I made my first appt with Lucy based on other reviews here and they were not wrong!!! She’s so friendly and personable and knows her stuff. I first came to her for my eyebrows and she made me feel so comfortable that I started having her do my armpits as well. Everyone I’ve interested with at the salon is super friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I've never had a bad experience here and I've come here since it was the Lunchbox. I've had several different techs and they've all been great.

Lucie is excellent! I highly recommend her. She has the ability to put you at ease and make you feel very comfortable. My eyebrows were excellent and Brazilian was spot on. Thank you Radiant wax for having such a great manager, Lucie as an esthetician. Very satisfied with all services from the moment I walked in the door!

I called first thing in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. They even had a good drink selection that they offered before I got started.

My hair feels soft and ready for the weekend. Great value for what you get! Perfect for a little me time!

I would really rate 0 stars but there is no option for that. I called and made an appointment for myself and 3 of my friends to get treatments and blow outs. After 3 follow up clarification phone calls, I signed a contract for the services that were supposed to be rendered. When we arrived, the stylist said abruptly that they only had time for 2 treatments because they were “busy”.
Meanwhile, the one stylist left early and only one other customer came in during our time there. When I questioned the manager she told me I was wrong. She told me that I only scheduled  two treatments and two regular blowouts for my party. Then I produced the signed contract that clearly supported my side of the argument. The manager then proceeded to charge one of my friends for a service she never received. I never received a sincere apology. This place is poorly run and I have had better customer service at McDonalds.

I have never hated the way my hair looks more. I would have looked better not styling it at all. My hair looks nothing like the cosmo-tai. I also have bangs that I told the woman about, and they were not styled whatsoever. I’m very disappointed, dissatisfied, and all around just upset with my experience. I don’t even know who did my hair because she did not tell me her name. It was awkward and we did not talk much. I will never go back, and would recommend just doing your own hair.

Second time here and it was not great. I asked for tight curls because my hair doesnt hold a curl. First visit they did that... I got curly sue style and it held for 3 days. This time i told her the same thing and she was like well it would look better if I do this style when it falls. Well she used as much product as she wanted and this is what my hair looks like less than 24 since my appointment.

Doesnt even look curled. Why would I go there if the stylist don’t listen to someone?

I love dry bar! Their mai tai style is my favorite and if you come to this location you have to go see Ginger! She is the absolute best with hair!

The Body Bar

My friend and I came in for our birthday celebration and did the royal treatment. Which included a body treatment scrub,facial and massage.
Kristi S did my facial and scrub. She was an absolute delight. I really enjoyed our conversations and she was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a body scrub my face felt so amazing after the facial. If my experience ended there I would have left such a happy customer. Highly recommend Kristi.

As for the massage it was the complete opposite experience. Ali did my massage. And it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. She seemed angry like she didn’t even want to be there just to start. And massage felt abrupt. Jarring. And at points painful. I asked for an all over relaxing massage. And said I had a little lower back pain. It was just an aggressive massage. My body was being shaken all over the table, multiple times she dug her knuckles over the tops of my feet and hands on the bones. On my shoulder and back it was the same thing lots of knuckles repetitively dug in the same spot to the point I should have asked her to stop but thought there’s no what this can go any longer. Even the way she entered the massage was abrupt.
Honestly I felt stuck in a sense of fight or flight not sure what was coming next the whole time.
When it was over and I went out of the room she was no where in sight so I got myself some water and when she came back she was to busy carrying bedding and flipping the bed. Like she couldn’t be rid of me faster.
I like a deep tissue massage. And this was not that even if I had asked for that. My low back felt bruised the next few days and felt worse than I went in.

Great experience, went for a couples massage. All the staff was very nice. Everything was very clean and comfortable so excited to go back 😁

Kristie and Jason are the best! The front desk staff are also wonderful! I always look forward to my appointments!

Nice place, but the workers made me feel really judged. The one girl kept on giggling and snickering while pointing towards me and the others were giving me funny looks. The building is nice and comfortable but I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. I’m still giving it 2 stars because my spray tan did come out nicely.

I have always left feeling great! The atmosphere is fresh and calm! Very comfortable chairs and amazing shampoo station with pillows that cradle your head while you get hair washed and scalp massaged! I always feel I am being listened to and staff is focused on making sure you leave happy! Stylists are pleasant and talented and offer a great range of treatments and techniques!

Cynthia was extremely professional!   Most enjoyable hair cut I have ever had.   She was so gentle that I almost fell asleep!  Great hair cut too!

