Walmart Supercenter

No one likes having to work on Christmas Eve, but the attitude of the manager walking around telling people they have to leave, before it was even time to close is ridiculous. I'm a manager myself and had to work today as well, and would never ever think to talk to someone the way I was talked to today. Nothing will come from this but the employees were very nice and helpful, the police officers pointed out how much time was left without being rude, the manager that was another story

Most days at this store I find that I can take my time in finding what I need. Some of the staff is very helpful whereas some aren't. Black Friday sale could have been better than it was concerning the lack of product sales. Not much to choose from during that sale.

The bakery lost my order for a Christmas party today. They said they were going to make it right but making it right only consisted of pointing me to prepackaged pre-shipped baked cookie cakes that were nothing like I ordered.  No true acknowledgment of a mistake being made I'm sorry no store credit just a consolation prize of an $11 prepackaged cookie cake I feel like you guys could have done better. This was for a high school club.

I don't know why they always want me to add details. But if I say it's 5 star, that means it was good service friendly. Nothing in the rooms, so quit. Asking for more detail, name them.

My favorite Walmart! It's clean, not trashy, and well stocked. The automotive department is the best I've seen. Christina the automotive manger is very nice. With the advice of Forrest, she's sold me two new sets tires in the last year. When I pick up a 3rd vehicle next year, I'll be coming back for more new tires.

I was purchasing a product at the self check out when I realized I need a gift receipt being as stubborn as I am I flondered around for a while making no progress, the attendant came and asked, gift receipt? She proceeded in seconds to produce what I spent 5 min trying unsuccessful. My complaints to the attentiveness of the attended, success without embarrassment.

Easy access,egress, I actually made friends with a few of the employees.
Prices are normal for our currently horrible economy.

I blew out a tire while traveling from Oregon to Texas. I showed kup to the tire shop at 5 minutes before they closed. The Service people without hesitation got right to me and replaced the blowout and one other tire before they left for the day..I was pleased with the customer service and the fact they did not scoff at the time I got there but where very happy to get me back on the road..fast friendly service at this location...

I want to thank the automotive dept. for the excellent  work  a man did on
fixing my tire on my car today. He was very good at finding the problem with my tire, very honest and only charge me a few $. Don’t know his name but you will know him by asking the people who work there about the red 2011 Hyundai he fixed the tire on. Two ladies from Star Idaho, thank you very much Sir. 9/7/23

A wide variety and high end brands to choose from, especially in the liquor and grocery section. Clean store and polite staff.

We were passing through town and this is the parking lot we ended up in for a couple nights while we recovered a bit from our journey. The people who work here were very nice, and even offered to help us with sending us to the church across the street, who put us in a hotel for my daughter's birthday, I'm very thankful to the workers here and their kindness as well as impressed by the overall energy of this Walmart as opposed to others. The store is smaller than most I've been to, so I was limited on food, but it was clean and felt like a safe place.

I have always enjoyed the wonderful service I get at the money center Ms Pam and her crew are always willing to assist me with any need that I have at that moment my favorite employee I calls her Me Messy she's the best one,. Bayou Vista  Walmart is the store and it's employees great place to shop

This place is either poorly managed or they just have lazy careless people. I don’t understand how you have 30 door greaters and 17 self checkout assistants, but when it comes to the area where everything is locked up like the electronics, there’s never not a single employee in that area EVER and there’s no button to press saying, HEY! IVE BEEN STANDING HERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE FOR 15 MINUTES. I NEED HELP UNLOCKING A CABINET!!

This is every single time I come to this place and need something from the electronic department. Wish there was more options in the area because I wouldn’t go to Walmart ever again

I love shopping at Walmart.  They have a great selection, and as we RV across the country, it's great to have the consistency of our favorite  products available for us.

The new store decor reminds me of a prison, cement floors, and metal walls. I guess they are helping out those people who took a course in decorating while in prison. It is nice of them to give those people a second chance. The new generation has been brainwashed .....everything is black, white, and gray.  Just like all government buildings. These colors make people do as they are told. Don't believe me, go look at your car. What color is it? You are not supposed to be an individual and have your own taste. You got to fit into the same as everyone box.

Needed to pick up some quick clothing and some water. Everything we needed was right within reach of the door, and we were at the checkout in minutes. The check out attendant was very friendly and attentive. There is always plenty of parking at Walmart, but you have to watch out for people who camp out in the back of the lot. It's almost always a good place to take kids real quick. And it's typically affordable. There are no issues for me with this location. Good experience.

I ordered this cupcake cake for my daughter’s 5th birthday, and when we got to the store to pick it up, it was designed into a 2. Not a 5. Showed it to the guy working, he took the cupcakes, I watched him fixing it, he even fixed the icing on top if they got messed up while he was rearranging. He handed us the box back and said it was formed back into a 5. We did glance at the cake, but wasn’t until we got to the party with her cake that we realized the 5 was backwards. So, basically just an upside down 2. I was disappointed, and couldn’t believe that it was done twice and done wrong both times. Also, the icing was ordered for whipped icing and it was not done in whipped icing. Check and double check your cakes!

