Foreign owned fuel stations. Coffee refills is a coffee refill. It does not cost four dollars. You are getting major tax breaks in our country. Very frustrated. I am not a racist. I will not stand for this. Yes, free enterprise. I won't shop at your store. Simple.

Every foreign on stabber Schmidt that only charges me what a refill generally cost I always complement them. They always seem so surprised when I tell them the stories $3.69 $4.05 dollars extortion is what I Collett the bad people in our country are giving it away to people taking advantage of tax codes, etc. lol reenter price I guess but I don't have to put up with it . God bless America.

A very neat and clean gas station. And a very healthy atmosphere. The people who run this place are very polite and helpful. And coming to the Shell Gas, I'm getting 25mpg combined on my 2005 accord (which has 230k miles on it), while others get 22 -23 range.

If I could give no stars I would my daughter went their paid for 20 worth of gas guy put it on the wrong pump . Then tried to accuse my daughter of trying to steel gas . The cops had to be called to resolve the matter

If I could give it no stars I would. I went in with $56.00 in winning lottery tickets only to be told that because they had made so many sales in the store the night before I couldn’t get cash back I could only get more lottery tickets. I politely told her that I knew that the store sales and lottery sales were different and I wanted either my money or the tickets back. I was then told that she had already scanned the tickets therefore I couldn’t get them back. I told her I wanted either the money or tickets back. She then proceeded to tell me that she was tired of “you people” coming in to the store and demanding things. One thing led to another and before I knew it she was screaming at me in another language. She then thru $46.00 at me along with a $10.00 lottery ticket and told me that was all I was getting. Please don’t patronize this business. They are nothing but rude, arrogant people that run this gas station. They don’t speak plain English and have tried to short change me on more than one occasion also. I will never go in this place again. Like the first comment said, I would rather drive 10 miles down the road than ever give them 1 dime of my money ever again.

White lady that works at night is a terrible person and wouldn’t refund my Mr. Fog that I had for a day and it went out. She then tried to say I was under age and was trying to get a Mr. Fog for free when my friend went in to buy another one Bc I didn’t want to spend my money on another that would go out. Also over charged my friend for the Mr. Fog. Only got a Mac and charge her for the max pro! Very disrespectful doesn’t handle business properly and will NEVER spend my money there again. I’m of age and have bought hundreds of mr. fogs there but that was my last and final time.

It’s a larger shell station, but it’s still a gas station.  I didn’t sample the gas to see if it had a better taste, but I did notice a few things that not all gas stations carry.  Glass figurines glamorizing or facilitating  smoke and vapor processing.

The Greatest group of employees, I greeted with a smile and warm welcoming.  I always find the establishment clean and neat, fully stocked, and eager to keep all of the customers happy and coming back.

⚠️⚠️ Update ⚠️⚠️ after a bit of fighting and arguing I did get the unauthorized charge settled!! So I gave them back a star

Charged my card twice I live almost an hour away when I noticed I was charged twice tried calling the number on Google wasn't in service...so if anyone has the correct number that would be fantastic....the employees were nice...once I get the money back my review will go up if I don't have to fight and fight to get it back

Very well lit parking and pump area. The station is twice as busy as the station across the street even though the gas was .02 higher. We felt safe visiting this location given the area we were in.

Random selection of all kinds of things. They may not have what you want but they'll have close to it

New cashier stole $35 from me when returning a stick. Made two trips to the store and he gave me a new one the first time but it still didn’t work so I took it back but he refused to give me either a new one or my money back. Horrible workers and horrible customer service.

Tonight on my way home from work I stopped at the old Franeys on 54 to get gas. There was an older gentleman probably mid 70s parked with his hood up in front of the store. He walked up to me and asked if I could give him a jump. I told him absolutely let me finish pumping my gas. After i finished helping him get his truck going he told me he asked the worker in the store if he would give him a jump and he said yeh for 20 dollars. This very respectful older man was standing out in this cold and they wanted 20 dollars to jump start him! Today was the last time I will ever buy gas or anything else at that gas station and I hope more people will follow. 30 years ago not a single gas station worker would've ever thought to charge to help a 75 yr old man out.

