No restroom? Very inconvenient for a convince store. Also I wish I would have waited a few more miles as gas was 20 cents a gallon cheaper everywhere else. I'll remember this place.
If I could give less stars I would. I broke down coming from florence, and asked if I could leave the car for 2-3 days until I could get it towed. They agreed that that would be okay and took my contact information.
On the second day, I called to let them know that I would be picking up the car the next day, but their phone was disconnected.
I arrive to pick up the car on the 3rd day to find that it has been towed all the way to west phoenix. The same people who granted permission to leave the car were working when I returned to pick it up, and they had no explanation as to why they didn't contact me prior to contacting the towing company. They also informed me that they have a 24 hr limit for any vehicles left at the station. This information was not shared when i asked about the 2-3 day time frame that was agreed upon.
When asked why I wasn't given any notice about the 24 hr policy or before my car was towed, they did not have any answers and were quite rude and short in their responses. They did in fact acknowledge that they had agreed to let me keep my car there for the requested amount of time, and they gave me the number for a towing company and told me to have a good night.
Not only did they tow the car, but they also used a towing company in West Phoenix when there are plenty of local companies that would be much cheaper to go through.
First place to raise prices, last place to lower prices. They are generally $0.25 more per gallon than any gas station within a 15 - 20 mile radius. The McDonalds in the station is nightmare!
Pumps displays are broken (I checked three different ones and gave up) so you don't know they charge an appx. 10% premium for using a credit card until after the fact. Will be contacting Shell corporate about this lack of maintenance/price point availability as well.
The old dude that works at the gas station has been very disrespectful to me every time I set foot in the store and it baffles me because I'm a very respectful individual and I don't recall ever being rude to him at all and he puts his 2 cents into any conversation he can hear. I would give this service ZERO STARS but sadly that's not possible.
