Always clean and well organized. There can be a wait at the customer service desk for order pick or returns. Seems like there's only 1 person there at a time. There isn't usually a big wait in the checkout line. Drive up is always fast and friendly.

Target is my go-to shopping place. The associates are friendly, the stores are well organized and clean, and the checkout is quick.  The ease of returns are also painless. They give you 90 days to return, unless specified otherwise. There are also several  bonuses shopping @Target like receiving cash back on every purchase just by signing up for Target Citcle. Download the Target app and start earning reward money for Everyday purchases.  Not to mention, when you have the app, and input your Target Circle number at the checkout, your receipts are saved there just in case you lose the paper receipt. You can also view and save coupons in the app. You get 5% donated to a school of your choice. You get 5% off your purchase for your birthday that can be used anytime within that month...I think. Then there's Pick-up and Drive-up options for your lazy days. Oh, and you can search for and item in the app to see if it's available at your store, that way you don't make a blank trip. You can pull up the app while in store to get the location of an item too. So there's no need to be walking around in circles looking for something because the aisle info is included...and this works for any store, just select your current store location and Voila. The list goes on, but this list should help  you decide what you wanna do 😘

I’m appalled at the young lady in the fitting room area who told my daughter she can try on something as long as she doesn’t leave it in the fitting room and when she’s done she needs to bring it out I’m utterly disgusted it’s like everything in me not to go off on her I was very offended that she would say something like that Is her job to make sure that the fitting rooms are clean? Not my daughters people leave stuff in the fitting rooms all the time and for her to make the comment I took it as she was being racist and at the same Talking down on my daughter my daughter is grown she might not look like it but she is. I spoke with the manager about the situation and she assured me that she would address it. I did not stick around to see what happened because the store was closing. I will not be back in this location.

I love Target! Most of the time they have what I need. Their home decore  department is nice, but they don't have to many sales in this department. Today I came in for a body and hair mist I really like and also picked up a cute little mini cake stand.

The customer service was severely lax called 25 times altogether to see if they had the item we online ordered no answer or just got hung up on. Cashier couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone when we went to check out. I work in retail and that was awful. maybe have a meeting and discuss how to answer store phones and stay off of personal phones.

School of Rock

My son has had an incredible experience with a great teacher/drummer Alex. He’s come so far I’m glad we moved him to School of Rock.

My 7 year old son loves his music lessons and band practice.  Highly recommend.

LOVE School of Rock!  My daughter has had such a wonderful experience her, both 1 on 1 lessons and the Rock 101 groups.  SOR has taken her playing to the next level.  Highly recommend.

It’s been over 3 years since our daughter joined School of Rock.  Along with voice, piano, guitar lessons, it’s been awesome to see our daughter flourish.  Her confidence and ability to socialize with people have been values added. The teachers are so talented and have the heart of gold.  In addition, I’ve been taking adult voice lessons and participate in the adult band for the past 1yr 1/2. It’s been a lot of fun getting to know fellow band members while enjoying singing. It’s such a mental therapy... a happy place!

We LOVE School of Rock Highwood. The teachers and staff go above and beyond to make sure my kids have the best experience each week. They have grown so much over the past few years and we love hearing them play with their bands. We love that they have the opportunity to learn their own instrument with amazing teachers and also work with a group each week during band practice. Highly recommend School of Rock Highwood for kids all all ages!

Walmart Supercenter

Awful employee. She refused to open this sliding door in the baby area. This lady with the blue jacket is unprofessional.

The store is always clean whenever I visit and the inventory is plentiful. Helpful staff as well. The bakery department made my girls birthday cake and everyone said it was delicious.

Checked the in store availability of the plastic cookie containers I have purchased there for around the last 10 years, and the only store showing stock was the Olive Branch store. I drove 45 minutes from my house only to find they did NOT have them in stock. If you’re going to offer an app that shows stock, it should be accurate. Do better, WalMart!

1 star is too many!!!!

