I called first thing in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. They even had a good drink selection that they offered before I got started. My hair feels soft and ready for the weekend. Great value for what you get! Perfect for a little me time!

I would really rate 0 stars but there is no option for that. I called and made an appointment for myself and 3 of my friends to get treatments and blow outs. After 3 follow up clarification phone calls, I signed a contract for the services that were supposed to be rendered. When we arrived, the stylist said abruptly that they only had time for 2 treatments because they were “busy”. Meanwhile, the one stylist left early and only one other customer came in during our time there. When I questioned the manager she told me I was wrong. She told me that I only scheduled two treatments and two regular blowouts for my party. Then I produced the signed contract that clearly supported my side of the argument. The manager then proceeded to charge one of my friends for a service she never received. I never received a sincere apology. This place is poorly run and I have had better customer service at McDonalds.

I have never hated the way my hair looks more. I would have looked better not styling it at all. My hair looks nothing like the cosmo-tai. I also have bangs that I told the woman about, and they were not styled whatsoever. I’m very disappointed, dissatisfied, and all around just upset with my experience. I don’t even know who did my hair because she did not tell me her name. It was awkward and we did not talk much. I will never go back, and would recommend just doing your own hair.

Second time here and it was not great. I asked for tight curls because my hair doesnt hold a curl. First visit they did that... I got curly sue style and it held for 3 days. This time i told her the same thing and she was like well it would look better if I do this style when it falls. Well she used as much product as she wanted and this is what my hair looks like less than 24 since my appointment. Doesnt even look curled. Why would I go there if the stylist don’t listen to someone?

I love dry bar! Their mai tai style is my favorite and if you come to this location you have to go see Ginger! She is the absolute best with hair!
