So I walked in looking like a hobo @ 1 or 2 something in the morning...and of course this good looking Asian cashier rings me up! I only brought $7 with me, so I was happy I had enough. But...dude was cute. Regret not telling him that in person. If you see this, pls know you are handsome! He was really nice even though I think I came off as really awkward! Sorry! Our 10 second encounter was great!

Asked for a cup of ice, and was willing to pay for it, but the guy at the desk refused to let me get any, his reply was "No, we can't do that here" so I put my stuff down and went to the next store. Very rude! Won't go back.

Rude clerks and high gas prices... save yourself a trip.

Advertised gas prices are different than actual prices! I pulled in this morning to fill up because I saw regular credit was $2.11 and I'm a Kroger Plus member. When I originally looked at the pump, it also said $2.11, but after I put in my Kroger number and it told me I would be getting $.10 off the regular price, my price per gallon was $2.19! These people also frequently have advertised prices $.10+ greater than two stations one block away, so don't go out of your way to visit this station regardless.

I went there today to wash and dry great place, people are friendly there machines are good working order place clean in and out they have onsite staff really good people  there's a convenient store and fuel island and a restaurant next to the convenient store.easy access from many different roads.and not far off interstate I--285 plus plenty of eateries and shopping plazas in all directions.

They didn't have what I needed. And the guy behind the counter seemed as though he was a stranger to the store. He asked me where something was. Mind you this was my first time ever in here.

Open 24 hours. Decent selection of products and easy to access pumps when it's not crowded.

Very poor custoner service not a nice place. The hotdogs are never cooked and the buns are always cold and hard. Disgusting.

I've had an account with them since ~2010, and since 2018 I've had a safe deposit box with them, along with an account to pay for the box's annual fee. Sometime in 2021 they began charging this checking account a disuse fee without telling me (they have my correct mailing address, phone number, and email address). Then, when it ran dry from the fees, they closed my account, again without telling me.

Months later, I received my annual letter from them saying they've charged my account $65 for the safe deposit box, so I try to log on to check my balance and see if I need to top off. But I can't log on - I no longer have an account, apparently!

After a goose chase of talking to three different customer service representatives, they tell me they've taken all my money from my account and closed it, and I have to come clear out the safe deposit box.

This is completely unacceptable behavior in a bank, which should have a mature communications plan for when policies shift and account statuses change. It wasted my time and money, and it was just bad business for them - instead of continuing to receive my $65 every year, they got it one time, and inconvenienced everyone involved.

I strongly recommend picking a bank that actually communicates with its customers.

It's the first time in 15 years, I don't know if a bank like this has been used. I asked them to buy a car. At first, they said yes. After a week, they said they won't buy it because your annual goal is low. It's very strange.

Don’t do any refinance in this brand , they are happily willing wasting your times … endless appointments. Financial representor will told you that things she/he doesn’t knows then when you came back next appointment, ask you again other stuffs to bring.. laziest ppl .. he/she won’t ask their manager what kind of paperwork was needed, their services are suck

No one will care about any of our opinions, but the new deposit album zero hits system in the drive-through is garbage. Humans over machines, every day.

I've been banking with them for years and their ATM machine is always down. As of now their drive thru is closed down. I really waste my gas coming to this bank. It's soooooo frustrating!!!

This store is close to my work so I frequent before heading to work in the morning for snacks. With me being a frequent pop-inner, I've come familiar with the lady whom works in the morning and sure the other I see works there is just getting off. Anywho, the owner I'm assuming is a very nice lady. She speaks to me kindly and offers advice and encouraging words and healthy advice (I'm a really conscientious person) and I appreciate it. I do enjoy going and make sure to even stop by and pock up something if I know I'm off for a fee days just to tell her hello.
This is the most friendliest person and  conversationalist I've ever had a any Shell location and I do recommended not just for the conversation but for those products in the store, they have most items not readily available in chain grocery stores or markets.

The people that work here are incredibly good. I love the store, one of my favorites in the area. If you go, it'll be your favorite too

This place price gauges and always selling expired food and drinks. Tonight they tried to charge me 1.99 for a 1 liter RC when the 2 liter RC is only .99 cents. Avoid this place at all cost until they can conduct more honest business practices.

