Nice people a little pricey it's best to just get the job done all at one time and check out some local fence companies in your area to avoid traveling cost. I should have checked out some fence companies in my area a little longer. the only problem I have is that my trash can fence is real low that you still see my trash can on both sides I wanted to cut but it's cut too low other I have to figure out something maybe add more wood

Working with the company from NY for a new house in DE, everyone through design, approval to installation has been fantastic!! We called many places before Split Rail and couldn't get a call back. Not only did Robin answer the phone when we first called - she continued to be responsive, professional, knowledgeable through the entire process. The owner Dan came to the house to help design and offered suggestions. The final product was exactly what we discussed and then some. Installation was outstanding! The crew were hard workers and represented the company very well. The job was completed in the timeframe we were advised and we are completely satisfied. Thank You to All!!!

What a great experience. the workers came on time and walked me through the entire process. Even talked to me about where the gates should go and gave a professional opinion, which I truly valued. Worked until the job was complete. Were respectful of my property and cleaned everything up when they were done. What a great company to work with.

Wonderful company! Employees are professional and provide great service. Installers went above and beyond. They used dirt from the holes and went around and filled in holes that were in our yard before. It was really above and beyond.

Where do I begin. I wish I would have read the reviews before calling this company. I normally check reviews, but since my neighbor had their fence installed by them and it looked nice I just decided to call. This entire process was frustrating. I scheduled my first date for installation on June 29th. The day arrived and no one showed up. I did not receive a courtesy call or nothing. When I called I was told that my date had been moved to July 6th. I asked why didn’t no one inform me and I was told they thought they did and how behind they are due to the weather and how they had 35 people to call. Not my problem So July 6th comes and I receive a call from the owner that they cannot come out today neither because they are still behind and it is really hot outside. He reassured me that he will have a team come out on July 8th for sure in the morning. So by this time I’m already fed up with the no shows, but try to remain understanding as possible. July 8th comes. It is after 12pm and I call Dan the owner and left a message to inform him that there is no one here yet and what time should I be expecting someone. I get a call from Robin in the office, sweet lady, and she stated she has been out of the office for the past two days and has no idea what is going on or where the crew is that is supposed to be out there, but stated she will get someone out here ASAP. The next day comes, July 9th, and FINALLY my fence is being installed. Took 4 hours to complete according to my mom who was present during the installation while I was at work. Right after they left my mom noticed damage to our deck right near the newly installed fence. I had her call Dan to inform him and I called Robin. She told me to send pictures. Before I could send the picture I received my final invoice which included a letter stating that the piece that was broken only cost $3 dollars and they will only be deducting $5 for the damage, slap in the face. No I’m sorry or will we pay to have someone fix it. To add insult to injury they added $200 to my balance for extra labor fees stating they had to remove multiple boulders to dig the holes for the post. I replied to the invoice and stated that I would like to have the price reduced since I had to be rescheduled multiple times and now i have to figure out how to get part of my deck repaired, which should not be my responsibility. I received a response stating that they will take off 10% for the inconvenience of rescheduling multiple times. After all that I went through I would not refer anyone to this company.
