McDonald's

Nice people, but apparently, they work their staff too hard. There were several employees sleeping in the dining area and one walking around zombie like cleaning.
I got the feeling that McDonald's does not want people in the building.  They took out the drink area, and it looked like the play area was removed.
The food was cheap McDonald's food. No surprise there.  It's amazing how expense the place has gotten.  Probably will not visit another one ever. It is the same price as going to a decent family restaurant,  and supporting a family business is a good thing.

I arrive around 10-15 after the breakfast/lunch switch. I ordered a bug Mac meal and received what looked like overcooked fries. When che king them out they were dry, cold, and hard as if they were saved from the day before. Unfortunately I'm only on lunch break and couldn't go back to get the problem fixed. Also they didn't give me my receipt so I had no way to confirm my purchase.

I'd give so many negative stars if I could. There is absolutely NO customer service here. When a car pulls up to the window there is no, "HI, your total is..." and / or "Thank you" or even a "we're sorry but could you pull around?" Or, "Here's your food, thank you have a nice day/night". Never in the times I've been to this store have I heard any of those things!!! And what's with the 15 minute + drive thru times?? Wow..this place, hell, all McDonald's have gone seriously down hill..and the prices are just insane.

So haven't been to McDonald's in a while thought I'd stop just to grab a burger curbside. I only ordered a quarter pounder without cheese. Got my order pretty quick and was on my way.  After a fews bites into it I looked down at the container and there were mouse droppings!!!🤢🤢🤢 I turned the Hambergur over and there were mouse droppings on the bottom of the bun!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I'm NEVER going there AGAIN!!! Need the option for NO Stars!! Oh just to let you know the lady I spoke to said," that's impossible we do things so that doesn't happen." Gross!!!🤢 Ya ok

First experience i had with this McDonald’s put me in the hospital with food poisoning so I swore not to go back, but I got out of class late and needed something to eat; that was a mistake. Waited 30 mins for a large fry and 2 McDoubles, for it to be cold and have hair in it the fries and the burgers I ordered for my husband to be half wrapped and put in the bag. I get McDonald’s isn’t a fine dinning experience but come on. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend and am legitimately not going back.

Shell

Poorly run location in a money spot. Ownership is clueless and leaves an unfortunate staff facing the public with little support and exposed to undue criticism. Only support them as a last resort as they consistently leave their staff high & dry to make a profit.

Bait and switch. They listed the cheapest gas in the Denver metro area on gasbuddy. When I showed up, it was one dollar more per gallon. If this is your go-to, fine. But don't go out of your way thinking it's cheap gas.

Good gas station but would definitely not recommend using their car wash at all. I had my vehicle "touchless" washed and the arm didn't extend all the way out. When it was about to turn on the driver's side it kept going and scratched up the bumper. I talked to the attendant and gave all my information to be contacted by the manager. I let a week pass by and never heard from the manager. Had to go in a week after to talk to the manager, but he kept insisting it was "touchless" and that could never had happened. Interesting enough, he changed his opinion when I told him I had a dash camera and proof it DID happen. He told me to stop by the next day to fill out an incident report so they could check their cameras and investigate. Long story short, I have gone as far as to contact their corporate offices and almost a month after the incident and I haven't received an answer. So, I'm stuck with a scratched up bumper. Thanks a lot!

Do not use pump 6 at this gas station. I went there on July 4th and the pump did not automatically shut off and I wasted gas as I did not realize it was overflowing till someone yelled out that it was.

Charges your account $50 even though my car is only capable of filling up to $32. Maybe $35 when prices were higher. Took 3 days to get my $ back, it only started after gas prices went up. I only go because it’s right next to where I live. If you have other options do not go here. I’ve had countless problems with their pumps not working, asking a million questions, it’s my most hated gas station

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I won't be going to this location ever again. Obviously they have no care about the customers food. I will start driving across town again to the other one since they actually know how to prepare food properly. I ordered the kids favorite today and unfortunately I didn't closely inspect each pizza at the window. There was barely any pepperoni on each of the two pepperoni pizzas and the cheese pizza was all in the center. All 3 of them had the dough messed up horribly. It was curled over the edge all the way around each of them. There's absolutely no reason they should've been prepared that way. It's purely incompetence and blatant laziness. Go get a different job if you can't simply prep a pizza. Have some dang respect for other's too. It's not that hard.

Quite possibly the worst location to get Papa Murphy’s. Seem disappointed that they have a customer. Put out that they have to do work. Then when you get your pizza…you would have been better off just driving across town to a different location.

We ordered deep dish and got regular pizza shoved in a deep dish pan.

I went here with a friend, & had forgotten how much I enjoyed their food!

The employees that took care of us were both friendly & prompt with our order.

