The rudest most dismissive staff with over priced products. The man behind the counter today made me feel as if my business unwanted. Like others mentioned they are DEFINITELY racist! Terrible.

The staff is full of older racist employees. They accuse and harass you. I have mental health issues and have conveyed that to them, and at every chance they get they are rude and disrespectful. This is with reoccurring customers and new. Their patience is little and non existent for anyone of African American decent. Please get gas, vapes, snack, and anything you need literally anywhere else.

I never ever write reviews. I’m so unpleased. I had multiple transactions just for $5 worth of gas. He cancel the first transaction to allow me to make another one and with the same card I tried making another but it didn’t go through. This card was just my gas station card I use or to make other simple purchases. After that I went to get  my actual debit card I make more purchases with  and the transaction was successful. The first transaction I tried to previously make went through with the first attempt even with him canceling. Which means I paid for that gas & I tried explaining that to him but he was not trying to here me out. I also tried explaining this is not my usual bank card so money will not be able to deposit back onto this card within 2 business days due to the fact that it’s not linked to my bank accounts. I’ve waited more then two days and have not received a refund. The gas station is not in my normal route to school, work or home. I don’t feel like driving to get just $5 but it’s my $5 nor do I want to make a big fuss about it. I honestly just didn’t appreciate how he communicated with me and what I told him about the money being retired was true.

Gas was insanely overpriced (2.40 a gallon with cash vs other gas stations near by were only 1.94 cash or debit) and seemed diluted in comparison to others.
Only put $5 in since my destination was right up the road anyways. The man running the register ((and possibly the owner)) was completely rude. Also there is a “pending transaction” for an astounding $85 hold on my card.

If you’re looking for better gas and regular prices, go up a little bit further.
If I could rate it negative 20 stars I would. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Good location to get gas. Nice gentlemen behind the counter. Bought an awesome knife for my husband birthday! They had a great, small collection of knives at this store.

Toliet out of order, must have been a long time out of order because of the way it is blocked. I am shocked shell usually straps their name from gas stations that do not meet requirements.

Although outdated, I don't think most realize that this business is located on Virginia avenue; it's a gritty part of east point. About a square mile or so off the exit has been sugarcoated enough to accommodate traveller's experience but it's also not the area to socialize, go for a walk or leave your car unlocked while going inside the store.

Not safe - Don't stop here.  In broad daylight my iPhone and computer bag with laptop stolen from rental car while getting gas.  No one in the store cared.  I will not be back.  Do not stop - not safe in the daylight.  I can't imagine what its like at night in the dark.

The bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a decade and there was a literal puddle of urine. It seemed more sanitary not to wash your hands than touch that faucet...

Selected grade 87 gas was charged for 93. Told manager or owner in station he said it was fault that I hit the wrong one. The pump selects 93 after you press 87. He probably does this to all the customers. Check your receipt if you get gas here.

Worst experience ever which I could give them no stars I went to get a oil change and the same day I didn’t have any oil in my car and due to me driving with no oil in my car it messed up my engine and I towed it back to the shop for them to tell me it’s nothing they can do , when my car was doing perfectly fine before I took it to get a oil change , and the owner even told me “ he think my engine not going to be messed “

I get my oil change here a lot and I have always get the best service. My car runs so much better afterwards. The customer service is good also. They are helpful and friendly.

I received the worst service ever. I was over charged for simple parts and the job was not complete.  After speaking with owner and him giving me the adjusted amount on parts.  I than faced a greater problem as I was driving my rear brakes came apart. I had my local mechanic fix my vehicle for almost next to nothing and he fixed an issue that this mechanic said he would have to order from the dealership.  When I asked the owner for a refund he said he could not refund me and I could bring the vehicle into his shop to be repaired again. The vehicle was not driveable.

I was referred by a co-worker. My Tire had a nail in it, so I had spare tire on my car.  They not ONLY fixed/plugged tire I went in for, I actually mentioned my driver front tire on how it's been going flat every 4-6 days. Long story short my original Maintenance "DEALER" had just  completed mileage Maintenance, which included tire check and rotations and didn't find nail. Soon as I told him he checked it and "MAGIC" there it was. He fixed it and this was back in September I haven't had a problem with the driver front tire going flat since. Very affordable too! They were very pleasant and knowledgeable!  They are wonderful!

My mother used to come here when I was a girl, now I am a loyal customer as well as my husband.  From emissions, to tire services-  air pressure, new, used, plugs, brake service etc., and they're open on Sundays!  Southern hospitality and just great guys all around.  Honest and fair.  A blessing from God.

Lunch plate today for $10.99. Included a 32oz drink. Way more food then I could eat for lunch. But know why the chicken is good but cold. Must have been from an early batch. Got the chicken tenders.

Stopped and used their Ice Depot Ice Vending machine.... Ice is $1.00 for 10 lbs limited time, great value, great machine..... Go in and see Big Country in the store great guy... you'll love the food and the service!

This store switched the gas and diesel in their tanks and when it ruined my diesel truck they told me to call my attorney because they was not giving me any insurance information. Yet I have the receipt that the owner printed out and gave me showing my purchase was for diesel and my truck only made it a mile from the store before shutting off and having to be towed to shop, who discovered the tank was full of gas. Also filled my brand new $68,000 excavator with it.

