They never have the coffee section full, almost every time I go it only throws out hot water, on one occasion the guy who was working as a cashier told me that he would charge me double for my coffee because it didn't matter which one I put in he was going to charge me, Even knowing that pure hot water comes out, even with those they did not refill the machine and they ended up charging me for two coffees instead of one.

Terrible treatment with others, he and the girl in charge are very despotic.

Good service, I have rarely been there, but they have served me well, friendly, fast, if one box is busy, they open the other, personally I have no complaints...the staff who served me today 06-19-21 The morning was friendly and attentive.

Shell

After seeing my tire pressure light flicker on mid-drive during a thunderstorm I stopped to find a gas station with air. I went to two other stations to find both air stations broken. It was so frustrating during the heavy rain! I finally found shell and then saw only quarters were accepted at their working air pump. I could only find a myriad of dimes and nickels in my car so went inside to find help. The woman working the station was not only friendly and empathetic but counted out my change for me without request. I can’t explain how grateful I am to have been helped by her. It was a small kindness during a horrible day. I  never asked her name but she worked Sept 13th around 9:30pm. Thank you so much, your empathy was precious gift that lifted a small portion of stress from my day. :)

Very nice people. We broke down here and they where very understanding. The store is clean. The bathroom were clean. There pizza was really good. We definitely recommend this stop. And at night is not to noisy.

NAsty as place y bought a pizza and told him it was not fresh he saw me touching it.. And in front of me put it back...... Y asked why je did that thst i touched it and he said why u touch it..... NAsty asss

People was friendly they let u park overnight there just don’t block up where u don’t need to park use common sense when parking good place I felt safe they have little deli. Close at 10 pm eastern time open back up at 0600am eastern time  I recommend stopping hear for break or food that’s why they get 5 stars from me

I lost my cell phone and did not realize it until I was 84 miles away. The locator pinged the Shell Station on Hwy 26 in Elko, GA. I drove back there the next day and the proprietor, Danny Patel, was exceptionally helpful to me in locating the phone......it was in the trash bin outside (of all places). I am very grateful for his care and assistance. Danny values and appreciates his customers and YOU will appreciate him.

Fuel stop on my way back from Owyhee Lake State Park. Clean with friendly staff.

This was the nastiest bathroom I have ever been in that includes pot johns and I am a female truck driver that has seen some doozies. Don't recommend this if you have to potty for sure. We were able to pay at the pump (seeing previous posts).

Beware of this gas station! I was cheated out of my money by the cashier who gave me the wrong pump number. Someone else used my credit and filled up their tank, and I got nothing. When I complained, the cashier ignored me and another cashier lied to me. They said they always repeat the number and there is a display showing the credit balance, but that was not true. They blamed me for their mistake and refused to refund me. This is unacceptable and dishonest. Do not go to this gas station unless you want to be ripped off.

The bathrooms were disgusting! They smelled like urine and had urine on the floors and walls. The gas pumps required you to see a cashier to get a receipt. I asked the cashier a question, she rolled her eyes and looked away without acknowledging that she heard me. When I asked it again, another co-worker responded.

This place has gone downhill. We used to stop here to get gas, eat at Subway and use the bathrooms. Now you have to pay inside for gas since the screens at the stations don’t work, the bathroom has toilet paper all over the place and half the stalls don’t work, and the Subway is standing only (no tables?. They brought in tons of bougie clothing and cowboy boots/hats/bags as if that would mask all these problems. Save yourself the misery and go up a few miles to 76 instead.

You have to go inside to pay, even with a card, who does that?  It's not 1990 anymore. Bathrooms are rough like real rough. I haven't smelled that kind of stale urine smell since kindergarten and you can smell it 20 feet away from the bathroom. But the gas is cheap so there's that!!!

Excellent service.
The cashier showed us the egg-type chocolates with surprise that they were not in sight.
Very good taste of coffee, and they have a variety.
It has fried foods, ice cream, popsicles, soft drinks and the usual from Oxxo.
When there was a line of more than 2 people, the 2nd box was opened.

There are always a lot of people buying, you have to wait in line and sometimes you wait up to 30 minis to buy. The store is very full with very small aisles.
There are so many people that the coffee area is difficult to find clean and tidy.

Terrible attitude from the girl who just served me..... I went at 2 in the afternoon and she is in a bad mood.... She doesn't know the promotions, you ask her a question and she answers wrong.....

The cashiers are always rude, it bothers them if you pay with a card or with change, if you ask for a bag THEY ALWAYS DENY YOU and they make faces at you.
I only go if I have to, but I prefer to buy elsewhere.

The workers with lousy attention, always grumpy, arrogant.

The details, in the morning between 5:30 and 6:30 am they usually don't let you come in to take what you need because they get attacked, sometimes there is no system for any movement, deposit, shipping or pickup, the same thing happens with the change, they tell me I don't have it, I won't complete it for you, the treatment is unfriendly, I don't know why it is due but what I do know is that the customer comes first, this store is the way for me to go to my work, but I better opted for reaching a seven, much less battle, that's why I give them those two stars...

Certain times it is closed, sometimes they do not have change, certain products are scarce, more attention is needed.
