Chick-fil-A

Came to this Chick-fil-a and felt rushed when ordering. When I received my food my bread was soggy, the salad didn't have the dressing, and I did not receive sauce for my nuggets. Never really had this experience at a Chick-fil-a, so I was a bit thrown off and didn't want to drive back even though it's across the street. I'll give them a try again in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks have passed and I tried it again. They were so busy rushing us to order "anything else" that they got my sandwich incorrect. Then the nuggets were not even normal nuggets like normal. They were so small and pieces were just breading and not chicken. $55 order. Probably won't go back to this one. One thing was everything was hot and fresh so that's a plus.

I worked at this store when it opened and oh my how it has changed. Sad the play area is filthy. My kids hands and feet were so dirty after playing for about 20 minutes. The benches in the dining area almost all seemed to have rips and holes in them. There was dust building up by the window we sat at. A male and female employee were at a table near us gossiping about another employee and talking about their skin color. Just weird and sad. This location has lost our business for sure.

This is now the third time where we have ordered delivery through the Chick-Fil-A app and our food comes looking half eaten. These are our fries fresh out the bag, half full. This location is stealing from people at this point given what you pay. Our order was nearly $50 and You should get what you PAID for. Fries were extremely soggy as well. Didn't even taste cooked!

Every time we order online or even in the drive thru, the fries are never full! We pay for a large and get it filled halfway why not just give me a medium. Even the mediums are filled halfway this is ridiculous Edit: the picture is fresh out of the bag from a delivery.

I have been going to the Fountain, CO location since it opened. I ordered on the app, went through the drive thru, they handed me my order and after I pulled away I noticed my 2 large unsweetened teas were mixed with lemonade so I had to go inside to get the correct drinks, not that big of a deal, just inconvenient as my food is getting cold in the car. I got home and my chicken noodle soup looked like a casserole, no broth just all mush, then I opened my 8 piece nuggets and found these inside the box (see photo) one nugget looked like a crumb that feel off of another nugget and they were cold, not fresh, rubbery and not at all juicy. All around bad experience, for over $30 worth of food I do expect better!