The atmosphere of the establishment is about what you would expect from a "pick-up" sort of restaurant. A few chairs to sit in, and some side dishes (i.e. various forms of their monkey bread, etc.) to debate on, while you wait for them to prepare your meal. Nothing lavish or spectacular, but that's not really why you would come here anyway.

Papa Murphy's creates pizza & other related foods for you to take home, & cook yourself! And if you are on a fixed income, they DO ACCEPT EBT! A nice little perk!!

All in all, I would recommend this place to those of you who don't mind getting a good meal to take home & prepare yourself, & who enjoy food(s) of the Italian cuisine variety. Enjoy!

Honestly, as far as quality and price they're a great choice. It's not pizza you'd travel for, but they use solid ingredients and have multiple styles of pizza, so just know what to expect for MO pizza 🤣. Their chicken bacon stuffed pizza is a favorite. Plus eating a pizza fresh out of the oven beats delivery every time 💯.

Very polite lady at the register and very well made pizza it ended up being giant lasting as long as 3 pizzas combined and it was a special deal on Friday amazing and the pizza was so yummy.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Cafe

The customer service was amazing even though the employee was working alone when it was extremely busy. They were very bubbly and attentive which made the experience even better! I got a latte and some chocolate truffles that were absolutely delicious. I liked them so much I came back the next day to try a caramel  apple and get another latte. I do not live in Colorado so I won’t be able to get there much, but it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend trying this place out.

Was not aware that after you get to the registers after waiting in a long line you must walk with an employee to pick out your apple. My friend and I proceeded to walk over to the apples after waiting in line, and after deciding what we wanted we went to the side register to pick and pay. Well no according to the employee who said we needed to go back and wait in line AGAIN and wait for an employee to assist. There is no sign in here telling you that, and definitely won’t be back after that.  Tell your employees to treat people respectfully and not be dismissive. Because once I explained she didn’t care and ignored me to help someone else. WORK ON THAT.

Great chocolate. Their apples 🍏 are outstanding. We love bringing the little grands here when we are at the outlet mall. We highly recommend coming here!

Delicious chocolate pieces that are hard to find anywhere else around here. I’ve been to Rocky Mountain chocolate factory at least a dozen times now. The prices are high, but the quality and taste is a great deal superior than anything that you could get at a grocery store. I will stay away from fudge next time, as today I bought some for the first time and it was completely wrapped/sealed in saran wrap that caused the fudge to be soaking wet, mushy, and smell like play-Doh. I’ve had a lot of fudge in my life and that was the worst I’ve ever had. In conclusion, I’m giving this review a three star based on the Pros; delicious chocolate, caramel, candy apples, and the Cons; expensive and worst fudge I’ve ever had.

Kids loved the chocolate bites and my iced coffee was delicious!  Staff was nice even though customers were so indecisive and taking forever to choose items!

Juan really saved my day yesterday by providing the best service and kindness. Thanks to him this is my favourite gas station now.

One of many denver gas stations that somehow takes more money to fill up than others. Pumps are not accurate . Beware

$20 for a drive-through gas station car wash? Other gas stations charge half that and you can get full service cleaning inside and out for less than $20.

This gas station will not sell a lighter (or other age-restricted items) to someone (36 years old) with only a passport (which is a valid and current government-issued id)

Only allowed me to get $15 in gas and forced me to waste my fuel points of .10 cents off a gallon

Pizza Hut

We got a late night pizza order tonight and already felt bad because it's a couple days before the holiday. We were lucky enough to have Ried as our delivery driver and we couldn't be happier. The food was fast, hot, fresh, and delicious. Ried was sweet as can be and very professional. Thank you Pizza Hut we will absolutely order again!

I had to give a star to do a review; otherwise it would be 0 stars. I ordered pizza through the app. My husband wanted a Detroit pizza. They delivered it...WITH NO SAUCE. My husband called and very politely (I'm the a$$hole) let them know. The girl on the phone put him on hold and when she came back, she told him that they were out of the Detroit sauce. He asked her why they delivered the pizza with no sauce instead of having the decency to call and ask if he still wanted it. She said, "I don't know. I'm sorry about that ". She offered to make another and asked if he would like marinara instead, and he told her that was fine and thanked her. 45 minutes later, his new "Detroit" pizza showed up and they literally put a dab of sauce per square. I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant ever again. This is childish and rude. I cannot believe that management allows such behavior to take place. So disappointing.

I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut. It may be a carry out chain now, but it's still good food. It was warm and ready very fast. The employees were also very kind and nice, whether fake or not doesn't matter, I haven't had good customer service at a major food chain in a long time. It was very pleasant.

Pizza was delivered about the time I requested. All of them were hot and tasted really good! I asked for them to be cooked for an extra amount of time, but it didn't seem like they were? That would be my only complaint - otherwise great delivery time, quality ingredients, freshly baked and hot!
This location has vastly improved on all those things!

