MidCity District

One of the best up and coming hangout districts in Huntsville. Currently boasts a selection from ramen, boba, a bakery, burgers, and rock climbing. Often hosts events and even a circus on occasion.

This is a place to visit if you are in the Area. One of my favorites due to the diversity of the shopping and food selections. My favorite is the market for local business owners, especially seasonal ones. Great for families and couples.

The Trader Joe’s is very nice and the staff is friendly. Great parking, not too busy for the area, and in a convenient location. Farmers market is good, the camp is fun, and it feels like a youthful area.

Mid city has many places to visit stores to shop at at restaurants to eat in.  I would definitely recommend Twin Peaks and Wahlburgers both are insanely good for not too much money.  I will definitely return very soon

One of my favorite places to hang out! Dave and Busters is my favorite. Great options for both shopping and food, and a pottery place? Yes please! What more could you want?

Centre Street Café

We were pleasantly surprised to taste the food that was rated so high at this restaurant. They cook it close by and it was sumptuous. We all had the soup which was very good and sandwiches. Definitely make this one of your stops if you’re in town.

I was not a huge sandwich person until I came to this restaurant. I love the variety and creativity of choices. There are a lot of unique and interesting combinations on the menu. It is a little difficult to find, but it is also nice that the restaurant is set back from the main road.

This place is great for gourmet sandwiches and wraps.  We seek it out on visits to Traverse City.  The menu is extensive and everything is fantastic.  The staff seem happy and are very friendly.  The parking lot and bathrooms are what they are, but the food is well worth a visit.

I was visiting traverse city and was looking for some food options so I went into this cafe thinking well a sandwich is a sandwich I’m sure I’ll like it but it won’t be anything special.

I was wrong!! I don’t know what it is but their sandwiches are amazing! I believe it may be the mayo or that everything is fresh but wow what a great place!

Highly recommend this cafe! Great service and amazing food and the two cookies were excellent.

This place is always busy. They have a huge sandwich & wrap menu laid by protein, and everything is really fresh. Did I mention it's busy? I usually call in my orders Togo, but it still only takes maybe 10-15,  min. Just don't forget--they're not open weekends!

D & R Coffee Services Inc

D& R Coffee is great to work with. They provide the coffee service at both of the offices I work at. They have lots of options of coffee to choose from including their own local roasted line. I would highly recommend them for all your coffee needs.

If you want to deal with a jerk of a front desk associate, that only know one sentence..( we will see what we can do)  then proceeds to do nothing… then this is the place for you.

McDonald's

Best McDonald’s location because of how unpopular it is. Ordered the grimace shake meal. The fries were great because it had enough salt and wasn’t under salted. The grimace shake was good and creamy. Staff  seemed to know what they were doing.

spent over 40 min in the drive through today for a large fry... There were only 6 cars in front of us in the drive through when we got here and it took 30 min to even get to the pay window. Prices have gone up and service has gone way, way down. I miss the days where McDonald’s was cheap and service was quick.
Fries were cold when we finally got them, too.

Have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Stayed away for years because of it. Decided to give them another try. Just as bad if not worse. Drive through was dead so pulled in. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for one burger. Every car behind me had to wait for orders. Probably ten cars that were behind me all waiting. Not enough places to wait. Everyone behind me got orders first. They don't know what orders go where. Can't even keep pickles off when you ask for none. This location is an absolute joke. MIKE AND MARRY you need to do something about this place.

Great place to stop. I enjoyed the service. Everyone that was working seemed happy to work and was very helpful when I ordered . They made sure I had everything in order. Logan and tamarah helped me.

Same menu but it doesn't have a kid friendly atmosphere. The remodeling looks like one of those boring expensive coffee places minus the price. No playground fun. The indoor games are more for toddlers but not for the older kids. It's feels like a hang out for sophisticated grownups who can't be bothered. The drive through is one lane so if you break down there is going to be a mini jam.

I asked for Mac sauce on my mcdouble and they slathered it on there. That was the best sandwich I've had from there. Sometimes they can be a little dry when the condiments are used sparingly but not today....Also was happy to see the elderly woman able to sit on her walker and ring people up and not have to stand.

All good but really slack on the fries, this is my large I paid extra for, same as what's in a medium

I ordered and paid through their app. I got there and they did not have my order and it was only a frappe it was made wrong and the lady that waited on me acted aggravated toward me because they had messed up

I waited for 30 minutes for my order then had to go through drive thru to get my fries. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had here lately. I'd give them a few months to get it together. Go somewhere else if you want fast, hot, or fresh.

Food is McDonald's food. Gave me the wrong order after a 10 minute wait. Went inside to get the correct order, had to wait 30 minutes.  The owner needs to be more involved at this location. Seem to be pure uncontrolled chaos in the kitchen. Would advise disabling online orders at this location, might help with the chaos.

