McDonald's

The McDonald's in Mountain Home on Hwy 62 near the bypass meets my expectations.  The staff is pleasant and prompt to take my order. The food has been fresh and hot each visit.

Extremely dirty. Drink machines were a mess. No condiments (ketchup) or sauce cups. Restrooms were dirty as well. Staff were taking breaks outside in groups. Play area and seating in front was closed for cleaning

I pointed out how week the dr pepper was as the guy handed me the drink at the drive-thru. He tasted it a said it was fine. It was not. Then he had me pull over to wait because I asked for a fish sandwich without tartar and that takes longer. So I waited, to discover once I got home that only half of the food I had ordered-AND PAID FOR-failed to make it into the bag. Of course they were closed by the time I saw the mistake so I couldn't even call to give them the opportunity to learn from this total failure in service.

McRibs are suppose to be saucy not dry. Barely any sauce on mine. Drive thru worker failed to tell the car in front to pull all the way up. They only went to the next window which caused the entire line to back up. Had to call the store and have them tell the car to pull up so ppl could leave.

The food was good, but the floors were real slippery throughout the dining area. I had walk around really carefully in order to not slip.

Everything was perfect until... the cashier tried to upsell me several times and then made it seem like I didn't have enough money to afford his upsell. Staff needs to work on their english. I ordered one hashbrown and one packet of ketchup.

Basically, all McDonald's has the same food and hopefully customer service, from the number of vehicles present in the lot and drive through it seems to be a favorite for lo als and travelers

The big breakfast came fast, hot, and normal.  The girl wiped down every item on the wall and my wife made a point to let the girls know how clean the place was kept. Every time we stop there they make Marshall  a good place to stop. Thanks to the franchise owner and manager and employees.

Food was decent, rarely do we get fresh meat or fries. Oil for the fries tastes old or isn't getting polished regularly/maintained.

Small town McDonalds - I’ve stopped here twice on my way to or from Mountain View to NWA and both times were great. Order correct, fries fresh out of the fryer, and quick service. Exactly what you’re looking for when passing through town and need to hit a drive thru.

Yesterday when we went to go in and order , we ended up with a inexperienced worker behind the counter , then a small group walked in behind us...with a huge dog 🐶,  the size of a third grader , which smelled , unreal. Then all they wanted to do was complain about the food , why they won't ask to leave ...I Don't know 🤷‍♀️ but the dog was NOT a service dog 🐶.

Sat in the curbside for an ice cream cone for 15 minutes then sat in the drive thur for 7 minutes then went inside and had to get someone’s attention for some boy to walk up and say it’s being made at the moment when i could clearly see it wasn’t! then the manager and two employees stood over to the side fighting about who was gonna make it then the girl finally made and it was literally falling off the cone into my hands!

Meet Tea Poke

Food was delicious!!! Got the large bowl (2 scoops of protein) and split it with my husband. It was more than enough to share and so good! I wouldn’t change anything about any of it! We got the chicken and added a bunch of mix ins and two drinks. Staff was friendly, restaurant was nice and bright and looked very clean.

Very delicious build-your-own-bowl and tea eatery! Several ingredients are included with the cost of the bowl and the variety of teas is extensive with options to modify sweetness! The tea even comes in a durable cup that I plan to re-use as long as it holds up. I did spend $20 on a small bowl and a tea, but it's high quality ingredients so I don't mind doing that every once in awhile! I will definitely come back and I've already told some friends about it.

Absolutely delicious! I love the build your own aspect, as you can make something that you'll truly enjoy. I love sushi, so I went with the two protein bowl with salmon and tuna. The combination of flavors was incredible, especially the eel sauce. Additionally, I'm dairy free for health reasons, and they were very helpful with what I could and could not have. I was able to have boba tea for the first time since they offer a caffeine free version with almond milk. All around, this was a wonderful first time and I hope to be a regular.

I was so excited to happen across this place and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered a poke bowl with salmon and a little bit of everything else. I mentioned that I had a dairy allergy and they were helpful to be sure that I did not have anything unsafe for me. I took my order to go and it tasted delicious.

I'm planning to go back soon. It's nice to have new and exciting options rather than just another burger place in O'Fallon.

The atmosphere was clean and bright.

Cute place. The photo is of the cheese foam oolong tea with creme brulee topping. It was adorable in the reusable cup with the little heart stopper (lol). Lots of drink choices.  We also tried the Thai tea with crystal boba, strawberry milk with strawberry boba. Definitely worth the visit! I'll be going again for sure!

Nekter Juice Bar

This is my first time here. It is really good! Definitely fresh.

I had their Green Apple Detox Juice. I love the intense spiciness of the ginger.

My wife got the Kirby’s Berry Dream Vegan Icecream. The smooth and creamy texture from the coconut cream is delicious. I want to get that next time.

My kids and i love this place! The Pink Flamingo, Orange Crush and Dragon Fruit Bowl are our favorites but we have yet to try something we don’t like. You know it’s really good when your picky toddler will eat it!

