I absolutely love the employees and the store has always felt like home and I love it.

I went into the store today to purchase pods for my Vuse vape and the cashier that waited on me had a horrible attitude. She came off break and called for the next person in line, which happened to be me. One of her regular customers (she had his cigarettes waiting for him)was after me so she told me that he was actually next, and when I told her that I was (he also backed me up) she got a horrible attitude and it's the kind you can just see on someone's face and also by the way she talked to and treated me as a paying customer who spends money at this gas station quite regularly. That's not very professional in my opinion. I did not get her name but I will and I will update this.The name of the employee is Stephanie

The guy was nice he allowed me to get ice for my poodle and he helped me with my reward for sun stop

nice,  clean facility. Friendly staff.  safe. good location. There are no 2 liter ginger ale or root beer bottles.

I used to work here and the company's last concern is it's employees. They are horrible at taking care of their employees and next is their client. Pretty sure they will be closing this call center shortly due to poor management.

Great little neighborhood store.  The staff is always friendly and eager to assist you.

Great place , great people. Most of all the gas is great.

One of the worst bank experiences I've ever had. Safe yourself time and go to the other office.
People there just don't want to help you, that's it, poor attitude and no customer service skills

Extremely poor service.
I just went there for 2 days and they didn't let me speak with an advisor, they kept me in the waiting room for more than 2 hours.
They should make the complaint telephone numbers visible.

Too many people. Maybe because of the day and time.
People line up, not knowing where they are going.
You have one to ask.

Bad service in terms of bad information, they make you wait too long to request to open a payroll account to make a portability. I don't like the service and I'm thinking of canceling my portability for that reason. 3 hours waiting

They should NOT serve the people who get in line and still serve them

Their machine was not working. We used 5 different cards and they told us they were not working. They said it was an issue with our cards where it was not. After 30 minutes they forced us to pay cash. In the end, one of the cards had been charged and when we came to explain the issue they were beyond rude, refusing to solve the issue.
After a while, the woman just turn her back and left without a word. We will never go back there. Just a big band of thieves.

I have to give it 3 stars for 2 strong reasons. The variety is up there with places like Costco. But what holds this place back is the lines. It's just not right, just like stealing is not right. The lines are offensive & disrespectful to the customer as if they are saying "who cares, let em wait, they have to get groceries." 2 incidents have occured with me: once I asked the cashier to call the manager & open other lines as I paid & she SUNG! "NO ES MI RESPONSABILIDAD..." Instead of slapping her I left. She was wrong. Second, the lines were all the way back past the middle cut isle, & when I finally made it to the front, the lady in front of me allowed a man with 1 item to cut & I went OFF. Soriana is at fault for causing these incidents because I cussed both of them out & embarrassed them in front of everyone, changing everyone's experience at Soriana. A fight is going to happen if it already hasn't, & this is TKT, people are getting killed for lesser confrontations. These incidents lead to people getting shot if not inside, in the parking lot.

Its very big and their produce selection is great... but still they miss certain things like gala apples and etc. I find that between this place and smart and final, I am able to get everything I need.

I personally love going to this Soriana because it is convenient to my father-in-law's house and I always find interesting Mexican brands that we just don't get in the U.S.  The produce is usually good but there are times when we skip certain items.  Their alcohol selection is far cheaper than in the States.

Very helpful staff. Everyone was very friendly. We were visiting from out of town and the cashier used a membership card so we could get the best discounts.

They always take a long time to respond, it seems like they don't like to work, I have gone twice early to correct my card information and today they don't have to come tomorrow and it was very early and so they give me a very bad experience, I will probably cancel my account because it is not They may not be able to solve my problem.

On July 7th I had an appointment at 3 in the afternoon which I arrived 10 minutes early. The person at the entrance told me to take a seat. Time passed until 4 o'clock struck and at that time they closed the bank. The person I had to talk to (executive) got up from his seat and left without saying if he was going to attend to us. I assumed that they were going to serve us because the security did not tell us that we had to leave the bank. 30 minutes passed and I asked the person who helped me when I arrived if they were going to serve us or not because the person (executive) had been gone for half an hour and my calm from waiting was wearing thin. For that I already had to wait 1 hour and a half. Suddenly the person who attended to me came out and told me that his partner was coming out soon, which never happened and he left very angry for not speaking clearly, with the truth. It is difficult for them to say: I am very sorry for the waiting time but it is not possible to serve you. It is ridiculous and disrespectful not to know how to communicate.

The person who receives you when you enter is very friendly and the guards are very attentive to the people. It seems to me a magnificent branch.

It is usually much more crowded than the one in the center, it is always dirty at the ATMs and sometimes it smells like a public bathroom, I recommend going to the other one

Place sucks food isnt the best they try and talk you into buying more and more and the coffee taste like 90 percent coffee extra cafinated more like barely cafinated

Waking up early in the morning is not the easiest thing to do sometimes. But when you have a friendly face to greet you good morning with a smile and actual people skills and customer skills. It makes you feel like your day is headed towards a great start.

It is conveniently located.there employees are very helpfu)l and considerate. They have clean store and bathroom.NICE.

I like the employees this was the first store I went to when I moved to Lake Isabella they have always treated me good

This Shell is usually clean and stocked. The staff are mostly friendly, though there are a couple who tend to be lazy and act like they are being inconvenienced by waiting on you.

