Driving from Biloxi i stopped with a 3/4 tank and filled up my car with $10 at pump #8 on 2/26/23 at 2:10pm and by the time I made it home to Houston had 1/4 tank of gas. Checked for leak this morning and there is none. This is a big problem for me. Gas is high enough already.

I don't recommend you stop here. The store is filthy smells of old mop water. The flies were more welcoming than the cashier who was not friendly and seemed aggravated looked like he didn't want to be there. Also not as big a deal but pumps don't print recipes most of the time.

Walked in with out a mask on and the cashier told me we had to have a mask on and hers was down around her chin. Not covering her nose.  My kids and I complied, walked back it to our car and got our mask on.  When we came back in the cashier was walking around the store face timing on her personal phone with her mask around her neck. Mouth and nose not covered Smh. Just spent a week on the road this is the first place that told us to wear a mask and the employee that told us wouldn't even wear hers. Do as I say not as I do!!!

Very busy gas station as it’s off of I-10 and near restaurants - a really good stop on a long trip. They have a total of eight newer pumps. There’s a store inside, which I didn’t use so my review is purely for using the fuel pumps. Watch out for the roundabout from I-10 to get here.

I have had good experiences up until last night, if u have a service animal do not go when tashandra (not sure how to spell her name or if that's even it) but she was nowhere to be found when no came in my son and i coulda robbed the place and been gone before she would have known anything. She demanded me to take my service dog out which is a dog that stands about a foot tall and weighs about 5 pounds. My dog was sitting by my feet waiting patiently like s hes been trained for me to get my ice. So i took my cups of ice and proceeded to leave she demanded me to pay for my ice bc she did not see me bring my own cups in. No i don't think so I waited for 5 minutes at the counter upon arriving to show her and she was to busy elsewhere. The guy working in the resteraunt next door actually had to go get her and tell her she had customers waiting. This chic has no business working for a store that deals ppl non stop. They have gotten do much business from me in the last 3 weeks. Nope not any more.

Staff is friendly but over charge for coffee. I used my rewards at the pump it said thanks had my name said 5 cents off. Once I lift the nozzle it didn’t give me my discount and now I won’t get my 10 the next time . This is the second time this has happened at this shell so won’t be back.

I always stop there whenever I leave Danville doctor. I love the service that I get there. Great food.

Usually competitive prices compared to other stations around town. Not much to choose from in the store area though.

If you go here don't expect good customer service out of the two cashiers both of them were rude. I will never spend another penny at this place again.

Ginger cashier less than friendly. She did not even acknowledge my presence or ask what I needed. Maybe customer service isn't for her.

Friendly staff, very clean store, always well stocked. Home town feel, staff knows customers by name. Only gas station I use in Liberty

Do your self a favor if your in liberty just go to five star, shell will try to rip you off every way they can, they will falsely accuse you of stealing or not paying for gas just so they can get a quick buck because five star is putting them out of business

All of the cashiers are rude. Most of them look like they are on meth too.....

Overall this is a decent spot to stop off the interstate but only like 2 of the 11 pumps work for regular gas so definitely wouldn't recommend especially since the pumps that work are pretty slow too.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Cash register attendant, who claimed to be the manager, refused to honor their free soda with purchase offer because the printer at the pump would not print the coupon. I had to go inside to have her print the receipt for gas as well, which should be proof enough that I made a purchase. If your equipment isn't working properly that shouldn't be an excuse to not honor your own promotions.

For some reason my cards didn't work in this gas station. They need to fix this.
Picked up travel items with cash.

Always respectfully treated...... Just because someone gives you a compliment does not mean they are trying to hit on You or pick you up...... A compliment is just that, a compliment.

I got over charged by almost $10 for something at this store. The owner/manager  tried to blame his workers selling at the wrong price.  He then rushed me out of the store because the customer behind me needed gas.

Work at a hotel within 5 min walking distance. This place is NEVER open at night regardless of the lights being on and boasting 24 hours and don't bother trying to just pay with your card at the pump bc they frequently do not work. The guests staying at the hotel have given us nothing but horror stories about this place. You're better off driving another mile to the racetrack

Always packed, mainly due to not enough employees. Usually 1 cashier working in store will leave for at least 30 mins causing a whole bunch of people to crowd up . Usually every night its like this!

