Good places but the prices did not impress me

It has great deals sometimes, if you are not in a budget, if you are there are other options.

Target

I always forget that this location exists since it’s at the edge of Kirkwood Highway. I honestly am blown away by how clean and well-stocked this location is, and it’s HUGE.

Judging from the storefront, I never expected this Target to be as large as it is, but it feels so vast inside. We visited early morning, and it was the best decision because this shopping center (when crowded) is a nightmare.

Unfortunately I had to give one star and could not give zero stars. This is by far the worst Target I ever shopped, granted all Targets are going downhill imo. I had an issue and went to customer service to get it resolved. While there a lady had the exact same issue and they jumped through hoops to help said lady. Then it came to my turn, I was immediately met with a disgusted look by the employee, then said employee spoke to me like I was an inconvenience. Finally I was told by the employee there is nothing they can do even though it was the exact same issue as the customer in front of me. THE only difference was the color of my skin versus their color (guess I wasn't dark enough or too straight to get respect from the Target staff) This underlying issue has only gotten worse over the past few years. Also I would like to warn everyone that the store is always dirty especially the restrooms, the isles are always blocked with U-boats of merchandise never being worked, and the shelves are always bare. Good luck finding a floor associate that would actually help you instead of ignoring you completely. IF I WANTED SERVICE LIKE THAT I WOULD JUST SHOP AT WALMART!! Hell I get more respect in Walmart than I do at Target.

I ordered a crock pot, and the price was reasonable. I ordered a second crock pot to share as a gift. The store was organized and the clerks were willing to help me with my order. They also gave me a shopping cart to carry the products to my car.

Everyone loves Target, and I'm no exception. It's clean and bright inside. They sell groceries as well as clothing, housewares, etc. This is a smaller Target than some others I've been to, but it's still great.

Seriously the worst customer service in any store I’ve ever been to. The employees closed the only fitting room in the store three hours before closing time because they had let clothes pile up everywhere as they sat around taking and didn’t want to deal with any more go-backs. Shelves are out of stock, trash strewn all over the aisles, disgusting bathrooms. Don’t even get me started on the Starbucks— absolutely filthy. They’ll either refuse to make drinks they don’t want to make or make them wrong and then have an attitude. As someone who worked retail for years, I know it can suck but this location needs to hire some employees willing to do the bare minimum

Walmart Supercenter

We went to the store to get some supplies for living off grid while building our Dream cabin and cutting down a lot of trees! So it took a lot of time it was fun the people were nice and we found what we needed!

Easy in & out for truckers like me for quick shopping. Don’t know if they allow overnight parking though. They have my favorite snack so two thumbs up!

It's always busy, and during the holiday season they definitely don't have enough workers working. They have plenty of checkout stands, but never use them. Long lines could be prevented, but it is always the same, doesn't matter what time of the day.

Lots of workers, working!  Christmas, Thanksgiving and Halloween all displayed.  Found most things that I needed. Only bone side of self checkout open. This made for a waiting line. Otherwise, everything good.

Where do I begin on how this place is literally the worst Walmart ever.  The cashiers suck (not us).  They all lack customer service skills.  Everything is locked up.  They NEVER have bags in stock.  The parking lot is a total mess in the winter (not plowed).  The employees are rude to customer as well.  Avoid this place.  I would recommend driving down the road to Fred Meyer as it is the better option.

Walmart

While inside walmart trying to exchange my daughters birthday present for one that works I was humiliated by this worker.   She is very unprofessional and was making me out to be a theif.  She sat down at the table posted saying this is her new desk so she can catch me when I ran out the door. I was so embarrassed! She is extremely unprofessional.  She was more worried about making me out to be something I am not when she should have actually done her jo. And paid attention to the real issues at hand..

