Love going there! Staff is courteous and attentive. Bakery goods are always fresh. I specially like they offer jobs to senior elders, there are quite many working at this branch. Here in Mexico exists a prejudice that people after a certain age aren't hired or are dismissed if already employed

The original Comercial Mexicana and the first "mall" in the city. If you want real vintage, go check this place up. Still standing strong. Too bad it was taken over by Soriana. But that's business.

Your one stop to get literally everything, even liquor, love this place

I have no problem with the establishment except that the bathrooms are usually always dirty and the others are out of order

Great variety of products offered. I find most of what I need each week here. The customer service is excellent. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the produce, specifically the peppers and tomatoes, are frozen or heavily refrigerated and do not have as good a flavor as those from the local markets.

Nice little supermarket. Despite it being small it still offers gluten and lact free products, diced fruits, organic vegetables....

Nice place to do some casual shopping. Not the best stocked supermarket but gets the job done.

Good option in the city, they have in the parking slot two tesla chargers!

Great employees!! Very helpful! New owners cleaned it up about a year and a half 2 years ago. It's made a huge turn around and upgrades! Prices are great always the lowest prices in gas!! Very clean bathrooms!!

I have lived in the area for 16 years and have watched the gas station undergo multiple changes of ownership. I will say the current owners have been the best yet and I regularly go there just to say hi and grab a snack or two just because of them. They go out of their way to try to keep items they know you like in stock as well. The place is clean and I love the upgraded and variety of items from drinks, fresh fruit, to ice cream and snacks.  This is why this Shell is my gas station of choice and gets my buisness multiple times a week.

A person with hip problem.... convenience paying at pump is a must. Moving around trying multiple pumps if their card reader is working is not part of being convenient. Instead of apologizing for most pumps card readers not working, personnel sounds like she doesn't care at all. Bad customer service. Not happy with this place at all.

I used to visit this gas station a while ago and stopped. I decided to visit it again and found out that there are new owners who have cleaned it up and are doing a very good job. I recommend giving this place a second chance!

There is (Always) an issue at this location. I have never been to a more dirty and run down Shell than this one. Shell should look into this current location and evaluate the people that own it. There is always, if not more than one pump or two that doesn't work or have a sign that say's pre pay first on it. If it wasn't for the location, and the fact that there is only (One) Shell in this location area I would never stop.

Please do not use your card here they will hold your money for days. I didn’t even actually use my card because it told me to see the cashier so I ended up having to use cash. 0/0 don’t recommend ever. Never coming here again. Yes some places will hold money but the other gas stations will never take that much from us. Especially if you didn’t even end up paying for the gas with your card. Just trying to help because it’s annoying when you have a hold when your just trying to live your life and go on with your day. If I could it would be 0 stars because that was a stressful experience. If you ever do decide and your desperate for gas just use cash only here.

Worst place ever. Man behind counter terribly rude in day time. Yells at people for nothing. Horrible person. Drug users and drunks all in back of station but yet yells at customers. Will never go there again.

If wasn't the T-MOBILE Tuesday gas/fuel rewards benefits, I would never stop here again! The person behind the counter is not very customer friendly or helpful!

The best Baby Lobster Alfredo in Tampa.  But it doesn't matter what you order it will be great.  Staff is very courteous and friendly.  Prices are affordable.

Nice little park on Franklin Road in Antioch. Open from dusk to Dawn.They sometimes play football, baseball, and basket ball here.

Only place out here that has ethanol free gas!

Customer service was polite but pizza just sitting out isn’t good

What a weird interaction I had at this store Dec 5th.  Walked in and saw an employee outside smoking and kinda nodding off.  Go in and get my merchandise and tried to have an interaction with him and not a word what said.  Then said something about not even knowing what month it is.  Had to ask a couple times for a bag.  Never looked up from his hat.

Best Gas Station in Lakeland! Highly recommend if you want great & friendly service. They also have great selection of items and great prices.

The staff serves you the worst, the truth is they don't have the slightest interest in helping you at the ATMs to make deposits, you have to ask the other people who arrive for help.

The only way to get served quickly is if there are no people.
Of the 4 boxes that they have, one is not working, two are the ones that get the job done, including the companies with too many movements and the other box is fine, thank you.
Oh yes, there's a reason why the staff is at lunch, it's reduced to one box for everyone.
You disappoint me BBVA

Being one of the largest banks in Mexico, I expected much better service.

1) They quickly explain the accounts they offer at the entrance and wait for you to decide which one you want.
2) They do not have enough employees and leave them waiting for a long time.
3) The bathrooms are useless because "there is no water."

I asked to speak to someone. That someone also quickly explained each account to me. I asked for brochures that would explain each account in detail so I could read and understand calmly, but they don't have them. Additionally, they do not offer a basic shared account. Because "there were many complaints." There are complaints that people do not know what they are signing up for because they do not inform them as they should.
I asked to use the bathroom and according to them, the bathrooms "had not worked for days because there is no water." Should you, BBVA bank doesn't have working bathrooms?

A disappointment.

Their service is terrible, out of 4 windows they only serve one, while the other cashiers are in conversation, making us wait for hours, and straining our patience, they should have staff committed to their service

Just bought fuel here prices were decent store was a little crowded. But for a circle k I guess you should expect that. Bathrooms are clean.
