Chris & his team were amazing as I navigated finding & purchasing my first home. He was always a text/email/phone call away and made himself available for showings as soon as I'd indicated interest in a house coming on the market. His background in contracting/ construction was super helpful as I was coming in with almost zero knowledge. Chris was also not afraid to stick his head out during the bidding/ negotiation process and teamed well with the sellers' agent to get the deal done for me. Very happy with where we ended up and would recommend Chris to anyone in KC!

Chris Fleming is an outstanding realtor! We were not planning on using a realtor until we met Chris. His extensive knowledge of the area, friendly personality, and responsiveness was too good to pass up. He and his team were prompt and responsive to any questions we had throughout the searching, negotiations and closing. We wish we could buy another house and work with him again.
