Not happy about the lettuce and spring salad being completely brown, old and soggy. This is a health violation. Teach your employees to check for old and expired food. I only ate the toppings and chicken.

Fresh and delicious! Definitely something for everyone…i wish I’d learned about poke bowls sooner! Even if you don’t like raw fish, they have chicken, shrimp, crab salad and tofu!

Always a great place to visit for a nice, fresh, and healthy bowl. The options are great. Bowls are easily customizable and very filling. I always enjoy the volcano bowl and my son usually customizes his order. The tea options are good, too.

While the food was good, the price definitely was not. I ordered the Volcano Eruption. It was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and I don't have anything negative to say about the quality of the food. Be sure to read the menu carefully when you order, though. I was a bit confused about their 1, 2, 3 protein prices. I should've asked, but instead I ordered by what sounded good. The Volcano Eruption ended up being 15.00. I also ordered a fountain drink, which was a whopping 3.00. All in all with tax, my lunch was just under 20 bucks. Yikes! It is important to note that the service was good, meaning that the server that prepared my food was courteous. There was plenty of parking and the environment of the restaurant was well-kept and welcoming. I will go back in the future, but will be more careful in ordering so as not to break the bank.

I eat here every time I’m in town. I absolutely love the freshness, variety, and breeze of getting my meal and getting out. I highly recommend it if you want healthy but fast. The volcanic eruption is my favorite. The staff members are always very kind.

McDonald's

Waited an hour for our food, just 2 cheese burger meals and a chicken nugget happy meal. The food was even cold when we got it, how if they just made it right? Atmosphere sucked because everyone was complaining about how long they been waiting on their food also. 2 people left told them to keep their money. Sucked

There was food all over the floor in the prep area with employees standing around. The seating in dining area has been taped up instead of replaced. It's obvious it's been that way for a while. The food was a common problem everywhere...the incredible shrinking of portions for the money.

Just about the only mcdonald's I can find that have frappes right now. Most DON'T have frappes. Some not even a large cups, (Nashville, Ga store) it's ridiculous. This one stocked. Impressive lately for them NOT tell you something is out or a machine is not working. This store has always been fully stocked, functioning great and I love their frappes.

I took my kids to get the Pokemon toy with their happy meal. I specified that we wanted the Pokemon toy. When we got home and my kids opened their happy meal boxes they had gotten Mickey mouse toys. My kids were upset because that was the only reason we went to McDonald's for dinner. I would not have purchased happy meals if I had known that they were not going to give the Pokemon toy

Very quick service. Workers always have a smile on their face!

Greensboro Vending & Coffee Company Inc

Well after calling multiple times to have a salesman call me back about vending options for a 50 employee business, a gentleman calls back to tell me that they don't service companies that small.  What a waste of time. Maybe they should update their misleading website that states "Whether you’re a 25-person office, a 400 person manufacturing plant, or a 1000 student county school, the Greensboro Vending & Coffee Company has the modern vending equipment, trained repair technicians and responsive delivery drivers to keep you and your employees happy."

Food does not get changed or rotated, machine is now and continues to be broken(won’t accept card pay) I could shatter a window with the pastry I just purchased.

The vending machine is full of expired foods.  We have 2 machines, both are constantly refilled with already expired food.

Need new drivers that are capable of driving

Service and food was perfect. The issue I had was the play place. I took my sister here so she could play and it was FILTHY. Every table in the play place was disgusting. There was food all over the floors, the trash can was packed and overflowing. They weren’t busy either there was only us and a small family in there.

I had some trouble with my app. to use my points and the staff quickly lined it out at the window, and I was on my way. The food + drinks were good and I'll be back!

Came at noon. Ordered through the self-order machine - very lovely and straight forward. Took wait number and sat in kids play area. Order delivered in less than five minutes. Kids area relatively clean. Lots of fun space for kids. Staff kind and helpful. Meal of chicken nuggets and fries was good 👍

Got my entire order wrong. Called and was told to come back for a free meal. (It’s not free, I paid for it already) I live an hour away, I said tomorrow is thanksgiving, she said “we are still open” and then said to just come back the next day. So drive an hour into town to get a “free” (don’t understand what’s free about something I paid for) meal on Black Friday?! Why can I not be refunded? I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but jeez! Nothing simple about grabbing a quick dinner for the family tonight 🤦‍♀️

Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and they didn’t put the bacon on them, and then we waited ten extra minutes in the drive thru before they acknowledged we were still there. We told them and their solution was to hand us slices of cold bacon in a nugget box to put on ourselves. So then we waited another ten minutes in lobby to get warm bacon and our large fry was also luke warm and not fresh. Will not be returning to the particular McDonald’s again.

It was hands down my best experience at McDonald's ever. The food was done and being carried to our table before I was even done paying for the food. The staff was extremely friendly.

Super folks working here!! They're genuinely caring & pleasant-refreshing change for my typical fast food experiences!

For example, I was headed in to use their restroom, one of their (possibly management?) staff, who'd been delivering food to a customer waiting in parking lot, noticed me trying to open the entrance door whilst silently cursing my heavy purse, she jogged over to the doors she totally went out of her way to open the door for me!