They did amazing on my hair! And the vibes? Immaculate. Jett was my stylist and he was so much fun, listen to exactly what I wanted, and explained what was going on along the way. I got a color correction, copper to blonde. My other stylist told me it wasn’t possible, but they made it happen!
If you want a fun, friendly environment with skilled stylists, this is the place to go.

I’ve gone on two separate occasions to get my nails done and my hair done for a formal event. The day of my formal event, I came in asking for a simple updo. It was so overpriced and looked awful! My friend and I had to fix it before the event. Curls and the volume at the crown were terribly uneven! My gelx nails didn’t even last 4 days. Both visits, staff seemed uninterested and inconvenienced by customers. They even spoke ill of other stylists in front of me. This salon is one of the worst in the area.

Love the Beauty bar!!! Go to Lauren if you want to achieve the perfect blonde. She perfected the vision I came with and made me the perfect blonde shade I was dreaming of. Even with bleaching my hair, there was 0 breakage and it felt healthier than ever!! I do not even live in West Virginia anymore, and I am making the 6 hr trip just for her to do my hair!!! She is an efficient hair stylist and so sweet. Truly looking forward to my next session coming up with Lauren.

I went there my experience was ok, I got a blowout and my hair curled. the women who first did my hair left the roots of my hair wet and my whole backside of my hair straight and only the first front pieces curled. Another women redid my hair and I was happy, although it did fall flat three hours later. Everyone their is very sweet though and nice.

Nathalie has been doing my facials for several months now and she is the absolute best! She truly cares about the clients needs and wants, she is passionate about what she does and it shows in her knowledge and ambition. Not to mention she is always smiling and an all around pleasant person! Recently I had my eyelashes tinted and my brows laminated, both look incredible, I highly recommend Nathalie for all your anesthetists needs!

I love this salon! Its clean and decorated really nice! This is only the 2nd time I've been here. And this is the 2nd time I've ever gotten my hair done. They did so good the first time,7 years ago, I didn't want to try anywhere else,and I'm so happy with my decision! My hair again turned out really nice. The girls are all very knowledgeable about what they're doing and do amazing work! My mother in law went today to get her done and she looks amazing!! You can also get your eyebrows done here and eyelashes. Definitely 5☆

I would recommend this salon to anyone. Me and my daughter go here and love the way our hair comes out. We have had Savannah, stephanie, Chelsea , and jenna. They are all amazing talented nice women. They are very kind and professional.

Generally when you treat a client you help them find solutions to the problems that arise during the service.

In my experience, this establishment is one of those that will tell you lies to deceive you and lead you to very high prices. Where they will not provide you with the expected service.

Once paid, you will have to get tangled up in rules that will start to make you senseless. Hours without tolerance, reservations with long waiting times, and where you will have to do everything through a phone call service.

If you want to avoid problems and receive the service you are paying for, consider very seriously that any other place will give you much more things for the same price.

Honestly, it is the worst place to have a laser, the branches do not have a fixed number so you cannot communicate, you can only communicate through the app and they take hours to answer and never solve the problems and sometimes they do not even pull their application! Besides, it's been 2 years and 3 months and they haven't been able to discharge me! Terrible service

I do not recommend it, the only thing they do is steal your money, I never notice changes and in reality it does not work with each session you attend, they tell you that they got a “coupon” for more areas at an affordable price and they get very insistent and do not know how to take a “NO” as an answer

Blo Blow Dry Bar

I needed to travel for work for a couple days and decided I’d try a blow out so I didn’t have to contend with my hair while trying to represent my company. It ended up working out perfectly!

Breona washed and styled my hair perfectly in way less time than I thought it would take, and it stayed looking good for my work conference. Would definitely do this again both for special occasions and also just for when my hair needs a treat. 😁

The staff was very accommodating to work with me on unique timeslots for my daugher and my blow out for family pictures which I truly appreciated. Lisa and Olga were rockstars- got us in and out with time to spare for pictures, Lisa made my hair look amazing and Olga is a makeup magician (as well as curling my 4year old's hair and making her feel like a princess!) My daughter still talks about her visit and how pretty she felt - thank you all for making us feel beautiful, we will be back!

Hayley at Blo Blow Dry Bar was absolutely fantastic! She made sure my curls would fall at the perfect time in the day so they turned out perfect for my photos I had planned. My make up was AMAZING and lasted all day long into the night. I got my make up done by 12 pm and it was still on and beautiful at 10 PM. She made me feel comfortable and was able to customize any styles or choices I wanted. Highly recommend them and Hayley!