Always get in and get out they are never too crowded! Another plus is we always seem to find pretty good parking spots close to the doors! Thats always a nice perk of a Walmart Trip! Might try a mobile order next time just to compare my last local Walmart order just moved here from Nola and I love it so far! 😁🥰😁

sat at the jewelry desk for over 20 minutes trying to get septum rings, pressed the assistance button over 3-5 times and nobody ever came. if you’re going to have everything locked in cases…have someone be there to open them. ESPECIALLY after they’ve hit the assistance button. the lady that was at this desk looked at us and walked away.

Amazing store!! Aside from the best help ever in the produce department, The tire center employees and service are incredible as well.  I found a tire literally falling apart in my diesel later Sunday afternoon before a long trip. I rushed into the only place open .....  but will now always go to this Walmart tire center.  They got me right in, with a new tire and rotation before I even was done shopping.

Pretty decent place to shop. There on a weekend so they were busy, but it wasn't just packed full of people. Was able to navigate throughout the store without trouble.

Wow, what a great store. Everything you works expect from a Walmart but then more!  Boats, kayaks, and other great outdoor great.

Good stuff,  overnight parking for 10 trucks.

As much as I despise how the company under pays its employees, Walmart is necessary for society. So 4 stars.

Bought pop secret popcorn there around 9/7. Home style type. After having a couple bags I kept wondering why it taste and smelled different than all the others I had bought in the past. Turned out it expired 2/23. Check what you buy here.

Went a couple of days ago for a new phone…….. the two women working in the phone section were sooo unprofessional! The manager, Tammie was too! Basically one woman was supposedly trying to activate the phone for me and needed my email and address to do it smh idk if that’s true but I simply asked why they needed my address, I wanted to try to make sure I wasn’t getting signed up for something…. The other woman just told her, just stop and let her do it herself. I asked her why she was getting an attitude when I asked a simple question. SHE asked the manager to come, not me. I told the manager what happened though and they should act more professional, if they can’t, they don’t need to work with people. She just took up for them smh I paid for my phone and left. They said you can just activate it yourself😂 honey I don’t mind activating the phone, it takes 5 minutes but okay….. moral of the story, don’t go here for a phone. I feel like the woman that said I can activate it myself was just mad because she was trying to upsell and get us ( my husband and myself ) on lines claiming it would be cheaper and I said, yeah last time I was told it would be cheaper we paid double for phone bills so no thanks. Managers, when you act badly the employees will follow. Please act better so the employees will act better, or atleast half of them will anyway. Be better examples for the employees 👍

This walmart has really nice employees who are always ready to help. The store stays organized and clean, but sometimes, the shelves seem kinda bear. Parking usually isn't too bad, and checking out doesn't normally take very long due to the number of self-cheekout machines they have.

Kinda a small store so you might not find everything you're looking for.  The service is AWESOME! Especially in the pharmacy and in electronics.  Those are the two departments that seem to frequent.  Everyone is friendly with not only customers but among each other!

Ordered online and had a delivery.. Hayden the driver dumped our groceries in front of the hurricane community center that is not the address that was given for delivery by far and obviously not  a home luckily the dummy took a picture and sent it to us so we could go find where he dumped everything we bought  on the ground which was 10 minutes passed our house and when we found it half our stuff wasn't even bagged thanks opd great job I'm glad you put all 10 cans of coconut water in one bag  and decided not to bag  one box of frozen lasagna   and caned vegetables etc..oh but my 1 bag of instant potatoes had a bag all to its self  so did my hot dogs the rest of the bags were tore come on guys do better  this was the first time I ever decided to order online and have it delivered never again ....ZERO STARS.....

Generally this is a pretty okay Walmart to go to. Don't have to wait long or anything, but today 11:00 on a Monday and only two tills are open. Eight are open for self-checkout and people take carts overflowing with product to self checkout and spend their day scanning items. Be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get one item.

Today I spoke to a girl in the clothing section who was the "Shift Lead" and she was very helpful.  She even went out of her way to check the back stock for what I was looking for.  Recently my review was a 1 star but in light of her helpfulness today I changed it to a 4.

First of all, Walmart is the best place to get your car fixed and open on Sundays. Doug helped us get back on the road ASAP.  Without him we would be stuck here. He is our hero for tonight and we will not forget his act of kindness.

Had lots of variety. The store was clean and well stocked.  Lots of parking.  Impressed with is size considering the location was pretty remote.