When I place my order I meant to set the time for later but I didn't. I got ahold of the store and even though the driver was already out to deliver the lady that helped me was super nice and corrected it for me. She was rude and didn't sound frustrated (as I would have). This is the customer service I wish I could find everywhere.

Dishonest and deceitful. On Sep 26th of 2023, my diesel truck broke down (2019 GMC Canyon never had issues). On the 25th of Sep I filled up half my tank with fuel from this Shell station. After my truck broke down I had it towed to a local Mechanic shop. The local mechanics found out there was unleaded fuel in my truck. The repairs cost me $5038. They asked me if I had a receipt of my last fuel up. I informed them "of course I do" because I always get an electronic copy. So I checked my email and sure enough...no receipt. (I mention this because I always fill up there because they usually have  one of the lowest prices for diesel). So I went to the actual Shell station itself to retrieve the receipt. They informed me their systems were wiped of data on the 25th of Sep and forward. I was able to get a camera recording of me filling up my truck with the GREEN nozzle (diesel).  So I called Shell and I sent them the copy of the receipts of every time I filled up there (which was almost every other day). They said they would do an investigation. After a month of not hearing from them. They informed me there was no mal treatment on their end. I will never go back to a Shell gas station and as a military member in the USAF I've let all my family and friends to never go there.

I used to love this place with the fuel rewards, you got a real fair price in town. This year they've had 3 of their big mega coupons that if you jump through the hoops at the right time you can get a coupon to use on that particular day and get an extra 20 cents off per gallon. Each time these have been usable they raise the price .30 - .35 cents the day before, so are actually paying more than if you would've bought gas 2 days earlier. In addition all the gas stations around are a better deal. It's shame I've told so many of my friends to get the app, and now I have to tell them they're rip-offs.  Why are all these businesses shooting themselves in the foot. I just don't get it. There are much better gas deals out there than these, And why have the deal where you have to do this or that to get this 20 cent discount that will actually cost you more money. So they lose you money and they waste your time. Too bad the old system that they had doesn't come back, because wow they are just not worth anything anymore. Sad

3 star, run of the mill, basic fill up station. Nothin' much else to report.

Do not go here at night the black guy Dee is very rude and over charges and believe me it wasn't an accident I asked for a refill of a soda and showed him the cup before filling it up and he refused to give the refill price corporate will be hearing about it if you need gas or a soda or anything there is a Murphy gas station literally one block away to the East on Austin bluffs I would recommend going there over this shell any day

We always stop here because it’s cheap for gas plus we get fuel rewards on top of that. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Chick-fil-A

Came to this Chick-fil-a and felt rushed when ordering.  When I received my food my bread was soggy, the salad didn't have the dressing, and I did not receive sauce for my nuggets.  Never really had this experience at a Chick-fil-a, so I was a bit thrown off and didn't want to drive back even though it's across the street.  I'll give them a try again in a couple of weeks.

A couple of weeks have passed and I tried it again. They were so busy rushing us to order "anything else" that they got my sandwich incorrect.  Then the nuggets were not even normal nuggets like normal.  They were so small and pieces were just breading and not chicken.  $55 order. Probably won't go back to this one. One thing was everything was hot and fresh so that's a plus.

I worked at this store when it opened and oh my how it has changed. Sad the play area is filthy. My kids hands and feet were so dirty after playing for about 20 minutes. The benches in the dining area almost all seemed to have rips and holes in them. There was dust building up by the window we sat at.
A male and female employee were at a table near us gossiping about another employee and talking about their skin color. Just weird and sad. This location has lost our business for sure.

This is now the third time where we have ordered delivery through the Chick-Fil-A app and our food comes looking half eaten.  These are our fries fresh out the bag, half full.  This location is stealing from people at this point given what you pay.  Our order was nearly $50 and You should get what you PAID for.  Fries were extremely soggy as well.  Didn't even taste cooked!

Every time we order online or even in the drive thru, the fries are never full! We pay for a large and get it filled halfway why not just give me a medium. Even the mediums are filled halfway this is ridiculous

I have been going to the Fountain, CO location since it opened. I ordered on the app, went through the drive thru, they handed me my order and after I pulled away I noticed my 2 large unsweetened teas were mixed with lemonade so I had to go inside to get the correct drinks, not that big of a deal, just inconvenient as my food is getting cold in the car. I got home and my chicken noodle soup looked like a casserole, no broth just all mush, then I opened my 8 piece nuggets and found these inside the box (see photo) one nugget looked like a crumb that feel off of another nugget and they were cold, not fresh, rubbery and not at all juicy. All around bad experience, for over $30 worth of food I do expect better!

Prices keep going up and they barely put any effort into making the food. They also love to skimp out on fries. Order a large fry at $5 and you'll receive a medium amount. This has happened countless times to where I've had to go in and make sure they gave me the proper portions numerous times. Never returning and hope it gets shut down soon!

