Palmar Pescadero

This is a review for the restaurant; I did not stay in the casitas. What an absolute GEM! We had breakfast and loved every bite. The avocado toast and French toast were delicious and beautiful. French toast had the perfect fruit topping and syrup, although could’ve been a little larger and more filling overall. The fresh carrot and ginger juice was excellent. The lovely outdoor garden seating area is stunning. Attention to detail and clean and just magical. Great service too. Absolutely will be back!

What an incredible breakfast/lunch spot. The coffee and food is some of the best we had in Pescadero/Todos Santos. Do not miss out on their homemade salsa macha. Put it on everything!

I'd give breakfast/lunch at Palmar 6 stars if I could. I heard for a while they were experimenting with doing lunch+dinner rather than breakfast+lunch and I'm sooo happy they're back to doing breakfast regularly. The owners are lovely people, putting care and quality into all food, and the leafy green outdoor eating area is a little oasis. El Pescadero is all about the gems found down dirt roads away from the highway and this is one of them!

Ambiance and decor were on point! It made me feel as if I were at home! Staff was friendly and promptly knew how to take care of our needs. They went above and beyond with their service.

I stayed in one night and I’m definitely coming back!

I highly recommend trying their salsa macha, which is made fresh every day.

Unique spot, you can’t miss it, stop by a coffee stay for the nicest meal in the area.

Same Same but Different Café

Super yummy spot for breakfast! I got the avocado toast and added egg. Nice atmosphere as well. It was more than I would usually spend on a brunch in with Canada though. But that’s just the reality or this area I guess.

The chunky monkey smoothie was delicious and I also had the chai which was the best chai I’ve had in Baja ! Coffee is also 10/10

Wonderful service, very good espresso, and decent food. The croque senior and tomato tart both had wonderful flavor combinations (Baba ghanoush and mustard on a tomato tarte!) However, the bread was soggy and tart crust was undercooked. They obviously care and put a lot of work into the coffee and the food. We will definitely come back for coffee and to try something else or perhaps these on a different day.

Starbucks Urban Center Juriquilla

One of the best locations set up for working remote. Cold air, comfortable seating and great service

This is my favourite place to work! There a lots of tables to work and chat. Staff is super nice. It's really crowded at times but definitely worth it.

My cafe latte doesn’t taste like coffee at all. Niether does my friend’s cafe frapuccino.
I’ll never come back to this branch.

Starbucks Ubika Juriquilla

lazy as hell. no will to at least look for the inventory. guessing bad managers attitude. if not failed to order product shortage, leading to corporate losing money.

They didn’t let me buy my coffee because I was with my dog , and I couldn’t leave my dog outside by himself , he denied me the service . I wants planning on staying I jus wanted my coffee to go , and their drive through service was out of service

It's OK. The Starbucks next to fresco and Sonora grill is much more to my liking. Drinks and service better as well as atmosphere. IMO

They try hard, although, the operating company in Mexico is just a hindrance. They need more staff, and with that staff they need to clean tables and seating any time someone leaves.
They NEED to keep the music at a reasonable volume for café!!! I have to ask them several times every week twice a week when I come in.
They need to come take our temperature more quickly, take our drink orders faster, keep an eye on the maximum capacity of customers.
The drive-in is extremely dangerous. If there is more than one car ordering, the second car is literally on the highway.
They never give napkins for drinks. You have to ask them. They say it's because some people just leave their napkins there, so they're wasted. But I've told them dozens of times that I want a napkin with all my orders and they NEVER remember.
The manager seems to be really competent, but I'm often amazed that others are incapable of working efficiently and prioritizing what tasks need to be attended when.
Part of that problem though, I imagine, is the safety problema that the druve-thru presents. They have to prioritize the drive thru so as to reduce the risk of accidents. But that leaves all those inside insufficiently attended to.

Mon Paris Coffee Shop & Bakery

I’d been wanting to stop in here and finally got the opportunity. It was so worth it. This place is so adorable. The food was great and we enjoyed sitting outside in the great weather. Ham& Brie croissant hit the spot. Definitely a place to catch up with girlfriends, as we did.

Pictures and reviews looked good. So I must assume I caught them on a really slow day. Pastry was stale and the coffee was underwhelming. The place looked quite nice inside though.

