Went to get air for my tire of my car and the machine was not working properly. 2 dollars is ridiculous anyway for air so I went in to get my 2 dollars back and he would not give it back stating that it's not their machine then.dont have it on.ir property.

I Lost $200 Bought i prepaid card and it wouldn’t be activated, They kept saying they’re nothing they could do and were not helpful at all , lost $200 for nothing

This place, what can I say? You get in, and you get out (maybe). I wanted a cup of ice, one machine was broken, and a tea from the cooler. Out of habit, I had my debit card in my hand. The male cashier asked if I could buy more? Add something? So, I found .25 candy. Then, I realized I had some cash and paid cash. I wish I'd just gone to a drive-thru. I could see Speedway was across the street, only I couldn't get there in the traffic. This place was so lonesome, I seriously thought he was expecting a robbery. Scary and sticky dirty- Not a family-friendly place!

Not open 24 hours.  They open (sometimes) by 6am. They close before 10pm. Literally was walking in to pay cash for my gas at 9:41pm and they turned the lights off and locked the door.

Come here to get gas and a snack pretty often. It's pretty nice but have had some rude workers behind the counter

I come in everyday and tge 2 young men who work afternoons and evenings are the best....always helpful and nice as can be!!!! My favorite gas station because if them!!!!!!

Very friendly service.  I’ve been a customer for years now, and everyone who works there is extremely polite and helpful!

Negatives:
Almost all the attendants have a bad attitude.
The prices on food/beverage items are outrageous. They charge $6 for a box of powered sugar. Seriously?! And it's not the first time I've noticed abnormally high prices on food/beverage items.
As others have mentioned, there is a huge crater in the parking lot that one of the tenants should fix.

Positive:
I appreciate having a neighborhood gas station; the convenience is awesome.
The $.03-$.10 discount every time on gas is quick and easy.
The unleaded price is quite comparable to other stations in Noblesville.

Cashier is extremely rude & unprofessional. She barely does her job & gives unwanted medical advice. I will advise than anyone that wears a name tag to remove it before entering the store. She thinks she is always right & if she doesn't like you or you don't take her medical advice she will call your employer & tell them lies about you. She has called employers to complain about how they were wearing a face mask. I get it that she works at a gas station but no need to be rude & trashy. She should lose her job for harassing customers.

Poor gas station, no contactless payments on very old pumps, need to see a cashier... unbelievable.  Waiting for approval that is never approved. Are you guys kidding?

Never have receipt paper at pump, never have window washing liquid.  The last two weeks I stoped 4 times at this store and all 4 times the same thing, I had to go inside and get my reciept and ask them to fill up window liquid and today is my last visit here.  I drive a lot for work and my windows not clean bothers me.  I will not be doing business here again.  Try to give to my county, but now will be getting gas in Boone county.

Nasty people own this place. Unfriendly, self-absorbed and no  customer service to speak of. Laundromat is okay, but better to have your own change. Awful, awful people. Yuk.

Seems a bit run down, dirty, noisy, bad atmoshere, and vibe surrounding the place. I'm not sure if politeness and courtesy have ever called this place home. Be prepared to donate a dollar, lock your car, and watch your backside

Attendants are rude and refuse to cash lottery tickets. I went here with my 80 yr old grandmother and refused to check her tickets because attendant claimed to be busy. Worse service in town. I recommend to go to other gas stations. The marathon on 10th and Arlington have wonderful customer service and it's only a block away. Please don't go here specially for lottery.

I always go here for anything in convenience. Good prices and great timing when everything is closed.

The food here is horrible. They sell what they call Noble Roman's, but I guess they just paid for the name. Nothing like Noble Roman's. It's just really awful gas station/convenience store pizza and bread sticks. Maybe the worst pizza, and definitely worst bread sticks, I've ever had. Bought around 12:15pm so they weren't old, just bad quality. Pizza 2/10. Bread sticks 1/10. Chicken is also not great. 3/10.

BEWARE!!!!!! THE BLACK OLDER MALE THAT WORKS IN THE VAPE SHOP IS AGGRESSIVE AND THREATENING. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! HAS NO PROBLEM GETTING IN PEOPLE'S FACES AND PERSONAL SPACE IN ORDER TO BACK THEM INTO A CORNER.

