This station lies about their gas prices. They tell you one price on the sign but fail to tell you that if you use your debit card at the pump they will charge you an extra .10 cents per gallon. I also tried to use my Fuel Rewards card here and the pump took my .25 cent reward and cancel my transaction. When I tried to do the transaction again it told me I only had .3 cent reward left. When I asked for assistance from the clerk she looked dumbfounded and couldn't help me. Where is customer service these days?

Standard convenience store with competitive gas prices.  Air / water machine is automatic and takes debit / credit.  Better store at QT down the street on Greenway, but if you just need gas....here ya go.

Gas station with a somewhat well stock C-store. Generally speaking, you can get better prices on fuel at other places, and the rest of the merchandise can be had cheaper at the grocery store across the street.

Great prices but they need to keep window wash buckets cleaner.

Just sharing the reason why I'm boycotting this gas station. They don't treat black people like human beings. If you're Mexican they're friendly, they greet you if you're white they are friendly and they greet you. If you're black you get the complete silent treatment and a condescending scowl. I will take my money elsewhere just as I do every time this happens in 2023. If it happened in 1983 like I experienced it back then as well, it would be a different story but some people will never progress and for that, they will have to pay monetarily!

Waited in line behind someone buying several lotto tickets. Not all filled out correctly so the clerk took the time to help him. My turn . I was purchasing cigarettes and wanted 2 lotto quick picks. She said the machine is right there. I said I preferred to buy directly. She said I’ll teach you . I said she could do my request in less time. She ignored me and said have a nice night, dismissing me.

Asked for a key to the restroom after purchasing gas and paying for my snacks and was blatantly lied to by the staff member working who said she didn’t have a key to the facilities despite the sign on the door saying you needed to ask the attendant. Apparently paying customer or not, they will not allow you to use the restroom here. Don’t support this business. Typical Scottsdale snobs.

My $20 bill got stuck in the lottery machine and the clerk would not even tell me when the manager will be in.

UPDATE they returned my money.

Manager was collecting her lottery money from the machine at 1pm, seems like a good way to get robbed.

I went to this station last night, 11/20/23, and was trying to use my Gas Buddy card at the pump, but didn't work. Went inside and explained to Anthony. After we tried inside & it still didn't work, he said "Why don't I just give you $.20 off (more discount that I was going to get using GasBuddy) right now?  I was so surprised, & grateful!  He certainly didn't need to do this!  Not only did he do this, but he gave me 2 $.10 off per gallon Gift Cards that I can use daily until 12/31/23!!  What an incredible person and customer service!  I sing Anthony's praises!  Please pass on my thanks to Anthony, and immediately give him a Million Dollar raise per second!  Thank you, Anthony!!  You need to teach everyone else about great customer service!!

I used to come here once a weak to fill my tank, and a few times a week to grab snacks for work. I liked it because they had a clean restroom for me to use before going in to work. Until, I came in one afternoon, and noticed an out of service sign on the restroom. I asked if the restroom was closed, and thankfully that day the guy working was nice, and had morals, to tell me that the sign was just to keep the street vagrants out the restroom.
Since that day, every time I come in there, that sign is there on the door, and now they lie and say the restroom isn't working. The bathroom is spot less, and working fine, but because of street vagrants, I a customer spending over a hundred dollars a week, can't use it. This is a shame.
So I stopped giving them my money, and you should too, every business that does this shouldn't get your money. Public restrooms are just that for the public, and long ago this country made it to where a place of business offered a restroom, and a drinking fountain, don't give business like this one your money. If they can't tell vagrants to leave, or call the cops. Which they have the right to refuse service.
Than have the courage to tell paying costumers, clean, dressed in work clothes they can't use a perfectly functional restroom, build for the public? They can't have my money, and hopefully more people will see to not do business with them anymore.

