No randoms bothered me n shawty who work there was chill. She answered my questions when I called ahead. The negative reviews sound like personal errors or system issues n ppl just mad.

This gas station has the pumps where you can't mute the commercials. I don't want to hear your same 3 commercials over and over while I'm pumping my gas.

Gas costs more than other local stations, there are tv adds at the pump, and Shell is buying oil from Russia

11:30pm this gas station is not open and the pumps are off.

Closes at 11 PM and the pumps are stopped at that point.

I bought this car and I loved it, they are the best sellers in Culiacán

The owners can be a little bit nicer. The lady owner is still nasty 🤧. If she looks at the percentage of customers are not from the same ethnicity as she is, we are her customer base. While the gas costs are conducive to the oil prices in our current economy, her customer service can be significantly better. The guys including the older gentleman are better and friendlier.

I paid a car wash at the pump didn’t get a receipt it saw it was printing it didn’t. I drove around and paid for the wash a the drive through. I notice on my credit card. I was charged at the pump. I owed $17.00 credit or refund.

Very kind staff and excellent customer service. They're closing for renovations and I can't wait to see the new and improved Shell!

You'll regret bringing your car for state inspection at this facility. Masqod Ahmad is dubious and fraudulent, your car will never pass because he always want to charge you for mechanic work. He'd fail even a certified car

A MUST READ!!!: If I could make a  star lower than one, I most definitely would. Giving business to this service center  was by far the worst inadequate,unfavorable and dreading experience I’ve had in my life. It started by taking my car there due a heat issue. They claimed they could fix it.I paid for a diagnostic test to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong with the heat as well. I paid for my services up front because they seem very knowledgeable about their work endeavors. A five hour job took three days and on top of that they called me  and said they did not fix my heat.They also told me while letting me know about the incomplete job that they had broken my radio and I “needed to go to my dealership” to get it fixed. Arriving there the staff as well as the owner “Max” seemed very unconcerned about my  car and the problems they additionally caused. The owner did not even know my radio was broke by the mechanic until I arrived and reiterated it. The “mechanic” Vernon specifically worked on my car by the way which there was no refund given. This is a dangerous place to go to if you value your money , time, and your vehicle. LESSON LEARNED!!!

Pump leaks gas and the attendants didn't care. Pump leaked from the top and got all over my car and kids. Avoid this place like the plague.

Bad customer service !! Be aware the service center will definitely  tell you they now what they doing and provide complete opposite . they  have no remorse if they  damage your car and give o refunds. Watch them and don’t pay until the work is completed! Be aware !!!!

Stopped twice at this place to get my check engine light diagnosed as well and air in my deflated Tire. The staff didn't even bother to talk to me and just went on about their business. I understand that there is a pandemic and folks are trying to be as safe as possible but for GOD's sake I was wearing a mask. I think I'll look somewhere else to get my car serviced. Definitely will not recommend

The attention from the Service Advisor was terrible, as if reluctantly. And they practically returned the car to me dirtier than how I delivered it. I leave test photos. When I made the observation to the advisor, he only told me that he would mention it to the customer service person. The car already leaves a lot to be desired in service and performance and with that type of attention it is clear that the customer is the one who is least interested.

They offer you taxi service when you leave your car in service, as a courtesy, but it is a distance from there to the women's hospital that you can even walk, for me that is not courtesy. Since the driver left me in the conquest precisely at the Guadalajara pharmacy being 4 km away and the driver told me that I had to pay for additional service and he was upset that I told him where the courtesy was.

Terrible service, I wrecked the car and they put a 2021 light on a 2018 car, now the quality and temperature of the headlights are completely different, it represents a safety and aesthetic problem, after so many long delays they do not want to take responsibility. The car has the 2021 light on all the time and the 2018 light off, as can be seen in the image.

I had a terrible experience, they did not detect a fault in my truck or they did not want to tell me so as not to make the warranty valid. The last service I went to at the agency cost me almost 6 thousand pesos, they told me it was due to the mileage of my car, so I accepted so as not to lose my warranty. At that moment I made the observation to the girl who assisted me (Karen S.) that my truck had run out of oil that she should please tell the technician to check it, when they delivered the truck to me (it is a 2016 Sportage) I They said that the oil had been thrown away because it was missing a gasket, which they had already installed. Confident, I continued driving in the car and in less than a month the truck showed me that it was missing oil again. I stopped at a workshop and asked the manager if he could help me check what was happening, he opened the hood and realized that I didn't have any oil, he recommended that I go to the agency because he realized that they had lied to me because the truck was burning oil. I WAS NOT DISPOSING IT AS THEY HAD TOLD ME. I sent the car by tow truck to the agency so that it could be inspected, at In the end they told me that yes, that the truck had an engine failure but that the warranty no longer applied because two of the services they had performed were out of time (WHICH THEY ALSO DO NOT TELL YOU AT THE MOMENT IN WHICH YOU ARE OVER TIME TO MAY YOU CONTINUE TAKING THE CAR TO THE AGENCY AND PAYING VERY EXPENSIVE SERVICES). In short, I do not recommend trusting what the technicians there say, if you detect any fault ask for a second opinion so that they do not see your face and if you miss a service due to time or mileage do not take your car to the agency because From that moment on you have lost your warranty.

The truth is that everything was bad, they did not give me the car on the agreed date, they gave me the car without bolts, they could not put the bolts that it cost them, they did not give me the discount that I have from a company, they told me that they were going to give me a refund that I spent it on license plates that according to what my discount would apply and they would bring me around every so often I'm asking and asking and they didn't ask me for the money for that and then they would reimburse me and so and still need to stall the car how bad it is I really thought it would be something different I was just a woman to do all that, you should not abuse a woman who was in a hurry to have her car,' bad experience in this and really disappointed
