This is the second time I have used my debit card to get gas at this station and shortly thereafter get an email or call from my bank saying a fraudulent attempt to get items with my card has been attempted at this gas station. Apparently skimmers are being used at the tanks so please be very careful and protect your pin and try to make sure the card is inserted in a legitimate card reader so your card info is not cloned.

3.75 per Gallon, no one beat that around. 👌🏻☺️

False advertising!! I refuse to shop here again. Advertise a  gas price of 4.01 and changed the gas price while I was in the gas line. If you advertise a price you should honor it. Will be reported to better business bureau!

Manager on duty is very rude! Not friendly at all and y’all’s pumps are too slow!!!

Doesn't accept fuel points like regular shell stations

Frustrating as hell when you go to the store 5 times in a week to speak with a manager and they are never in the store. I've asked several employees called and came in at different times with no luck. I need a receipt printed from a few days ago and not a single employee has been able to help me they all referred me to the manager who is never in the store.

They put a $100 hold on my debit card for a transaction that was cancelled before I even filled up.

Ethan was a diva and was literally not getting my cigarettes till he looked at my ID and I told him I was in a hurry for work so he stopped all dramatically and basically put on an act from mean girls and told me he didn't want to serve me. So I asked for the manager and he said then go get her. I have never had a worse experience anywhere in my life. Ethan should not have a job here. Diva.

Great station. Clean. Competitive prices. I use Fry's gas rewards so I usually get at least 10 cents off the price. Can't beat that.

Next to my gym convenient but 5.59 gallon for unleaded.....wow, not Shell's fault

Best car wash. Self serve, Touch free!! No belts, no brushes to scratch your paint. $10 max.

Marketed as open 24 hours yet here at midnight on a Saturday night with no one working and cannot even pay at the pumps- TRASH.

Updated to two stars only because the car wash actually worked and did a good job but mind blowing I wasn’t able to get gas at the pumps via card at night.

MANY EXPIRED BEERS!! I purchased beer here, but when I opened one at home I noticed it was flat and had chunks floating in it. I took the beer back and although they did exchange it for a different beer that was less expired, they initially said they did no exchanges and seemed to know the beer they had was expired. The beer I took home in exchange is also expired and flat.

This place has a beer that’s hard to find so I always stop after work…or try… 9/10 times within the last 3 weeks, I arrive around 7-8pm and there has been a sign saying “using restroom, back in 5” or “cleaning restrooms and floors, back in 10-15”

I have waited the full 5 minutes and 15 minutes before and it has taken long enough for me to leave since they exceeded time.

I just want to make sure it is known that this doesn’t feel like how the business is supposed to be run and something should change if more money wants to be made. Doesn’t affect me though so that’s on whoever wants to do something about it.

Employees should work while at work, and then when the day is done, lock the doors and finish the cleaning.

Would rate less than 1 star, but won’t be back to that location.

Do NOT get your car washed here. The spray bars do not rotate to clean the front and back of your car. I alerted the attendant so they could put in a work order to have it fixed. I was told that they've known that its been broken. In fact they have known it has been broken for an ENTIRE YEAR. They say that there are no parts available to fix the machine, but yet they still take your money. My issue is that they are allowed to charge unsuspecting customers FULL PRICE for a substandard car wash and they don't care. Meanwhile, I thew away $8 and my car is not clean. This is very bad business. I will never go back.

Not able to pay at pump, went inside to be told no there as well. Not really sure why this place is here if they do not want to make fuel sales to the customers.

I did love this station for many reasons and pirchased all my gas etc here until 2 days ago my tires needed checking my system alert said i may have a low tire(s) ; I asked the attendant to sell me 1$ in quarters( air machine took no card etc)* He said he had none!🖕😡 next customer got 75 cents change  ummm lost my business

It’s a gas station. I get my gas here. The price has always been the same at the pump as on the sign. On the occasions that I go in to get a drink, they had what I wanted.

