Everything in the store is way over priced. Guess they are trying to rob the KSU students. And the gas amount is wrong. It showed one price and charged another. It does not say with or without cash or card. Scam!!!

Their vacuum and air cost $1.50 each. That's expensive. The vacuum doesn't have a nozzle so it is just a big round hose. Didn't work very well.

I tried to fill air in my tires. It didn't fill air and reduced the air pressure from my tires instead. I asked the gas station attendant and she said we don't own that, call the number on the side of the machine. Terrible service. I called their number and it placed me on hold for a few minutes and went to a dial tone. This is about as scummy as people can get for a few quarters.

Stopped to get gas,  swiped card at first pump that didn't work..pulled forward to next pump & pumped gas.  Got home & had a 50$ charge on card that I didn't do.  Called gas station and their corporate office and was told they couldn't do anything about it & because I did swipe my card there,  My bank wouldn't dispute charge.  Do yourself a favor and DONT GO TO THIS PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING!!  Even spoke to Dawn/mgr.  They could care less about customers, and give you a story about what they can't do..when they know good & well they are the ONLY ones who can fix that kind os stuff.  Beware of this business and their corporate offices, they own the nearby shell stations too.

Never ordered from this subway before, today I ordered a sub and got three cookies for $1 buck, Sorry but these were the worst cookies I’ve ever had from a subway had to throw them out they were hard as a rock broke one in half and it just crumbled.. and your cookies are like one of my favorites they are always soft and chewy but this time they were not.. only reason I gave a three star is because of the sub that I got was really good..

Regularly have issues with the pumps either not working at all, the screen malfunctioning, pumping insanely slow (2gallons in 3 minutes), or the pump stopping at 2.6 gallons and ending my transaction. I’ve been here 7+ Times as a last resort and it never fails to disappoint. I give 2/5 Instead of 1/5 because there is always at least one pump available and the convenient store seems to always be stocked well, although I can’t say for sure since I’ve never been inside

None of the card machines work at the pump at this gas station. You have to go inside to use your card to pay. Then you have to wait in line to pay inside. Do not come to this gas station. I do not recommend this gas station.

No working restroom, wrong gas price on sign, misleading for cash, and dirty with people bumming for $ out front. Terrible gas station.

Friendly staff some times they are bipolar  lots of ppl begging  for money in this gas station the young lady that works there always buffing the  floor in top of ppl can't believe she can't wait until customers  are  gone sometimes  I want use my fuel rewards card and they say that don't work there they also try and over charge  you that happen to me

The best Circle K of four on my trip down 35th Ave. Fast, friendly,  consistent cashiers, clean store, and quick service.

The woman with black hair working 02/08/23 7PM Wednesday evening thinks it's ok to take your change without your permission, to help those without enough money to pay for their purchase. I guess Robin Hood is a female and works at Shell now.

I have been a customer of this Shell station for thirteen years. The current manager, Dan Dow, has been the manager for the majority of this time. He and his staff are wonderful, caring people. I have seen his employees dip into their own pockets when a customer has been short on change. Also, you can redeem your Fry's points for gasoline, and that's a good savings for my house.

I said hi when I walked in...zero response. I purchased a .89 cent fountain soda with tax of course. I questioned the price and got attitude from the cashier and the manager out of nowhere. He showed me a price change sign, however there was a .89 cent price tag right next to the lids still. Completely unprofessional attitude in response to a price inquiry for a manager

I am African American woman dressed in my nursing scrubs getting myself a fountain drink , when I was on the phone with my husband, put my phone away to get the drink , the manager accused me of taking a cheese stick. 10/23/20
I told him no , he can check my purse and camera ,and he needs to apologize to me, if not I’m not coming into this store again after almost 8years of being a customer.He said, he won’t apologize and don’t come in again.

I purchased a phone charger that did not work,  attempted to return it the next day, and had the receipt in hand. The cashier refused to apologize or provide a refund, but was instead rude. Good karma has it, a store customer/alley overheard the dispute and offered me one of his own phone chargers. This store may be in my neighborhood, but the folks who own this franchise are far from good neighbors. Never again!

Horrible. Last time getting gas at this location. Always a problem pumping gas. Half the pumps don't work or there is never receipt tape so you don't have to go inside. I had to move to a different pump. It took 15 minutes standing in the cold just to get gas.

I use the Shell app & the Fuel Rewards app & I ONLY go to this Shell location when the price is right. I pay at the pump. I refuse to use CASH in this store after my most recent experience. I purchased snacks with the sole purpose of getting $0.10 off per gallon on my premium gas. I input my phone number, but my rewards transaction was cancelled on the card reader & I wasn’t offered a receipt for my cash purchase. When I inquired about this situation the cashier tried to brush me off to the manager who told me I needed to contact Shell directly, but without a receipt that would be pointless. My solution is to ONLY use my card for a purchase if I absolutely have to purchase junk food to make my 93 gas purchase more bearable.

The rude lady behind the register is the reason I am NEVER going back to this location ! First of all the 2 people that were in front of me bought 3 cases of beer and 2 wine bottles and tobacco products as well. She didn't ID either one of them. After they pay and leave I get to the counter... I ask her for a tobacco product and she asked for my ID. I am still waiting on my hard copy to come in the mail. So, I had the paper ones they give you at the DDS. She said she couldn't accept my paper ID and said she couldn't give it to me. So I will tell all my family and friends to avoid this gas station. As I will never step foot in there again.

