I never write bad reviews bc I hate bashing local businesses. But when I first got there I at down and realized that her clients hair was just being started. So I waited probably 40min. Didn’t say anything. The stylist just seemed very upset/nervous and kept making comments. At the end of her drying my hair the receptionist came up to my stylist to tell her that her next client just cancelled. Meaning now, she wasn’t in a rush to end doing my hair. She finished  and asked how I like it. It was horrible. Roots wet. Top not smoothed over. Bangs not even styled going to the same direction. When I told her it was still wet she tried to blow dry them for a few seconds. But they were still wet… I asked her for curls. Got no curls. A service like this is something I SELDOMLY treat myself to and it’s really sad that I felt worse walking out of the salon than I did walking in….

I am in town for a wedding, and Blo Blow Dry Bar was my savior for hair and make up! The front desk was helpful when I called for reservations (they open a month in advanced). Nancy did my hair and Brenda did my make up. Both ladies were extremely kind and helped me feel beautiful. It was so nice not having to worry about added stress that attending weddings can cause! I feel confident and elegant with my look. Highly recommend their services.

I went to Blo to get my hair done for a wedding I was attending. My stylist wasn’t feeling well and unfortunately had to take a break soon after I sat down. I was then helped by the receptionist Nancy who did an AMAZING job on my curls. They stayed until the next day! At first I was a little worried about how my appointment would go but Nancy eased my mind with her expertise and friendly attitude. Olivia finished up my hair with a gorgeous updo. I am very impressed with how the salon handled a situation that was out of their control and would highly recommend their services.

Every stylist is amazing! I've had strangers complement me when I walk out of the salon. If I need a last-minute blo out, I can always get an appointment.  Sundays too!

This place is Amazing!! Vanessa is THE best!! She was so sweet, patient and kind! I did my very first Brazilian and Underarm wax and I can’t believe I waited to do it this long! Love this little spot. Been getting waxed for 30 years. Clean, great price and Janelle is prompt and an expert at her craft. Minimal pain (bikini) because she knows what she's doing. Highly recommend.

I have been getting waxed here for a long time and I will not go to any other place! The space is very clean, and all of their treatments are at a reasonable price point. I highly recommend booking with Princess-she is my favorite!!

I was SO nervous for my first ever wax, but Sierra was the most amazing tech I could’ve asked for. She made me feel so comfortable and treated me with a level of customer service that really raised the bar. More than a little raise, she picked up that bar and threw it 20ft in the air. If you are nervous AT ALL to get waxed, come here!

I am a Latina and in my 30's and have always heard horror stories about bikini/Brazilian waxing and have been terrified to have it done on myself... until I went to Radiant Waxing and experienced it first hand. It's really not that bad at all, especially if you book your appointment with Estephanie! She is an absolute gem, kept checking on how I was doing throughout the entire appointment, kept up conversation intrigued, and answered every question I had thoroughly along the way. I learned so much about the skin care down there in just the 30 minutes I was there. It went by pretty fast and smoothly, and I already booked my next appointment. I have gotten 2 Brazilian Wax, and let me tell you I love it! My both time was with Mariana she is great I love how she's super friendly kind and made me feel super comfortable. When we talk is like, I've been knowing her for years. I really recommend her.

Drybar - Walnut Creek

No one ever answers the phone at this place. After calling multiple times and not getting a call back, I finally was able to make an appointment online. I got the confirmation email that the appointment was set and then, right before I was about to leave for the appointment I received an automatic email canceling my appointment. Actually thanking me for canceling it "rather than standing them up" is what it said. I certainly didn't cancel it. They didn't even call to let me know why they had canceled it. Customer service at this place is horrendous. Avoid it.

I loved it! My hair is heavy so we opted for a braided updo and it stayed in place from 1:45p until I took it out myself around 12:30a. I'd definitely go back again!