We’ve been twice and I just love the atmosphere and the food is delicious. I do think they need some additional help. The girl taking orders at the register, was also delivering food to tables. We got our pastries and ate them before getting our drinks which took almost 15 minutes to get. This won’t deter me from coming in because it’s really good. I just hope they change their setup a bit.

An excellent bakery, coffee shop, and French restaurant offering high quality beverages, baked goods, soups and sandwiches, Mon Paris is tucked away in a charming, but underutilized shopping center whose largest business appears to be Jason's Deli.

The atmosphere is cozy and bordering on intimate. In fact, I'd say it lends itself to couples more than any other group and does not feel like an ideal location for children.

Service is courteous, unintrusive, and relatively quick.

The pastries are a sure bet and our coffee beverages were outstanding.

We recommend the chai latte, iced mocha, pain au chocolat, and almond croissant.

The establishment plainly takes great pride in its cuisine and the "Best of" awards displayed in the restaurant lend proof to my opinion.

In the future, I hope I might sample their crêpes and quiche, but their menu offers plenty of other temptations.

Beware the Breadigators!

I had to look this cafe up so I could recommend it to a friend heading into the area and it made me think to write the review…

The wife, daughter and I were in town the first week in August and found this establishment. Our food and beverages were fantastic. When we went, though they were moderately busy, our order was ready quite quickly and the prices were fair. During our first visit, the cashier/hostess/server/…(maybe the owner too?) was very polite with an energetic and outgoing personality that helped make the visit enjoyable.

Even though there was a sign on the door indicating they were short staffed, it was not noticeable in exceptional level of service we received. The overall experience was very positive and we were able to squeeze in a second visit before we left town.

Starbucks Uptown Juriquilla

It's generally as good as the other Starbucks, with the exception of how one of the employees behaved towards me and my girlfriend during our visit.

Nice and big Starbucks.
Lots of parking and shopping possibilities around.
For those who need it...it has a smoking area (with roof and walls).

The place is good but very small. The external area isn't clear. But is good. I recommend the "Frapuccino Berry"

As with nearly all Starbucks throughout Mexico, the furniture is a disaster, all torn up and damaged - yet though they earn millions and millions, they never invest a penny in remodeling. This particular property is particularly awful, sadly. Some nice employees despite the crazy hectic environs

I asked for two hot beverages but was told the cup sleeves were counted and I could only get one. 🤦‍♀️

Crowded but quick service. Small venue for a large mall.

McDonald's

$17 for two burritos a hashbrown and small OJ. This McD, and the ppl running it see clearly on drugs.

The food came out pretty quickly and was hot and fresh. My biggest complaint would be the prices. I know it's a service area, but $18 for a medium 2 cheeseburger meal is ridiculous.

Charging 16 dollars for a fish sandwich with half a slice of cheese?! How cheap do you have to be to over charge so much and yet give so little. McDonald's needs to be burned out of the American economy. They have no justification to exist as a business or as a restaurant in the American landscape.

$70 for a meal for four when it should have been $40 elsewhere.

The staff is extremely rude. Unbelievable. Avoid at all cost.

$18 for a breakfast meal is ridiculous especially coming from McDonald’s which I used to associate with a cheap meal. Service was quick and food was fine but I won’t be stopping at another location with these prices

I have gone to this McDonald’s almost every day for months. Today I ordered dinner in the app and somehow it wasn’t showing in the store. I showed them a receipt from the app and even the transaction in my bank account but they wouldn’t serve me. I will never go to this location again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The dinner crew is atrocious.

It's a good location with kind service, but you might need to remind them to put sauce in the bag. It's a frequent, yet minor error. Enjoy the ice cream. Yep, the machine works :)

The very worst McDonalds EVER!!! Been in line for 10min just to give my order. I should have driven to the McDonalds on Post Rd in Fairfield, I would have gotten my food faster. This location does not provide FAST FOOD service.

I was first in line at the drive thru and they made wait 10 minutes just to place an order. Terrible

What differentiates one Starbucks from another is service. This location has very rude staff, so you're better off just going to a different location.

Overall nice, it only lacked In certain things, I requested several sandwiches but they were out of stock.

Service is fast and good, and it has a lot of places to sit either inside or outside

Good coffee, good service and service just outdoors, be prepared!! all protocols are followed.

Price a bit high, one can seat there long enough and that's good
