Parted my hair in the middle when I asked for a side part. Rushed the end because she ran out of time. All of my extensions were showing in the back!! She took the top of my hair and brushed it back to cover the extensions that were showing so it was alike a 60s poof :( she didn’t even use all Of my extensions!  there was no time to fix it as they were booked. This is sad experience

Kimberly was the most incredibly gentle stylist I have ever been to. She did a great job with the styling and listened to exactly what I wanted and needed for an amazing night at the Pink concert. The entire staff were amazing and friendly. Highly highly recommend!!

Hands down the worst blowout I've ever received. Was called in early but ended up waiting until my original appointment time anyway. Then had two different people alternating working on my hair because they were in a rush. Ended up with two different styles on each side of my head. When I called they stated I could come back the next day for a new blowout (by this point it was already 6pm), but would have to pay. Then received an email from their client relations manager who I asked for my credit back. Never received a response.

I love it here- everyone is kind and friendly. Asia has been the best blowout stylist I have been to! And as a bonus, they are often able to accommodate last minute appointments.

The service was amazing!!My stylist name was Kimberly and she was the best!! My hair has never looked better..definitely will be coming back🤩dry bar🔛🔝

Nailed the updo I was looking for quickly with only 2 inspiration pics and her artistic authority (which I gave her) was SPOT ON!… had many people ask “who did your hair?”..will definitely return!

Emma and Debbie were so accommodating with our large group and all the changes and permutations we had between the first time I booked the appointments to the day of! They were incredibly patient and understanding.

While I was not at the appointment, my cousins and aunts gushed about how beautiful the salon was and how the stylists were fun, kind, and talented. They were so impressed by how quick and affordable the services were! They loved the experience and looked great at the wedding!

I’m so grateful you made this special event even more special for them. Will definitely recommend you to anyone in town and will have to stop by and treat myself to a blowout sometime! Thank you so much for all your hard work and lovely customer service!

I had Anna.   She was friendly.   She did a great job and she moved quickly.    I also had my clip-in extensions added and she made sure they blended so well and lightly curled them to my liking!  I'll def be back! I forgot to get a better pic.

Drybar - Charlotte in SouthPark

I’ve gone to other drybar locations before and have been 100% pleased, and I didn’t want to write a bad review but I am super super annoyed.

The only reason I came was for volume I can’t do at home, I stressed that 10x, volume volume volume. She didn’t even touch my roots. I could’ve done this at home & better, for free.

I’m just thankful I padded my schedule today so I have time to go home & redo it before my event tonight.

Drybar, yes. SouthPark Drybar, no.

My hair looked like a bad joke when I left this place. I had to go home to rewash and style myself. I asked for my money back but that was declined. I really couldn’t believe how bad it was!!!!

Third time wasn't the charm. I used DryBar - Southpark twice before (and got the Mai Tai) and was extremely pleased. I decided to go a third time for a Mai Tai blowout because I had an event that evening. My appointment was at 11 a.m. and by 12 p.m., my hair was frizzy and straight and the blowout was gone. When I got home, I noticed my stylist never even did the back of my hair. When she was shampooing, she was speaking to her friend about wanting to leave early, so I think she was rushing. I was the last one to sit down and the first one to leave. When I looked in the mirror before I left, I liked what I saw (there were two big curls in the front so the illusion of the blowout was there), but then it instantly just fell apart. It was not worth the $55 + 20% tip at all. I've already had to restyle it 1.5 hours later. A huge bummer...I was so looking forward to being pretty tonight, but it won't be the case.

My other two experiences were wonderful - stylist was nice and hair was beautiful. But when you're spending almost $65 - I want all the times to be perfect.

TLDR: Poor job, especially with thick hair, staff turnover is very high and little to no management.
I didn’t want to write this review, but after multiple times reaching out to try to resolve my issue with a manager, it seems this is my only recourse. I visited on April 28th to get a blowout before going on a trip. In the booking notes, I wrote that I have fairly thick hair and requested an experienced stylist. I even let them know at booking that I would be requesting round brush curls, one of the styles on their ‘menu’ (The Southern Comfort). The stylist I was assigned struggled throughout the whole process. She pulled my hair repeatedly during the shampoo and kept fumbling and dropping the round brush during the blowout. She just seemed very inexperienced at what she was doing. After almost an HOUR AND A HALF, she was ‘done’. My hair was only slightly curled at the bottom, very frizzy and with a ton of weird lumps- even crease marks from the clips she used for the Velcro rollers. As I walked to my car, I (tried) to run my hands through my hair and was horrified to find DAMP SPOTS throughout the middle and bottom of my hair near the scalp. By the time I left, they were already closed for the evening. I filled out the survey they email afterwards explaining the experience, which usually prompts an email from a manager, but I still have heard nothing. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager and the girl took a message- and no one has ever gotten back to me. Don’t waste your time or money here. DryBar does not seem to be able to provide the service and experience they used to- I have been a ‘barfly’ member for years, but will be cancelling to find somewhere else.