Steep Mountain Teahouse

This place is very well-designed, and it is pleasant to spend time here. The menu offers a good amount of options. They also sell some packed teas here, which is nice. Although the word resilience is misspelled on some of the packages. Matcha milk tea was delicious.

Stopped here during my trip to Bozeman and loved this place! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the tea house is super cute! Was able to grab a delicious bubble tea to enjoy while exploring the downtown area.

I really love all of the teas they have here. They are great quality with lots of variety. Giving it lower stars because on average you’re going to wait 30+ min to get your order. It wasn’t always like this, but the last year or so service and wait times have been incredibly slow. I hope they can work on this because it is a great spot, but tea shouldn’t take as long to get as a dinner out.

This was such a great find on our trip to Yellowstone — amazing tea/coffee and vegan options. We got Masala Chai at the cafe and took the vegan chia pudding for to go. Both were good!

I love love love my local tea house. I come here to knit, read and write with atmospheric music and low chatter in the air. It really makes me so happy. Also - delicious tea and the nicest people ever! It's the best part of my week. I wanted to write this because they do sometimes have local events so if you are going for a silent retreat like me, you might want to jump on their site to make sure it'll be silent. Also, I'm putting this in for the owner but I think the seating could be cozier, being that it's a tea house in a wintery town. Sometimes I sit there for hours and my back hurts from the chairs. Maybe more couches or something. Just a thought! But I love you guys!

I don’t know what the problem has been the last few visits, but tonight was especially frustrating, got asked to wait because of fries which I don’t mind at all,
But when I get cold fries and a completely pink burger that’s ridiculous. My daughter’s nuggets were also cold and stale.
The McFlurry we got handed was coated in ice cream and had to be wiped down. Thanks McDonald’s, I think I’m done with this location😒

I went through this drive through, and emerged a changed man. Tonight I was blessed enough to have Dylan B as my drive through attendant. Dylan B is a extremely friendly, extremely charismatic, young man you deserves way more than any of us mere mortals can offer him. When the Boogieman goes to bed at night, he checks under his bed for Chuck Norris, but it is Dylan B that coos him back to sleep and sings him a gentle lullaby until he drifts into peaceful sleep. Dylan B once saved a polar bear from an altercation with some dangerous gamblers; he then enlightened the polar bear that though gambling can be fun in moderation, it can lead one down a road to ruin. He then helped the polar bear reconnect with his estranged son and the two later went on to invent the grilled cheese sandwich. Dylan B wakes in the morning to tell the world he loves it, but not to hear it back, just to let the world know how he feels. I know all of this not because Dylan B told me with his words, but with his eyes and his heart. The world does not deserve the purity and grace that is Dylan B, yet we have it all the same.

Thank you Dylan B. May your light touch a thousand hearts.

This is how I received my Big Mac... needless to say the cheese was half on my burger. I understand speed but what about building a simple burger with some care? And it never fails that when I order a happy meal, the fries are upside-down in the box so when my five year old goes to pull them out, they all fall out in the box. This is a common "every time" thing. My fries were cold this time around but this isn't a usual thing. Maybe a fluke? All in all, is it too much to ask for a little bit of care when making my burger so I can enjoy all of the cheese, not just half?

It's fast food! Service and experience is gonna be hit or miss depending on who is working there at the time and when you go. I usually have good a good experience when I go here. Sometimes i haven't, but that doesn't stop me from coming back. It's all about convenience with fast food. I've been back several times despite some bad experiences. This location is pretty clean for the most part. Don't go on a Friday night after a high school football game, though. It will take forever to get your order, or you may not get it at all.

I've been to this location a number of times with my kids who love the Play Place nearest Yellowstone Ave. Twice (at this location), I've had undercooked double quarter pounders with cheese but, also twice, I've taken them to the front and had the kitchen staff replace those burgers no questions asked. I respect a restaurant that takes pride in getting orders correct and doesn't make a fuss when they get things wrong. Thanks for making things right for me and for being a great place for my kids and I to hang out on Sunday mornings.

Takes a lot for me to be impressed by a McDonald's but this place is doing things right.  Came in with my two young daughters for some Happy Meals and some quality play place time.  Took them to the bathroom to wash up and the order was at our table 30 seconds after we sat down during the 12:00-13:00 lunch rush.  Crazy fast, hot and delicious.   Play place was clean to a standard I didn't think possible in a fast food restaurant.  Manager and this team must really care about this restaurant and take pride in serving the Blackfoot community.  We will be back, frequently.

I was having a bad day with other fast food places in my area and decided to get a hot chocolate from McDonalds. I ordered online and unfortunately they where cleaning the machine and my order was unable to be completed but the awesome manager Sarah was willing to do anything to make it right. I have never been more satisfied with customer service.