Upon my arrival here at the Centerville walmart to exchange Mt non working g hoover board that was previously purchased the night prior which I had PROOF of. I spoke to a male e walmart associate and told him what I was there doing. If i could go get the one I wanted and come back to the service desk and wait my turn. He told me yes
Wo I proceeded with my shopping and my exchange for my twin girls 5th birthday today.  I bought 2 hoover boards and only one worked, so I needed to hurry and replace before my twins saw their present.  She was standing there watching me, which I understood she was doing her job. But she went above and her duties to single me out and humiliate me I front of several other customers.  Ascccing me of wanting to run. Out the door with my daughters birthday surprise.

This is not how you conduct business. She should have been more discretion with what she was trying g to over see that the exchange went smoothly. Not jokearound with the other employee in picture about me and stealing. I  couldn't stand there and take the humiliation anymore and walked out without being able to trade in my daughters 5tu birthday present.  I never gave that woman any reason or excuse to treat me like so. Even when I told her I walked in with mine and she saw me sue said.

Her treatment towards me was very unacceptable and unprofessional. There has to be proper trainer and guidelines for employees like the one above. I did not deserve to be treated like a bad person. I will be posting this everywhere as much as I can. She actually made me cry I was so humiliated

Seemingly this location has completely lost its mind quite literally from the locked items everywhere in every aisle that there's never anyone around with a key to help you access and the self-checkout lanes and I use that term loosely because now you're not allowed to check yourself out so they just have random employees standing around to treat you like an idiot and scan every one of your items like a child and then stand there and stare at you while you put your payment in like if you're going to do that just open the freaking cash register Lanes up, you absolutely dumpster fire humans who makes those decisions 🤦 but even still as annoying as that is all of it adds up to you cannot go into this location for one or two items or for an entire cart full and expect to leave within an hour because the lines taste so damn long now because of the self-checkout stupidity that it's not impossible to enter and exit that store without wanting to rip your flesh off. and back to that point I made about all their razors and soap and deodorant and beauty items all being locked behind glass now and there is never a single person that you can find that has the keys it's some mythical creature who I think might be a dragon that stole the keys to all these cupboards and refuses to give them back it took me a month of trying just to try and get a razor out of their case because it is cheaper than anywhere else but after 4 field trips and lots of frustration I decided that I would just pay the extra

These folks have at least 8 check out lines and every time I go there, they have 1 lane open. Granted self checkout is convenient, not everyone wants to pay with a credit card. People still want to pay with CASH!!!

Walmart is walmart... No customer service friendly people... Everyone is busy stocking.. or you cant find anyone on the sales floor..no lines open.. just 2.... And everyone has huge carts full.... Self checkout is fine.... Thats what most stores are doing now....but I would recommend this location its Walmart cant expect too much

They only have self-checkout open, however, it is assisted self-checkout. Meaning, you still have somebody helping you, scanning all of your stuff, but now you have to wait in line and take forever to do a self-checkout.

They have a single person for each self-checked out that is open, why can't they just put each one of those people on a register, get rid of self-checkout, maybe we would move through a little faster.

Just doesn't make any sense.

Visited this location around 8am EST. Very well maintained across all sections. Customer service people are awesome. Easily able to locate what I was looking for.

I ordered store pickup went to pick up was instructed to call the number in front of the parking spot but Noone answered after 5 calls and then it goes to a voice-mail so don't think it's a linked # anymore. Anyway they gave me a used returned ps5 controller that I paid 75$ for expecting brand new. It had the previous buyers last name still on from a purchase one month prior on the ripped open box. I can't return it b4 Christmas bc they r all out of stock around my location.  If I wanted a used controller I would of shopped at gamestop and paid less $$.

Worst Walmart around. No one there wants to work. I watched a little old lady try to flag down a worker to help her as one worker after another ignored her or shrugged at her and walked away. The time before that, I went for the sole purpose of buying a lap top. It was an hour before close. I waited there asking for someone to help that whole time. They tried kicking me out to which I said I’ve been waiting for someone to unlock a laptop for me this whole time. I came from an hour away to buy it. They begrudgingly got it for me (from the same place a different worker told me the laptops weren’t stored when I pointed to the model I wanted in a cage under a blanket) but it didn’t have to be that stressful. If you don’t want to work, don’t make it my problem. I worked retail for years and was shocked at people just staring at you, saying no.

