The rudest most dismissive staff with over priced products. The man behind the counter today made me feel as if my business unwanted. Like others mentioned they are DEFINITELY racist! Terrible.
The staff is full of older racist employees. They accuse and harass you. I have mental health issues and have conveyed that to them, and at every chance they get they are rude and disrespectful. This is with reoccurring customers and new. Their patience is little and non existent for anyone of African American decent. Please get gas, vapes, snack, and anything you need literally anywhere else.
1 of the guys names I believe is Muhammad real nasty attitude everyday with everyone.
I never ever write reviews. I’m so unpleased. I had multiple transactions just for $5 worth of gas. He cancel the first transaction to allow me to make another one and with the same card I tried making another but it didn’t go through. This card was just my gas station card I use or to make other simple purchases. After that I went to get my actual debit card I make more purchases with and the transaction was successful. The first transaction I tried to previously make went through with the first attempt even with him canceling. Which means I paid for that gas & I tried explaining that to him but he was not trying to here me out. I also tried explaining this is not my usual bank card so money will not be able to deposit back onto this card within 2 business days due to the fact that it’s not linked to my bank accounts. I’ve waited more then two days and have not received a refund. The gas station is not in my normal route to school, work or home. I don’t feel like driving to get just $5 but it’s my $5 nor do I want to make a big fuss about it. I honestly just didn’t appreciate how he communicated with me and what I told him about the money being retired was true.
Gas was insanely overpriced (2.40 a gallon with cash vs other gas stations near by were only 1.94 cash or debit) and seemed diluted in comparison to others.
Only put $5 in since my destination was right up the road anyways. The man running the register ((and possibly the owner)) was completely rude. Also there is a “pending transaction” for an astounding $85 hold on my card.
If you’re looking for better gas and regular prices, go up a little bit further.
If I could rate it negative 20 stars I would. 🤷🏽♂️
Good location to get gas. Nice gentlemen behind the counter. Bought an awesome knife for my husband birthday! They had a great, small collection of knives at this store.
