Best customer service of any shop I’ve used in the city. Always work with Lyndon, the Executive Estimator. He is consistent,  regularly communicates with updates, and goes above and beyond. Top notch customer service and extremely patient staff.

Avoid this shop!!! They are not backing their warranty. They had damaged my back up sensors upon installing a rear bumper on my truck and other components that they did end up fixing after coming back to them several times, but refused to fix my back up sensors that they used a glue on and chipping one of the sensros, they had caused 1400$ worth of damage. Their Production Manager says that they are giving up on fixing their mistake.  They should be ashamed of themselves for breaking my truck!!!

Ashley and the entire crew at Denver Auto Body & Paint made my experience easy and enjoyable. They were professional and timely on repairing my car.  They were able to work with my insurance company and there were no hiccups in the process.  I would recommend this business for any car repair.

Lyndon was amazing!! We were under an extreme time crunch getting our vehicle fixed before a big trip.He was able to meet our date and save me a ton of aggravation.I would definitely recommend Denver auto body.

I went to Denver Auto Body because someone had scraped the my passenger door where it met the front fender and the door wouldn't open..  Lyndon looked at the problem and I told him I wasn't concerned repairing the minor scratches.  He got tool, pried the problem area back into place. It was fixed and he charged me nothing!
This was a great relief to me, but even more showed the integrity of Lyndon and Denver Auto Body.  I owe them a big Thank You.  They will certainly be the first place I go to when I have car body repair issues in the future.

Glass Doctor Auto of Commerce City

I can't use enough words to say how amazing they were.

First, when I showed up they had removed my windshield and when they went to replace it they had accidentally ordered the wrong one. My old on was put back on and was more cracked than when I initially went it. The next day I returned and they had already had the right glass, and swiftly made the replacement.

I genuinely cannot express how amazing they are at Glass Doctor  Auto of Commerce City. Through all the errors, they made everything right, and have genuinely the best customer service I have ever seen.

I would recommend anyone use them, no matter how far the drive may be. They are truly the best and the only place I will go to fix my automobile glass!

Great people here. Punctual and always follow through on what they say.

Big O Tires

My goodness!! The customer service was - once again - AHmazing at Big O Tires / Colfax!! While on my way to an appointment, I realized I had a hole in one of my tires, and big O tires was able to get me in on a walk in basis, and provided me with a cozy camper chair out in front of their store, while I sat in the sun, for just 20 minutes, while they fixed my tire. The kindness, informative customer service, and rapid response of Kyle and Tyler was quite extraordinary! Highly recommend!!

Wish I could give more than five stars. Kyle was kind, professional and super helpful. The staff here rules. Everything about our trip today for winter tires was made as painless and expedited as possible. Highly recommend. Thanks Big O!

The kind gentlemen in this store really saved us. We showed up right when they opened with a car packed to the brim, ready for a 24 hour car journey east. We discovered the tires needed air, but could not get the valves off. The valves needed to be replaced. I asked if we should just replace the tires and Anthony advised the tires still had some good mileage, just replace the valves. Honest and really stepped up when we needed help. Thank you!

These guys are great!  For 30+ years, I have gotten tires from one of their competitors.  When I needed new tires this time, I shopped online, and Big O had a better price and is also much closer to where I live.  I booked the appointment online, and a few minutes later, they called and confirmed. The next day, they called to let me know the tires had come in and they'd see me that afternoon. Upon arriving at the store, Andrew was very friendly and explained that the alignment may make things take longer (he knew I was waiting there). I left and went to Starbucks, then returned and sat in their clean, comfortable lobby.  I had an issue when filing my rebate, so I called the store, and Andrew was helpful in giving me a number to get in touch with corporate, and also confirmed to me that I am indeed entitled to the rebate I believe I am.  Definitely recommend!

These guys are great. Lifesavers.  I had an unfixable flat. They completely went out of their way to find me a new tire on a day I had a very important appointment to make.  They had my new tire in and put on my vehicle in a timely fashion and off I was.  I had gone to Firestone in Cherry Creek area prior to Big O tires. The Firestone guy was a jerk. I appreciated this place.  Thanks guys.

