The worst Sanborns in Mexico. Service is appalling. I can not review the food as it did not turn up after an hours wait. The Manager did not care and did not have any excuse for the delay except it was not her fault....? You are the manager...manage! I am really appalled by her attitude..it reflects so badly on the company. If you cant be bothered to do your job...leave...let some one do it who actually cares so that customers do not suffer. We were not the only ones. Shocking.

The worst service and the food it's bad, it doesn't have the real Mexican taste. I don't recommend this place there are places much better than Sanborns Restaurant.

I found what I was looking for and the service was good. I'm not sure about the prices.

Very bad service , too slow , it's not a surprise for me , second time in the Sanborns chain also I found a hair on my salad and they did not offered even an apology instead , the knife all bent it and old , I traveled from L.A. with my whole family to have a nice time , then We decided to stop by and this is what We got in the Sanborns Restaurant in Independencia , Veracruz. I don't recommend it . I will upload the picture with the hair on my salad asap , I don't understand why I can not uploaded it.

It always feel as a little piece of México City. Sweet bread is still half off at 9:00 o'clock every night. Great selection of books.