This was the best blow-out I’ve ever had. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would! Shawny at Blo Lake Norman was a total wizard with my thick, coarse, curly hair! I can’t wait to go back!

Cherry Blow Dry Bar - Fort Mill

I was heading on vacation and decided to book a blowout for easier hair management on my trip.
I always get nervous when trying out a new hair salon because not everyone knows how to handle mixed curly hair but I took my chances and it worked out great.

I was paired with Santana for a appointment last Friday and she did an amazing job!

Scheduling was easy. You can go online to see openings or you can call in. I opted to call in to make sure they were familiar with my hair texture and was assured this would be no issue.

Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a beverage.

The salon is nice and my appointment took just about an hour.

My hair turned out silky smooth and super cute.

Great experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Santana did an excellent job with my highlights.  She was very professional and acknowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions to compliment my features with my new color and style.  I look forward to going back.  Thank you for giving me the best experience.  I was nervous because I had done my hair for years and it was nice to be pampered.

I went for the first time this week for a cut. I didn't notice it then, but at home I noticed my hair was not evenly cut. There are some pieces of hair longer than the other ones.

Kaylin was amazing. She is passionate about her job as a stylist and it shows. My daughter and granddaughter were so thrilled with their color and style so I had to schedule an appointment with her. She did not disappoint. I will definitely become a “repeat” client 😊

was able to get in a same day appointment for a haircut, my stylist had to have been the KINDEST person iv ever met. was welcomed into the salon and took a seat for a few minutes before my appointment. was offered drinks and asked how my day was going. my stylist was great at starting conversation and took amazing care of me. my haircut turned out perfect and the products she used on my hair made it look and feel so unbelievely soft and clean, got lots of compliments at work today. the managers customer service is also a 10/10. cherry blow dry bar couldnt have a better staff :) thank you all!! will definately be getting a membership here just to see these lovely ladies more often!

Blow Out! Beauty and Dry Bar

Sadly not what I was expecting for a blowout. Went in for a blowout specifying wanting body at the root and soft curls. The shampoo was wimpy at best. Double shampoo but hardly touched my scalp. Minimal application of products. Not worked into the hair at all, and zero at the root for volume. Blow dry was done and the wet towel was still on my shoulders, dampening the back of my naturally wavy hair. The front still wasn’t dried all the way. I had to specify four times that my hair was still damp in spots. Curling seemed good, but I was turned away from the mirror the whole time so I didn’t realize how flat it was until she was done. There were literally multiple times during this experience that I wanted to just get up and leave. I tried to fix it at home but overall left me really disappointed right before my only holiday party of the year. Two stars are because she started and ended on time and was quite sweet.

For the owner: This is a training issue. The right intent was definitely there, but as if it was her first day doing blowouts. I hate to leave reviews like this and don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. But if I can save someone else from having the same experience then it is worth it.

I love this place! We have come here several times for special occasion hair styling and they always do a phenomenal job! All three hair stylists have been wonderful and my daughter and I are always happy we came here.

This is my absolute favorite salon!! I travel for work and came across this gem when searching for a blowout bar in the area. I have long extensions and I'm very picky with the blowout process. The staff including Courtney and Robbie DID NOT disappoint. They welcomed me with open arms, beautiful smiles and wonderful blowouts EVERY single time I visited them. The careful attention to detail and what I asked for was always perfection. The salon is absolutely beautiful with big comfy chairs and a very clean environment. My hair always looked perfect at the end of my appointment and the blowout lasted me a week each time!  I've been using this salon every time I'm in the area for past two years and never had a bad experience. Their pricing is very reasonable as well.

Secondly, I recently got a brow lamination by Caroline. She is amazing!  She explained the whole process while doing it and answered all my questions. My brows looked amazing afterwards. Caroline is one of the sweetest souls I've ever met. She even remembered to message me and check on me following an important medical procedure I had told her I was having. That was extra special to me. I look forward every time I'm in the area to the pampering I receive at this great salon!

Wanted to get a set of lashes put on for a photoshoot. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and do it same day. The lashes were great and for $16, it was totally worth it.  Highly recommend !

The absolute BEST!! Very professional and the ambiance is so upscale!
I had to cancel with my original stylist of 8 years due to last minute change of plans and they were able to accommodate me the very next day! I was so satisfied with the results. Jasmine is the best and very knowledgeable about the products she use. I’ll definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend:)