Stopped by to grab some gas. First pump accepted my card and was ready to pump, but when I pulled the handle nothing happened. Talked to the cashier, she said to try a different pump. So I moved to another one (which was difficult -- nearly half the pumps were already 'out of order') and tried again. I ran my card and it said 'please see cashier', so I went in and prepaid. Went back out and the handle still wouldn't actually start the pump. I went back in and told the cashier, and she went to get her manager. The manager checked the fuel tank readout inside the store, said the underground tank had gas, and said he had no idea why it wasn't working. He asked me if I would mind paying for a higher grade fuel, which I wasn't willing to do. So he told the cashier just to void the transaction and refund my prepaid amount. He didn't even bother leaving the store to investigate the pumps themselves. I ended up having to find another gas station nearby that had working equipment and a manager that actually cared about my business. Avoid this dump.

Bait & switch! Price at the pump ($2.89) is higher than the posted price on the street signage. Go to Circle K north of the fwy; better prices with no gimmick.

I stopped in here a few days ago for a beverage & some lottery tickets. It appeared to be clean and the employee was very friendly. I read the previous reviews and laughed at the customer who bought a cancer causing item and was irritated it was expired (or past its "best by" date as most things have changed to) as if that should be the main concern. Buyer beware, always check dates as some items are maintained by vendors and not the retailer. As for the review complaining about "switch & bait" and posted photo of street sign, I suggest next time they read above the posted gas price where it basically states you have to buy a car wash to save 10¢ per gallon. Some people only see what they want to see.

This place has false advertising. They will advertise a price on the street that is cash only price but there's no signs at all that say cash only. this is very misleading on their gas prices and unethical business practices. I will report them to shell.

This gas station stuff is lazy and unfriendly. the restroom is nasty, there is no way to dry your hand, and it also charges 10 cent extra per gallon if you pay by credit card. No receipt at the pump.

First, the guy behind the counter (the owner as it states on my receipt) is extremely unfriendly, barely acknowledge my presence. Well, I’m trying to check out. When I addressed him he GRUNTED at me.

Second,bathrooms were the worst of the entire trip along 75 ceiling, tiles falling from the ceiling, and I don’t think the toilets I’ve seen toilet cleaner in 20 years as well as women’s hygiene product, overflowing the trashcan

All I can say, is steer clear and maybe somebody will be kind enough to this facility to bulldoze it. And If that happens, the help is gonna have a hard time finding a job because they don’t wanna make eye contact knowledge your presence smile or anything. Good luck.

Store was clean, didn't check bathroom. The bad part is there are no prices on anything, by design. They expect you to bring it up to the register, scan it, then decide if it is worth it. As a cost conscious consumer I see this as extremely inconvenient and a business strategy to over price merchandise and then make people feel uncomfortable about returning stuff to the shelves. Additionally, the price of gas on the sign was actually 10 cents less then the actual cost of the gas when paying with a credit card.

The deceitful practices of this places forces me to rank it at 1 star.

Whoa! I do NOT recommend this Shell Station to anyone. We were driving through - heading home after camping in the Smoky Mountains, my husband and I with our 4 kids, and we stopped here for gas. We got almost $70 in gas, and I went in with the children to use the restroom and let them each choose a snack. When we came out of the restroom and were about to head to the register, the older lady called to me from behind the counter, and said, "Ma'am, we're going to be cleaning the store. You've been here for over an hour. It's time for you to move on." I had put my stuff on the counter for her to ring up, but the MOMENT she said that, I said, "That's ok. We'll go elsewhere." We were only there for about 20 minutes. I have NEVER been spoken to like that. SO RUDE!!! I could not believe it. I felt like we were being kicked out of the Shell Station after spending almost $70 on gas there! The Manager needs to talk with that lady about her customer service skills.

Went to the shell station at 9:38pm tonight and was told by a older woman something was closed and then we went to get a lottery ticket scratch off and was told that that was closed as well because the store is closing in 5mins. I wanted to say something to her as I have been a manager at a gas station before but this was just pathetic and I live very close to here. Won’t be doing business there anymore because of her.

Lorena, offered great custumer service and I couldn’t have been more grateful. I hope that she gets the recognition she deserved, when I entered she was cleaning the floor and dropped everything to make sure I got what I needed.

