Get there at 9pm (supposed to be a 24hour open store) but anyways we get there her shift don’t end until 10pm she already locked the door and put up a closed sign. Was letting her grown kids come in and get a drink but wouldn’t let people in that actually needed gas and stuff. And her kids whatever they were sitting out in the parking lot causing a scene cause people was wondering why they were closing anyway. But she made sure she didn’t leave until 10. Wouldn’t recommend in my opinion 😁
Decent customer service. Usually busy as this station is ideally located for those traveling North and South on I-65. Station is technically in Bay Minette AL, but very close to Stockton AL. Welcomes Truckers, and has a dedicated parking space and gas pumps for them. Good place for travelers to take a break. Has a Subway. Large variety of snacks. Gas is usually fairly priced.
No service. The cashier is too busy doing paperwork behind the counter to help customers. I stood there for 10 minutes in line with 5 people. She never looked up from her paperwork. This is the second time this has happened. I was a regular customer. Never again.
Friendly staff however store needs a bit of TLC. Bathroom had a broken toilet paper dispenser, toilet paper on the floor and no soap - although it has a sign advising employees to wash their hands …
The dirtiest bathroom ever, mold and urine stains all over. The lady working subway hated her life. Cheer up! But the bathroom gave this place a horrible rating. I was told female bathroom was just as dirty.