If you think your life is miserable, you should get a load of these people. Nothing better to do than to take photos of everyone parked on or around the premises and chase them down and threaten them. We were parked for no less than 5 minutes near their business, and a worker quickly tracked us down, showing us a photo she had taken of us exiting our car, claiming we were “parked forever” and that a tow truck had been called. She claimed our vehicle was “impeding on their business” which appeared to have 0 customers. Another family shared with us that they had parked at the Shell Station as they planned on purchasing drinks here after getting frozen yogurt next door, but the same worker threatened them as well, going so far as to say they “did not have to serve them anything” Sounds like they don’t want any business, so I’ll do just that and skip this place! You should too :)

Drove 15 minutes out of the way to come to this convenience store at 9:20pm. As in the first picture they have a large sign stating their hours of operation as being between 7am-10pm. Well I'm here at 9:22pm on a Thursday night, AND THEY ARE CLOSED! TO H#LL WITH YOUR LAZINESS!

Employees here were very friendly while we were visiting. Gas at both stations near the park is a little high, but too be expected. We were just happy it was available when needed.
They did not rent chains at Shell while we were visiting, best to go farther up to Totem Market.

So bad service! Cashier was very rude! Asked for help to find a item and she looked at me like I was the most stupid person in the world!!! We visited Sequoia national park three times before and  never need to buy at local stores, this time  we did  an have bad experience here and at the village market after that we buy our firewood from a house along the road had a sing selling it.

Hello. I believe my girlfriend lost her wallet here on Monday 6/19. We've been calling the phone number for days and nobody has ever picked up, so this is the only way I can think of to get a response. Can you please advise how to speak with someone here?

The service is really bad and hit a new low when they hired Cheryl who knowingly sells expired and outdated foods at risk to public health.
Additionally the manager/owner refuse to call or respond to this complaint and thus had to be reported to show corporate and the FDA photographs were taken to the bottle as well as the note that was left for the manager who neve responded.

Nice location before head to freeway but very bad cashiers ever.

This particular Shell station is next to freeway and usually cheaper than the other Shell on the same street in the east side. Attendants are always courteous. I have never encountered ant problems here. The only downside is that it's a bit small.

Convenient location, but NO BATHROOM available?!!!   Not acceptable.

We had a horrible experience with the attendant in the gas station store when we were having car issues. To give background, we got off the freeway and came to this Shell gas station when our tire pressure light came on. We pulled next to the air machine to fill our tire, but we could hear the air coming out of a puncture and the tire was completely flat within 10 minutes of getting there. This was a rental car, and it did not have a spare or a tire repair kit, so our only option was to call a tow truck and an uber to carry our 6 passengers (which included 2 toddlers). During the 1.5 hours we were waiting for the tow truck, 3 cars came to get air and even though we were partially in the parking spot, they were able to pull their car close to the air machine and fill their tires, all while being compassionate and kind to us as they saw our flat. Despite this, the gas station attendant came out twice to yell at us AND call the police. Even after explaining the situation, she accused us of being "so rude" to those who needed to pump their tires. She told us that she knows we have a flat, but that we can still drive on the rim to move it out of the way. And worst of all, she ended up calling 911 to report us for staying too long and blocking the machine. The cop was very gracious to us, made sure we had a tow on the way, and seemed confused as to why the attendant called them. This woman really made an unfortunate incident much more stressful and lacked any sort of human decency or awareness of what warrants a 911 emergency.

Horrible place! Pumps can't read your card. The contact less payments also don't work. Its almost 2023! You walk in and it feels old and disgusting. I got charged the same transaction twice. It's a nasty gas station in a decent neighborhood. Skip it and go a little up the street to CHEVRON.

Car wash does not accept cards you have to use an app. I have used it 2 times and when I pull through no water comes out so I have to go in and get a code to punch in. Just purchased the code inside and save yourself some time.

The Old women She dont speak espanish . The fat lady doesn't speak Spanish. and she has the face of a nopal.   COME ON

Worn out old pumps, but they function well, just look awful. The fountain soda machine inside is wacky, you'll press one button and get something that tastes like it but totally off, like it was mixed with something else, definitely not getting anymore fountain drinks. Morning time employee was kind and polite. Overall not a bad gas station, but not very good.

As already noted, they are way overpriced, so I refuse to let them bilk me. And once when the air pump wouldn’t pump air in my tires, I went inside to ask about a refund and all he would do was point me to the 800 number on the side of the broken air pump.  They’re making a profit off of that too, when the pump is broke. So I’ve “disappeared” that station off my list, even if I’m walking with a gas can!

The gas prices are highest in area.  The soda fountain always taste terrible.  Frankly i just avoid the place but they are the only gas station or convenient store near by. I feel they taKe advantage of our community

In a great location but the prices are ALWAYS insane! $3.50 per gallon at the time of writing this, you might as well drive a couple miles to Germantown and get gas for  a much better price.

Good spot. Had one occasion where the pump wasn't taking my credit card and occasional times when teens hang out in front but they don't usually cause trouble. Other then that, nice location, plenty of pumps and walk in convenience store (7-11)

Prices extremely high, constantly .50c to 1.00$ above other gas stations in the area, just greedy.