Every week we order McDonald's after swimming lessons through an online order. Twice now the last 2 weeks they have forgotten a mcdouble and now this week a 10 pc chicken nugget on the order. I work hard for my money for McDonald's to just take it.. unfortunate! Do not order online as they don't make it  until you're  at the first window. Must be hard to read the order? Not sure

BEST MCDONALD’S!!! Our order is always fresh, hot, accurate. And believe you me, until this particular location the last time we went to one in another state it was so horrendous we swore to never return to any McDonald’s. It had totally turned us off. About 6 months ago (April 2023) we couldn’t say no to coming here. This place you can dine in. Which is a decision maker for fast food restaurants after COVID. It’s clean. Mouthwatering smell wafting into your nostrils. Ever notice how some people just want something to complain about? Understood that some of these negative reviews are a few years old. But not once have we had less than a stellar experience.

Place was a mess and staff could care less about their customers. We ordered out food w one other family in the dining area and we waited for well over 25 mins for 2 burgers fries and drinks.  Cleanliness is not top priority here for sure and staff are not accommodating at all.

The playground areas temperature was very hot compared to the lobby and register area. The playground tables were dirty and looked like nobody had went in to clean it for a long while. Hope they improve because I do like taking my kids to that location because of the playground.

Wendy's

I asked for a $7 Bigge bag Double stack, no onion add mayo, they give me old fries plus the cashier had an attitude and was trying to rush me out the store. She acted as if I was homeless but when she getting the order ready said something in Spanish when I asked for ketchup and the attitude was lackluster. Called back because they put onion on my burger, made another order and the fries were even worse and the bacon was charred. Never eating here again...

Honestly, this is such an easy job, evidenced by the fact I've never had any order in 15 years of eating Wendy's be horribly wrong. And yet somehow this location manages to again and again send burnt food, forgets items, no quality control at all. Not what I would expect from a Wendy's. Not what Wendy's or the franchise owners should expect from a staff. You're wasting your money here if the issues are not addressed.

I hope the manager is extremely well paid for their protection of the profit margins of this corporation. Ordered three pumpkin spice frosties that taste like straight Indian food. Didn't drink them. Just tasted one of them. So disgusting We immediately turned around and asked if we could swap them out for chocolate. I was very kind and apologetic about the whole thing. Didn't ask for a cash refund. Weren't asking to swap out empty frosties. They were completely full. No satisfaction guarantee? Soft serve ice cream has a profit margin of 80%. Not even a discount was offered. I work in fast food. I would have taken back the product and given something which satisfied the customer without even blinking.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I eat wendys a couple times a week. Theyre comfort food for me and ive only had a bad experience a handful of times.
This experience however was 9/10 bad ...
First off we ordered a good amount of food. Its was mid day on a sunday and when we pulled up there was 1 person. Who already ordered and was waiting at the pickup window.
We sat behind that car for 10 minutes
... 3 other cars proceeding to get behind us.
When we finally got to the window they apologized and said were short staffed and are waiting on fresh meat ... wait what? Its lunch time and you werent prepared for the rush?
So they told us to pull forward to the parking lot and they would bring our food out. We parked and sat there for 10 more minutes whilst watching the 3 cars behind me get their orders and leave!! I understand they couldve gotten chicken nuggets or chicken sandwiches but that seems unlikely.
So i went inside to see what was going on. I walked in and could instantly hear music playing and the ladies in the back talking and laughing having a blast it seemed like.
Had we been forgotten?
2 minutes go by and no one acknowledges my existence even though clearly 3 of them side eyed me. Smh
Someone finally says hello ill be right with you. Never came up from her station and just hollered at me from the back. When i told her we were waiting on the drive thru food. I heard someone snicker as she told me were working on it.

Im thoroughly annoyed at this moment and if i wasnt hypoglycemic i wouldve just asked for a refund and to have a manager call me.

Shorthanded was the term she told me at the window. I counted 5 people there. Thats not shorthanded. Thats full lunch staff. I wont be coming here EVER again and i highly recommend a staff overhaul. The blatant disrespect was just too much to handle. Food wasnt even worth it after that.

I wish we could give negative stars. My son and I came in to Wendy's before an appointment he had. He ordered. I asked the lady for a spicy chicken on a salad instead of a grilled, and she said well we don't cut it up.. I said you must be the only Wendy's that doesn't do that, because in the local area where I live, they cut up that spicy chicken on the sandwich. I smiled and wasn't being rude.. she said no we don't do that we stopped that over the summer and looked at me like I was a complete liar and then she literally looked right at me and said well there's a knife in fork in the condiment section.. so I told her to cancel the salad because I didn't have time for any of that (we had to get to his apartment) she did and then walked away and tattled like a 2 year old child to her manager who came out and didn't do anything either.. no wonder this place has a 3-star rating.
