Stopped by to see if they replace windshields. Answer yes. Russ said he would check with his windshield supplier and let me know price. Didn't call me. No call had to call to see if he had answer. Gave me the price and said he could do it the next day. I explained I would need ride home as I am a widow so don't have someone to help me drop car off. Russ said he could work with that and would get back with me on a time the windshield would be delivered so I could bring vehicle in close to that time. No call. Waited to hear the next day until after noon. Called Russ was at lunch and the employee took my number to have Russ call me. No call. Called again after 4:00 Russ ask if it could be done the next day. Ask me to just drop it off again I explained my situation. He seemed irritated with me. I told him do you just not want my business? After a pause he said yes he didn't want my business. Now after 3 days I have to find someone else. Interstate glass company in Manhattan set me up an appointment for early the next day no problems with them. Will not recommend RC

Russ and his team did an awesome job! I took  my GMC Sierra Denali to them for a new front bumper. I have a keen eye for detail, so naturally worried I would be able to notice a difference in paint color or anything for that matter. Let me tell you I tried for days to notice any difference and I can’t! Just for a cherry on top they even washed it before I picked it up.

Just drop my truck off and let me tell you my customer service experience since I have been in Kansas has been trash but at RC’s it was a breath of fresh air. They really care about you and your business. Their turn around time is amazing I was prepared to not have my truck for two weeks to a month but they told me a week max. 10/10 will recommend this place in the future to friends and family.

RC Auto Body had to put up with my out of country insurance being incredibly frustrating, but did it all really well and I’m really grateful for their assistance! They had any opportunity to turn me away because of the hassle and didn’t. Russ was super amazing to talk to, and even buffed out some scratches that were old but I didn’t notice until after my service, on the house. If you need work done, go here!! Highly recommend.

I am recovering from a respiratory bug and my breast milk supply is starting to suffer. I wanted to try some IV fluids to see if it would help be bounce back. The staff were able to get me in quickly and were attentive. The building was inviting and the experience was comfortable.

Very professional and polite. Went through several options to make sure I was getting what I wanted along with explaining to me the vitamin IV therapy. Comfortable setting and enjoyed the experience. Grace did incredible with IV as I never felt a thing.

If you’re on the fence about trying a hydration IV, definitely give it a try! I am on the tail end of a cold/viral thing and have been dragging for a week. I had the Immunity Boost IV and a B12 injection and feel SO much better. I slept well and had energy to get through my day. A big plus is that Grace and her team are incredibly kind and caring humans. I’ll definitely be back earlier in the cycle next time I catch the creepy crud.

The staff were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt so much better after my vitamin IV drip. They have heated blankets and pillows for comfort during the drip. Will be back again

The team at Midland Exteriors were so friendly,  knowledgeable,  and helpful when reviewing options for new siding for my home.  I had no idea what I wanted,  but they helped me narrow it down until we had a great plan in place.  I got a quote right away at the first visit,  and they were able to start the installation within the time frame quoted. All of the workers have been kind and courteous and the siding looks great! My home looks brand new!

ME was professional from first contact, they came out and measured and gave me a quote with zero pressure and sales shpliel. They sided my house in 4 days with incredible competency and project mgmt professionalism. I can’t say enough about the quality of this company.

We are completely satisfied with the experience we've had with Midland Exteriors. This company promptly returned my call requesting an estimate for window replacement. The representative came at the agreed time. He provided an estimate on the spot after carefully measuring interior and exterior. He provided clear details about our choice and offered suggestions for our design questions. He gave us a timeline for ordering and shipping  the window. And it happened! The window was installed today by two excellent workers who were very careful with new landscaping outside and our furnishings on the inside. We are very grateful for this company and its employees.

Quality product with professional employees. They took off our 30+ year-old Masonite siding and installed TruCedar seamless steel siding.
House is quieter, looks far better, and is protected by lifetime-warranted siding that never needs painted.
Work was delayed by winter weather, but once they started, our 2500 square-foot home was done in just over two weeks.

The reason why the guy may come across as "rude" has to do with his keen attention to detail and skill in the field. When working in a hazardous environment you can guarantee he will have your back. Overall a very positive experience if willing to work and are committed. Always.

Thank you.  When our water heater had a massive and continuing leak, my frantic call to my insurance agent resulted in a call to Paul Davis.
I spoke to Kristy first who took my information and passed it along.  The next call was from Doug, who assured me staff would be there as soon as possible.
Within, I believe, two hours Paul Davis staff was there.  This time gave us a chance to get furniture and personal items removed from the basement so your staff could work.
Kind, polite, respectful, and efficient staff.  I wish I could remember all the names, but I am sure you can look it up.
This happened about noon on a Thursday.  We were kept informed of the process over the following days and by Saturday afternoon, we were "back to normal."
Again, thank you, I will not hesitate to call should we or anyone I know need help in the future.