How is it I paid under a dollar at other circle k’s for a refill and the refill here is the same amount as buying their cup. The answer is GREED. I’m gonna goto QT for now on for all my needs

This place of business is garbage. I purchased gas and a few items from them a total of $39.59. I paid with my debit card and they charged me twice. The original amount and an other$ 39.59. I spoke with the cards bank and they said they put a hold of 39.59 meaning they charged me twice and on top of this I have to wait 8 days to get that money back.  Never go to this place they are a bunch of scammers.

Stopped in for gas today and put my debit card in the pump. After asking for my pin, it said "transaction canceled". Tried again and got the same results. I went to QT instead, where they actually have security tape to let you know it hasn't been tampered with. There's homeless people living outside so it didn't feel safe going in. Tried to call, but the phone number has been disconnected. Reported to my bank and I had to change PIN numbers. What a nightmare over just trying to fill my tank.

Michelle The store manager was amazing. I was having issues with gas, and she went above and beyond to assist me. We need more people like her in the world. Thank you for your amazing smile at 430 in the morning

Wanted to use VIP reward and fill tank. If it's not the fry's VIP  working, it's the card reader not working for paying at pump. This happens often. I went inside and told man at cash register, he said a "few pumps" not working correctly. I asked to pay inside and he told me I had to pick exact amount, cannot just fill tank. I tried different pump and card reader out of order. I won't buy gas or anything else there anymore.

Tried to use my card at the pump and was not working went inside and the graveyard guy was clueless on what was happening falling asleep standing up while I was waiting for a response the African American guy.  At 1am on 6/8/23

My Favorite person in the entire  world. Store is usually always clean except when. The only have one person there it's hard I can imagine to do everything .

Overall terrible. I used to go here frequently for gas, however, the young lady working here told me I couldn't buy beer unless everyone in my vehicle came in to show their ID. Legit, no joke, had the balls to tell me that my mother, brother and nephew were to march in and present their ID to make sure I wasn't buying alcohol for minors. Learn some customer service.

I miss the old Stuckeys, but this store is very nice.  Bathrooms and store were clean. Coffee was fresh and good. Cashier was super nice! I wish I could remember her name, but check your schedule for who was working at 7 am on 11/28 and compliment her.

Their website says open 24hrs but that’s complete B.S. I went there at 10:45 and they weren’t open.

Don't use your Shell rewards card here when you prepay. Cashier will not give you all you money back. Will tell you that is what your rewards card paid for. Which is not true because your rewards card saves you 5 cents off per gallon not pay for what you prepay for. Also plan to stay there for 30 to 45 mins waiting for her to stop chatting with the Dairy Queen employees to take care of you. This place is not a good place to preresent the Shell Logo. I'm very disappointed that a sales associate would treat their customers the way she did.

Do yourself a favor and go to Love's across the street. This Shell had pumps out of order, and the ones that worked didn't allow pay at the pump - you had to pay inside. The men's bathroom was also out of order, while apparently the women's didn't have TP. During all of this, the attendant was sitting at a table on his phone.

For a service station off the interstate, it was clean, well lit and  maintained. There is a Stuckey located inside this Shell.

They never answer the phone! They don't take call in pizza orders either! They argued with me that extra toppings aren't free and that's always been the case with Hunt Brothers Pizza. Toppings are FREE! they never have extra cheese and they're just downright rude. Need new management and workers ASAP. I will not return.

Recently changed management & changes were made.  So far, seems for the better.

My daughter was attacked there and they don't answer the phone .I stayed up all night so o could talk to the manager when she came in for her shift....to possibly get.the footage of.the attack. No answer I be called.13 times

OKI am an Uber eats driver and I buy gas allmoat every day I spend $125.00 I go to Circle K's all the time and I tried to buy shell if I can I went to the shell on University & the rt101in Tempe. they're charging $4.89 I pay $4.69 for regular circle K gas and get approximately approximately 25 miles ti a gallon at regular stations . I prefer to buy shell because I get much better gas mileage USUALLY , NOT THIS TIME ? this SHELL gas station is advertising shell gas charging 20 cents a gallon more PER gallon more but they're using cheap gas or watering it down. I am totally disgusted I paid $4.89 a gallon I bought $50 worth of gas I drove back to Scottsdale and I'm getting about  23 miles per DOWN..  I normally buy gas at a shell station and I normally get approximately 28 to 31 miles per gallon in the same car driving everyday all the time a Kia Soul so why am I getting 23 miles to the gallon instead of 28 to 31 miles at a gallon when I just purchase $50 worth of shell gas bell gash this place is a rip off it's watered down or it's cheap gas and advertising shell please spread the word save your money do not go here. Word

You guys gotta change filters or something to make the fuel flow fast. It takes forever to fuel here...

