Great customer service and in and out fast

This Shell is such a nice little convenience store. So clean and friendly staff. Love stopping here on our way to Prescott Valley.

I grabbed the wrong cup for a coffee and she changed me for 2 drinks. Never seen that before....

Very Clean Restrooms, Very Nice Cashier, Thank You

Bathroom was clean, ice machine empty, soda not cold. Clerk was in the back room smoking and left counter unattended for more then 2 mins.

Very poor service went bring car to get oil change. They drag there feet to call you when they done. When went get car had oil stains everywhere in car on seats, arm rest, floor mat, and door. Then going down road engine smoking oil fill cap was left off making oil blow out of engine. Same thing has happened to multiple people I spoke with of this situation. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place very unprofessional with no respect of someone else’s vehicle.

Drive to Prattville or Selma if you want cheaper gas. Food is good when it’s FRESH. Staff are friendly and take care of you.

Very friendly atmosphere always has the drinks I'm looking for because I don't drink carbonated drinks that are high in sugars and I can always find my coconut bars and if they don't have what I'm looking for they never hesitate to order it so that I can have it when I come in and they do it for others as well just like when my husband wanted The Big tease they ordered those and got them in great place to stop and get a bite to eat as well I love that they sell the fresh fruit in there too they also sell steaks and fresh meat wonderful for throwing on the grill or in the smoker nice that you can just stop in after getting your gas grab the meat and hit the grill thanks for thinking of things for us out in the country thanks for being here for us

I found their fuel prices are comparable with other stations.  What made my stop outstanding was the woman working there. She greeted customers with an enthusiastic smile. Her pleasant attitude, coupled with her heartfelt desire to assist her customers, made my stop go far beyond most gas station/convenience store experiences.

Rip Off Alert!! Sign says $4.89 cash (we all know it’s 10 cents more for credit) BUT they actually charge you $5.49 AND the pump charges 30 cents worth of gas the second it turned on without even pulling the trigger! If they do this to every patron imagine how much they’ve taken from us!!

Gas is more expensive than the other Shell, & other gas in town.  Friendly staff, clean store, just more expensive.  Cash price as of today, May 10th, 2020 = $4.299

Card price is $0.10 more per gallon!

Edit: Wow the main  part of my review was very clearly focused on the terrible customer service, and they only responded to the very brief mask comment. Shows you how much they value both sales and safety I guess!

Tried 2 different cards & pump wouldn't read them. Lady inside was extremely rude (and also not wearing a mask during the Omicron COVID outbreak btw) when I brought it to her attention. Another customer came in right after me and said his pump was not showing the right price, and she basically said it was not her problem and was again extremely rude to him, dismissive, and not helpful at all to him. I do not recommend. There are much more pleasant places to go for gas! This was a middle-aged Caucasian woman with black hair.

Horrible, advertised $3.19 charged $3.69.   When I mentioned the over charge I got yelled at when after 15 minutes of watching the clerk struggling I suggested he call the manager.  Kid tells me to keep it up and he will throw me out of the store cause he has the right to refuse service to anyone.  Well that may be true but when you steal my money I have every right to ask for it back.   Note to owner: that employee is a liability, should not be left alone unsupervised.  Wasted a 1/2 hour of my time and humiliated me for his mistake.

Awesome Service  With plenty of Smiles. Really Neat Food Mart and Shell Station and Indian Art store with plenty of nice nacs and goodies

Expensive Everything. Stop in Williams not here. Bathrooms are gross, and they have signs saying not to flush toilet paper 🤮
Gas is more expensive and drinks and snacks are over priced.

Husband and I are truckers. Chose this location because it's 24 hrs.
Old geezer behind the counter locked the doors and put up a closed sign for shift change... dude your 24 hours... YOU CANT CLOSE, not to mention how he rudely slammed his hand on the locked door to point out the sign which was easily missed because of all the other clutter on the doors

Great gas station. Takes Shell Rewards. Clean Bathrooms. Convenient

No restroom? Very inconvenient for a convince store. Also I wish I would have waited a few more miles as gas was 20 cents a gallon cheaper everywhere else. I'll remember this place.

If I could give less stars I would. I broke down coming from florence, and asked if I could leave the car for 2-3 days until I could get it towed. They agreed that that would be okay and took my contact information.
On the second day, I called to let them know that I would be picking up the car the next day, but their phone was disconnected.
I arrive to pick up the car on the 3rd day to find that it has been towed all the way to west phoenix. The same people who granted permission to leave the car were working when I returned to pick it up, and they had no explanation as to why they didn't contact me prior to contacting the towing company. They also informed me that they have a 24 hr limit for any vehicles left at the station. This information was not shared when i asked about the 2-3 day time frame that was agreed upon.
When asked why I wasn't given any notice about the 24 hr policy or before my car was towed, they did not have any answers and were quite rude and short in their responses. They did in fact acknowledge that they had agreed to let me keep my car there for the requested amount of time, and they gave me the number for a towing company and told me to have a good night.
Not only did they tow the car, but they also used a towing company in West Phoenix when there are plenty of local companies that would be much cheaper to go through.

