There is not enough good things to say about our experience with Kris. We were first time homebuyers and had very specific requirements and she went above and beyond. She learned what we needed in a home and went out of her way constantly to assure we had options that fit our needs. The market was very hot when we were buying so she had her work cut out for her, but never once complained. She gave updates constantly and anytime we had a question answered faster than we ever thought would be possible. If we ever have to move again we will be  contacting her first thing.

When I sold my resort at the Lake of the Ozarks I needed to do a 1031 exchange.  Sharon Sigman found me 3 perfect properties two of which are in the Plaza area. One of the properties had multiple bids but sharon  suggested strategies to me to get the winning bid. She help me select a wonderful home inspector & handymen to assist with various projects.  Her transaction manager Melinda was super nice, a real pleasure. She  & Sharon answered and or returned my calls very quickly. I would highly recommend Sharon and Melinda.

Sharon was an absolute angel to work with when looking for and purchasing my first home. She and her staff were always available to discuss and tour homes. When I would present Sharon with a list of places I was interested in, she would communicate with the listing agents and let me know if the place already had offers, or if they would be waiting to present the homeowner with offers at a later time. She was patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. She was so attentive to my needs and time constraints (I’m from out of town). I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the KC area.

Chris & his team were amazing as I navigated finding & purchasing my first home. He was always a text/email/phone call away and made himself available for showings as soon as I'd indicated interest in a house coming on the market. His background in contracting/ construction was super helpful as I was coming in with almost zero knowledge. Chris was also not afraid to stick his head out during the bidding/ negotiation process and teamed well with the sellers' agent to get the deal done for me. I love this location! They have virtually everything your little heart desires. Pet products, micro-tools, holiday themed items, household supplies, face masks, and loads of tools and hardware.

Westlake Ace in Westport is one of neatest and well lit hardware stores that I've ever been to. I've always been able to find what I needed. The staff are always eager to help, provide great advice, and check out is drama free and expeditious!

I went in with some very specialized screws needed for headlights and before I could even get to the screw department, a man asks me if he can help me find anything.  Let me tell you, every store that does anything customer service facing needs a man like Tyrone.  I don’t normally need help finding stuff at a hardware store but he greeted me before I even got to the area asking if he could help me find something.

Within 2 minutes, Tyrone had found all the screws I needed.  He was clearly knowledgeable, mentioning the screw thread types, pitches and lengths accurately only looking at the screws twice.  He saved me half an hour fumbling around in the store looking at screws saying, “No, I know what I’m looking for thanks” by being friendly and inviting.   An asset to the company for sure.

This is by far my favorite hardware store in midtown. I was just there with Steven and he went above and beyond to help me get screws for my license plate. He walked out with me to make sure they fit and then installed them. You won’t get that kind of attention and consideration at a big box hardware store. Can’t recommend this store enough, everyone is nice and helpful.

Last time I went in here, there was someone waiting at the entrance asking me if I needed help finding anything. I did (needed AC recharge can), and he led me straight there, unlocked the cabinet, led me up to the register. Took like 3 minutes. Very good service.
