Google says Open 24hrs. Pulled in at 5:45am and this place is a ghost town. No lights, no one inside the store. Posting the correct hours of business would be helpful.

Awful. I asked to enter my rewards at checkout for the promo. He made the screen skip it and told me to put in my card, I said I need to enter my number he got verbally irritated and removed all items and he said “never mind”,
I looked at him, I said what? He said “don’t look at me”. I left all the items as he refused to ring them back up. And here is the review I said I would do.

Average Shell gas station with slightly higher prices, most likely due to the proximity to the airport. Convient location but has an odd entrance. Otherwise was acceptable gas station.

The cashier was very rude. Cussed me to my face, i will never go back. My fellow Trans people do not go here.

My friend asked if they have sandwiches and the guy (same in pictures posted in these reviews) said “look around, if you find something buy it. If you don’t find anything, leave”. I asked why he talked to her that way and he said it’s not his job to tell her where something is. He said “I work here behind the counter, anything out there is up to you”. He said these things in a yelling voice. It was quite alarming behavior. I assume that he’s the owner because there’s too many reviews about this guy and anybody who was a worker would have been fired. I don’t understand why Shell allows this individual to own a store under the Shell brand.

Clean lot and pumps. The fuel has always been Shell quality with 0 issues being used in my personal vehicles, work equipment and even this stores K1 kerosene for my garage heater burns super clean. Note on this stores K1 kerosene, it doesn't budge my air quality meter when used as heating oil, super clean kerosene!

Prices not posted on products, when asked they claim it's their vendors rules which is bogus.  Bought a few snack cakes, expiration on the boxes had been removed and the cakes WAY beyond expired!  Pretty sure I shouldn't be able to hold a snack cakes by the filling inside!!!

Third time having problems with Kroger rewards card. This last time the total was calculated at register but failed to give discount.  Would not admit fault. BE CAREFUL if using third party rewards at shell.  Will just take business to Kroger from now on.

Filthy and disgusting. No pride of ownership, although no doubt a cash cow for the owner. It's overdue to reinvest in your business and respect your clients who pay you.

One of these days this place will get its stuff together.  That's a lie.  This place will never get it together.   Sell the store to someone that will cares about it.    You obviously do not.

I get 93 octane at this location every time for my turbo cars $$$  Tosay I tried to buy 2 cans of NOS energy drink which was clearly labeled 2 for $4, there was EVEN A PICTURE of the NOS can on the label.  The not so smart individual behind the counter refuses to correct the price when it rang up for $5.35!!!  She/he whatever they were stated it’s because of taxes!!!!  Unfortunately this younger generation has no idea what math is let alone who they are.  When I showed them the NOS label on the cooler that showed the can of NOS AND 2 for $4 they then stated “it must be for some other brand”. Like how DAFT are you!!!!!!!!!   Then they ignored me and helped another customer.   Guess I’ll go to speedway

Inconvenience of the traffic loop.  Pumps are disgusting.  Clean them!

No deisel. Not helpful for me. Silly when in an area where deisel cars are pretty common.

This She'll station is price gouging on gasoline.  Avoid.

Fresh Pizza & Hot Dog, Fresh Coffee, Good Staff, Trustworthy People, Best Drive through service, Clean Place. They have almost everything like medicines, Beers, fountain Drinks, Frozen Food, Fresh Food, Candies, Etc.

Quickest review I've ever posted. EVER. 5 GINORMOUS STARS on the boiled peanuts alone. Nobody - and I mean NOBODY- has them around here anymore, so we will be here All. The. Time. Simply for those. Then there's the super delicious-looking fried chicken I can tell we're going to LOVE, and the unique sodas I've never seen before, like this yummy Pomegranate Freez mix (there's 3 other flavors, too) with a pull tab top that looks like a twist cap. It. Is. SO GOOD. Plus, there's Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, lots of little grab-n-go snacks, pizza by the slice, a roller grill, and all manner of soft drinks, energy drinks, flavored waters and even my favorite Calypso lemonades. I can't believe I didn't venture in sooner, but I'll definitely be a regular now that I know all they have to offer!!! I feel like I was just in on a secret I cant keep!!!

Dirtiest shell station I’ve been to in quite awhile. We walked into mustard all over the floor from a spill. The bathroom had old urine dried all around the toilet. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It wasn’t busy so there was plenty of time for someone to clean.
The health department should visit.

Absolutely terrible bad experience every time I go here this was my only option today..... neither cashier knew how to do their job. I needed to use Google pay because it is all I have access too neither cashier would listen to me to follow the in app directions and kept declining my card even tho I showed them the avaliable balance was not at $0. After about 10 minutes of constantly trying their way that wasn't working i demanded they follow the directions in app what a surprise APPROVED first time!! Avoid this shell at all cost! Ignorant staff is the best way to describe it you will leave more frustrated than getting gas has any right to be!

Came here for a late night drink run and everything went smooth with no problems.

There was cardboard outside the door and door mats lining the store but it had recently snowed and it seemed reasonable to have the extra mess out.

The cashier didn't seem to know a lot of English but wasn't rude and checked out our items with no issues.