I am a Walmart + member. And was sadly charged delivery fees all  because the order came to less then $35.00. The Walmart team, always thanks you for being part of the Walmart + family which is a degrading disgrace. Walmart company you are thieves!! So sorry I had to give them a star. I spoke to a representative and although there was nothing he could do about it. I kept thinking to myself how can someone work for a place like this, and still look in the mirror every day. Any rate as for me I will take it up with the department of consumer affairs and the BBB just one final thought shame on you Walmart.

I placed an order for pick up and after trying to check in I was sent an email saying my order was delayed. After calling the pick up number I was informed that my order had been cancelled on their end due to the product not being in stock. However, I was able to go inside and purchased the exact item I had requested to pick up. Now I will be waiting for a $400 refund to my card for days because of their inability to locate a grill which they had several of in stock. Not impressed.

Had four tires installed and an oil change. 366 dollars. Right now I think tires at Walmart are a great deal. For 10 dollars more per tire they will add a lifetime road hazard warranty, pro rated for tire wear, but still hard to be. Service was pleasant and timely.

I mean, it's Walmart. Not any better or any worse than any other I've been in. A few items that the app said were in stock weren't, which was inconvenient and I hate the self checkout lanes. They don't hire enough clerks to work the registers so you're forced to use self checkout, then they ask you to see your receipt on the way out the door like you're a criminal or something. It's very frustrating not to mention the machines themselves suck. Constantly telling me something's been removed from the bagging area

If I go inside it’s usually okay, but outside pickup is a joke. I used it for an entire year at the Butte store with very few problems or delays, but my first time in Helena, the app said it was delayed 2 hours (during my pickup window), so naturally I canceled the order because I didn’t have the time to wait and couldn’t come back later. As soon as I canceled, they called me to tell me they actually did have my order almost ready but because I had canceled I’d have to go inside to purchase the items 🙄 I did because I probably should have at least waited until my pickup window was over, but the next time I set up a pickup order I made sure to set it a couple hours ahead of time so it would for sure be ready. All went great until I got home and realized multiple items were missing, and I was still charged for them. I guess it’s not as convenient as they say it is, at this location.

My husband went in to buy a phone charger and the employees were making fun of him as he walked away. How can you have such rude people working for you!? You need to teach them better manners and customer service.

This is the biggest and busiest Walmart we've been to anywhere in the country.  We were in an RV towing and all we needed to do was stop for some supplies, but the parking lot was full even to the outskirts.  We finally found a spot to park back where the delivery trucks go.  The cart corrals around the parking lot each had more carts than can be found in other stores.  Once inside, the place was so large we could hardly see from end to end.  We found things there that we haven't seen in other Walmarts in quite some time.  What a joy to find some of our old favorites!

Order pickup sometimes skips items on shelves.
Some items harder to find, even when using app.

One of the largest Walmart super stores we've encountered.  Very vast selections, even a Montana souvenir store inside! Also has a nail salon and valet parking. (Kidding on the last fact but it was fun to imagine eh?) 😜

Apathetic employees at their finest. Walked in to find zero carts, zero baskets and employees who shrug and respond with 'what can you do?' This is a grocery store, people want to be able to purchase more than a few items at a time. Or what happens when an elderly person can't shop without a cart for balance when walking the miles long route between aisles that is the Walmart experience?

Its horrible and they can't keep food on the shelves!! They stand around talking instead of working and could care less if the shelves are waiting to be restocked... THIS STORE REALLY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT- IVE HONESTLY NEVER SAW A WAL-MART run so very poorly!

I have no complaints about Jacksonville Walmart. The staff has always been friendly and the store is always clean & stocked.  I also enjoy Jacksonville's Walmart because it isn't as large as some and that makes it a lot easier for the quick in & out trips.

Ordered grocery pickup, checked in to say I was on my way, and when I got to my pickup spot, I couldn’t check in! It said my groceries were delivered 10 minutes earlier than i arrived. Called the number on the sign 3 times with no answer. Via app conversion I was transferred to specialist who gave me a refund that would take up to 10 DAYS!!! What happens if I’m paycheck to paycheck, supposed to starve? When I said that, they the put it on my bank to ‘speed up the refund’! What a joke! I’ll never shop Walmart again!!! SHOP LOCAL!

One of the worst Walmarts I have been to in my entire life. First of all, they NEVER answer the phone for any of their extensions. Secondly, their automotive care center ignores customers who approach the garage. I have sat in my car for 20 mins waving down the technicians who act like I am not there. Once, I waited for 45 mins then drove to Anniston, AL Walmart where I was greeted and serviced in less than 10 minutes. It is ridiculous the conditions and lack of standards this Walmart has compared to Anniston, AL and Centre, AL.

Not as bad as it usually is when I went last night in Jacksonville. Went straight to self checkout with no line. And for the love of God I wanna eat healthy but that's expensive and someone buy me all the tye dye pretty please