Lots of options and very customizable.  I love the homemade cashew chia pudding!  Most of the items are quite high in calories so be careful of portion sizes or get a split if you need.  I just wish there was a good way to store it for 2 days.  It melts in the fridge and gets hard frozen in the freezer!

I don't usually get this type of stuff, but a strawberry banana smoothie sounded good. I got that and 2 wellness shots after speaking with the nice young lady about the benefits the shots can have for you. The store was clean and bright and she was super friendly and helpful. I will come back again.

I love the elderberry shot for the immune booster. The strawberry smoothie with protein is yummy.
They added strawberry jam to it, though it added more unnecessary sugar, it was still good.  The staff is nice and professional and the store itself is always clean when I come.

***Update***

I'm not sure what's happening, but the service has gotten pretty slow. Even when ordered via the app. There is a older lady there who is very nice and works hard. However, few of my orders over the last few weeks have been made wrong and taken longer than usual. Lately, the quality of the smoothies has just been off.
I hope this changes because the location is perfect and I love fresh smoothies

AMY the general manager refused to refund my purchase for items that were not marked unavailable in the app because I used my rewards points for a single item. She said they could no longer issue refunds with purchases made with points even though 3/4 items were paid off my card then proceeded to tell me I was lying and would not look at my mobile receipt to even confirm. I would've ate the points if I had to but the actual money I lost out on was absolutely ridiculous. As were her actions and customer service ability.

I come to this drive thru once or twice every week. Today when I got to the drive through, they did not accept my code, said it was invalid when I got it through the app and was willing to show it to them, they said don’t use scanners anymore for the QR code(which is a lie , a friend used it two days ago while I drove them there) said they don’t do frappes anymore, which still shows as a favorite on the screen where you order). I ordered $15 worth of food, and got half filled and cold fries. In the end, the person giving my food snatched my bag halfway while i asked for sauce and threw sauce packets in with a big sigh. I have a feeling they put their hands in the fries and threw a bunch out and hence why I came returned every bit of food and got a refund.
Never going to this place, including my friends.

Waited in drive through for well over 30 min. After working 16 hours and was informed at 1:08 am that they were cash only at 1am. Total garbage policy enforced without warning while waiting for such a long time cashless.
Called other Russellville location and they were not cash-only. My App deal timed-out once I arrived at other location and had to pay menu price for food. Cash only times should be posted and be consistent nightly. Not a fan of McDouble Standards.

This is terrible sit in line for 30 minutes took order wrong ordered 4 mcdoubles an frys they charged for 4 double cheeseburgers plain got the burgers they were single burger totally loaded an cold frys asked for manger with cost didn't get one payed because we had sit in line for 30 minutes already give food to us it was totally messed up manger finally came up to talk to us didn't offer to remake them or anything told her to give us our money back took another 15 minutes for that she never apologized or anything terrible customer service they turned all the lights out while we were sitting there also don't know if they closed or what but are supposed to be 24 hour i would not give them a single star if it was possible

They get my order wrong nearly every time. Drinks are normally watered down. They don’t pay attention to when a person is in the second lane of drive thru, tonight is the 2nd time I wasn’t taken care of while I was sitting there and another car pulled up and immediately got to order. I understand places can be having bad nights and under staffing is a huge issue, but come on. It’s not hard to double check orders. I’m sure people would rather wait for the right items then to spend an HOUR like I did tonight just waiting in line, going home, and coming back and WAITING ALMOST AS LONG as when I was here the first time. The staff do not care either. They like to continue to make you wait and treat you like an inconvenience. The one across town is immensely better. Save your money and time and go to the other one.

Minneapolis Vending Services

I placed an order at the Kiosk @ 3:10 of 3 large drinks, to turn around and wait till 3:38 for my order of 3 large drinks. All this time the 3 high school kids putting together orders were laughing and joking. I recommend no going to this one if you are in any kind of hurry. Finally the man behind the counter went and got all of my order situated after the 28 minutes of waiting on 3 large drinks.

the worst mcdonald’s ever! they did my order for 25 minutes although i was the only client in the hall and the order was not complicated at all, ended up with switching from deluxe QPC to regular QPC because they had some issues with making it deluxe. burger was made so badly that most of ingredients fell out and looked like trash!

The restrooms were filthy. Only cold water in the faucets and that doesn't rinse the soap off very well.
Dinning room area Was in need of cleaning with almost every table loaded with crumbs and such. The self serve soda area was gross!
We only ordered a drink And apple pie. The guy that took our order made the drink and left it on the counter behind him in the kitchen area and left. The pies were stocked, and the drink was made so not sure why he didn't just hand it to us. Finally a girl came over and asked to take our order. We told her we were just waiting for our drink and pie. She asked the guy who took our order, he pointed to them and she gathered them. On the way out the door the a manager was sitting there and ingnoring the disarray in the store.
Glad we were just passing through and won't be coming back.