My son and I (me = 56 y/o) stopped here for gas on a long road trip to college which crossed KY (started from Houston).  It's a small generic Shell station, clean RR's, very friendly folks.  But there's this little nook inside called "Crossroads Country Kitchen".  I don't eat much fried food and I do NOT look for "roadhouse delights" because they're byway myths.  I'd drive 10 miles out of the way to stop here and eat the fried catfish planks and the fried chicken (whole piece or strips).  Even the danged CORN was great, and I don't eat corn!  Locals lined up at 11:05 when they opened, and the only thing more shocking was the price!  $20 bought me and my rowing athlete son more food and bev than we could finish.  Praise!

I stop here from time to time when work requires some traveling. The reason I gave them 5 Stars isn't because of their food or very friendly service. Part of the rating no doubt and the predominant reason for the flaring 5 stars may seem rather silly but here you go:

This gas station/convenient store is located right off the Bluegrass Parkway. Therefore, because of that location they have customers coming into and going out of Lawrenceburg, Ky. In addition they have all the business exiting the BG and the extra traffic from people using the BG to get to Lexington for "specialist's" Dr appointments.

With the challenge of all that traffic I know atleast 80% use the bathrooms for one reason or another and yet, every time I'm part of that percentage the bathrooms are very clean.

So, hats off to you guys!

Amazing fried catfish and sides.  Seriously, stop here, it’s the real deal.

When we travel to Ky, we stop here and get the catfish. We get it as a fish sandwich...THE best I've ever had!

the manager lady of this gas station is disgusting. i overheard her being rude to other employees and it REAKS of cigarettes. i swear they are smoking in their back room or something. i get gas stations aren’t amazing, but this one was one of the worsts i have been in.

Be careful with this gas station. Make sure you check how much you were charged and particularly avoid pump #8. I pushed 87 regular, gas came out of that pump and yet somehow magically I was charged premium rate. The store manager was rude. Didn’t want to listen and mocked me saying I don’t know how to pump. Don’t trust them. And don’t get tricked by their low price.

Do NOT buy elf bars from this place I bought one and it didn't work. They have me another one to replace it and it literally burned up and the battery started smoking. They wouldn't give me my money back.. I'm very upset about this. Terrible customer service. They just want your money. They won't make it right. Do not go here. This was all in front of the cashier. She did nothing about it.

This station has gone downhill fast. Fuel pumps have been out of order for weeks, with more going out all the time. Most of the time there is no receipt paper. The lot is littered and dirty.

I only purchase Shell fuel and will only use this station as a last resort.

Update: had to make an emergency stop for fuel. Four pumps out of order. Myself and several other customers had to go inside to collect a fuel receipt. No other Shell station I visit regularly has this issue constantly.

Do not try to pump air here because the air machine does not work. After consulting with the teller in side the gas station market, I was told in a very rude way that the machine is not part of the gas station and they can't reemburse my money. I was also told to go else where because that was not their problem. Customer service is horrible.

Just paid $75 and this gas station is unwilling to compensate me. My bank says they have charged me. John and Gabby the store owners have been unhelpful and cursed me.

Fair Prices plenty of choices ... Employees was very sweet and store was absolutely clean.

Always has a variety of items to meet your needs, clean, affordable, not crowded for rush hour , Cashier is always helpful and very nice when I go, she's so polite and doesn't act like she hates her job. 1 of my favorite places to stop for gas and items I need, you also can use your Kroger discount there. The ⛽ gas pumps are never has lines Waiting to get in and the gas has never ran out like other Places.

Looks clean but gas pumps super suck. First pump wouldn’t accept cards (as in kept declining transaction) and the second would pump 1/6 a gal then shut off. Very frustrating.

Definitely not 24 hours, leaving your pumps on at night isn't 24 hours. Although since none of the places in town have updated hours, and one of them is completely closed and still listed as an open business, I'm guessing people are a little slow around these parts. What a lovely time having to sit and wait almost 2 hours to get fuel because I didn't think I needed to stop 20 minutes ago, didn't realize local businesses don't care to update their online info.

Pump 3 overfilled my tank!! It pumped super slow and so I let it run, giving into how slow it was, then it completely overfilled my tank, spilling out onto the pavement.

Fast gas, pump pay only (COVID). Was pleased to see an employee emerge to disinfect the pump another customer had just departed from. Had long window washing things which I like and crucially they had fluid. Price similar to others in area. COVID precautions advertised which I also appreciated!

It's a great place to stop for a snack. The gas is really good although it is usually expensive.

OMG, if you could give this place zero stars you should! Not a single towel anywhere to clean your Windshield. No towels in the trashy bathrooms either. And your paying more for the Shell gas. Drive fast away from this crappie place!

If you intend to use your fuel rewards don’t bother; the pumps are set-up to go straight to the card input and bypassing any option to enter your ALT ID rewards number.  I find this ironic since they advertise the rewards.  Other than that, it’s nice, clean and had a fair amount of “stuff” inside.

I was able to get gas and pick up some snacks for our trip. Very clean and the employee was very friendly and helpful.

Poor quality pumps. You have to hunt for one that has a working keypad and God forbid you actually need a receipt.  You are asked if you want one, you press YES, it says PRINTING and you get no receipt.   Maybe their package store is better operated inside.  Fuel prices are also quite high, even for a Shell.

Good experience. The gas station is well maintained