Place is ran by a total sigma during the month of December. Went in to grab some tasty cinny buns and a soda and was delighted by the glorious selection of the sweetest, most luxury vape products. 10/10 thank you chads and alphas

I pre paid for gas. The gas never actually pumped into my car. The manager acts as though I was trying to scam him. And the owner took my statement but never bothered to call back. Will never use this gas station again, or any of their locations in our town as there are 4.

Franey's is Owensboro staple and I will always do business with them.  I do wish they would fix their gas pumps so that receipts would reliably and consistently print at the pump.

This Shell Station is very handy and located next to the airport. This is a great place to stop for a break and get some snacks when picking people up from their flights. The Cell Phone lot is right next to it too. The attendant was friendly and able to help us locate things in the store.

Thieves! They stole money off my card when there picking up friends flying in. They are racist toward white people and sexist toward women. They wouldn't let me leave with my items that were pending and made me ring them up multiple times charging my card which picked up and said denied after first pending due to my setting! It's a scam! Check your cards!!

Quick place to stop just outside the airport to get gas and a snack/drink. Convenience store had a wide selection and was clean. Gas seemed pricier than expected.

Bathrooms filthy, employees who don't listen.  Horrible place. Sketchy pricing on items that ring up different than what it's labeled on the shelf.  Should deserve 0 stars.

Great location,  decent price for the convenience but restroom has a lot of miles on it.   It's a shame people won't pay for cleanliness.

Silver Star Service & Body Shop

Was surprised that the Mercedes service had no idea how to reset my service indicator on my dashboard. They offered to try again on another day. I inquired if the master / supervisor had taken a look they said yes he didn’t know how to reset it either. Well that says enough. If they can’t or don’t know their own dealership brand reset for a simple indicator light maybe they don’t know enough about the cars they are supposed to be expert in servicing to be entrusted with making major repairs.  I decided not to return, I was not comfortable with their knowledge about Mercedes even though they are supposedly to be the preferred service for that model of cars. Maybe they do better with Kia, Hyundai or Mitsubishi.

Not a good experience at all. We had an appointment set but the car wasn’t ready until 5 hours later. Oh and guess what… It was just for an oil change. I understand things happen but don’t overbook if you can’t commit to the time your customers put to the side for your services. It’s sad to see this place going down the path it’s going.

Consistently the worst experience I have ever had. Cliff has a very bad customer experience and the "supposed" manager Adam is very condescending. They have  issues with people that look different from them.
Consistently, I have had very bad experiences with Cliff and they need a MORE Qualified manager, someone with at the least a Bachelor's degree but preferably an MBA, but most certainly not Adam.
After consitenly giving Adam the go ahead over the phone, he and I kept on going back and forth over the phone that I MUST MENTION $150 dollars in my statement. It felt like I was going back and forth with a teenager. I told him multiple times, go ahead and push the car and and just give me a time to be there, and he refused and kept saying I MUST SAY $150 in my statement.  I had to hang up the phone because of how petty the back and forth had being and I decided to write it in an email, so that it helps my documentation. Below are pictures. (Mind you, this is after Cliff had already given me a scheduled for 10am which Adam was aware of).
Again, Cliff on the other hand did not reply my email or call or text for over 20 days (Despite me carefully spacing the calls and being extremely polite). Cliff all of a sudden reached out to me and wanted to impose a $45/day charge on my car for sitting in their lot. I told him he could not do that. All these I have emails bit cannot overwhelm all with them. He was supposed to talk to the manager and get back to me. After the long delay, it was then I decided to reach out to Adam (even worse), with the hope that he could bring in some conscience and address the 20 days delay, only for Adam to go around in circle and try to spin it on me, thinking I am someone without a brain. Not even an apology or remorse or professionalism, most especially since I reached out to him in good faith.
After all this, I ended up having my car towed away without having what I needed done.
Note: This is NOT the first time they have rendered a very rude service to me, most especially Cliff. (Keep reading please).
Sometimes, I greet him (Cliff), and I always include Sir (due to my military training background), AND HE CLEARLY ignores me as if I were not there. 3 different occasion this has happened, and he was right in front of me.
There was a time I had to come pick up something from the trunk of my Mercedes due to how long it had being there (late november last year "2019" to be quite precise). I happened to be downtown, so I shot him a quick email, noting I will make a quick stop to pick up something from my car. When I got there, I politely told Cliff, "I apologize for the short notice" (which I really did not need to), and he simply IGNORED ME and walked up to get my Mercedes key and started walking to my car, I had to follow him. It was the UTMOST SLAP on my face.
All other emails I have, but only loaded just about three so as not to overwhelm the reader.
I know aware of many other people of color that have experienced this.
NOTE: Pay attention to the details of the 1-3 star ratings and the names or ethnicity.

