This Shell is slightly less bad (I use that term rather than good for a reason...) because Shell can't have good workers. I don't understand why people here are this profoundly incompetent at maintaining the basics of service. I would not recommend it and will drive through this region to Lexington and/or Northern Virginia even if it takes longer.

Just another cookie cutter has station, nothing special about it..

If you're local then you know this place as Caskey's. I love this gas station because I hardly ever have wait for very long, prices are about average, and their food is decent. They sell Hunt Bros Pizza, made to order, also. The best part about this store is Ms. Sharon, who knows everyone by name and is so sweet. I always leave with a smile on my face when she's working. I only gave it 4 stars because it's located in a rough spot of town and, because of that, you never know what you're going to see while you're there.

This is a great store. Their food is amazing. Hunts Bro. Pizzas are sold there. And the employees are all fast and friendly

Terrible bathrooms the men’s and women’s don’t have locks on the stalls and the bathrooms were disgusting in general. If you’re a person like me that works early in the morning and needs to use the restroom go somewhere else and get fuel and anything else somewhere else.

Clean gas station friendly people good food try the boudin balls they are great.

Sloooooow diesel pumps. ~0.5 gal/min. Took 10 minutes to pump 5 gallons.

Trash everywhere and bathroom was disgusting

Because it is being remodeled, they serve you in a trailer and many, many products are missing.

Spacious place from the parking lot to inside the store, very well arranged and clean

Cheapest ATM! Only 99 cents. Can’t beat that with a stick.

Poor management and attendee will cuss you out for having an accident!

Good store friendly people with good ser ice. Always know what i need when i come in. Yes sometimes they have a line of customers, but very undetstandable. Only store within 2 miles in any direction.

Hey they do a great job. They are always super buzy. Its the only store in area. From Attalla to 12 st. But the staff are pretty fast at getting you threw. Old Pappy Steve In the morning is pretty cool dude. Then mid day there's Jessica great to talk too. And great looking too.
Then on night shift there I call here the paper lady . All very nice lady
Love chit-Chating with all very hard working people . Then Afternoon you got STEVE THE GREAT. HES. HAPPIEST PERSON I KNOW HAD. STOP BY SEE THEM TODAY.    IM. IN THERE 7 OR 8 TIMES A DAY .

Very busy and offers car wash that is absolutely not worth the money and overall look of your vehicle. The car wash is also known to damage you vehicle and the company admits they are not responsible for damages.

Very  helpful and friendly people. Always bizzy but get you through quickly. Visit everyday kept stock very well.

I drive in at 10pm. Folks standing inside, hours on the window state it's open until 11pm. Walk up to the door it is locked. No one even bothers to pay attention to me and continue to chat amongst themselves. Great way to run a business.

When I came their at 7:43 they were closed but claim they open

The service is always great and the people running the front and the sneaky Pete's are always nice when I go there. The sneaky Pete's food is better than you would guess also.

I love the sneaky Pete's in here. I get fountain drinks here all the time. I also get diesel for my tractor and gas up my truck here quite often. The cashiers are usually very friendly and speak when you enter the store and when you're checking out.

I used to love this gas station, however, they’ve really upset me, recently. They offer coupons for my favorite cigarettes, and I’ve been frequenting them because of this. And then one day, ONE of their employees refuses to accept my coupon, even though every single other employee took it, without a problem. She kept saying “it wasn’t possible” and acted like I was lying when I told her the other employees took it. It was VERY rude and uncalled for, not to mention I wasted the coupon and didn’t even get to use it since it disappears once you activate it. Me, my mom, my brother and my best friend ALL used this gas station for EVERYTHING. Now, we’ll be going to the Citgo across the street and spending our money there, instead.

Normally this place has good service however for the past few weeks on Sunday the girl that works will not make coffee.  Why? Last week a man complained to management and still this morning no coffee.  Some people come in here just for coffee and not gas.
Guess I'll find another place to get my coffee

Used to go here almost every single day for years. Up until the new owners took over. People running the store are rude. Everything in the store went up in price and they stopped offering many of the deals they had previously. They lure you in by showing cash prices, but when you get to the pump, it's over 20 cents higher a gallon. Go next door to Chevron and save money.

We used to fill up at this gas station every week. The way they list the cash price vs credit price on their sign should be criminal. It’s absolutely despicable. I will never use this Shell again. We will now being using the Chevron next door.

The new owners have runined this great station. I have been going there for over 21 years. Now with the new ownership they changed all the pricing to much higher. They fool you into gas prices by listing cash prices (Who pays with cash now... .not many) so their debit/credit prices are over 20 cents higher. The station next to them is cheaper.

Miss old people. They were cool plus had food stamp machine. That really helped alot