Even when saving 3 cents per gallon paying through the Shell app the gas was still 3 cents per gallon more than advertised. Also they blast horrible pop music at a ridiculous volume at the pumps. I'll avoid this station from now on.

Restrooms need attention and updating will help, other than that is a good place to quick shop and get cheap fountain drinks, friendly staff.

Holy cow! Just got charged $2.88 for a single liquid death. Have never paid more than $2. Should’ve been suspicious when none of the items in the refrigerators had prices on them.  Suspicious too that the receipt doesn’t list what I bought.

The worst customer service. Came by there at 4pm. And doors was locked. Sign on door say ..be back in 5 mins!!!

A minutemade that normally cost $1.89 is $2.99, a Jack Daniel's Georgia Peach which is typically $1.79 at the Quick Trip is $3.99, My daughter bought 1 peice of candy that came up to $6.00. They price gouge tremendously.  This is $13. She ate the candy but still.

Not open 24 hours as stated on Google Maps not a big deal just save yourself the frustration

I’ve been going daily for years, love the older and younger men running the store but they hired someone named “Ben” and he was so inappropriate and rude, be careful of the behavior of the clerk from now on. PRETTY WOMEN WATCH OUT

Unprofessional and they pick and choose who to scam!
I just brought 4 RedBulls and I was over charged and I will be going back tomorrow to make sure they give me my one extra they charged me for.
I don’t like people coming from these poor states and treats others  poorly. May the person who was working tonight receive his karma no matter how many times a day he pray.

Extremely rude and unreasonably mean towards black people. Given the location this is surprisingly atrocious. The day clerk should just come out and hang a race sign on the door.

A little busy when I arrived so navigating to a gas pump was a bit difficult but prices were good and no one hassled me

This place sucks.  The screen on pump 5 is blank and you can't cancel a credit card if you inserted it.  Blank screen means no rewards discount.  Other pump is incredibly slow to update the screen, resulting in inadvertent action that leads you into another hole.   This has been going on for months.  Use this station for prepaid cash only.

Your regular gas station with a food mart that is fully stocked....

They're great, sometimes they don't have certain things only because they haven't put inventory out yet.
***Most of the people complaining are your typical problem customers, nothing makes them happy no matter what you do.***
If you don't speak loud enough, they may mistake what you said for something else, your talking to them through plexiglass after all.. A helpful tip, make sure the price labels are facing the cashier so they don't have to guess the prices. I've been coming here almost every day since 2018 and have yet to be charged extra for no reason like others have stated.

New owners have fully stocked the store, cleaned it up. Prices are great. I am a regular from now on.

Rude customer service and employees who seem to be poorly trained. They seemed confused I wanted to get a pepsi and pay for gas both on my credit card.I think I'll go down the road to the next gas station, no lack of gas stations to choose from.

The whole entire store smells like 1992 cigarettes. I just know I will end up with cancer from just walking in and out. They charge a 3 dollar minimum which I could have sworn was illegal. They have those casino games that I thought was illegal and they don’t check I. D. For anyone including under aged kids that I’ve seen 1st hand myself. The customer service is over seas rude. And it’s utterly cluttered and dirty

Don’t come here..they steal your money when the pump doesn’t work. Then when you go in to get your money or gas they tell you to go somewhere else. 0/10

I stop here to get gas sometimes the cashier's are nice they are always smiling.  It is nice to see a friendly smile when entering a store..

They NEVER give me the correct amount of change and get mad when i tell them i want all of my change. They have a machine that tells them the exact change to give.  If I were to steal from the store they would be mad, why shouldnt i be mad about them stealing my money.

Extremely ghetto gas station. Cops are up there all the time. The people that work there add extra charges when you check out, happened twice to me. Cards don't work at the pump. Just went up there for convenience, now I just drive down to the other shell.

Visited this place for gas and was not impressed. I pulled up to a pump, and it was malfunctioning. It would not recognize a credit card, and the screen kept blinking rapidly. So I had to go to a different pump. When finished, I decided to go inside to let the clerk know of the malfunctioning pump. The first thing I noticed walking in was a terrible odor or stench! I have no idea what it was, but it was horrid. I told both clerks about the gas pump screen, but they seemed totally unconcerned. So maybe they'll look at it, maybe they won't? The customer service definitely seemed lacking here.

I frequent this store a lot cause I live close by, close enough to where I can walk, with that being said... customer service here sucks, it's a bad/non English speaking woman that works there during the daytime hours, she has abandoned the store on multiple occasions, leaving the doors unlocked and no one at the register.....Also she has the worst attitude, very nasty...

This new woman that works on the gas station side barely speaks English and has the most disgusting attitude I've every gotten from anyone in here.  I'm a regular customer and am considering not coming in anymore.  What happened to the 2 nice girls that use to here????

When I tried to use use discount from being Shell fuel rewards member + cash for maximum discount the clerk was not happy. I asked to put $45, but he cut the pump around $30 mark. When I went in to ask what was wrong he said some nonsense and said he will give me the left over amount. Then he tried to short change me. Had to go back in and confront him to get $10 back. What a joke. I want the younger lady with glasses back. She was very professional and courteous every visit.