Novus Glass (Mobile Service Only)

When a customer service based establishment blames their customers when that establishment messes up, that is not customer service.  I would suggest going anywhere else, literally anywhere else would be better than this place.  I booked an appointment, and when I showed up for the appointment, nobody was around to take care of me, when I called to let them know,  they said it was my fault because I didn't call to confirm my appointment. This was not part of my instructions when I called them the night before this happened.  I was told they would call me the next day to confirm a form a payment, which no one did. Then they changed their story and said they couldn't do it because it was raining.  No apology, whatsoever.  When I was understandably irritated because of this, they simply hung up on me and refused to help me. I had just gone through a loss when hail practically ripped apart my car, and now I have to put up with this?  I make my living as a pizza delivery driver which I can't do with a busted rear windshield. I would wait out the wait and go to someone who values their customers instead of ever patronizing this establishment.  (Oh and if anyone from the company is reading this, Arvada, Colorado)

These guys are VERY good at their jobs. They find serious problems that are often overlooked by other automotive shops. They are honest and respectful. I love going here because I know I'll get great professional honest service.

Amazing thank you so much, took care of many issues with my new acquired Tacoma. New brakes, rotors, oil change, and took away a noise on the back. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and attentive. Zack at the front desk, and Brandon my mechanic just outstanding attention to detail. I had heard bad things about this store several years ago so I was a little hesitant to use them today. But today everything from the office manager assistance to the work done on my tires was first class and done reasonably quickly. They deserve 5 stars and I will be back in the future.

I went in last week a little frantic over a check engine soon light and while these guys were pretty busy they quickly got me in to see what was going on with my car. I was so relieved it was just in need of a new battery and Royce was so awesome! He took a peek over my car as I had a few questions and made sure all my fluids were topped off and I had air in my tires! They even cleaned the pine needles out from under my hood! These guys are awesome! I was so thankful for them! Will definitely be returning for any other car needs!

After having the control arms replaced on my car I took it to Midas for an alignment. They put it up on the rack and checked how far out of alignment it was. The machine showed that it was not out of alignment. The assistant manager came back to me saying the car does not even need an alignment! That's the honesty of the Midas in Thornton! They won my business!

Zack and his team are AMAZING! Just moved to the area....2nd vehicle we've brought to them & there fast & honest! Very happy customer. I will be returning soon with another car to fix.

Took my brand new never been serviced as it only has 5,900 miles on it 2023 Tesla MYLR with the premium 20” Gemini rims here for my first and simple tire rotation. Not sure what they used to take the caps off but looks like they pried them off with a screw driver and scratched and chipped the paint off my rims. This is flat out gross negligence. And of course I’m positive nothing can or will be done about this. But hey at least it is as free right.

Set an appointment for an oil change. Dropped my car off 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I went to lunch near by and came back 55 minutes later and they were just pulling my car into the bay. I asked how much longer they would be, I was told another 45 minutes. I asked what was the point of setting an appointment if they weren't going to honor it, and was told "I'm not sure." I asked what they had been doing for the last 55 minutes, and was told "I don't know." I canceled the oil change and asked for them to return my car to me. No explanation or apology was offered. I will find somewhere else to work on my car that actually values my time.

When I needed tires same day (and on a snow day nevertheless) they were able to get me in, for a price in my budget, and taken care of. The lobby was clean, and client interactions from the whole team seemed pleasant with everyone I saw. Will was super courteous and straightforward. They made recommendations on my car’s needs but I never felt like I was just being up-charged. I don’t even live near this location (an hour away) but this will continue to be my go-to for tires and alignment.

On my way home from work. One of my front tires blew. William and his team at Big O Tires took care of me with no hesitation. I recommend this location to anybody in the Frederick area.

Took my camper trailer and Mathew W. did a fantastic job getting me back on the road, highly recommend.