I went in to purchase spark plugs, an oil filter, and oil for my car but couldn't find them so I asked the person working in the automotive department for some help finding them. He responded, "Use the tablet that's hanging on the shelf." I explained to him that I already did for the oil filter but it doesn't have spark plugs. He swore that it did so I asked him to show me because I couldn't find them. He walked over to look and couldn't even operate the tablet. I had to step in to use it. When we got to the parts selection page I asked him where they were because they weren't displayed. He says, "Oh, this one doesn't have it." I said, "I already knew that. Now can you help me find them?" He points to the end of the aisle and says they are down there but he doesn't know what my car takes so he can't help anymore. Rude, right? So I walk to the end of the aisle and all they had was spark plugs for lawnmowers. I go back to the counter where there was a different guy and asked him for help and explained the previous assistance. He informs me that they don't carry them anymore. So why did the first guy not tell me this? Why did he waste 20 minutes of my time looking for something they don't carry. Either way, that was one of the worse customer service I've had in a long time. If you don't... ask somebody.

This Walmart is a little ghetto, and they usually only have two actual cashier's working at any given time. It's kind of annoying that all the boxers and T-shirts are locked up too. However, I understand why it has to be done

Employees take as much time it's possible for them to attend you. Not a lot of variety on brands. Honestly come when strictly needed.

Didn't find what I needed, but a very clean organized store!

Dillard's

Had an amazing experience with Kelly in the men’s department.  We were greeted by her after an unpleasant experience with the men’s store manager.   She’s is terribly unprofessional.
Kelly not only helped us pick out 2 shirts she also assisted with measurements and suggested what button up would be better for cold weather. We ended up leaving with a number of items due to her assistance. When we go back I will actually call ahead and ask for Kelly. She is simple the best!!!

Shopping on Black Friday, it was busy.  They had a majority of their merchandise at the regular 65% off with other specials of reduced prices. As a Petite Woman shopper there were only a couple of racks with extra reductions and limited merchandise. The Men’s department had lots of items for $19.99 or $14.99 as did women’s.

Very disappointed to the lady in Dior beauty whoever she is I didn’t get a chance to get her name, I had an appointment yesterday at 2pm for make up. I was late, I arrived 2:06, she told me to wait 10 mins, and then after that I asked again how much longer should I wait she said 10 more minutes. I told her I can’t wait that Long anymore, she said well you are late you arrived 2:06 I have to take another client. That was just very unprofessional and rude. First of all it’s fine and I can totally understand if I was late for 15 mins but I wasn’t usually the rule you have allowance at least 10 mins. People make an appointment to get the spot and being turned down just because she was late for a few minute is just not acceptable and very unprofessional.
Huge thanks to Lisa In YSL for taking good care of me and the rest of the other 2 ladies who helped me in my make up. I wasn’t their client but they handle the situation very professional unlike the lady in DIOR. I just hope the girl in Dior she could have handled it differently and not turning  client down and making an excuse, very very disappointed with her.

Great selection of dress shirts and ties! They had a friendly and knowledgeable staff! They helped me get the correct measurements to ensure the clothing fit correctly.

Compared to other Dillards this store was lacking. While they have some beautiful selections, I felt that whoever decided what they carry is not conscious about different sizes and styles. I actually circled three times to find the junior section as I shop in both departments. Pretty much, there isn’t one. It’s all business style with some dressy casual mixed in. Don’t get me wrong, there is a place for those and when I need them I’ll probably go here. But that’s all. The few sections that there were normally an assortment of different styles of dresses, well it was all the same style in different fun patterns. I went to the Dillards in Greenville two days prior. So I know the selections are there for them to offer more variety.  I’d rather be able to shop for any occasion in one store. Also, bigger sizes need to be offered. First Dillards I had a hard time finding size Large. Staff was friendly.

Good service place to buy clothes , electronics,  shoes, Perfumes, etc, Clean & organize place.