Today I went for dry setting ..from my last 4 services I always feel here so welcomed and love to go there always for hair styling .But unfortunately I had worst service today my appointment was at 11:45 I went late there by 5 mins also I called and informed them I am running late as soon as I entered I checked in they asked me to wait so I went ahead and sit ….I waited till 12.10 that they will come and take me for the hair styling but none of them come to me however I saw 2-3 girls in the billing counter were gossiping but they didn’t bother to ask me  when I went to her and ask how long is the waiting they said surprisingly did you check in ? I was like what ???? Then one girl came and said yes she checked in .I felt so unwelcomed .Staff needs to do better job for customer satisfaction .

I had a great experience today. Maggie did an excellent job on my blowout .

This DryBar location has been pretty substandard compared to others I have been to. I arrived and checked in on time. After waiting half an hour after my appointment, I was still not seen and there was no estimate for when they would get to my hair. I asked the receptionist about the delay and she said other customers showed up late. I questioned why they were serviced because DryBar terms impose a $20 fee for being late. They said they had to "bend the rules" but the point of that rule is so other customers would not be inconvenienced. The receptionist confirmed I would not be charged if I cancelled and I went to a competitor local blow out bar who was able to squeeze me in right away. In terms of styling, it's okay if you get a good stylist and if you can actually get seen on time.

Radiant Waxing Morristown

This was my first visit as I don’t live in the area. Kelley did a great job with my eyebrows. She asked questions and I gave her a simple explanation of how I like them and she understood completely. It’s hard to have symmetric eyebrows and she did great!! I’m happy I didn’t have to over explain or tell her what to do. She was meticulous and also quick. Very friendly also. I’ll be returning for her.

Amazing experience all around! I was a first time client and called to book a same-day waxing appointment for a Brazilian, half-leg and underarm. Very friendly and professional staff both over the phone and in-person, and very reasonable pricing.
Melissa did my waxing and she is PHENOMENAL. She was very gentle, quick, and a wonderful conversationalist. She made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time. I also received a first time client discount. I will definitely be going back to see her!

I have been a customer at European Wax Center for many years. I decided to try out Radiant Waxing one day when I was walking around town. I literally always dread getting a Brazilian where I have to psych myself up to get it. Radiant Waxing was such a different experience. They have personal cleansing cloths for you before your service. They give you privacy to change before your service and to drape yourself before the water comes in. Michele was so great! This was my first time getting a Brazilian with soft wax. She explained the whole process to me. It actually hurt less and she made me so comfortable through the whole process. And I even some some extra hair on my inner thigh which she offered to take off! Very happy I tried here and will be a returning customer for sure!

This was my first experience at Radiant Waxing & I had a Brazilian done with Kelley. She was amazing, I felt very comfortable & I was in and out on time. Will definitely be back!

The Hairports Wash and Blow Dry Bar

Jennifer did both my makeup and hair for my engagement photos in May. I was extremely happy with both and will definitely be back next time I have an event.

This salon is joy to visit!  They are very attentive to your every need, and the place is set up so cute.  They made my hair amazing (looking, feeling, & smelling!), and 4 days later it is still looking great!  I love Hairports and will definitely be returning.

I have been going to Jennifer at the Hairports for more than 5 years now (even while at their previous location), I have long and thick hair and Jennifer has got blowing it out down to a science. She is very welcoming and always makes sure I am comfortable. This place and her service are a must try for everyone especially mothers :-) Look forward to more appointments.

New favorite salon. Such friendly staff and cute decor. Allie did my hair and I'm still getting compliments 4 days later. They're adding more services to their menu that I look forward to getting.

I had a great experience at Hairports and would certainly go back. I've already been there several times; from getting my hair styled, to getting my make up done. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have many different styles to choose from! I highly recommend Hairports!!

Radiant Waxing Camden Park

Relaxing ambiance and clean salon, Teresa is amazing I was nervous going in for my first Brazilian ever, but she made me very comfortable right away. She was professional, reassured me, talked me through the entire process, and kept me calm. My results were astonishing, I booked my buy one get one free 2nd appointment right after and came back 4 weeks later for a free wax. When I missed my 2nd appointment because I was sick Teresa was very understanding and rescheduled my appointment for later on in the week. I love this location, but I am moving soon and there will be a  Radiant Wax salon there so I won’t be coming back to this location. I just wanted to leave a review so everyone can book an appointment here with Teresa!!