Got home and ate and we both got sick We tried again. We got sick Again. It's the slowest McDonald's for service. Slowest I've been to. Must check Order before you pull away. Also watch the cars in front of you at the window. We have personally seen them hand an order to the car. They look in bag its wrong. They swap for there order. We pull up and they give us our order which was just inside the vehicle in front of us. Just get your money back. They didn't think anything was wrong with giving it to us. Even though they opened the bags looking and touching the food. Since the food was not taken out of the bag. We watched them digging in the bag checking the food. We have seen this happen twice now. Throw that in the trash.

I go through the drive through and most mornings I get miss Tammy. She is the sweetest person ever. Whoever took my order this morning was completely unprofessional. At the times she should have been communicating with me she stayed dead silent. She should not be working a drive through if she doesn't know how to literally speak to people.

Hau'oli Poke Burritos & Bowls

Not recommended for boba, at all..

Ordered 4 drinks, one came out warm (milk tea with boba) and another with the wrong boba (popping instead of jelly) and the lid wasn't sealed.. the other two we didn't get at all!

We were told, after they brought the drinks out, that they were out of Thai tea and the cook didn't want to make more, until tomorrow!!!

They didn't know how to do a refund via our card, so they handled us $12 in cash for the 2 drinks they didn't make.

Overall, not impressed. We won't be using that drink card anytime soon, for sure.

I was very disappointed with everything over all. I placed a to go order and didn’t get half of the things and they charged me for them. Also, the Boba in my drink was extremely soggy and chewy and it was kind of gross. The chicken bowl had no flavor and I also added extra stuff to it, which they did not put in there, and a side of spicy mayo they forgot as well. The fish could’ve definitely been fresher, it was kind of chewy as well and it tasted like it’s been sitting for a while, same with the crab, not good. Overall really disappointed in this restaurant. It looked really good and definitely a let down! The seaweed salad was my favorite out of all of it. I was excited to try this restaurant since it was highly rated, but I definitely don’t think it should be rated as high as it is.

Came back to try the Ramen because it was highly rated. The worst I’ve ever had, I took two bites and couldn’t eat it, it was terrible. My bf thought the same and it made us both every nauseous and stomachs hurt from the few bites. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!  I went inside to order this one & they forgot my sides again!! 🤣😭

I also called and told them they left out half of my stuff, and they told me to drive back the next day to get a refund for what I didn’t get, which I don’t have the time to do it. They should just put it back on my card or offer me something since they messed up me and my bfs whole dinner menu.

I love the food here but it never fails something always gets forgotten when you order online. Today no side seaweed salad and only one of the meals had all the extra I paid for. Great food but when it comes to it don't expect to get your full order.

Food is really good to me, I really like their spicy miso ramen and their boba.

Service is a mixed bag. I've had previous visits where I felt welcomed and cared for, but today our server seemed... annoyed. Don't work in service if every mix-in request warrants a glare and annoyed body language. That's what made me want to write a review.

Has the potential to be one of the best places in Sherman. Not perfect as-is. Coach your staff on making customers feel welcome.

If you know better this is not the place for you. The quality of ingredients is a very low tier but they did try. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not worth it if you know what quality is but if your just dabbling into the sushi world than yeah by all means go and try it but just know these are not the same flavors you will find in gradeA meats. Cute on the inside and the boba was alright at best.

Hitea

Plenty of parking in the lot. You can order by a tablet which makes it very easy and convenient. We bought 6 dishes and it came out to be around $60. The atmosphere was very nice, artistic, and comforting. They bought out a large glass pitcher of water so we could refill to our hearts content. The food was tasty, The bubble tea was delicious. And when our son spilled water, the staff was super friendly about it. Would recommend.

Ordered delivery through 3rd party service.  My food order was not correct.
Called hitea, but the person who answered told me to call the delivery service. I told her it is the food that was wrong, not the delivery. She kept telling me to call the service. I asked what ingredients are in the beef shank rice bowl. I told her, there was no broccoli or vegetables other than onions. Just rice, egg and onion. But she still pushed it back on the delivery service.
Waiting for the delivery service to respond, and starving... should I eat it or keep waiting? Will they replace it or credit me?

HiTea offers Japanese comfort food with a wide variety of options. From udon noodles to ramen bowls and donbouri, there’s something for everyone. We had an assortment of dishes and milk teas, and everything was delicious. Ordering is easier using the kiosk by the front register than it was using the phone app. Our food was served promptly and piping hot. This place is worth a stop!

The Roasted Oolong Milk Tea is so yummy and relaxing! They have so many different foods from Asian culture including but not limited to Bentos’, Tonkatsu, tofu, ramen, and more! The ambiance and decorations are so fun and pretty! They have Lego sculptures of castles and put together models of other grandiose buildings. I found my new happy place! I didn’t even mention the giant teddy bear that they have! I’m in love. New favorite place!

Initially tried their Delmar location, and discovered that this location had more menu items. Glad they had ramen and bento boxes. Their milk tea selection was also great. You order from your table and they serve it to you. Okinawa and brown sugar milk tea 🥰