Between 2:00 &2:45, my daughter is checking out. Her cashier failed to greet her! Better yet,  never spoke a word yet she managed to look like she was disgusted that my daughter even spoke to her. She took a 20lb. frozen turkey and dropped into the bag nearly breaking the turntable the bags were dispensed from. People like this make a bad name for businesses which is most likely why you guys have closed so many stores. Get it together Walmart!

For Walmart this is a most excellent store. It is in a nice area, which may be why the store is so nice. I noticed great floors organized shelves and overall friendly staff! I thought the variety was a bit more vast here than in other locations for sure. I did though notice gas was 15 cents more at this store than the Hornlake lake location. I also enjoyed the different restaurants around the store.

I had a simple issue on my curbside order at the thief river falls MN store.i ran out of time to add a product and switch my substitution. When i called to speak to someone..i was met with very polite and pleasant customer service. Even with it being so close to the holidays, i want to thank the team lead cindy for going above and beyond for a customer..she added another container of the product i purchased free of charge for the inconvenience and went out of her way to add a very nice merry christmas note as well for me..merry christmas to you and your family cindy and you made my day and my christmas with such a small act of kindness that ment so much.

I love Walmart! I enjoy going to Walmart to find items I need. It always seems if I need to get something really quick they have exactly what I need in more places than one. The staff are always friendly, The store is always clean. There are so many options to choose here, from tools, fishing, toys, baking, grilling, gardening, food, art supplies and so much more. I went to this store at 9 am. There was no line and I was so thankful, I was rushing to get my appointment on time with very specific items. Walmart did not fail me by keeping me a super long line. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!

I just moved here recently and this Walmart confuses the hell out of me.

My Walmart from my hometown wasn't a super Walmart and has half the building size and somehow still has more products than this Walmart?

Also there is a huge amount of ..."staff"? That are never wearing their "Walmart" vest or anything, which honestly makes me kind of uncomfortable. It becomes hard to know who's an employee and who is just there to talk to their friends.

Caleb the coach of customer service is amazing!! He went and above and beyond for me And saved Christmas at a mental health facility! Thank you again Caleb! You are the bestest!!!!!

The girls in the baking department were phenomenal!! They went above and beyond to make my neices birthday cake a huge surprise...wanted a design that they didn't have in the books and the girls made it even better than what they thought they could do. Thank you so much!!!

I love that my kids are learning music in a way that is fun for them and that they’re able to perform for others so quickly. Not only are they benefiting from the musical education, they’re developing the courage and poise necessary to perform on stage. Also, they love interacting with their bandmates and teachers, and they feel very much a part of a team. They are motivated to do their best learning and performing their songs so they don’t let their teammates down. They have tried other music programs before, but the School of Rock way has by far been the best.

The School of Rock program is approachable and suitable for people with a variety of different learning styles. The music selections rock, and the instructors are all active in their fields, and know how to talk to kids without talking down to them.
The performance program has been a confidence boost for both of my teens.

Excellent program with many opportunities for the students. Great instructors! My daughter has been blessed to have Jeff for her drum teacher. He is kind, knowledgeable in many instruments and has a great and patient way of teaching children. He makes learning fun!

School of Rock Germantown isn't just a corporate franchise with some vague purpose of playing music.  It's run by great people, and they have a very specific purpose: to teach your kid how to rock.  You'll get to know people like Ken (the owner), Kris (show director), Jeff (house band director), and many more who love music and are passionate about sharing it.  These people will take your child's natural talent and focus it like a laser on becoming a great musician.  A musician with talent and stage presence.

There is a long list of things that make playing live music difficult.  You have to get a band together, book gigs, find a place to practice, etc.  As an aside, try finding a parent that has the space and the patience to allow a big rock band to practice in their house.  Once you find that parent you have to find neighbors that like it as well because it is LOUD  :)   That is all taken care of by School of Rock.  All your kid has to do is play.  In a way it's just like sports, all you have to do is practice and play, the league sets up everything else.  It's perfect because all of your kids energy is directed toward music, not logistics.