Tried to get gas. Gave up after 3 PUMPS DIDNT WORK properly. First pump handle didnt work took forever to cancel transaction. 2nd pump was frozen on someone's previous pay screen. 3rd pump only drizzled gas out. RIDICULOUS THAT 3 PUMPS DONT WORK. Who knows in what condition the other pumps are. And the STORE  ATTENDANT  was NOT THERE.

Terrible owner to deal with as a customer

The place doesn’t look very clean, but the worst part is that the bathrooms which everyone needs to use ( for men ) are our of service and the women’s bathroom is not very clean.

This is a Shell gas station with a larger store attached to a McDonald's.  The bathrooms are multi-stall and were clean at the time of my visit but not in the best overall condition.  The store sells typical gas station food and drinks as well as souvenir type local items.  The store itself was also clean.

I do not agree with the fact that they kick homeless off of the property with police involved. Honestly, that is extremely disrespectful and pathetic for a community that supposed to be caring. Did you know by kicking them off that property they aren’t allowed to go to the McDonald’s either. The cheapest place to eat in dodge city. so not only do they not have shelter from the rain anymore. They can’t find a cheap meal unless they drive to hood hope.

They have pocket knives designed to look like AK47s on a low shelf right at the perfect height for preschoolers to grab.  They open very easily and many are sitting there open. They're even right next to kids character items.
So irresponsible.

My experience today was a harrowing one. As I went  up to the check out, I hear the two ladies on the clock gossiping (about who or what, I’m unsure). They did not acknowledge me, or stop their conversation for long enough to realize someone was standing there, until I spoke to them first. They proceeded to continue their conversation, while not speaking to me, simultaneously ringing up my purchases. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, I’m not that social anyway, but, as someone spending money in the establishment, it’d have been nice to have been acknowledged in some way(heck any way). At the end, the cashier said some of the only words through the entire process, she loudly proceeded to yell “Declined” when the card didn’t go through(because the cashier hit the wrong button, I might add). If someone were going through financial issues, this would be an extremely embarrassing way to be told that they cannot afford the things they are trying to purchase. There was an entire line of people and the store was a highly trafficked area.I would retrain your employees on polite conversation, acknowledging the consumer, and how to approach someone who may be having money issues. As I’ve said, she just hit the wrong button, so I wasn’t actually declined, but I’ve been in that position before & it’s not a nice feeling. Sole reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the place is clean, well stocked, and has a wonderful selection of everything. If only you all had better staff, it’d a perfect stop to fill up, snack, and shop.

The dude that works there is rude, me and my fiancee walk there everyday and we have spent maybe around $500 there. I was $0.29 short and he huffed at me because he had to ring up the items again. I love to support small businesses but not when they are rude. We are not returning again. Update: I went there again today and the card reader messed the corner of my card up while inserting the chip, the same dude Is still rude and he was mumbling stuff to me after I paid and I asked him what was up, and he told me to either get out or shut up

Whats the point of a gas station when the pumps do not work?

Pam is very rude. I was passing through town and got some chicken and fries and they were old and burnt. I went back in to give them back and get a refund. She said no refunds then proceeded to remake them. Okay fine. She gave me raw chicken. The outside looked good but the inside were frozen still I’m glad I don’t live here.

Prices for Plus and Premium WAY HIGHER than other stations during same time period. I buy Shell whenever it's convenient, and have for decades. I've never seen another Shell have this disparity in pricing.

It has all of ur basic wants and needs from a gas station. They do have Diesel fuel pumps for the bigger trucks, off to the side of the store. They also have cell phones and offer a variety of Vap products. Staff are friendly and polite, extremely courteous. The window washer wand left alot to be desired, there was only the 1 washer wand for a 6 car fuel pump station.  I plan on returning.

They have a lot of variety for lunch in this store. The people working here are not Texas Friendly! Very rude service. They definitely project that they don’t care if you ever come back.

No public restrooms, drinks are high, what drinks they do have is limited (no sparkling water, bubly, la croix, aha).
