DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED AT THIS SHELL STATION!  It cost $20 With no other options for cheaper washes. It did not get my car clean, still dirt on the sides,  and there were streaks on the windshield. I went to the manager. He just said the only thing he could do is have me get the car washed again and there would be no reimbursement. I brought my car through a second time and it was still dirty with streaks on the windshield.

Got a car wash at this location, spent 20 minutes after the wash trying to get the sticky yellow soap off my vehicle. Gas station owner told the clerk to tell me there's nothing she can do. Won't be back.

This gas station doesn't put pennies in the drawer and they don't round up. So they take between 1 and 4 cents from everyone who pays in cash. I'm pretty sure that's theft and probably some other charges but I recommend going to a business that doesn't steal from their customers. I argued the point and the employee tried to go to her car to get me my change. Point is, businesses should steal from their customers

I was in the other day felt light headed come to find out there was Co2 LEAKING,,,It got reported but not fixed as I was in again today and got the same feeling  I hope the employees are ok  being confined in that box,,i know its safe from bullets but not Co2. And  without employees or customers a buisness is nothing,,, if there were negative stars I'd give 5

I highly DO NOT recommend using this car wash on property. Top Dog Wash, Suncor owned. Way overpriced for a quick wash and it left my car filthy and covered in a dirty film. Doesn't show base rate prices only "club"specials.  Waste of money and time. I suggest going elsewhere. $13-$15, only two options.

Too bad there's not an option to remove stars - I can barely stand giving this review a 1 star. One of the most awful customer service experiences I've had in my life happened here. Last night (sun 10/22)  around 930pm, I stopped here to gas up. I was very low gas and had to gas up at that time. I was gifted a $30 shell e-gift card. When at checkout, told the lady there I had an e-gift card, wasn't sure how to use it. Right away she told me they don't accept gift cards, there's no way for her to enter it in the system or scan the bar code. I tried telling her, the scanner would scan a valid bar code and she completely refused to help, telling me to go get gas elsewhere, walking way from the register. I ended up downloading the shell app, because apparently that's how the e-gift card works and was able to pump the gas. This same lady, walked out of the store talking on the phone, telling whoever she was talking to that there's no way this should be working, she doesn't know how I'm pumping the gas, they don't allow gift cards, she tried telling me it won't work, and how did I get the gas pump to work. So damn ridiculous. I've told her several times this location should accept e-gift cards because the Shell app sent me there. Mind you, she messed up a transaction for another customer who was there before me. While she was so busy telling me she's been there for 17 years, she knows what she's doing and the don't accept e-gift cards, maybe the Shell corporation should provide some training to her, showing that e-gift cards are in fact allowed. Again, ridiculous, insulting and just horrible customer service. I suggest everyone get an e-gift card and go give this lady some practice😉

The lady working this morning has to be the most rudely person. How you keep employees like that I will never understand.  If you don't like you job quit. There is no reason in the world to treat customers like that. If there was a 0 star to check I would have checked it. You lost my business and I know you don't care. Very bad business at this location

Lady working tonight is very angry and rude. Someone with that attitude does not need to be working in customer service. I am a General Manager of a company and I would like to know if one of my employees  acted in this way . Especially without being provoked . Makes you wonder if she’s just racist .  To raise your voice and cut off and over talk customers. Employee was in the back I waited a few minutes to be treated this way . I told her sorry she’s having a bad day and I left she continued yelling comments. Also I see the same lady in some of the reviews with pictures and  nothing is being done . Is it ok she treats people this way at Shell in Thornton?

Dear owner, I think you should know this as you may not be aware that your associates are refusing to serve customers.
Today at 730pm, I stopped at this shell gas station as I normally do never have i had an issue before. Today, this lady in the picture you see below refused to open the doors to anyone who approached the door. She was talking on the phone, laughing on the phone, not acknowledging anyone knocking on the door to get her attention. let alone, there were 3 other people outside the store already trying to get her attention when I arrived. When I knocked, she turned to look at me rolled her eyes, continuing her phone conversation. There was no sign stating the store was closed temporarily what so ever. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional. This lady needs to be retrained or given a write for her behavior. Instead of making the store money, she is making the store lose money.