Our son started off in the regular shows, then auditioned for the House Band.  He made the cut and got a tremendous amount of experience playing in front of live crowds at places like BB Kings, Club 152, Miglewood Hall, and the Hard Rock Cafe among many others.  He then went on the summer tour where he and his house band friends shredded in front of crowds all up and down the Mississippi River.  They played gigs in St. Louis, Chicago, and even the worlds largest music festival: Summer Fest in Milwaukee (headlined by bands like Tom Petty and the Red Hot Chili Peppers).  It was an AMAZING run for those kids to play so much and for such a wide variety of audiences.

I can tell you that School of Rock Germantown is a big part of my kids life, he will forever remember it as a tremendously fun period of time where learned and played, made a bunch of great friends, and also gained a deep base of experience in playing live music that he'll retain forever.

If your kid wants to play, this is an AWESOME outlet for his or her musical energy and curiosity.  Some kids will even discover an inner "rock monster".   If that's the case, hang on tight because you could be in for a wildly fun ride that will see your kid playing in front of thousands of people and touring the country this summer.  The only limit is how bad the kid wants it.  If your kid loves music and practices like a madman, then his success is guaranteed.

My kid is eighteen now and moving on to college.  They played to a packed house at Neils last night and I kid you not, when my kid came off stage last night he had ladies I've never seen hugging him.  THAT my friends, is confirmation that you've attained rock star status.

My 14yo daughter has been taking voice and keyboard lessons at School of Rock in Germantown and absolutely loves it!  She looks forward to every lesson.  Everyone from their manager, Savoya, to her teacher, Sara, and all the students she has gotten to know...it has become more like a second family.  She is growing in confidence in her abilities because of their support and encouragement.  And, as a parent, I appreciate the feedback that is emailed after each session.

My daughter is participating in her first concert in Sept.  The kids get first-hand experience at actually performing, and aren't confined to simply learning from or performing for their instructor.  We LOVE School of Rock!

Had a pick up order ready came to my local Walmart only to find every curbside spot to be filled with cars waiting for their orders as well as cars with shoppers that were in the store. Called the pick up department no manager was available and the associates informed me I could wait or come back tomorrow because there is nothing they could do. I asked if I could come inside and pick up my order and was told no. Took me almost an hour to get my Christmas pants for my family gathering …

This I'd my 'go to' Walmart for most things. I found these here and if you're a pickle lover you'll love pickled asparagus!

Pretty poor morale through the store among employees. They've given up due to poor management, IMO.
Customers see poor performance & bad behavior go unaddressed, while excellent performance goes unacknowledged.
Customers don't respect that type of atmosphere.
You may have many customers, but are they loyal anymore? Nope. 👎

An odd thing just happened.  At the self check out, when i had completed my transaction, the lady overseeing that area of self checkout, barged in and rated herself 5 stars- or what else was she rating?  Had no interaction with her, but the manager will think I rated her 5 stars. If anyone cares, the attached photo shows  the terminal, with date and time. Video will be clear.  Has this ever happened to anyone else?  Kinda sleazy.

I had a great visit. The store is clean and organized even though busy.  Cashiers were busy but quick with service and very polite.  I found all items on my list.

The Electronics and Woodforest Bank Employees leave much to be desired as well as the selection of plants in the Garden Center.Stocking should be updated.There are some store employees who are polite.Thank You.

Instead of asking for my receipt please get me a basket. You have cashiers checking their phones before scanning my items. I refused to check myself out although at times I’m forced to. The shelves are stocked; that’s a plus. I’ve noticed that some Walmarts have more variety than others.

Run down place staffed by people who do not care about the customers or the products. This is what you get when you can only hire those "other" cultures. My wife drives 40 miles to shop at Cleveland. Screw Clarksdale and its black people. Kroger's let because of this.

Walmart can just save themself some money if they shutdown that garden center completely zero care taking happening there, that ain't nothing but a place to send plants to die...

