I love this location! Timothy has truly exceeded my expectations! Since starting in June with the goal of enhancing my leg flexibility and range of motion, I've seen fantastic results. The old adage, "You get what you put in," certainly applies here, and Timothy has been instrumental in guiding me. His insightful recommendations and personalized advice have consistently increased my flexibility. I'm excited about my ongoing journey and the remarkable progress I'm achieving and look forward to increasing my flexibility.

JASON was absolutely incredible! He not only took the time to truly listen to my needs, but he also had an incredible intuition when it came to understanding my body and what it required. His deep understanding of biomechanics allowed him to provide the perfect stretches tailored to my specific needs. I am eagerly looking forward to my next session with JASON, as I know it will be another fantastic opportunity to experience a rejuvenating stretch.

AMAZING!! Run! don’t walk! I never knew how much I needed this relief! Armando is the absolute BEST! Admittedly, I was skeptical about how beneficial this would be for me, and if it was worth squeezing into my already busy schedule, but I’m delighted to say, this is money well spent! I exercise moderately 5 days/week, I’m a mom of 2, and a nurse, and I’ve never felt such a release In all of my knots and tension spots! I feel SO much better! Armando is very kind and incredibly knowledgeable in his field, I don’t even have to tell him where I’m sore/stiff! Go see him!

The people at this place are phenomenal. Monay the manager is superb and will go above and beyond. Blair, Jessica, Armando, Kianna are superb stretch performers. You can’t go wrong with any of the aforementioned. Ten stars to the lovely team!

StretchLab was a great experience. I was a high school athlete who loved to play but hated to stretch and manage my body the right way. I came here and they taught me a lot about my body and how much flexibility I was lacking. The stretch routine was great, very comfortable and helpful for loosening up my muscles. I worked with Nimoy who was a great energy to be around. Really nice staff and great environment. Very comfortable and friendly for new clients. Be sure to check them out, I will definitely be coming back.