Went to this store tonight to get some last min gas and a soda. I sent my younger brother into the store to grab the soda and pay for gas. He kept saying my card not working and the male cashier said that it declined. I new for a fact I had money in my acct. so I choose the dump route and paid outside for gas. I wanted to get $10 worth of gas but I went over into $11. I always check my acct after purchases like gas and etc... the store took 12.07 ok I'm thinking my brother did the transaction separately I don't care if it was 30 cent it's mines and I will never return to this store. I called to see what went wrong and the male cashier started yelling. I stated no need to yell I will be filing a police report. SIMPLE!

I went there yesterday  and bought a orange  sunkist and noticed while almost done with the soda.that it expires may 26, 2020.somebody need to shut this place down this the second time I bought expired stuff from this place.im never going back

Since it's probably the only gas station in this area I can't give it to zero Stars the lady working the register have the worst attitude ever he did not want to work there on the bright side they do have a variety of snack items and drinks the restroom are clean so thats a plus. The coffee machines need some work done they need some descaling

New manager it’s awesome here no free air or water and they take ebt.

Tried 2 different pumps no touch card reader not working as well as the chip reader malfunctioned left and went into downtown Buckeye.

Drove in hoping to get something to drink after a long drive. The store was locked even though I saw an employee sitting at the counter. Other people arrived after a bit but then left with said employee. The store was left completely abandoned

They close earlier than their supposed too their supposed to be open 24 hours and it’s only 11 o clock

Second time in the past week that this store has literally taken money from me. This time there can be no mistake about intent. I went into the store to pay cash for my fuel. I gave the cashier a ten l, four one and two dollars and seventy one cents. When I pumped my fuel the pump stopped at fourteen dollars and seventy one cents. I went inside to find out why I was shorted and was told he recounted the money and it was only 15.71 and he add a dollar which he never did. And I didn't agree to anyway. He proceeded to literally call me a lyer. Amazing what lengths he was willing to go to game 2 dollars off of me. I would hope that this a unique thing but you never know. I realized on this occasion it was only two dollars but to not follow through with a complaint would be just lazy on my part and possibly expected on their part. Fortunately I actually have good evidence of what actually did happen on this occasion.
It took me the better part of the afternoon just to find the appropriate channel to pursue the matter that would actually be acted on. It a shame what people will do for a couple of someone elses dollars.

Worst experience in a gas station in my entire life. I am assuming the gentleman that is the owner is actively charging customers for items they didn't purchase or items that would normally be complimentary such as a napkin or straw

The cashier has HORRIBLE customer service! Was mad that I asked that he swap out a dip can for the one I asked for in the first place and decided to throw it from 5 feet to the counter and walked away. I know I sound butt hurt over something simple, but after a long day of working in customer service, I too would like good service.

I don't know is this culture or just  This kind of people . The cashier was cleaning his feet. And  After this he touch my money and  Give me change. Please somebody else buy this gas station and make it nice. Its good location for this kind of service.

Sold a defective vape that stays on after taking a puff.  Never left the store, showed the unintelligent clerk how it stays on.  He told me that’s not defective!  Refused to exchange it.  If this is how they treat their customers, I’d avoid this dump like the plague.

Worst customer service ever!! I’ve never seen such disrespectful people in my life. Me and my boyfriend came here to use the bathroom. Waited our turn and then went inside. The lady at register was threatening us to unlock our doors because someone else needed to use the bathroom. We weren’t even in there for 5 mins. And she actually opened my boyfriends bathroom door and that is not okay. do not come here to use the bathroom. this happened 07/08/22 at 11am. i’m highly disappointed in the staff and will never be returning, they should honestly be fired for that.