I was just there and purchased gas and air for my tires...I  needed  to get more change for more air and the attendant would not give me change unless I bought something else! Are you joking me? Not only is it enough I paid for gas and $1.50 for air already, but he refused to open the register for me unless I bought something else! When he just got someone else change right before me to top it off! Absolutely horrible service! Plus there was nasty chewing tobacco all over the floor when you walked in... I would give this place a negative rating if I could

Therea aways a first for everything and today was one of those days!  Very busy day didnt have much time to stop for gas until well it wad to late when i go to pay my card was deactivated  and had no cash on me!  Figured id be stuck for a while to figure out what to do but i was shocked when the attendant at shell put his card in and said he would help out and pay for my gas!   I am so greatful because im an hour away from home and honestly didnt know what i was gonna do! Thank you!  Theres still good people in this world willing to help others.  Im extremely greatful ! Thank you so much!

Stopped in for the convenience of getting water Gatorade and food and to use the restroom, I asked the cashier if the restrooms were open and she replied rudely and told me to go and read the sign, she could have replied and and said sorry they are out of order, customer service here is lousy in my opinion and the cashier could use some education in customer service skills, I would never recommend that anyone come here.

I needed to use the restroom. I understand it's for customers only. I made it clear that I intended to purchase something after I use the restroom. I was still told I must make a purchase first. What the f*** is wrong with you?

My go to to get gas in the area. Usually one of the lower process and it's quality shell fuel. Easy in and out, usually fast checkout if I must go inside. Easy access from any direction.

Lowest gas price, convenient location, places is clean and not cluttered. The thing I didn’t like was Three times in a row pump didn’t print receipt.

Good in and out for Wandervans. Had windshield wipers and fluid to clean. Decent place to gas up before leaving town. Price not cheapest but about the same as others near by.

I would def recommend to get your gas filled here if you are running low and are in the area. Very slim pickings of gas stations here. The pricing is on par with other stations. Plenty of pumps/stalls, but it does get busy.
They have a convenience store and also a Little Caesars inside so you can get your fill of food and treats too.

Wouldn't let me use the family restroom while the male restroom was closed. Told me they can’t give out the key to individuals and told me to go down the street. Staff was also rude, hesitant to answer my question about the restroom key, and very unfriendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re about to pee your pants or really in general.

Why is shell gas higher priced than other stations. Outside not very clean either.

Go about every other day or so usually right before they close at 10 pm, they know what I want and usually ready to ring up by the time I get to the counter. If you are a smoker you probably won't find cheaper,  if you're not then DON'T start.

I go here everyday before work to get drinks and snacks if you ever have a problem they'll fix it and they're always happy to see their returning customers don't hesitate to stop in!

Can't say I was very impressed with the "state" of Alabama.
Garbage along the highway, on three occasions I had pickup trucks pass me with garbage blowing out of the beds of their trucks. Like cover Man!
All other states we drive through the highways were maintained, groomed and clean - not in Alabama - residents just don't seem to care.
The Shell station had reasonably priced gas. Montgomery looked a bit run down. Idk, is Alabama on a slow recovery from hard economic times or is it always like that?
No plans to return that's for sure.

I’m a regular customer and went in yesterday with a gift card that I received for Christmas. I wanted to purchase gas, a ginger ale and the .25 cent bag or chips.

When I proceeded to pay, (The guy with orange colored hair), rolled his eyes and refused my payment method. I then go outside, put the card in the pump and it was approved. It was crazy that he denied the card and I am a frequent customer. I made sure I told him he had bad customer service and I won’t be spending anymore money at this location.

I went right next door and purchase my food items.

The cashier was would shake his head  at me.....simply cause I didnt give him a pump number.  I told where I was and the make and color( lime Green) Which was a Volkswagen Beetle,and could be seen from the window ( eye view) from the register......I think its rude to ROLL  your eyes or shake your head at a lady or customer who is giving you their  money ....Good thing I'm not a REGULAR  at this location. THE WORLD  WE LIVE IN !!!
