Worked with Noah, and he was awesome.  Kept me informed of what was going on with the vehicle and did everything possible to make sure I was well taken care of, even going beyond what I would have expected.

I’ve always had good luck with Big O Tires, and would definitely recommend the Fridley location.  Honest, up front with what needs to be done, and definitely care about their customers.

You get honest and quick service and a personal experience. Scott A. has been exceptional to work with and diagnosing any issues that I should be aware of or work that will need to be done in the next few months. Love this team!

Brought my truck in about a week before Thanksgiving to have the ball joints on the drivers side fixed. Mike called me back and mention that I should get the passenger side ones done to because my truck would be unsafe to drive without replacing both sides. I also had ask if they could check and see why the steering wheel is tough to turn. A little later Mike called me back and told me the power steering pump is going out as well. My heart nearly sank down to my stomach when I heard how much it would cost to get all of this fixed. Mike is such a life saver, he really worked some magic by telling that i didn't have to necessarily have to get the power steering pump saving me $2,000.00 on something that other places would tell you it has to be done and now. Not to mention, he called me back a third time and told me that he would give me an additional $80 off as a Black Friday special which was so amazing. Mike went way out of his way for me during these tough times. Mike is a saint, he and his crew deserve the highest ratings that someone could get. You have gained a customer for life just because of your EXCELLENT  CUSTOMER SERVICE, Thank you Mike, your the BEST!!

Walking into the store, I was greeted by a lady who was very kind and super helpful. Also, it was nice coming into a space that was so clean and accommodating as I waited for my tires to be changed. Most auto shops will pressure me into getting unnecessary work done on my car, but here I felt at ease. I was able to relax and not feel as if I was the worst person in the world for not treating my car like it's worth a million dollars. Don't get me wrong, I love and care about my car; but some places will charge ridiculous prices. It was super easy to schedule an appointment, and I'm glad I did!

Great shop with a friendly attitude towards customers, which I like. I’m a fairly easygoing person and I could’ve easily rated their service much lower if not for the last part of my service here. It took them over a month to order my tires and get them shipped to their location since they didn’t have them in stock. Apparently their was confusion on their end about my tires and I had to call multiple times to ask about when they would get them in stock and they couldn’t seem to give me a solid answer. Finally I called one last time and I planned to cancel my order but luckily they finally promised me that I would get my tires shipped and put on the following day. I believe I spoke to the district manager who finally got everything sorted out after much effort. The appointment itself took longer than they said to install the tires but by that point I didn’t care since I finally got my appointment. Overall, I would recommend them but hopefully next time the process goes much easier.

RNR Tire Express Clovis, NM

Nice clean place, staff always very helpful and knowledgeable. Tire kept getting low so I took my truck to the dealer and I was told my tire was fine. I knew something was not right so I brought it to RNR. They found the reason why my tire was getting low, a nail was the issue I'm surprised the dealership didn't notice the nail.

Got a flat tire headed home from work tonight. Destroyed the tire, put the hole in a second tire. I got there just before they closed. They were kind enough to see to it. That I got fixed and put back together as best as possible. And got me out in a reasonable amount of time considering they were swamped when I got there to all the guys. That's the closest RNR in Clovis, New Mexico.  Thank you, you all did a great job.

They put tires on mine and my moms car .. they put on her car to small of tires and my car they put bigger tires well when I move my front wheels they rub it hoping tomorrow they can order the right tries and fix there issues they caused on my expensive car.. also my car has special sensors on the tires to tell me if it’s flat and they didn’t turn that light off it’s like they didn’t know what they where doing yes I get it’s a new business but if your gonna work on my 19 thousand dollar car you gotta make it worth what I’m paying .. so I’ll be calling tomorrow and seeing what they do other then that I’m not happy at all ..

This place for sure took care of me and got me an affordable payment plan. They were super fast and friendly I recommend going to them for your tires!

These guys were outstanding. Fast, kind and an  extremely fair price. We had a bad flat and limped into town on the spare. They were able to see to us immediately (discount tire was going to be hours of waiting) and complete a complicated repair that allowed us to get back on the road to home. We are so thankful we found them on our way back to TX!

The team was fabulous.  I went in for an alignment.  They found that it wasn’t necessary and didn’t charge me.  I will make sure that I send friends and family.  I really appreciate their honesty.

Was there a few weeks ago to get my tire checked because of a slow leak. They found a nail, but noticed it was still losing pressure after the fix. They took the time to really go over the tire and found another small nail that worked its way into the tread. Great work done and they didn't try to sell me new tires or try to tell me I needed new tires like Tires Minus does. Very happy with the work and will most likely go there when I do need new tires.

Had a tire punctured while leaving work. Put my spare on and looked for a place not too far away that was also close to home. Went to this location and was extremely happy with the honest and quick service I received from this Big O Tires. They didn’t try to feed me lines on other issues and resolved my tire problem with very satisfactory service. Highly recommended.