Careful with this gas station hobos are so rudes and so expensive they charge more then the price on the store 12 pack beer 12 oz Miller lite in the cooler say 12.99 and at the register the charge for you 14.99 I ask why and they say is because that is old price and so I don't buy anything and tell them remove that price if that is not well I go to the gas station outside Walmart at parking lot and the same 12 pack 12 oz beer cost 11.98 then I go to Walmart and there is 12 pack 16 Oz at $9.98 that is to much I think if that is legally right 🤔 I will find it just for curious be careful at this store i never stop there again

Not all but some of the employees are rude and disrespectful. This is partly why gas stations will be obsolete. Smart consumers are tired of spending hard earned money on over priced items in gas stations. These stations are monopoly owned, the owners don't appreciate our business and are not about community.

Cashier (older (late 40s- early 50s possibly) Indian guy) switched out the vape I purchased and gave me a used one. Don’t go there.

Disgusting. I literally walked out of the bathroom to make sure I didn't go in the men's room. I didn't want to touch anything in there.  The outside was run down too, had no choice but to get gas there- enought ot make it another gas station. The condition of the place is pretty much what you expect from any other place bought by foreign born.

Been coming here for years... today my wife got gas at pump tried to pay at pump and it wouldnt read. So she goes inside and pays cash 20 minutes later her card is charged 20 bucks. I am typing this as my wife is gas station this very minute and the guy at counter is telling her tough luck call corporate... the gas station isnt corporate its self owned i know this cause i detail the owners cars... i would be carefull going here from now on.

? friendly service although when I first walked in the gentleman did not acknowledge me on the left hand side he was busy doing something then finally he did he was very courteous and had a brief conversation with some of the other customers they were talking about the game I see that it could be a family friendly store although it's an older station the inside looks very nice with lots of variety and average pricing

Don't  want to get mad DONT COME HERE !!!!  The first time I had an awful experience  at this gas station was when I was getting junk food for a road trip.  The guy behind the counter told me not to eat it cause I would get bigger . Long story short, the employees are just really rude, and even though some of the products have good expiration dates, they sometimes  come disgustingly raw  like the milk I got  !!

The dude making my breakfast this morning couldn’t understand my question so I gave up and asked for a sausage egg and cheese. Then the white dude checking me out had to correct him be home boy made me a Bacon egg and cheese! So glad someone in there was American because I almost flipped out trying to deal with that dude.

Their breakfast is insanely good! Biscuits 11/10. Don’t tell my meme but they blow hers outta the water

The guy with the red dot on his four head is the worst. This gas station scams you on the D8 and other carts. I bought one and it had evidence that it has been smoked on and put back in the package. Like nothing ever happened. I bring it back. To let him know hey. The cart you just sold me is not full. He refused to exchange the product out with another. Got irate with me when I asked for my money back then. Told me to come in tomorrow and speak to someone else.. Then banned me from the store all because he could not handle a complaint. Yeah I got ky cart exchanged but now im banned from the gas station at night. Pretty ridiculous when there is only when everything closes at 10. Anyways. Horrible experience they cant even get your pack of cigarettes right by the color I will lyterially say marble reds and then they will put there hands on like a southern cut sometimes I have to pause and stop myself. They may be handicappe.d.

Staff is very friendly and kinda. The store is very clean and has amazing food . 10 out of 10 recommend and tell everyone to come here. Staff makes you feel like you are family and very welcoming.

The lady with the glasses will roll her eyes and get mad if you ask for a bag for the two 2 liters of soda you purchased!! Unless you are a man don't expect any kindness , in fact one day i walked out of the store without all of the stuff i bought, the cashier said nothing!!! A couple days later when I finally made it back to the store i had the same cashier thats ALWAYS  rude , i pay for my items , expecting her to say hey was that you that had left stuff here?? Nothing!! So as I'm starting to walk out i turn and say , wait did i leave my bag here the other day? She says yup... thats all then stares blankly and finishes her conversation with the other cashier...  I said well I bought it do you think i can have my stuff i paid for? This place is clean, friendly, and has AWESOME biscuits, wings, pizza, and hot food. Their coffee is really good too. Great staff, my favorite stop by far.

Always busy, day and night. Prices good - they also have marine grade gas (i.e. ethanol free). Convenient store well stocked, priced fairly and staffed with very friendly clerks. Best gas / convenience store in the area.