First place to raise prices, last place to lower prices. They are generally $0.25 more per gallon than any gas station within a 15 - 20 mile radius. The McDonalds in the station is nightmare!

Pumps displays are broken (I checked three different ones and gave up) so you don't know they charge an appx. 10% premium for using a credit card until after the fact. Will be contacting Shell corporate about this lack of maintenance/price point availability as well.

The old dude that works at the gas station has been very disrespectful to me every time I set foot in the store and it baffles me because I'm a very respectful individual and I don't recall ever being rude to him at all and he puts his 2 cents into any conversation he can hear.  I would give this service ZERO STARS but sadly that's not possible.

Gas station closed. be back in 10 mins. It's now 25 mins. Not away to run a business.

I need a receipt for my employer for gas in the company car.  The machine never prints one; I always have to go inside to get it.  When the inside is closed this presents a problem.  This has gone on for over a year.  Why can't the machines be fixed to print receipts?

Hate to give a 1 star. Arrived to this station at 7pm on 12-4-22. The doors was locked and the clerk leaving with her puron her shoulder. What I've noticed about this town is EVERYTHING closes early or the inside of the establishments are closed and only drive thru are open. People seem to Not want to work. Wow!!!

I bought gas at this gas station 2 days ago, my vehicle is still in the shop it pumped me a tank full of water. The guy who owns the store refused to get me a rent a car when asked so I’m stuck walking until further notice. I just can’t wait  for Monday morning to come around so I can call Shell’s main office to file a complaint with his “ Shell” named store and get ahold of legal aid and see what further steps can be taken. Unless you feel like walking for a few days I wouldn’t EVER buy gas from here. Only reason I give one star is because I had to 🥴

Not a very friendly establishment! My fiance's work van broke down in the parking lot after purchasing gas. Unfortunately he had forgotten to bring his cell phones that day, he had left them in the car at work. When he asked the station attendant if he could use the store phone to call for help he said no. I mean seriously!? luckily a nice lady had over heard the conversation and let him use her cell phone to call work so they could send a tow. Belle Chase Shell station you guys suck!

One of my tires was under inflated; I pulled into the station and asked if anyone could help me.  Claudette, an employee there, helped me check all the tires, and filled each with the proper amount of air.  Many people could do this themselves, but not me. Claudette was kind and helpful and competent.  I very much appreciated this.  Sally

Second time in a row I’ve been to this gas station and the door are locked but the store says open. I’m a contractor and this is really the only gas station for MILES. Can’t even fill my water up.. however that’s not the issue.. When the lady reopened the doors she screamed/ cussed about how she can’t even go to the bathroom..

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have the worst experience here and would never recommend or come back. Lori, the cashier, decided that me getting a drink was too much for her to ring up. I was in distraught and surprised by her reactions. She called me many inappropriate slurs and yelled at me for going to the wrong cash register. I had never had this type of experience ever. After reading these reviews I know I’m not the only one… I really hope the owner will do something with serious action because it will be affecting business.

Very sad that our sweet town has this type of nasty customer service.  When purchasing a small item, Lori, the attendant, got visibly mad at me for asking for change in smaller bills.  She literally looked at me, threw up her arms and said "you have singles....what do you need change for?"  I calmly replied to her that if it was a problem I could go somewhere else.  She slammed the cash register and walked away.   It's completely unnecessary to treat anyone this way.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful...Pumps are new at of 3 months ago.. When the card reader at the pumps says remove your card rapidly don't. Remove it moderately. Then follow instructions that's the best help I can give you. When there's a sign in the window that says be back in 5 minutes is because the people inside are using the restroom.

I think it's unacceptable when you spend money on gas that you cannot clean your windshield from all the bugs because every container was DRY.  When asked for cleaner, the response was "none has been delivered".  This is not a way to run a business.

Had to get air tried 2 times didn't work I told the cashier he shrugged at me saying not his problem I didn't want the money back I had a flat and was just looking for some help

It's very clean, the owner is rude some of the staff are friendly and helpful. The lines have gotten longer and  the wait time is ridiculous. The prices are high bc he marks them up which is against the contract he has with the tabacco companies.

This is a really neat station in Tallapoosa, Georgia. A really nice lady is always there and a pleasure to speak to about her community.