Another gas station that has video ads with sound. Another gas station I'll never return to.

They are a rip off on tobacco products. If you go thru the drive thru they just charge whatever they want and don't tell you about it. I won't make that mistake again. Plus, there isn't anyone working in that place that has a personality.

I absolutely love the Patel family!! Danny is willing to work with anyone just to make a sale lol.. straight business man. He always has my favorite beer in stock. He greets everyone with a smiley, friendly face. Can’t really say the same about his wife but whatever lol Danny is awesome!!

Terrible place will NEVER waste my money here again!! Can't understand a word anyone says in there and they sct like its your fault you don't speak their language.  .  .and they will scam you into stealing your money and not give you your money back to make it right!!!! Get there at 9pm (supposed to be a 24hour open store) but anyways we get there her shift don’t end until 10pm she already locked the door and put up a closed sign. Was letting her grown kids come in and get a drink but wouldn’t let people in that actually needed gas and stuff. And her kids whatever they were sitting out in the parking lot causing a scene cause people was wondering why they were closing anyway. But she made sure she didn’t leave until 10. Wouldn’t recommend in my opinion 😁

Decent customer service.  Usually busy as this station is ideally located for those traveling North and South on I-65.  Station is technically in Bay Minette AL, but very close to Stockton AL.  Welcomes Truckers, and has a dedicated parking space and gas pumps for them.  Good place for travelers to take a break. Has a Subway.  Large variety of snacks.  Gas is usually fairly priced.

No service. The cashier is too busy doing paperwork behind the counter to help customers. I stood there for 10 minutes in line with 5 people. She never looked up from her paperwork. This is the second time this has happened. I was a regular customer. Never again.

Friendly staff however store needs a bit of TLC.  Bathroom had a broken toilet paper dispenser, toilet paper on the floor and no soap - although it has a sign advising employees to wash their hands …

The dirtiest bathroom ever, mold and urine stains all over. The lady working subway hated her life. Cheer up! But the bathroom gave this place a horrible rating.  I was told female bathroom was just as dirty.

Every time i come here… I live in the apartments across the street, it’s always a 5 min closed sign or they’re closed extremely early for no reason. The hours are poor. The staff is careless as 5 min waits are a majority of 10-15 min. Not to mention a business that’s local wanting to make money and for the locals to support! You’re never there. I’ve either driven or walked to the nearest Circle K a block away multiple times. I find it funny, not an irrelevance. A business to stay running with no labor available or at their convenience or shut down when they feel like it. Why bother coming anymore when you have to make additional trips for gas etc..

Great place for service. Don’t get detail unless you have a lot extra time and don’t listen to the man that tells you it will only take a few minutes. They did a nice job but they don’t tell you the truth about the time it will take.

The two women that work here are literally never in the store. I don’t understand how the owners aren’t aware or done care. This is the middle of a Sunday afternoon, they lock the door and just leave pretty much 24/7. There’s a “back in 5 minutes” sign on the door and it’s been 10 minutes

I bought a 2pack of classic tobacco pods which said $9.99 and the price jumps from $9.99 to $14.99 plus tax $1.29 just for two pods!!!!! I try to explain to the lady and she acts like she don’t know English then I ask for the receipt and she gives me this look like I know she’s screwing me. All I know is I’d rather driver to 10 more gas stations before getting ripped off from this location. Don’t ever go to this Shell there’s hundreds of different locations you can get gas with better service!!!!! The owner or GM should be ashamed because they as crooked as it gets! No wonder why they don’t have a Yelp because they’re business would go straight to the toilet!