I’m a barfly member and really enjoy getting my blowouts at Drybar SP. I see Kaci most often and she does an amazing job executing my styling. I also love seeing Sarah Lee and Jade, as they are excellent as well. Always have a wonderful experience and I look forward to my weekly appointments!

Terrible service, terrible company, if you want to waste your money, this is the right place
They promise you many things but in the end they come up with others, a thousand excuses to not serve you and lose your guarantee.
If you have a package that they force you to buy, they will not let you leave the room until you say yes and then you want to cancel.
Attention to disgusting and arrogant clients
They do not respect the packages already paid because according to them we do not attend the appointments

My wife contract and very bad experiences.
Non-existent customer service, staff trained to evade claims (they never solve anything for you). They cancel appointments at the last minute and destroy your schedule for the day, if you happen to be a few minutes late they cancel you.
My wife is canceled at home for a while for different reasons, that the machines don't work, etc. And also liquidated service. On the contrary, they owe him assignments.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a business in my life. There is no customer service. They charged me twice for an area, a mistake from the lady who insisted on buying it and with pure and long lies they have had me for months looking for my refund. When I dial the call center they say that I have my balance paid in full and they don't see that I have anything extra, the same in the application. They say that they are going to help you and both in the call center and those who work there give up and keep you in stress for months. They are not fair and have ZERO ETHICS AND VALUES AS A COMPANY. THEY ARE A REAL DISGUST

I paid the advance but decided not to go, to date they are still trying to charge me the remainder of a package without my authorization, it appears in my bank application but I always reject it.

I see that as a theft

Molly made my first and subsequent visits so pleasant!! I had my first Brazilian with her and she is efficient and easy to talk to taking your mind off any “spicy” moments! She is so good I have only booked with her!
The spa itself is clean and inviting! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for awesome services at reasonable prices!

After being a long time client at another waxing place I decided to try somewhere new. I booked with Camila at Radiant Wax and I will now be a returning client of hers. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Immediately I felt like we were friends just chit chatting away through my entire appointment, nothing makes you more comfortable than that. The whole facility was extremely clean and the front desk staff was also very inviting and friendly. I will be recommending this place to everyone! Thank you for a great experience.

Molly is very thorough and did an awesome job with my waxing. It was relatively pain free as far as waxing goes. Molly is kind and made me feel comfortable during the process. The other ladies that work there are also kind. The facility is clean and has a relaxing vibe. The prices are high, however you get what you pay for. Right now the first service is half off.

Swan is amazing. I have been going to get Brazilian for a while now. She is very sweet and will make you feel very comfortable. No awkwardness at all! She is the reason why i drive for an hour just to get waxed by her. Highly recommend booking your appointment with swan. Will definitely not regret it.

I saw Morgan and had an excellent experience. There was very minimal pain (a little though, as it was a WAX lol). Morgan treated my skin with care and was very informative about the process and next steps. She also made me feel very comfortable.  I will absolutely visit Radiant again and will be requesting Morgan! 😊

By far one of the best eyebrow waxing experiences I’ve had. The time taken to ensure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the outcome was a welcomed change to some previous experiences. I look forward to future visits and trying some of their other waxing services. The friendliness and service knowledge of the staff was excellent.

I came to this place to get my hair done a certain  way and it came out orange yellow awful 5 different  colors,  my daughter had what we thought highlights NOT our hair looks like it wasn't even brushed  or styled. The place was highly  recommended, but I'm proof that this person  didn't  know what she was doing will never go there again and will let others know not to go

First off Karen Chavira is THE Color Goddess. Then there is the amazing environment-- this is the happiest, most open salon around. There is just something that makes everything here feel better.
I've also heard there may be an esthetician here soon, do I'm super excited for that addition.

I have been coming here for hair and nails for years ,Karen Daniels is my hairstylist & Monica Rodriguez nail specialis. Both are artists in their fields! I am now fortunate enough to be a stylist here now myself, formally from Elaine's Salon at the Travel Center of America, so yes there is parking, if you bobtail it boys.
