Nick The Greek

Everyone was so nice here it was a fantastic meal. Very big portions which we didn't know so could not finish. It's not the frozen/premade slices. Two in our family our veg two not, so we got a bit of everything just to try it. Was very tasty and I don't like most falafel but strangely I did like this one, everyone's preferences are different so that's hard to judge. The veg wrap was my fave no question. Fresh and flavourful. The sauces were very good and generous with the sauce. Space was a bit crowded but still got a table. Tons of takeout orders happening. Will be back to try the desserts next time. Highly recommend

Food is delicious and service feels very genuine, and the bright clean location with upbeat Greek pop playing is an absolute vibe. I got a beef/lamb gyro bowl and the rice was perfectly cooked, with fresh veggies and juicy gyro meat. I need to come back soon to they the loukoumades which they describe as Greek beignets.

Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and awesome. Beef/lamb gyro combo with Greek fries was so much good. Great value. Definitely recommend the Greek fries. Pita was delicious, veggies fresh, made to order and great service. Can’t wait to go back.

I had the gyro combo plate and the frozen Greek yogurt with the baklava and honey topping. While the gyro plate was wonderful and everything I'd hoped for, I will dream about that frozen yogurt!

The staff here was beyond helpful and accommodating and the restaurant provided a clean and friendly environment to enjoy my lunch.

I will definitely be back!

Yum!  I love greek food and Nick The Greek did not disappoint. My veggie gyro was flavorful and packed with veggies, mushrooms, and fries! The combo is worth it, you get a ton of fries- I recommend the Greek fries. It is easy to make modifications and substitutions to their gyros- and of course you can’t go wrong with the pita and hummus! The falafel has a really nice flavor as well! Hoping to try the desserts next time.

Holiday Ham Company

Holiday Ham has the most scrumptious Ham & Turkey. We enjoy it at most of our family gatherings, especially for the holidays. Fantastic management & customer service.

Just received their smoked turkey breast, and oh my, is this ever a fantastic taste!! Great smoked flavor, slightly sweet, not overly salty. Perfect!!! We started to devour it immediately. With what was left we decided to freeze it up in 4 sections to thaw for sandwiches later. Maybe has 45-50 round slices. Can't wait for the ham and turkey combo ordered for Christmas.

Holiday Ham is truly the best ham I have ever eaten! It tastes amazing and there no other ham that compares. I would also like to mention their smoked turkey breast is amazing as well! I buy it all year long and it makes the most wonderful sandwiches!!!

I have ordered the 9 lb ham and smoked turkey for the last 3 years. It's my family's favorite thing over the Holiday season. They always deliver great quality, and great tasting ham and turkey.  You can get it on Amazon or on their website. It's always delivered cold via FedEx.

Holiday Ham was "the best" ham ever!!! We tried the Turkey breast this year also and it was wonderful. So moist and full of flavor. Great customer service and easy on line ordering! We will be ordering more throughout the year. It's too good to enjoy it only on the holidays!!!

Aramark Refreshments

Aramark has been the best office refreshment provider we have had. They are always on time and friendly. They seem to always have what we need when we need it. This allows us to do our work and not worry about going to the store to get coffee or creamer. Keep it up Aramark we are so glad we partnered with you guys.

Shell

This place smells like there's dead animals in the walls or like they have a severe sewage/plumbing issue. The smell so was putrid I had to immediately leave.

Clue number one... when I pulled into the parking lot and there were two to three inches of ice and snow three days after the snowstorm I should've known things weren't going to go well.

Clue number two should have been the stream of each or so receipts hanging out of the pump from previous failed transactions.

After inserting my card and starting to put it in my wallet the pump told me to reinsert it. My second attempt greeted me with a message to see the attendant.

Working my way across the parking lot. I finally reached the safety of the sidewalk only to be greeted by an attendant who didn't understand anything I was saying.

He DID understand when I asked him if they forgot to call a snow plow, but his answer was just a smile and he shrugged his shoulders.

I'll give another Shell station a chance since I've got a $0.30 off per gallon promo from T-Mobile Tuesdays to redeem.

Imagine being 40 cents over any other gas station for premium. I got premium at qt for 4.99 when this place was 5.30. Just shows how much this company is gouging people for money. 1/10 don't recommend going here for gas.

Greek To Me!

Our meal at Greek To Me was awesome! We were greeted politely,the place was welcoming, clean, and everything smelled great! The young men working were sincere and they made an incredible lunch for us. We will be back!

We wanted something different today for lunch. Not the boring burger place. We absolutely made the right choice. The service was great. The young lady who took our order was friendly and helpful with my choice. She knew what she was talking about. The food came out hot and fresh and so flavorful. The restaurant was clean and inviting including the restrooms. I will absolutely jeep going back. We visited the location in south sioux city today. Love this place.