Paul davis restoration Came right out and helped me out with my water intrusion! I had a  broken water faucet on the outside of my house leaked Into my basement. Called my insurance company and said that they highly recommend Paul davis due to being the only company in Lincoln with a perfect 5.0 rating! Garage Door Place Inc

Bought a CoPay garage door through Home Depot on 09/14/2023 and was told it would be 6 weeks. CoPay uses Garage Door Place for their installs from what Home Depot told me. Was informed in the beginning of October it would not arrive until 29 November 2023 which was fine with me. November come and goes no contact about install. Call Home Depot they give me information so I can contact installer. I call Garage Door Place and get a rude receptionist and get told my garage needs to be cleaned out and they can squeeze me in on Friday. Call back the next day to tell them they can do it the following week because I prefer not being squeezed in. The person on phone rudely tells me if I can do it Friday it would be two weeks before they could install it. Called Home Depot and cancelled my order and would not recommend this company to do work for you. Very unprofessional people and was treated like you did not buy from us so will get it done when we can.

Way overpriced for a service call, over 100 dollars per hour even if they are only there for 10 minutes. Wanted to charge me 65 dollars for a second remote control for our garage door....don't think so. Went on Amazon and found the exact same remotes for 15 each or 24 for a pair. Bought a pair and will be here next week. Too many companies trying to take advantage of people during the current bidenflation pandemic. Do your own research and look around, there are way better deals out there!

Troy Laflin, is your best employee. His customer skills are amazing.  He always goes above and beyond to make sure he provides quality service. I was satisfied with his knowledge and work for my garage door. 10/10 would recommend.

Be warned they charge $105/hr/visit+$10 gas fee+$20 for a temporary splicer & they don't keep parts on hand. This company WILL turn an estimate into a service call by twisting your words and installing temporary parts without your consent. I called for an estimate and they said they could fit me in and finish it same day. A day later he arrived & said they don't EVER keep standard springs in stock so he could only give me an estimate that day. He gave me a 2 week parts ETA, installed a spring splicer WITHOUT my consent, told me not to use my garage door, and told me I owed them nothing for the visit. The estimate they emailed the next week was over $100 more than he gave me in person. They then told me because I didn't consent to the estimate they HAD TO charge me the full service fee, gas, and splicer cost since I did not complete the estimate for services with them. He was here less than 10 minutes and they plan to bill me for an entire hour+parts+ fees.

I chose Garage Door Place because they were always friendly and quick to respond to issues with our old garage door openers that were installed over 20yrs ago.  I really liked their products so decided to order new doors and openers from them. Troy was patient while I figured out exactly what I wanted. He was just very helpful in my selection and answered all my questions.  He kept me in the loop on my order.  The doors look awesome and the openers work so much better.

Now that I’ve been going to Blown, my hair is healthier than it’s ever been in my entire life and I’m so grateful for Michelle and the whole staff for being so kind and helpful. They do a great job at working as a team to give you the best experience during your visit and best results when you leave. Listening to their advice and letting them do their thing has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair. I wish I had before and after pictures but I had extremely damaged hair to the point where I had bald spots from years of coloring myself and wearing clip in hair extensions. I never even thought my hair could ever recover from this damage until they worked their magic. I’m extremely thankful for everyone at Blown and would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone for any hair or makeup needs.

Amazing salon with great membership options! I love coming weekly to have my hair refreshed. Stylists are all so friendly and do great work. I would recommend this salon to anyone in Nebraska who needs hair or makeup done!

Overall I would say the experience was just ok. My hair looked nice -- I know my hair doesn't hold a curl well but risked it anyways for my engagement pictures and yeah, my curls did fall almost immediately. But my makeup was not at all what I had asked for. I showed a picture of bright rosey makeup natural and left with dark eyebrows, dark cut crease eyeshadow, and a dark mauve lip. I ended up fixing my makeup at home because I was too embarrassed to ask for a change in front of a full salon. This was disappointing given how expensive the makeup was. I haven't gotten my engagement pictures back but I hope the makeup looks ok in the pictures.

Omg 😲 never knew this kind of thing existed: a blowout bar. Monthly packages, washing/drying, updos or other styles, and individual services for both hair and makeup - it's a pretty neat spot.

We recently got married and my wedding party got their hair and makeup done at Blown. We couldn't have had a better experience! I had 8 girls get hair + makeup done and they did a beautiful job and in a short amount of time. I think everyone was in and out in 90 minutes. The space was inviting for us all to hang out in as well as functional for many stylist to be working on our crew! I would highly recommend using Blown for your day of wedding needs!