They are the same owners of the tire shop. If it had fewer stars, they wouldn't give them any. They are scoundrels and thieves. I sent my wife to change the tires and she told them to put some used tires on it but in good condition and since she doesn't know much I let them change the 4 tires and it turns out that the tires they put on me were in very, very bad condition and that the ones that my car had were better, anyway, I went to the tire shop again to complain to them and I told them that the tires The ones they gave me didn't work and they told me that they were good and they left me talking alone and they went inside I showed them the cracked tires that they sold me and they got upset and told me that they didn't have any problems, they are shameless, I don't recommend this place to Have your tires repaired or changed

I am an independent travel agent and I came to this city an not 1 gas station will allow anyone to use the bathroom this is how y'all treat people visiting I will never recommend a client come here. Wow

More times than not there is a problem with the quarter wash, today when I paid and the power washer started, there was a leak up top where the hose connects  and there was this mist shooting out so it was like I washed my truck in the rain, when I was done I was drenched and cold. I will not try to purchase the towels out of their machines anymore because so often they are out of product and the machine keeps your quarters.
I do not get gas here unless I have to I generally go on down by Lowe’s. The gas is cheaper and at least they supply paper towels to check your oil and window cleaner to clean your windows. This gas station does not, and if you say anything, they are very rude.

I always have pretty great service here when it comes to the employees behind the counter very sweet people however there is nothing more that really slows me down like these pumps. Just about once a week these pumps move so slow that it takes 30 minutes just to get 10 gallons of gas. This morning was the same thing.

This is for the car wash only. Have tried the auto car wash twice. It uses almost no water  and doesn't come close to cleaning a car.

Nothing to clean a windshield. No paper towels at the pump either. No funnels for sale. Rude employee.

Inaccurate prices, false advertising. The sign out front shows $3.84 (the going price for gas at this time at all stations in the area) but at the pump they are charging $4.84. Luckily I noticed the discrepancy after one gallon. Do not recommend, or if you go here pay close attention to the price.

I was sorely disappointed today.  At least two of the pumps were inoperable. There was a very thick layer of ice at the pumps. I don’t understand why a business wouldn’t put salt down.  Unfortunately, I fell despite trying to be careful.  If the area around the pumps is a hazard after every snow, I will look for another, more safe and conscientious, location.

My usual stop when need to fill up with Shell.
Lot is usually clean, pumps in good order and properly stocked.
C-store is clean and well stocked as well.

Always very friendly staff. Sometimes the coolers could probably stand to be a bit colder, as the drinks tend to just be cool and not cold.

They advertise 10 cents cheaper than regular price with Gold status in BIG letter to trick you into coming in, however Gold status only gets you 5 cents off. Yes, it is a small amount, but still shady business practice.

Also, multiple times I have come by, and it has taken my extra points I have earned in the past, used them without giving me the discount. I try to avoid this station, but sometimes I have no choice. There is a new Thornton's open down the street, and they ACTUALLY give 10 cents off, without a membership, for E86...if your vehicle can take that.

No coffee made, asked him to make it he said no. Went to get a cherry coke and it was out, asked him to change it, he said I’m not dealing with that right now. Mind you nobody else was in the store and when I pulled up he was just standing outside. I guess I inconvenienced him by shopping at his store!

Was this gas contaminated? I filled up with the 87 octane gas here and I began experiencing engine problems on this brand new car. I took it to the dealership. They read the code from the car but couldn't diagnose the problem with my engine. I got the car back from the dealership with cleared codes and replaced that gas. I have driven this car without any other issues either after or before this incident.

Terrible gas station. The clerk/owner gave my friend a hard time about trying to buy ice. He accused her of trying to steal from him, being very petty and rude the whole time. Caused a huge scene. She was being very flexible and nice back and he was still speaking very rudely of and to her. How could you go around harassing customers like that? Will NEVER be returning. Would give 0 stars if I could..

They have a digital billboard for their gas prices... that is ten cents lower than the price on their pumps.  Skeevy.

I realized afterwards that the cheaper price is revealed in smaller text to be some kinda member reward program.  Review stands though.  I have no interest in meaningless memberships.  The print was small enough for me, a passing motorist with decent vision on a busy street, to not see until I had already pulled up and was filling my tank.

They got me though.  They played the game and won the 120 bucks it takes to fill my tank.  Here, I'll up my review to 2 stars since this is the first gas station in weeks that has allowed me to actually fill my tank, rather than maxing out at a pitiful 60 or 70 dollars.

Supposed to be open 24 hours but the two man inside wouldn't let me and my nephew in to go to the bathroom and get gas. They kept sticking up there fingers and pointing at there watch. If it's open 24 hours than why was it closed.

Do everybody a favor and buy anything here. #1 if I buy gas from you I get to pee. #2 best advertised price has something to do with having 100 points on a Kroger card. #3 next level of gas nearly $0.45 more.

One of the worst Shell locations around.  Keypads don't work on 2 of the 6 pumps. Messy corner lot. Filthy C-store.