School of Rock has drastically changed my outlook on music and team work. You realize just how much fun it is playing in a group or in front of an audience, and not just in your bedroom. I'm so glad I signed up for vocal lessons, and so glad I got the teacher I did. Everyone here is extremely friendly, and it really feels like a family. I would recommend School of Rock to any musician, aspiring or even professional, purely for the fact that this place makes my day and makes me a better musician.

Over the 3 years I've been here, School of Rock has become my home away from home. The relationships I have formed with the staff and fellow musicians have shaped who I am as a person. My guitar playing has Improved greatly not only because of lessons but also the performance programs offered. I am currently taking 3 lessons per week, participating in two bands offered by the school and interning. My daughter has been a student at School of Rock Evanston for going on 2 years and LOVES the time she gets to spend there.  The school is filled with teachers, young and oldish, all passing along their love of making music to a younger generation.  The community is very welcoming and my daughter feels valued and supported by everyone in it.  I HIGHLY recommend giving your kids this kind of experience, mine has benefitted immensely from her time here!

If you are thinking about taking lessons or signing your child up for lessons, you should seriously reconsider this location. Find a corporate location that has the proper resources. This place is overall NOT functional and failing.

One of my sons drums with Mac and the other plays guitar with Zach; they both absolutely love School of Rock.  Personally, I like the low-key vibe and how the other students act like it is a clubhouse.  Everyone is very friendly and supportive.

Great store everything you need, huge quiet parking lot.
They have Primo water refill station which is great but they should replaced the filters because it taste exactly like tap water.

We had a good experience at this Walmart as we bought supplies. The Bathrooms were clean and so was the store. The workers that we had contact with were very helpful. We spent one night here in our Class B RV. Thank You Walmart

Even tho the shelves were really picked through for the holiday season, they had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. Store was clean and bright.

Always a great variety of products and produce at this location. Everything seems to stocked well as much as possible. Bathrooms are cleaned pretty regularly. Staff are usually helpful and professional. Best Regards.

The man who greets you upon entering with the awesome hats/costumes etc and Barb are amazing! Their customer service is phenomenal. Barb is sweet, funny and made our frantic experience better. They always have what we need and if they don’t you can purchase online and it arrives to your home pretty quickly. The bakery makes the most amazing and delicious cakes.

Why I didn’t rate 5 stars

The auto center and “customer service” line when you call. A man was trying to be helpful after the auto center lost our receipt and gave us the wrong part but the manager berated him right in front of customers and rudely took over.

I made an exception and used clerk check out lane, she made me regret that with her first words. She picked up my used blue Walmart shopping bags from the conveyer and with significant attitude asked me “are you going to use these”. As if anyone would place them on the conveyor for any other reason.

Next time someone complains about self checkout, I will remember my most recent poor service at Walmart

There were only 2 cashiers at the time I was there but they moved the lines quickly.  I found everything I needed except graham cracker pie crusts.

The grocery pick up is a joke. You’re better off going inside with 3 screaming kids. IF you can get them to answer the phone, it still takes 45 minutes for them to bring out the groceries. And 9/10 you’ll be missing items or get molded produce. I’ve used them several times (because shopping with 3 kids sucks) & every time something has been wrong.

Edited to say, I stood at customer service for almost 15 minutes with no help while 3 young employees sat on their cell phones looking at me & another gentleman in line… we were told to “be patient” & “I’ll be right with you”.. only got help when we asked for a manager. this place is a legit joke.

On this day August the First.
I bought 2 sticks of Tennessee Pride Sausage that was bad.
They both had a good date.
But the meat was ruined.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.  I am in my 50s and was stranded and had to walk 1.3 miles to get to my semi truck.  Asked them if they could put my cart with over $200 in groceries in the cooler (my local Walmart does it no problem) and I would come back for it(already paid for it).  Team lead lady was rude  and told me they could return the items but "she ain't giving me cash".  I paid with a debit card and I know they can give cash back.