Amazing Gyro!!  Ordering extra sauce on the side made for the most delicious gyro we have ever had!!!  Service was great, fries out of this world and crispy- not limp!
If you have any room left after eating your large entree you MUST try the baklava cheesecake—- simply heaven. I am sure there were an obscene amount of calories but every bite was worthy!!!!

Greek Cuisine

Food was adequate... very good gyros, and the salads were generous with meat, feta, and cucumber. Would have been better, except the salad was also drenched in oil (its paper plate was dripping below it).

The environment in spartan (no pun intended) at best, a dated deli with sun-faded posters of Greece, and self-serve plasticware and salt packets. I think I'd be just fine with that, but their prices seemed on par with much nicer sit-down Greek restaurants. Service was very friendly and quick.

Wanted a quick bite to eat. Decided to order the Chicken Gyro with fries. The food was fresh and hot. The service was quick and fast! The ambiance was perfect. Decided to use the bathroom and it aaa CLEAN CLEAN 🧼

We were offered the lunch special even though it had ended 20 minutes prior. Incredibly friendly staff, and the food is excellent. It reminded us of our favorite gyro’s restaurant in Europe, the wonderful smells, generous portions, and peaceful atmosphere. We will most definitely come here again.

Excellent food and friendly staff. The best dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) we've ever had! Sadly prices have gone up, like a lot of places I suppose.

Went here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon.  When your food is brought out less than a minute after ordering at the register, you start to worry about the freshness of the food...and that worry was warranted. The overall quality of the food was poor. Dry gyro meat, slightly stale pita bread, and the hummus has absolutely no seasoning to it. Do yourself a favor and go to Mr. Gyros instead, where you'll actually find quality casual Greek dining! Trust me, it's worth the drive over!

So i reached out to Greek to me in facebook.about the amount of fries in my kids meal. The response i recieved was that they weigh out the fries for the kids me. Ha! We have been here before and my son had more than 10 fries in his meal. I told them for what they charge there should be more and above was their excuse plus that raised prices because they believe in paying their employees above average wages and that the cost of everything has gone up. I said that I agree with that, but i also should get what WE PAID for. The kids meal is a rip off. Overpriced for what you get. Rest of our meal was good.

I’m not often in this neighborhood, and if I am, there are generally other things that I crave, but I decided to make a put stop here for a change of pace. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure I wanted the run of the mill gyro, so I asked for a recommendation. She suggested I try the Greek nachos, so I did. She also said for a side she would go for fries because they are really good there. I found both of the recommendations to be worth trying. The nachos (which I got the spicy version) were a nice change of pace from the gyro and were quite good. The fries were also quite good. Had some sort of either a light batter and/or seasoning on them that made them pop out. There are a lot of very good places around there to eat, so it’s always a tough choice, but this is not a bad option to consider, especially from the fast food side of things.

Every time I go to this restaurant, it's a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and clean, and the restaurant itself is orderly. I really enjoy the spicy greek gyro the most.  The seasoning they put on the french fries is fantastic.

I highly recommend you stop here if you enjoy greek food and good service.

Tired of bland drive-thru “food” and tasteless fries? Well that type of life is ancient history when you discover Greek To Me! Deliciously flavored meat, bright onions, ripe tomatoes and salty olives and feta await you wrapped in a soft pita topped with tzatziki sauce. Plentiful options available if the gyro life isn’t your thing. Cheese Steaks, Burgers, Nachos and pizza as well as sweet and honeyed baklava cheesecake. The fries? They are truly so good and worth it as a side. They also offer a delicious side salad. Real food, real flavors to get you back to your real life. It’ll have you shouting “Mama Mia” and fighting with your friends who gets to be Meryl and who gets to be Cher.

The gyro was pretty big and decent for the area. The French fries were so so.

Brightside Cafe

This was a wonderful little find while visiting Sioux City! The Cafe had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The walls are covered with inspiring quotes! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was very good! The best part was that they had a meal for those in need program where I was able to pay for a future meal for someone in need!

Had never been here before. Didn’t know the program, but seemed a little off today. There was a sign at the door saying to wait to be seated, yet I waited for probably 5min or more while several employees buzzed by, and no one offered help or even said they would be back to seat me. Someone clearing tables (not wait staff) finally asked if I had been helped, and I said no, so he told me to just find a spot and someone would be with me. Didn’t seem like it was part of his job, so kudos to him for noticing I wasn’t getting helped. My waitress didn’t show for a while. Once she did, it took quite a while for her return. She came by for other tables, but passed me up. I didn’t even get my drink until my meal was half way eaten, whereas I’m used to having a drink while looking at the menu. I ordered the bright side burger and chili. Both were pretty decent. Not out of this world, but worthy enough to try again some time. Fries were decent too. From my experience, food seemed good enough to try again sometime. Service certainly seemed lacking today, but I saw other servers buzzing around attentively, so I think it is possible that my issues happens to be with the particular server that I had. Therefore, since the food was decent, and it looked like other people were getting good service, I’m not going to dismiss the place from a lack of service experience this time, as I assume it was likely something that may not repeat if I try again. So I’ll give a good 4 stars at this point, and try again sometime to hope they hold the 4 star rating I gave them the benefit of the doubt on.