I tried to buy lottery tickets at this location. The guy behind the counter said he wouldn't give them unless I paid cash. He said he didn't want to run my card. I asked him why and he wouldn't give me an answer. Asked him to clarify that he didn't want to make the sale and he confirmed and said "no". I walked out with nothing.  I wish I would have known this before I spent $100+ on gas and a car wash. I will find a different place to spend my money.

Myself and 2 other guys just bought (3) brand new KTM’s from another dealer because Sun wouldn’t price match. Sun’s loss was my gain. Perhaps you fools (Sun owner and sales manager) should try a littler harder to negotiate with a long time customer.

Had breakin service done on my PCX, and unfortunately the dealer did a much higher mileage service than Honda recommended, which cost significantly more.

We worked it out with the service manager Jake who was very accommodating, got their system corrected, and refunded me the difference for the unnecessary work.

A hassle, but I'm pretty pleased with this fair resolution.

Jason and the crew at Sun were fantastic to work with on our purchase of  Polaris 570 EPS! Not only did they beat the price of the competition (by a bunch) but the service was 2nd to none. The crew in the accessories, finance and parts departments were equally nice and knowledgeable. Our purchase experience was quick and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to shop here again and I look forward to our future relationship with Sun.

I brought my daughter up to buy a Honda XR150L. They didn't have any available as they were sold. They did take a deposit and all of her information to call her when they get 1 in.

Jason Colley was very helpful and gave us a lot of confidence as first time boat owners. We bought a Sea doo Switch sport and I appreciate that he has boating experience and helped us with a ton of knowledge. He knows this boat inside and out has has been super responsive. Will come back for sure!

Do NOT go to this car wash. They scam you out of $20 for a terrible wash. I have streaks and dirt all over. I used to come here all the time for a $13 rinse. Now you can only get a top dog wash and there’s no sign explaining this until it’s too late to exit and time to pay. COMPLETE SCAM. Will NOT return.

This station has really lost its touch over the last 1-2 years. I'm 3/3(technically 5/5) with the car wash dying in the middle of the wash. First time, it died right after it suds my car(making it a hazard driving out), second; it died when the arms were rubbing the back of my car; and today it died right when it rinsed the car. The staff both times were just rude. Why do I keep coming here when all I'm getting is ripped off and rudeness? Go somewhere else to get what you need at a station.

If it annoys you to serve me, you don't need my money. Willing to go a block further to never annoy your female cashier again for asking for cigarettes.

Drive 35 mins out of my wayfor $3.21 per gallon gas.  Spent another 15 minutes trying to get gas out of the pump.  When it never happened, my credit card was still active on the pump.  Had to leave like that when hanging it up 13x did nothing and walking in the store asking the clerk to cancel my transaction to get my card off wasn't successful either.

Would not sell me a pack of cigarettes because my form of i.d. is a current US passport. She said she has to scan my driver's license. Passports are a valid form of government issued photo ID. She was perplexed when I said this to her. I didn't feel like arguing and just left. Other times I have been here in the recent past the men working are overly flirtatious. I've been asked if I am married or have a boyfriend. Just a creepy place to go anymore. Won't be returning anytime soon.

I had to make an emergency bathroom stop here this summer. I was headed to the Pueblo Reservoir for paddle boarding when suddenly my stomach let me know I wasn't okay and I had minutes to find a bathroom. I was cramped so badly I had sweat running off me and shaking from the intensity. Seconds felt like hours. There was NO way I was going to make it to the reservoir so I pulled into this gas station last minute. Rash guard, swim bottoms and flip flops on I HAULED it to the bathroom to find it was locked.

I don't know if it was the way I sprinted to the bathroom or all the sweat and shaking but the sweet clerk behind the counter quickly handed me the key to the bathroom. Bathroom was very clean before and after, had soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. I thanked her afterwards and told her she saved my day. I wouldn't have made it to my paddle board reservation if I had gotten sick in my car. Whoever was working that morning saved my car seats! Thank you for letting me (and other customers) use this bathroom and not giving me issues about it.

It says that it is open 24 hours on here but on the store window it's closed from 11:30 to 5:30. They need to make up their minds. I like the fact that I save money on cigarettes by using my rewards card. The employees are always nice.