Citrus Park Town Center

I love this mall of course I always get outranked by my wife and 2 daughters but I find this mall more aesthetically pleasing. Looks like a small city with the background buildings that are in place. Plus they have a kick butt game building Elev8

I love that this place opens up an hour early so walkers can walk comfortably in the air conditioning! I also love the shops that are here. Great restaurant choices as well. Nothing super fancy... I don't need fancy 🤣 some of the favorite shops that I have here are torrid which happens to be one of the only places I can purchase clothes, Red Robin which maybe one of the reasons I have to go to torrid to buy clothes 🤣👀, auntie Annie pretzels and please refer to number two, Elev8 is a new place and I can't wait to try it, they also used to have a world war II exhibit and I loved that, I also love the art kiosks in the center and they often do events.

I went to the mall on Monday night and it was empty. They have a large selection of stores but not enough sales. I was disappointed with Macy’s that did not have the sales that other locations have. They have Dillards and JC penny as well.

I actually like the interior of this mall. I visited for the first time today, and some stores out did them selves.  You also have some empty spaces bit over great values. There is a man store that has beautiful shirts if you wish to impress. Another store has great custom accessories jewelry and things.  Overall great place to visit.

This mall wants to be family oriented but there are a few flaws. There are designated parking spots at the front for families with young children. These spots fill up fast, and honestly I don’t believe it’s enforced. Lots of options to shop from, bright and open. There is a play area for children, which is placed perfectly in the food court - Although it does need to either be throughly cleaned or just updated altogether. There is a massive carousel next to the food court which doesn’t typically have a long wait. If you come with a stroller, park in the first level. Do not park on the higher levels of the garage. Unfortunately the elevator has been down for a long time, months, and you’ll get stuck hauling the stroller down along with your littles.

Was disappointed with my stop to this Wal Mart location. Needed a cheap disposable poncho. Went to the camping section and all they had were bigger more expensive ones. I just needed a cheap $1 or $2 one. Looked around the registers for one. No luck. The one nice thing is they have trees in the parking lot to help provide shade on your vehicle.

I hate coming to this Walmart. Honestly been waiting since 5:15 for groceries at the pick up spot. It’s about to be an hour waiting. I could have gone inside and been done with my shopping. I can understand holiday time and being busy but figured you’d have a system in place for faster pick up service so you DONT have unhappy customers. Will never be using the pick up service again at this location

There is something for everyone. Very friendly staff. You could have all you need in there from groceries to household items and also services like laundry, money transfer, Pharmacy, pedicure, and lots more.

This Walmart doesn't  welcome RVs and Travel trailers. We've got there 11:30p and they started leaf blowing and running the sweeper. The funny part is that they were running them only around our trailer for hours, not around the whole parking lot. They should put up a sign that RVs and trailer people are not welcome. Or maybe a sign that said "They reserve the right to refused service", then I would not go there. I was tired and sleepy counting on that spot to take a não and continue my trip.
Now I have to re-plan my trip not around Walmart, but around Cracker Barrel.
Trailer people stay away from this Walmart.

I use to really like Walmart. When I first moved to Kent County from Newark. I remember going in Walmart in the morning and the employees were literally doing a Walmart cheer. "W", "A" and so on. We use to do a lot of night riding on motorcycles and Walmart was always there in case it got cold and you didn't pack for it, you could always count on Walmart having warm clothes for low prices. Even when it wasn't cold we would stop in at 2 or 3am and get some retail therapy in there. We always purchased clothes for my Girl and I. Fast forward to 2023 and gone are the days of the gung ho employees laying down a Walmart cheer. Instead, you go in and after you find what your looking for you have to deal with the nightmare self service check out with enough employees standing around watching you plus more on camera gawking at you to make sure you ring everything up that they for real could open every register and things would go a lot smoother. I don't understand it. This change in customer service at a time when Amazon humbles them. I miss 24 hour Walmart as well. Anyway, this is my honest most recent as of 10/22/2023 review of Walmart.