The new location is not convenient at all for all residents of sought west area of Sofia. It is 30 kilometres away from my place. I need to loose one day to come for a tiny fixing of my car. You should definitely open service station covering the west part of Sofia. If I had known the location of the repair shop when I bought my car, I certainly wouldn't have bought it.

As someone who works in the industry and works with Silver Star alot, I really enjoy the model, the staff, and their parts department especially.

These guys are fairly professional and easy to work with.

More times than not there is a problem with the quarter wash, today when I paid and the power washer started, there was a leak up top where the hose connects  and there was this mist shooting out so it was like I washed my truck in the rain, when I was done I was drenched and cold. I will not try to purchase the towels out of their machines anymore because so often they are out of product and the machine keeps your quarters.
I do not get gas here unless I have to I generally go on down by Lowe’s. The gas is cheaper and at least they supply paper towels to check your oil and window cleaner to clean your windows. This gas station does not, and if you say anything, they are very rude.

I always have pretty great service here when it comes to the employees behind the counter very sweet people however there is nothing more that really slows me down like these pumps. Just about once a week these pumps move so slow that it takes 30 minutes just to get 10 gallons of gas. This morning was the same thing.

This is for the car wash only. Have tried the auto car wash twice. It uses almost no water  and doesn't come close to cleaning a car.

Nothing to clean a windshield. No paper towels at the pump either. No funnels for sale. Rude employee.

Supposed to be open 24 hours but the two man inside wouldn't let me and my nephew in to go to the bathroom and get gas. They kept sticking up there fingers and pointing at there watch. If it's open 24 hours than why was it closed.

Do everybody a favor and buy anything here. #1 if I buy gas from you I get to pee. #2 best advertised price has something to do with having 100 points on a Kroger card. #3 next level of gas nearly $0.45 more.

Three pumps accepted credit card information but could not pump gas. Attendent didn't see a need to post signage. Sunday June 8

One of the worst Shell locations around.  Keypads don't work on 2 of the 6 pumps. Messy corner lot. Filthy C-store.

Clean-ish Bathrooms could be cleaner but not horrible. No baby changing station. That's a big issue.

Always fresh. Always clean and guarantee to leave with a smile and a full tank

Men’s restroom was not great. Women’s restroom was adequate. No toilet seat covers but ample toilet paper. No expired products on shelf. No fresh produce options. Super friendly cashiers. No baby changing table in either restroom.

Everything is great besides a woman on night-shift named Mary.. This woman is the rudest person you’ll ever meet an says whatever she pleases to the customer.. I have walked out an left the things I was going to buy twice because of this woman.. Will not be going back..

Craig and Cameron were so helpful and nice even though my 4 year old made a total mess in the bathroom. Well run store great service clean and well stocked. Will stop here again.

Fatal customer service. Poor attention I felt like I was going to borrow a car and not buy one .. been there several times and sellers there always treat you depending on your clothes..I like the brand but not here in this location

They have my car for 2 weeks and no diagnostic yet. Amd nothing but excuses. The worst!!

I liked it here. They don't bombard you to sell a vehicle. Seller was quick snd to the point.

Bad customer service, very cocky staff and they treat their employees like they're disposable