Tried to buy a power ball ticket, Clerk was very rude, tried to tell me what I had to do so he didn't have to help me. He didn't want to put my numbers in manually. No long line. I told him I wasn't going to do it.  He told me to go somewhere else and I did!

The old man that is a cashier here was so unbelievably rude to my mother. He needs to be fired. My mom brought her stuff up to purchase and he genuinely said “I don’t have time for this”. THAT IS YOUR JOB.

I just went into this store and the cashier was lazy and rude. When I got there she was hanging on the door with it open and was yelling at or towards 2 men in a car that was parked right in front. She also closed the door on me right before I walked in. When I went to buy my items she was so rude and short with me that I decided not to get what I came for. I told her that she was being rude to me for no reason and she replied with a so and if you don't like it then don't come back. That is some of the worst customer service I had ever experienced and needs to either get reprimanded or fired because that person needs a major attitude adjustment. I will never go back there and make sure to tell everyone I know about that rude person!!!!!!

The lady that works the morning shift is very racist and treats people like suspects. She's not even from the US so why come here and act that way? She can go back to her country where she belongs. I highly recommend not shopping there during the morning shift hours. The guy at night is pretty cool.

High gas prices and just needs more maintenance and maybe a good remodel for modernization. Nice pumps. Exterior needs new paint. Old and faded. And needs a radio playing easy-going upbeat music, inside and out. People don't like to feel isolated, a radio playing upbeat music, makes it feel like you're in a busy, happy place, therefore the place has a chance to BECOME busy, then you can lower your gas prices and become even busier, and then you can afford to repaint the outside and remodel the inside, the bathroom, really. And take down that sign that says "for customers only" on the bathroom. When YOU are generous first, then they will give back, and you will have plenty. But, be stingy, and you will never have enough... Shalom(balance) to you and yours

This store had a certain item i loved so i started buying it in bulk.  After i started doing this and told them i wanted it they took my name and number down and since keep telling me they will get it again but in the past 3 months they keep telling me they will get it (i check in 1 to 2 times a week usually) theyve only had it once since.

Went in the other day and a new employee says "I'm new bro I dont know what you're talking about" when i asked if they had the item.  I went in today and the same kid behind the counter with 2 others this time said "i already told you the other day we dont have these" aggressively when I just asked about my item in a regular tone ... I called the store back when i got home and the same employee answered told me to "go to sams club".

If you dont want to sell stuff in bulk for retail price (i never asked for a discount, just to keep it in stock)... Tell me up front.  Dont take my name and number, string me along for weeks, then have the rude new guy tell me to "go to Sam's club" months after you take my name and number and tell me weekly you will get them in.

Horrible customer service! An older woman and man were outside the door smoking not too far from the pumps and as i drove up i asked if it was open and she said yes but shes closing in 5 minutes. I asked if i could go in and buy something and she said "No, we are closing in 5 minutes" and she looked away! I will never go there again!

Car wash is garbage. Soap wasn’t dispensing on driver side. Car still dirty as hell. Should have asked for a refund.

Started pumping gas before i noticed the VOID seal was cracked on the pump and some of the panels looked weird.

Let the attendant know and she called her boss and said it was fine, no big deal. I would assume they have to break that seal to put more receipt paper in.

However, noticed some unusual attempts to try and login to my cardholder account, I'm assuming to try and re-enable the card, which I had disabled the card after this exchange to prevent any potential theft. Today I just made the decision to cancel the card and have a new one sent.

Moral of the story, don't take the gas attendant's word for it, if the void seal is broken, go to a different pump.

They say their times of operation are 5:30 in the morning and the pumps were not operational and out of service sad part is there's a Dutch Brothers next door that opens at 5:00 and you guys had people waiting at the pumps

Your standard gas station. We liked that we could use our King Soopers points to reduce the price of gas at the pump. We didn't go inside, so I can't really speak to that, but the pumps were pretty standard. No issues, no frills.

No squeegees for window cleaning. Bathrooms locked with no out of order sign but attend claims they’re out of order. AVOID!

