Everyone at this gas station likes to park at the pump. Especially inconvenient for those of us that need diesel. People just parked more then half of the pumps chilling eating their food not even trying to move now I’m late for work because EVERYONE parks at the pump. So annoying.

Cashier was rude. Multiple pumps wouldn't work for chip cards, in any fashion, and I could barely get a word in while she explained to me that I was the problem and that I shouldn't do what I wasn't even doing. Unfortunate that it's the only place around.

Park on the gas station for a minute wild I was wrapping up a call and gas station owner started yelling at me to move the ****** away!! That’s not a parking! I was terrified and had to move and refuel somewhere else. I will never go back there!

I asked the front desk if the air pump was working and the man says “yes, should be”. I go dump $2 in it and it doesn’t work. I then go back inside and inquire and the man says “it’s not ours we don’t know anything about it.” That is fine but why not say that in the first place?

What is it with gas station air pumps never working. My own failure though, and have now gone to Amazon and bought an air compressor for $25. Suggest everyone do so. Surely I can’t be the only one having been to 4 stations to find one functioning air compressor, which is an annoying 1st world problem.

Nothing works Here. Air pump broken. Gas pumps don’t work while store is closed. Expensive gas . Have had other issues before.
Rude as hell staff !!! Come on community we can do better than this

This was the very best car wash experience! My car didn’t fit, so the nice fellow got a ladder, took off the box, I went through the wash, snd then he put the box back on. Could not have been nicer and my car is shiny and clean

I just went to this store. There’s a with a really bad attitude. He shouldn’t be working in there.

They have good candy and drink selections.

Google maps shows they have a RV dump station. I called and the said they do not have one. The info on that sight is wrong. Mike was helpful and friendly. I am happy I called before going there.

They keep running out of gas.
Went back there the other day and ran into major problems with joey and his manager Lisa. First had a problem with the pump not wanting to work. And when I told Joey about it, he did nothing about it but go in the back room. And then I found out later. Lisa was in the bathroom for the last 25 minutes. Ask to speak to a regional manager name. And they would not give Out His' phone number. Nor would they take mine so I could call him. Contacted the corporate office of shell and they took the complaint and then did nothing with it. I highly highly highly recommend the Circle K across the street. It's funny, they're always busy. And this shell is dying slowly because of the Is lack of customer service.

The customer service is decent, but the fountain drinks are overly and unjustifiably expensive. The place also seems outdated. We will stop there for gas if we are in a hurry and don’t want to wait in the line at Costco. The owners need to liven up the place a little and put smiles on the staff.

This location has plenty of modern pumps on their fuel islands and their pricing is always competitive and often lower than others. The convenience store itself is maintained just okay. The car wash is a bit pricey for the quality but nice to have in the neighborhood for a quick cleaning. However their outside payment processor machine is extremely difficult to read especially with the sun shining on the bleak display and it should give change when you pay cash...I ended up paying $10 for a $9 wash. I'm certainly glad I didn't insert a $20 bill! Ha, ha 😄

I'll just like to give a big shout-out to the the two employees and big shout out to you man thank you so much for your help and the barbecue pulled pork sandwich is amazing such a big help happy Halloween thank you for Not being judgmental and rude.

Convenient. Only single restrooms so not very convenient.

This Place rules… It’s always clean stocked and fast… Pete is Great at night, always welcoming and friendly. David is there day and evening who helped me quit smoking!!! Great guys, great place…

Sick employee sneezing on everyone not covering his mouth

Worst gas station I have been to rude cashier who obviously doesn’t care about his job. The bathrooms are always locked, I waited for 15 min to use the men’s room, when I asked the cashier to help he shrugged me off without even a second thought. This isn’t the first time I have stopped here but it will be the last. Don’t waste your time going inside just pre on the building and move on cause they do not care.

Um.. you guys really need to update the phone number. Its wrong on google and on your website. Its the number to some random guy's cell phone. I can only imagine how many calls he gets.

The worst. I hoped this place was going to replace our overcrowded circle k, but it won't. These con artists mis advertise prices and not one screen prompt in the store or on the pumps has worked since they opened. Only good thing is the friendly staff.

Worst gas station ever. Filthy inside, and their gas pumps are always broken. This place feels like skimmer city! You’re just asking to get your card stolen.

Horrible location beware they go through employees like water and the majority are miserable and hate their job and it shows. Avoid the older blond lady she seems the most miserable and double check your orders.

Clean bathrooms and the staff particularly manager and 2nd shift weekdays clerk are awesome ppl

It's a gas station looks like a gas station has gas station food and drinks the price of gas could go down that would make it a five star

I used to go every night and get gas or pop and fountain drinks from here is where it's at

This gas station on average has been the worse i have stopped at in harlan ky.  For some reason this shell station has a hard time getting gas delivered to them. Over the past 5 weeks this station has been out of 87 & 89 octane. They put up post it notes on each pump to say they are out of gas. Other times I have stopped in. Two thirds of their pumps have plastic bags on their handles stating out of gas. This is the first gas station you see when you visit harlan on hwy 119. So I am surprised they can not keep gas for their fuel pumps.UPDATE this place has improved and now has all octane gas available. Not the cheapest but it is good gas. 3 stars.

I don't visit this gas station often because of several reasons. The main reason is because their gas prices are usually higher than anyone else.

My only complaint is that there is never anywhere to park

I come here every day and I never have any problems, everyone, especially the woman with the pink hair, is super friendly. Today at 1235 pm the attendant, a young African woman, I felt so disrespected, she literally came and followed me around the store,  and made me feel like she was trying to stop a crime or something, the audacity. I literally was about to buy more stuff but she made me so upset my husband and I quickly left. I will never buy anything from there as long as she is in there

Does not allow tapping cards at the pump or using a chip card - you are forced to go inside. This is the 21st century and I shouldn't have to go inside to wait in line and pay for gas.

The prices here seem to be 30 cent higher than other locations. It could be because of the higher income area of Scottsdale. The convenience store is rather small and felt cramped, not as large as other locations. The snack selection also seemed smaller comparatively. Luckily, the location was not too busy and had plenty of stalls with pumps to go around.

The gas is about $0.30 more expensive than surrounding gas stations and about $.20 more expensive than other Shells in Phoenix. The convenience store is tiny, and there isn't a large selection of drinks and snacks.

Place is infested with scammers and homeless people pestering you while you're trying to fill up your tank. Hard to believe considering the nice location. Been to this location twice and both times I was stopped by 3 different people with sob stories trying to get me to take my wallet out. Ultimately, I do not feel safe at this gas station.

Don't go here..machine tried to eat my card .  Took 15 minutes to get machine to release and now my card is chewed up and needs to be replaced.

WOULD GIVE ZERO IFI COULD!!

I am grateful for the location of this store. If there is only one employee at the counter, you may feel like you just entered the land where time stands still if the line is way back to the slushy machine. But its  a nice way to strike up a conversation with some of the local cougars from time to time.

Store is always clean. Staff is super friendly. I can happily send my kids there to grab a snack knowing the staff and close proximity to my home.

I have no problem with the service although that my credit card has been charged an automatic self manual credit to my debit account in the total of $16 two times at $8 I have no reason and they can give me no explanation for so I don't go there anymore because I don't want to be charged and then charge 2 weeks later when I haven't even been in there store for something I haven't even utilized on some manual entry and nobody can tell me what it's for

Most people who work there are really nice and will help you if you ask. And a public restroom. Big big plus.but gas is never cheep there.