Sounds like a very kind simple gesture-it is, yet to me it means so much more, as  I struggle with debilitating osteoarthritis & neuropathy, which is exacerbated by their cold weather.
Anyways, I am always impressed by this particular McDonalds, not only is it located in one of the busiest up-and-coming areas of Coeur d'Alene, the place is always extremely clean, the quality of their food continues be great, and the staff, with their above and beyond dedication to old fashioned customer service is the icing on the cake for me.
Welcoming atmosphere, very good food served hot, and much appreciation for the kind & genuinely caring employees here!!

The playground didn't smell like feet like   alot of play places I was surprised lol my kids were surprised it actually smelled new that was nice.

I'm a breakfast frequent flyer here so I'm maybe a little biased but the staff is friendly, the food consistent (remember, it's McDonald's, not Chez Snooty so chill the attitude), and I've become a fan of the app and the kiosks.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years, but was getting home late and wanted to grab something easy to eat...I know everyone is understaffed and overworked, but it would've been nice to have gotten at least a hello when I finally got to the window. Instead I was told the amount that was due. Payment was processed. Then I sat at the window for quite some time. My bag of food was finally brought over and pretty much thrown at me through the window. Alrighty then. Get the food home and it was pretty much inedible. The burgers were gross and burnt and the buns were so greasy and semi burnt as well. I valiantly tried to eat them, but couldn't do it.  I guess I at least had some fries I could eat for the $9 I spent. I definitely would've been happier to have just come home without eating. Hopefully the Riverstone CDA location can step it up a bit. It will definitely be a long time, if ever, before I go back.

We've been here twice now and have always had a pleasant experience. The drive thru is quick and the food is hot!

The "steak" bagel is a oddly textured hamburger patty. Kind of like chicken fried steak without breading. Doesn't taste great.

We had a long day at Silverwood theme park 08.14 2023. We had traveled from Boise and not that McDonald's was our first choice but it was still open on our way to our hotel at 9:14 on a Monday. We stopped at this location and although I got a little frustrated because it took a while to get our food It was one of my best McDonald's experiences. Because we had to wait a while the manager upgraded our fries and drinks, the manager went above and beyond to take care of us. I know she was rushing orders to take care of the drive-thru but our food was great I didn't get her name but I would like to say thank you!!! Not only to the manager but to the wonderful staff!! Thank you for a wonderful meal after a long day!!!

This McDonald's can be a little on the slow side but it's good. Seems like they actually filter and change frying oil occasionally unlike lots of other McDonald's that seem to do it less than you're supposed to.

This used to be a regular stop for me, as I work in the mall across the street. I get the same thing every time, which is 2 hamburgers (no cheese) with no mustard and a small order of fries. It was always right and I got this at least 2 times a week until I was able to work from home more, but I would still go for a quick bite. The last FOUR times they could not handle this order. Cheese. Every. Time. I took it back the first few times but this time I have had enough. I won’t be spending any more money at that location.

The place is very good, but it only has about 6 parking spaces despite being in a prestigious square… and my low rating is because the hotel neighbors kicked me out when I parked because I used one of their “exclusive spaces” and they asked me to leave. Please use “the plaza parking lot” which is about 100 meters from the cafe. In the end I did not consume in this branch because of third parties and the bad time they gave me.

It's very nice, I brought my family here to work because something is happening to the internet at home, everything works very well here. At the moment I use some parking spaces behind the Starbucks, I hope there is no problem.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in a Starbucks, 6 employees, a huge line and only one girl serving, several times my entire break from work was spent just waiting in line and I ended up leaving because in 10 minutes waiting They don't even take my order, and today a boy first attended to a girl behind me because he knew her and he didn't even turn to see me.

My wife found collectible tumbler and mug she was looking for. We didn’t order any drinks. The staff was friendly and answered all her questions. Pan de Muerto is also available at this location.

Starbucks Real del Castillo

Always impressed with the service at this Starbucks, an almost personalized attention. Staff greets you as you enter and in some cases (like mine), they already know what drink I will have and what ingredients I like. How is that for good service!

Clean place, kind of small for this franchise and location. Great product as expected. However, in this branch in particular the staff could be more friendly, Friday night shift to be precisely can improve.

Excellent place good service mainly from a very nice girl in the place responsable and much cute girl.

Awful service and wait times are crazy, the drinks are not the same and the cups are very flimsy, you have to be very careful to to hold the cup, tight because you will spill your drink and they only carry venty size, so no trenta. I was not able to use my card to pay, only gift card or cash.

Recharged my girlfriend’s Starbucks card with $30 and the next time she tried to use the card she was told that the card had a zero balance!  Starbucks would not offer any assistance or credit.

You can get most of your regular favorites like the American version.

Usually I often go in the afternoon/evening and the service and the drinks are very good. The only thing I don't like it is so cold inside. This week I tried to get a pumpkin spice cold brew coffee early morning, the lady who took my order was kinda rude and not gentle at all. Hope she remembers what she does is customer service and she represent the company she works for.