Spent almost $50 fueling up. Went inside to use the restroom and buy snacks and drinks for the road. But, no... The sloppy looking guy behind the counter playing on his phone looked annoyed that I would dare to disturb him by trying to spend money at this establishment. He then informed me with what seemed like annoyance that the restrooms are closed after 7pm! Like, seriously! Why would you close the restrooms to PAYING customers hours before the store closes! Absolutely ridiculous! 0/10 do not recommend this place. Pay more for better service somewhere else!

Absolutely ridiculous. For the last couple months, whoever is on shift around 2 am has shut the entire store down and allowed homeless people in the store to do God knows what, and it smells like they used the store as a hotbox. Customers knocking on the door and people in the store sitting on counters and just staring. The same handwritten sign saying closed for straightening up. And this isn't just for an hour or too, this is a good three or four hours. WHERE is the management?

Went out of our way to use a discount for gas there, otherwise we would not have gone because the gas was definitely not cheaper than competitors.  Wanted to pee and wash my hands but asking to use the restroom clearly made the clerk angry.  I was asked if I was buying anything and told her gas.  She rolled her eyes and said “go”.  Very rude

Male and two females behind counter.  One female sitting on counter (gross) directed me to the other side.  Other female, seemingly not an employee, gave me my change..as the male (seemingly 'the employee') allowed her.  So sketchy and unprofessional.  Will not visit again.

I love this station. But next time ya run out of gas you need to post something on the pump not the door. Not everyone goes inside.

This place ripped me off. This morning  i bought 2 monster for $7 something, is what I thought. Got home and now I have an almost $10 charge and another one for $15+. When I was paying the cashier scaned a different monster when I was paying. So I asked, weren't the buy one get one free. Which he said, they are buy 2 get 1 free. So I went and got my free one, but that cashier would've never said anything. Now I need to call my bank and try to get this figured out.

The pump did not stop when my tank was full. The gas poured out all over my car and the employee would not help me at all. My car reeks of gas and I simply asked for a car wash and he refused and just said “I don’t know.”

Using the fuel rewards program, I received an e-mail for 20 cents off a gallon, to be used on the 21st of August. When I  went to this location I  was told that they do not participate and that my card does not work at their location. Well, I will not be going here ever again! It's a shame because I have been coming here for years.

Car designers should consider a delivery/taxi/uber driver seat option with a port-a-potty resivior for the recent movement towards non-existent/restricted bathroom/toilet/defecation facilities in the Denver metro area from local gas stations and restaurants.

This is, by far, THE WORST gas station in the area. Unfortunately I live close and I've been several times. Never again, even if that means pushing my car by myself 8 miles uphill in a blizzard while being attacked by bees. Thank goodness the other stations arent that far, ha. The guys who get paid to 'work' here were so disrespectful and unhelpful it brought me to tears. This is not the first time theyve been terrible and demeaning to me. Today I had money, I was polite, I downloaded the app so I could pay through the app. I needed the store number. That's it! I went in just to get that and make sure I was doing it correctly. No line, nobody in the store but me and the 2 guys who work there. 30 seconds of kindness and/or the bare minimum in customer service skills are not found at this location.

Be careful here with their gas prices. Stopped in today to fill up gas and advertised same as every other gas station on the intersection. At the pump e85 was as advertised at $2.89 or so. Then 87 spiked up to $4.09. Never seen a gas station have that big of a difference, just pay attention to what price you’re actually paying at the pump. First photo is at shell, second is at a gas station across the street, same day. I won’t be stopping here anymore.

Extremely busy but fast paced, extensive selections of various items when stopping roadside on long trips for essentials.

Friendly staff most times, however as with any business this fast paced environment is potentially  sketchy there are bad apples hired that are extremely rude whether you are doing something warrenting that sort of dispicable, degrading behavior or not.

Tons of other businesses nearby that cater to NUMEROUS other needs, almost the perfect little town and a great business to be a part of this prolific community! 💕

The Burger King was fast and courteous. Food and fries hot and fast. A little better on the service and would have been real nice. The pumps were clean. Now the bathroom, let's just say it was having a bad day??? Nice little station.

Typical Shell gas station, great if you need a quick bite, there is a Burger King attached. If you need to use the bathroom- Avoid at all costs!