I would leave  a half star if it would let me. So when I took my 3 children to dine in for dinner, they wanted to play so I let them. There was only one other family in there with 2 young kids that let then take there apple juice into the play place. I watched one of the boys dump it on the bottom step and the lady yelled at him to stop and she didn't clean it up. So I went and asked an employee if they could wipe it due to my kids still being at the top and she said ok. Well I waited about 10 min and then no one showed up, I had to lift my kids off the toy. Apon arriving I noticed all the tables were dirty and had to wipe my own table off. When were leaving I noticed there was not another person in the place and about 2 employees that I could see. This makes me very upset and I don't think I will be going back to this location. And that being said this is one of my children favorite places but I explained that we won't be going anymore.

I order a quarter pounder with cheese only every time I go here, and over the last 6 months, I have had 1 that was done right, and that was only because they forgot my whole order.  How hard can it be to get a plain burger with cheese only on it???? Please teach your cooks it is ok to cook a plain burger. I hate nothing more than getting home and my food is wrong.

So far out of 7 times trying this one they’ve managed to get my food right once. The fries are ALWAYS cold and old, when you get it through DoorDash you don’t get napkins straws or sauce, but they’re one of less than 5 options here otherwise they wouldn’t get my business.

Beacon Coffee Roasters

This place can use some cleaning. Floor, toilet, especially the sink covered in layer of grey that has not been cleaned for a long time.
Barista was grabbing coffee cups from the rim. I noticed that people are regulars, hence do not really notice how dirty this place is. Even the napkin holder is greasy sticky dusty. I did not feel comfortable sitting there. But it has a really cool interior design.

very sweet an cozy place. the barista was very nice. you can easily make a vegan latte and they offer a vegan berry bar that was really good. even thought im a visutor from out of state, if i lived here i would choose this place as a great study or get-together spot

Great coffee literally the best in town and the only place I go! The only thing that would make it better is for them to carry sugar free white chocolate syrup!

I used to study here in the early 2000s and loved it.  Came back in 2023 to find that it's even better than before!  Superb cortado and cappuccino!  Excellent breakfast paninis and pastries, and my kids loved the cookies!

Best place near campus to get coffee. Wonderful selection of food, pastries, sandwiches and coffee. Their bee sting is amazing!

Every time that we go through the drive thru, we order food for all 4 of us. Every time we are told to park and wait. Just to sit there and watch at least 5 other people get their food and move on. Why is it we get parked and told to wait? To keep their numbers for waiting up? Because we order 4 meals? But hey, they can serve a multitude of customers while we wait! Not to mention, the ice melts in the drinks and they taste like cardboard by the time we get to eat! Well, you permanently lost this families business! Especially since it costs us at least $40 a whack just to get cold and watered down food!

If you love getting home with 2/3rds of your food, you'll love this place! Luckily when you drive the whole way back, with receipt, and picture of contents, they'll argue with you. 3 times in 2 weeks. I'm all Jack in the box now. F this corporation. Even better, shop locally. Neither have hosed me then lied

I ordered a single combo meal through the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward as my food was still being prepared-not a problem. I pulled forward into the assigned parking spot and waited 10 minutes for my meal. I watched 7 other vehicles receive their orders from the drive-thru after I parked. For an order of 1 burger and 1 medium fry, absolutely unacceptable to think that  wait time is valid. The only reason it's not a 1 star is due to the professionalism and exceptional customer service provided by the young man working the payment window. Too bad that after payment was collected is when my experience went downhill.

If you haven't tried McDonald's yet, you should. It is a chain restaurant, and they are all over the place, so I wouldn't really say it has a local feel to it. But you're always going to get consistent food. I recommend the quarter pounder cheeseburger. The fries are best when they're hot, so don't let them get cold. And if you happen to throw away part of your breakfast sandwich, make sure it doesn't stay in your garbage can for too long. It will get very stinky. Overall, a great place to get a quick bite!

I gotta share this experience cause, not only did it give my Mother and I a good laugh but it was disappointing as well. Now, we go to McDonald's a lot more times than not, but this is in Pocatello near Walmart. This is one McDonald's we had never been to. They are all so different. But as you can see by the pictures, I had ordered me a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. When I took it out of the bag, I layed it on the table and said, "That's it?" There was no sauce at all. I applied the Mayo, which I had to ask for, it had the two tiny pickles and that was it! I'm like, where is the lettuce?? There has to be at least lettuce on it. It doesn't even have tomatoes 😕 It was still a tasty sandwich if you aren't real hungry, but come on! We need our burgers to have lettuce even if it was a chicken 🐔 burger.