Tried to use premium gas and would not work.

Make sure to check the exp. Date on all the food items you buy went in and daughter picked some candy and had to go through multiple bags to find one in date. Told the worker and they could care less

Please do not go to this store . Lady was good service. But those pumps will rip off and take a 100oof your card. Pumps six.  I calling license division. Something has to be done. Your phone's don't work number listed on the page or the reciept. My poor 13 year old daughter was in tears. They took off 100 or cash app card locked.   And we were on e so stuck and one pump 13 would not do anything. So someone is playing games with their cards and ounpos. And I'm not playing.  If that money don't go back on the card in filing aplolice report.  Thanks you

I would give zero if that was a choice. I went to buy the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and once I opened the wrapper, the sandwiches were MOLDED. I’m 100% sure they don’t check them to see if they are still good.

My husband and I have been coming to the gas station supporting their small business since we were in high school more recently the owner has become nothing rude and inconsiderate. When I brought to his attention that the diesel pumps were going incredibly slow and did not shut off he essentially told me he knew about it and didn’t care. I will go out of my way to make sure more people don’t get ripped off by this gas station.

$9.99 for 15 pack of Pepsi of which 7 damaged and one leaked empty. Tried to return but told all sales final. Not the first time I have as issues with products purchased there.

Used to be a great place to stop for all your needs, I also used to know all of the cashiers who were good and honest and fun to talk to if you had a moment. However, since the owners have changed so has the staff and the entire reliability of the store when it comes to having things organized. Also, the new employees are near worthless and WILL try to take your money. I’ve had 5 instances I try to buy one thing, they tell me it’s a $3.00 minimum for my card, then I buy another item but after I check out they try to tell me I only bought one thing. Whoever is now the owner, you’re losing repeat customers and at this rate it won’t look good very soon.

Came here to get about a 100.00 worth of fuel and some coffee. My card doesn’t have a chip so his system was giving issues, the guy with the red dot on his head, attempting to cover the red dot with makeup said you broke, you have NO money! I ran it again without issue. Thankfully I hadn’t already got the fuel, as I will never give this dive another cent! TO MANAGEMENT, READ YOUR REVIEWS! I went right across the street to the Chevron, and filled up!

Super rude and arrogant sales clerk. I pointed out that the candy prices he rung up werent the same as on the price stickers on the shelves. He answered prices have gone up. When I suggested that they should change the prices on the shelves to reflect the price charged I was told that if i didnt like it I did not need to come back. WOW!

Worst shell I have EVER been too. I played all the shell games to get .80 off a gallon. I tried 5 times to use my points, but the screen kept glitching. I went inside to do it at the cashier, and my .80 off a gallon was gone!! The employees were totally not helpful.  He said “this happens all the time, you need to use your point inside only” what’s the point of that?! Don’t waste your time here, just go to the QT down the street!!

I wouldn't buy gas here. They are always on the expensive sid. The actual store inside is usually clean. They have a decent selection of snacks and most of the staff is really friendly.

This old person with the glasses at shells here on 67th ave and lower buckeye took my 20$🙄🙄 claimed it as a 10 after buying milk like bro let get another milk why do you make a big deal I swear to god he needs a new prescription or don’t get high on the job robbing me for the rest of the change n claiming it was a 10 best believe I’ll be back in the am for my change also go talk about your daughter don’t bring my one yr old up for anything really needs to learn his manners and look at the money that the customers give you 🤷🏻‍♀️ and it would be appreciated if you hand out our receipts when stuff is bought thank you don’t gotta ask for it.

Very easy in and out for gasoline! It has a big assortment of snacks and drinks. Even a cute little restaurant if your on the move but hungry. Restrooms need some cleaning.

Idk what immature rude lady is working tonight Saturday May 27th 2023. 4:20am but talking mess about me taking 20 seconds to use the bathroom is ridiculous. Especially after I just spent $52 in gas here. She yelled at me “don’t come back” after I asked if she was really mad that I used her bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous. You should be mad you work in a dump, you real up in arms over a job you don’t even like.

Rude employees every time, but my visit today made it the last time after the cashier gave my husband an attitude when he hadn't said a word to her. Based on the owner's responses to reviews, standards are very low for this gas station and the people they hire.

Convenient location. But I am a frequent user of the Shell Fuel Rewards Program. I use it at the pump & also inside Shell stores to earn rewards I can apply towards fuel, etc. My concern is when the cashier cancels out the option to enter my rewards info (i.e. alt ID) on the signature pad before I even have the chance to enter it. Leave a little time please for customers to input their info especially if customer is keying in something on the keypad before a transaction is tendered & train employees why this is important. (If you buy things in the store - you can earn pretty significant rewards at the pump over time.) Worth the little extra effort IMO. Thank you.

My review is for the car wash. It needs to be updated or worked on. Something. If I’m paying $14 for a car wash I expect it to work properly. The “lava flow” only comes out on the passenger side. It doesn’t even reach halfway to the drivers side front windshield. Also every time I have to pay to rinse out my mirrors. If I don’t then soap will cover my car as I drive off. I love the full service. Everyone is always very polite. And the free vacuums are wonderful. The wash just needs a little work. It’s been this way for quite some time now.
