Walmart

While inside walmart trying to exchange my daughters birthday present for one that works I was humiliated by this worker. She is very unprofessional and was making me out to be a theif. She sat down at the table posted saying this is her new desk so she can catch me when I ran out the door. I was so embarrassed! She is extremely unprofessional. She was more worried about making me out to be something I am not when she should have actually done her jo. And paid attention to the real issues at hand.. Upon my arrival here at the Centerville walmart to exchange Mt non working g hoover board that was previously purchased the night prior which I had PROOF of. I spoke to a male e walmart associate and told him what I was there doing. If i could go get the one I wanted and come back to the service desk and wait my turn. He told me yes Wo I proceeded with my shopping and my exchange for my twin girls 5th birthday today. I bought 2 hoover boards and only one worked, so I needed to hurry and replace before my twins saw their present. She was standing there watching me, which I understood she was doing her job. But she went above and her duties to single me out and humiliate me I front of several other customers. Ascccing me of wanting to run. Out the door with my daughters birthday surprise. This is not how you conduct business. She should have been more discretion with what she was trying g to over see that the exchange went smoothly. Not jokearound with the other employee in picture about me and stealing. I couldn't stand there and take the humiliation anymore and walked out without being able to trade in my daughters 5tu birthday present. I never gave that woman any reason or excuse to treat me like so. Even when I told her I walked in with mine and she saw me sue said. Her treatment towards me was very unacceptable and unprofessional. There has to be proper trainer and guidelines for employees like the one above. I did not deserve to be treated like a bad person. I will be posting this everywhere as much as I can. She actually made me cry I was so humiliated

Seemingly this location has completely lost its mind quite literally from the locked items everywhere in every aisle that there's never anyone around with a key to help you access and the self-checkout lanes and I use that term loosely because now you're not allowed to check yourself out so they just have random employees standing around to treat you like an idiot and scan every one of your items like a child and then stand there and stare at you while you put your payment in like if you're going to do that just open the freaking cash register Lanes up, you absolutely dumpster fire humans who makes those decisions 🤦 but even still as annoying as that is all of it adds up to you cannot go into this location for one or two items or for an entire cart full and expect to leave within an hour because the lines taste so damn long now because of the self-checkout stupidity that it's not impossible to enter and exit that store without wanting to rip your flesh off. and back to that point I made about all their razors and soap and deodorant and beauty items all being locked behind glass now and there is never a single person that you can find that has the keys it's some mythical creature who I think might be a dragon that stole the keys to all these cupboards and refuses to give them back it took me a month of trying just to try and get a razor out of their case because it is cheaper than anywhere else but after 4 field trips and lots of frustration I decided that I would just pay the extra

These folks have at least 8 check out lines and every time I go there, they have 1 lane open. Granted self checkout is convenient, not everyone wants to pay with a credit card. People still want to pay with CASH!!!

Walmart is walmart... No customer service friendly people... Everyone is busy stocking.. or you cant find anyone on the sales floor..no lines open.. just 2.... And everyone has huge carts full.... Self checkout is fine.... Thats what most stores are doing now....but I would recommend this location its Walmart cant expect too much

They only have self-checkout open, however, it is assisted self-checkout. Meaning, you still have somebody helping you, scanning all of your stuff, but now you have to wait in line and take forever to do a self-checkout. They have a single person for each self-checked out that is open, why can't they just put each one of those people on a register, get rid of self-checkout, maybe we would move through a little faster. Just doesn't make any sense.