I stopped here one afternoon recently because of a brake problem. They got me in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. Sean was very personable, professional and showed me exactly what was wrong with my truck. They did the repairs in less than an hour and I was happily on my way. I won't hesitate to go back for maintenance or repairs.

Only 1 Auto Glass

Absolutely amazing team!  Called to have a windshield replaced, got to drop my car off within two hours and finished in an hour on the same day!  Prices are reasonable and fair,  but I truly am surprised by the service I received!   From the phone calls to dropping my car off I felt like I was in excellent hands, and they even moved my local dealership car sticker to the new windshield.

They were amazing! I actually needed to have 3 windows (2 vehicles) repaired. They were able to get both vehicles in right away, and I was able to wait while one window was replaced (about 45 minutes). On top of that, everyone was very friendly and professional. My new windows look great, thank you so much!

Good morning my experience at only one auto glass was absolutely fantastic. They have a wonderful receptionist, a great sitting room area are professional employees, the sales rep that works with our organization. Gavin, is brimming with phenomenal customer service, happiness, supportive ideas, willingness to learn and share and share and learn.

Good service I was able to call Tuesday have an appointment for Wednesday. I had to cancel last minute they day of appointment and they were still able to accommodate me to the following day. Price was lower than the big auto glass repair companies will use them again if need be. Windshield was replaced in under 30 min

So impressed by the service I received at  Only 1 Auto Glass. I was able to come in right away on the day I called to have a chip repaired in my windshield. The work was completed within 30 minutes and the repair is excellent! You can't even see where the chip was. I will definitely recommend Only 1 Auto Glass to family and friends.

I had hail damage to my car an since my neighbor's all recommended Travis at Bill's Body Shop I took it there for an estimate. Travis was very professional an courteous to me. The estimate was a fair one an I am going to let him repair my car. For these reasons alone I would recommend

Had issues with loading mini van on car dolly, for a 7000 mi. Trip around the country..Car slipped on wet ramps and broke many of the plastic rivet fasteners..
Had no appointment, car nose had to be removed before we could off load the mini van...Rainy afternoon, removed nose, then took van off, put in shop over night.  Next morning came in early to meet our time line..THEN made modifications to dolly to prevent from happening again..
Excellent, knowledge, personalities, and cost..Highly recommend!!

Tom's Windshield Repair & Auto Glass

Tom was a fantastic guy, he would remind you he has 40 years in the industry. He might be great at replacing the whole windshield but finds it difficult to repair a chip and the service was trash! 👎

Top notch customer service! Got the run around from the 3rd party agency that handles glass claims for my insurance company. Called Tom to see what I needed do to get my windshield replaced and he took care of everything from there! He came and got my car (the next day!), replaced the windshield and is dealing with my insurance company directly so I don't need to worry about a thing. Seriously couldn't have been easier! Thanks Tom!

Midas definitely has the touch. The guys are so warm and welcoming.  They make you feel comfortable with diagnostic information. I love how they don't rush their work or drag it out too long. Everything was explained upfront and approximate time of completion was provided. The wait area is clean and spacious. I recommend this location for all necessary vehicle maintenance and needs that they service. Local, honest & affordable.

We were in Alton on a weekend get away and my tire kept losing air. They got us in immediately and identified the issue and recommended a new tire… they do not stock tires. All the tire shops had 3-4 hour waits. The tech found a used tire and got it mounted promptly. This will allow us to get back home and get tires. Super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Always in and out in a timely manner without them trying to talk me into unnecessary services. Just a heads up though, they don't participate in the advertised coupon deals that the Midas locations in the STL area do

Do not go here to get service done there is a “JOE” kid that works there with a smashed red car and he “changed” my oil but didn’t put any back in destroyed my vehicle and the shop won’t cover there own mistakes DO NOT GO HERE!!! Very very low quality and techs that came from a sped class

This establishment and the auto mechanics went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle on the road again. A little history, my Ford Explorer was in a different shop (I won't mention where) and had the engine replaced. A few weeks later, I started to smell this awful, strong propane smell. I brought my vehicle back to the shop that had put my engine in, and they said it was the transfer case and would cost me $3800. I wanted to get a second opinion before I started dumping money. I didn't even have into this vehicle, so I brought it to Midas in White Bear. I am so grateful I did. These guys knew within seconds what was wrong and saved me thousands of dollars. The manager personally sat down with me and showed me pictures, and explained everything. Daishawn also personally explained everything he is very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. Because of his advice and knowledge, i saved thousands of dollars. Forever grateful! This place is honest and didn't take advantage of me not knowing much about vehicles. I highly recommend this place and the gentleman who work here. I will be going here from now on for all my auto needs!

Shawn got me in and out and the fee wasn't expensive at all for what I got. I actually paid a less of a fee here than at another place about a year ago. Larry the receptionist was great and funny!!!

I called to set up an appointment to get all new tires with an alignment. Times are hard, therefore I asked for the exact amount to bring. Once I arrived it was nearly $80 over what I was told and could afford to pay. The assistant manager was kind enough to honor what I was originally told. I’m very appreciative and would highly recommend them. Good work and fair people!
