However, the staff was super helpful and I found a couple new things I had wanted to try!

Tradehome Shoes

Jackson & the other salesman with the glasses and blonde hair exceeded any expectations I had when it comes to buying a pair of shoes. They are so knowledgeable in all shoes & have a great customer service and always have a positive attitude. They are quick and efficient but also have the patiences with customers of all ages!
Would definitely recommend this shoe store.

My wife and I were recently taking a vacation in Fargo when my sandals busted. Jeremy Vig was such a fantastic person to work with. He set me up with what I needed with just the right amount of humor that made my day. Fantastic service. Fantastic quality!

This was the best shoe buying experience I’ve had. They really listened to what I needed in my shoes. I have bad feet that make buying shoes really difficult. The salesman helping me was patient and persistent in finding me the perfect pair for me. 100% recommend Tradehome for whatever kind of shoes you need!

This store and it's workers are exceptional! They are incredibly helpful and very friendly. My family and I will only go here for shoes and great customer service. The workers seem very educated on shoe brands and help you find the perfect shoes for your feet. 10/10!

BODYBAR Pilates - West 7th

BODYBAR is the first botiques fitness center that I have felt welcome at! They are so personable and helpful! I’ve been coming for 2 years and love it!

Love it here! I am new to Pilates and they have made me feel so comfortable and welcome.

It took years of searching to find the right Pilate reformer studio that fit all my needs. BODYBAR is amazing to say the least. The quality of the equipment is state of the art, the instructors are phenomenal, each one are unique and well educated in what they teach, I’m challenged with every class I take. Management  is first rate and take pride in running the different locations. AND the owners are the nicest people, they treat their  customers as friends. Best place ever❣️❣️

I went to my first BodyBar class tonight and it was AMAZING! I was an avid Pilates Reformer gal pre-baby #3 and I wasn’t expecting this class to be so dang good but it today was!! The staff was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! I will definitely be returning.

Tried out the studio this week. I enjoyed it and everyone was so welcoming. Definitely recommend. I look forward to catching more classes and making this part of my routine. The room was the perfect temp - not too hot, cold or windy. The instructor gave clear instructions and kept eyes on us the whole time.

Only thing that rubbed me wrong was the membership question. It was implied I would sign up for a membership immediately. Nope. I prefer to pay the drop in rate. I don't care to try to save a few dollars a class cause I've had a hard time canceling memberships in the past. I didn't dock any stars for this. I know the lady was trying to do her job. It's a pet peeve to expect me to sign a contract before I walk out the door.