Wait staff was good my kids Dino chicken nuggets had been over cooked they wouldn't eat them.  My steak burrito or chop steak not sure the meat had been over cooked on one side it was chew and unappetizing.  Cheese balls and fries where good

Amazing food, serviced right away, got our food very quick. Diet and allergy free options. Very cute and nice place, great music, I loved the artwork.

Brightside Cafe is AMAZING! The food was fantastic, the service was great, and the vibe was inspiring -- both because of the cool quotes painted on the walls in the cafe, as well as the pay-it-forward aspect of being able to contribute to their breakfast program for those experiencing food insecurity.
Brightside Catering was also off-the-charts outstanding. We were in Sioux City for our son's wedding, and needed to locate a caterer for the Friday evening event we were hosting. Brightside was brilliant, bringing the first sitting (full dinner) for 30 and ensuring all was set up beautifully (we used The Pierce, a great location!), and our guests all commented on how good the food was... then Brightside returned with our second set of food for a welcome reception for 75 people, and again everything was just right. The Brightside team made sure everything was right.

I have m.s. and went there to renew using fuel rewards that were enhanced by  T-mobile . Everyone was kind and the manager didnt mind his afternoon interrupted ,came out to pump and explained everything so well as he pumped my gas for me.  GREAT STATION!

This shell is owned by Indian crooks. I got physically assaulted by the manager and followed into my car because he claimed my credit card was stolen. Police got involved, nothing arose out of it…I ended up getting a refund for the things the fat Indian manager climbed ON TOP OF ME IN MY CAR to get the items I ALREADY PURCHASED….AND ONLY because the police made him do it. He had to refund me because I PAID for the items (he used it as a reason to get in my car and assault me and take packs of cigarettes from my car!!!!
He even tried to claim the cigarette pack i had in my hand when the cops showed, was from his store until I showed him and the cops the pack was bought in Colorado from the stamp at the bottom. But they let this LIAR off with just a warning—that’s it…because he’s  a “local” and i guess this Sheriffs at this county don’t care about assault and battery or burglary from private property….This is after I just paid $90 to fill my gas tank with the same credit card—most unpatriotic store in Kansas.
No hard working American should be any doing any business here. Those who lie and steal love to point the fingers at others, they also illegally over charge tax on items, read the other reviews, this place does not deserve your patronage. There is equally cheap gas elsewhere without the blatant discrimination and potential criminal activity. You have been Warned.

Great place for discounted cigarettes, cheapest in town that I know of.  Nice selection of other items too, like cold 12 packs of soda, considering it is inside a gas station.

Excellent service. Excellent Clean bathroom. Clean inside. Did not know this place was here. Made a wrong turn and had to use bathroom. (Needs a key) two busy employees one behind counter one was sweeping not -just pushing broom around but cleaning. Person who was mopping got key for me while I was waiting in line. (Was not expecting that I could see he was busy.) Immediately went straight back to cleaning.

Always great service, staff friendly and helpful.

The Other Place Overland Park

As the HQ of the Iowa Hawkeyes watch parties, the OP provides a wonderful environment to take in the big games amongst fellow Hawkeyes.

The service is typically pretty fast and friendly. They offer a wide variety of beer and mixed drinks, a long with non-alcoholic beverages. The food menu provides something for everyone from pizza to burgers and a mix of pub grub in between.

Whether to watch the Hawkeyes eek out a defensive victory at Kinnick or just to enjoy a nice taco pizza and a margarita, the OP has you covered!

Great spinach artichoke dip and chips, waitress did a great job.  My son’s chicken sandwich was good.  The mozzarella sticks were different, but huge.  He really liked the caramel White Russian.  I just drank water.

You can't go wrong with the Other Place during happy hour. The prices are great and the pizza is awesome! They have really good cheeseburgers and chicken tenders too.

Honestly this is one of KC’s best kept secrets and i don’t want to share but must!!! Literally every time I order from here there isn’t anything I have gotten that isn’t good. Their pizza is bomb, their mozzarella sticks are bomb, the burgers are bomb. Highly recommend the South Philly Burger. Service is awesome, atmosphere is lovely. Support Local!

Dont get the chili...I ordered some chilly and it was super soupy w no meat in it and it tasted like pizza sauce... it was disgusting