I absolutely love my girl, Leticia. She is kind & non-judgmental. Plus, the place is always spotless! And I enjoy how quick the process is.

Michelle takes care of me. I used to go to another wax place and the pain during and after the service was just horrific. I was helped by another lady once and she was very gentle as well. I heard radiant wax trains their employee before they get to have clients, kuddos to that! Love this place!

The whole staff is great! Facilities are very clean and bright but the star of the show is Michelle! She is hands down the absolute best! She is always on time, super friendly, very professional, and meticulous! She makes for a quick and comfortable session. 20/10 recommend :)

Glowout Blow Dry Bar

Have not been in a while - sometimes I call for an appointment and no one picks up. Prices went up this year. Stylists can be hit or miss, but I really liked Emily, she knew just what I wanted. Everyone is really nice and there are only a few chairs, it's an intimate vibe. 5 stars for Emily, 3 stars because of the price increase!

Rip off. I paid $51 for a blow out and it came out just okay. Came with my hair wet and washed already. I was told that since my hair was wet they had to charge me this price as opposed to the $35 appt I had booked. It’s not like they washed my hair for me beforehand and I got the full experience. I had two other pleasant experiences before this encounter but it all left a bad taste in my mouth so I will not be returning. If they’re charging $51 for an okay blowout without even washing my hair I’m sure my money is not needed here.

I cannot believe the service at this location. I never write bad reviews but I just had to for the service I received. My normal stylist was booked and I was unable to get a cut and blowout from her so I stopped at this location. For starters a wash, cut, and blowout took 20 minutes. There is no way to do a good and thorough job in that short of time. The stylist went so fast and was doing very large pieces instead of taking her time it felt like she was rushing. I attached photos of my hair and the last one is my usual stylist. You can see a vast difference my normal stylist takes 40 minutes and uses the same technique wash, blow dry straight then go over with a straightener. Why such an obvious difference? Will never come back. My hair was so frizzy and I will definitely be getting it redone once she is available.

walked in on my birthday was spoken to rudely they explained they had no time for a hair wash which is fair I just didn’t expect to be spoken to that way so curtly and like they didn’t have time for me. I’ve never had this experience with other stylists. there’s just a way to better way to communicate that. Canceled both of my appointments

Bri and her entire staff were so amazing and attentive to our entire party of 6! They did an amazing job on our hair and makeup. Bri did my little girl's hair and was just absolutely the sweetest with her and took her time with making sure her hair looked perfect!

Radiant Waxing Florham Park

I just had my first appointment at Radiant Waxing with Sam. She is very friendly & works efficiently. I got an eyebrow and upper lip wax, & I am very pleased with the results. The salon is also very clean & the waxing was painless & caused no irritation to my very sensitive skin. 10/10 would recommend Radiant Waxing and Sam as your waxer!

I'm from MS and was in NJ working. I needed a wax and Googled brazilian wax near me. Radiant waxing popped up and I read great reviews about Sam. I booked my appointment and got Sam. Sam did an excellent job and was quick and very talkative during the whole process. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely return. I highly recommend Sam.

The service was ok. I was late few minutes to my appointment as there was an accident on my which was unexpected. As soon as I enter and mention my name, the person at the front desk says please call if you get late next time. I didn’t quite like the way I was received.  Adding to that they didn’t even give a change of dress to get the service(half legs and full hands) done as I was skeptical that the wax may fall or stick to my clothes.
I booked the appointment with the promotion on FB and Insta that first service is 50% off and after the service they say that it is 50% off on only the higher service on waxing and the second service is full price. It is no where mentioned in the promotion or on the banners in the center that it is only one service off.
Lastly, I want to mention that the lady who was doing the service did fine, but could have been better when they are charging so much!
Overall disappointing experience.

Great experience overall! Friendly staff and my amazing waxer Sam was great! She has quick hands and made my Brazilian nearly painless with amazing results. After going to European Wax Center and wanting to try something new. I decided to try soft wax at Radiant waxing. I’m sold! I’m making the switch! All around a great experience!
